Rose of Crucifixion Oil Questions and Answers

Unread post by taramaria » Wed Mar 07, 2012 3:35 pm

I just received an order from LM today. I wanted Rose Oil, to put in a spray bottle with my Holy water. In the old days my grandmother had some kind of Holy water with Rose scent, it was so beautiful. So I ordered LM's Rose oil.

Although I would never expect disappointment from any of LM products, I wasn't expecting a lot since Rose is hard to get right.

Wow, this Rose Oil smells just like a real rose. I LOVE IT. So impressed!

Rose of Crucifixion Oil Questions and Answers

Unread post by DocMurphy » Sat Jun 01, 2013 9:11 pm

Hello All --

I'm interested in knowing more about the uses/meaning of the Rose of Crucifixion Oil; it's one of the only oils/product types that doesn't have links to further information/uses. I'm running under the assumption that it may be referring to Rosicrucianism, but I sure could be wrong.

a) Is there a way to learn more about this product, its meaning, and its uses? If there's a place to direct me, please do.

b) has anyone here on the forum used it, and what for? (in generalities, I'm not prying into your bizness :) )

I tried to be a good girl and look at the info links first, but... um... no links.
Thanks if anyone can help. :)

Murphy,

You are correct -- the oil known as Rose of Crucifixion does indeed refer to Rosicrucianism. The emblem on the label designates it as such.

There have been many Rosicrucian lodge orders and solitary Rosicrusians over the years, all of them mystical Christians. This oil derives from that system of spiritual work.

Thanks much, Ms. Cat and Mama Micki, for your help. This is great.

I'm very familiar with the Rosicrucian Order and its history/philosophy. Glad to know the oil and line of products refer to such. :)

Will be ordering soon. Much obliged!

Hi All --

I received my Rose of Crucifixion Oil a couple days ago. Oh, wow... it smells amazing. Like a really heady mulled wine.

Been anointing rosaries and other things for my ancestors with it. And myself after a cleansing bath one night and while praying. Haven't slept so well in weeks.

Thanks for making this, and praying over it :)

Hello Desiree,

Rose of Crucifixion Oil has a few good uses, mostly in connection with the Christian religion, of course.

I have noticed that the Lucky Mojo Blessing oil has a strong scent of roses to it sas well, o I believe that Rose of Crucifixion Oil could be used in any kind of blessing work you might want to do, and could be blended with Blessing Oil and Rose Oil as well.
Peace~

Hello, Slava

Not much on the subject as Miss cat has not had time to write a webpage about it.

But it's to abolish fear and soothe a troubled mind.

Here is a page on how to use the oils (any of the oils): www.luckymojo.com/oils.html

She ought to be using it especially on her head.

Take care

Hi Slava --

If it helps, I've been getting good results from both Rose of Crucifixion Oil and Bath Salts for the times I feel really sad, hopeless, despondent, brokenhearted. It really does help, and it smells wonderful.

Best wishes,

Hi Extremedivas,

For any medical condition, make sure you are getting proper medical treatment to help control and deal with the situation. This is as true for ADHD as for any other health condition.

From a magical perspective, working with products such as Tranquility and Healing may be helpful to assist the mundane actions being taken. John the Conqueror is also a good choice when it comes to helping provide the strength to move through the challenge ADHD presents in daily life.

Rose of Crucifixion products may or may not be of service magically in this specific case, you may want to try and see what results you get.

Blessings and Success in your works.

I'm going to be working with Rose of Crucifixion products for the first time. Is there a particular prayer that goes with it like Chuparrosa and the saints, or do I choose a Psalm/prayer myself as it fits the product and condition?

Hi ThedaBara,

You could choose a psalm/prayer that feels right to you. Here is a page of psalms and their corresponding condition:

I hope this helps. Good luck.

This seems to be a lesser known oil, but wanted to chime in as to its effects.

My life has a variety of long term stresses and challenges right now. I've received in my prayers and meditations that its time to focus on healing, peace, and only positive works for a while. For the last week, I've used Rose of Crucifixion oil to anoint my head and heart before bed. Combined with an earlier bedtime, better sleep hygiene, and lifestyle and dietary/supplement adjustments, I've found it to bring peace and a sense of comfort. No oil is (of course) a replacement for medical attention. Since using it, it has helped cultivate a particular inner peace that has allowed me to detatch from issues in the world and give the resources of my own time and attention to the creation of positivity in my life, despite the challenges.

Magic Murphy gives a lovely description above that it smells like a heady mulled wine. Agreed, its a fruity note with berries with spice and florals. Thank you to ComeOnInMyKitchen for the recommendation.

A quick question about using this oil.

I've been taking the uncrossing cleansing baths prior to dawn.

After letting the bath air dry as much as possible, disposing my cup of bath water, etc., I anoint with a condition oil to prevent picking up anything during the day. I've been using Fiery Wall of Protection or Archangel Michael. However, I also enjoy Rose of Crucifixion. Can it be used post cleansing bath on its own? I applied it today after the Fiery Wall of Protection oil, and they work nicely together.

Hello BellaSolanae,

That woudl be a lovely choice, either on its own or blended with one of the other oils you use after bathing. It brings the love and comfort of Christ, which is a wonderful blessing, so very appropriate to your goal.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Reading these past posts so spoke to me.
I'm wanting to rekindle a conjure practice that has faded over the past ten years, and was trying to feel out how to best work with Jesus, but was a bit confused by the different Jesus products. The comfort of Jesus.. yes!!! This is what I need!
Wondering about maybe adding Balm of Gilead buds to the oil, in reference to the hymn/spiritual: "There is a balm in Gilead, to heal the sin-sick soul." Thoughts?

I see the mention above about pairing this oil with similar products. If the goal is specifically to seek healing of the wounded heart and body, and to reconnect with Jesus and the Christian rootworking ancestors in my heritage, what specifically would y'all recommend?

The pandemic has caused me enormous stress, and my physical health is beginning to suffer as a result. It's also straining my relationship with my hsuband, who I fear my be on the cusp of a total nervous breakdown. I feel like this might be what I'm looking for. What we both need.

I feel like I'm an experienced worker, but given how long it's been, and how worn out I am, I welcome any support or guidance

David K,

You can add Balm of Gilead buds to the oil with the spiritual reference. An oil blend I would suggest is Healing and Blessing. Healing to heal the past trauma or issues you have experienced and to comfort you, Blessing to bring Gods blessing into your life and reconnect you with your Savior.

If you feel you have sinned and caused issue, it is customary to bath in Hyssop and recite Psalm 51. Psalm 23 is custom to recite daily for blessings.

If you and your husband are facing troubles and stress, I would also suggest Tranquility to bring peace into your home and relationship.

These can be burned on candles such as a Crucifix candle, dressed on the body, placed on a mojo etc.

You may also want to cleanse your home to remove negative energy using Chinese Floor Wash.

Thank you so much, JayDee!

Funny how we forget the basics when under stress. After thinking long and hard on your recommendation, I'm going to get Blessing, Healing, and Tranquility bath crystals, and mix it with some water for laundry, a floor wash, and then maybe even add some to his shampoo (he'd never use it otherwise, ha ha). Really just fill our home with this stuff.

I may do a Rose of Crucifixion bath for myself as well, and am considering Hyssop.

Thanks, again <3

David K ,

I love your ideas with the laundry, take a bath first, then save a cup and add it to the rinse cycle. Also laundry your bedding in it. Wipe the walls down as well as the floors. I would also suggest Lavender Love Drops as a product to increase love and happiness in a relationship. I love the smell and its a favorite oil of mine! Mixes well with other love oils as well.
