I've been dating the man I love since high school so it's been 6 years for us. It was more than just a relationship however he was my diary, my best friend and we did everything together. His family seems to have complete control over his life. Here we are all grown up with a child and they still have a big role to play in what goes on between us. We recently broke up because of them and now they are convincing him to leave us behind and pursue his career in another state which means the next time he sees us our child will be 3 and won't know who he is. I feel like I have no win against them. He knows how they are he's just afraid to speak his mind. It's kind of like tug of war he doesn't want to have to choose between us and them but I don't want him too. I recommend you work some self-care into your conjure work, like Blessing and Crucible of Courage. Being a young mother with unsupportive and gossipy relatives is tough. Perhaps you could add some Stop Gossip work on the relatives to keep peace with the family. You could make a little dolly or get a figural candle for each one of them and baptize it to their name with whiskey in the name of Jesus Christ and put Stop Gossip oil on it reciting Psalms 14, 31, 36, or 37.

I'm looking for suggestions on how to draw my ideal mate. The past couple months I've done a lot of reflecting on myself and my previous relationships, especially in how much I've given of myself to my partners without getting much back. Some members may not believe in these concepts but I'm an empath, a Scorpio, and have this very strong instinct to help people. I don't give up on people and so obviously I've had a lot of people use me up, take me for granted and been hurt. I've also put aside a lot of my wants and needs for what I thought was the betterment of my partner and the relationship.

By the way, I've done a lot of work on myself. I've let go of a lot of that past pain, resentment, anger and heartbreak. Ultimately all I want is a man I'm compatible with to eventually marry and start a family. I'm not one of those women who is obsessed with the idea of being married. Finding the right man for me is the focus, not finding just ANY man to marry and have kids with.

So far I've written a list of qualities I want in my ideal mate and it's almost 5 pages long. I know that might sound really over the top but I've been reading a lot of posts in this forum and one suggestion that is consistently given is to be as specific as possible. Be assured though that the majority of what I've written focuses on his character and how I want him to treat me and love me. I'm not at all focused on looks, him being super duper rich, his status etc. I honestly don't care about that crap. I just wouldn't want to meet a man who has all the qualities I've listed but then find out he's a closet racist or misogynist or some other kind of deal breaker for me. Everything in my list is the way I treat the person I love and the things I would do for them. Like I said, I want a male version of me.

Though at the same time, I am a little concerned that I'm being too specific and that I'm ultimately describing the "perfect man." I swear, I'm not looking for perfection. I'm not perfect, I know no man will be. I know we'll have our own kinds of problems, obstacles and life will throw us curve balls. I'm very realistic on that front. But I figure if I exist then there has to be someone else out there like me, probably looking for me just like I'm looking for him. I'm not sure how to express that in my petition or to whatever angels, saints, spirits etc that I might ask for assistance. I guess I'm hoping they'll see that part in my heart. Am I being naive? Is there a way to express that in the spell?

Here's the jist of what I want in no particular order:

- A supportive, loving, determined man with a truly good heart, strong character with morals who values honesty, loyalty and family with similar hobbies/interests as me.
- Someone who appreciates that I'm different from most people and accepts me for who I am and loves me unconditionally.
- A man who is healthy mentally, emotionally, and physically, no STIs, no addictions.
- A man who isn't afraid of commitment, wants a deep true love and a life-long committed monogamous relationship with me and for us to start a family together once it's the right time for us.
- A man who is stable financially. He doesn't have to make millions but I'd like for him to have steady work (obviously I'd prefer for it to be something he genuinely enjoys or gets personal satisfaction from), his own car and his own place to live. Basically that he has his life together and wants to share his time, money and life with me.
- Someone who I'm compatible with sexually. I want a sexually fulfilling relationship.
- A man who is open spiritually and doesn't look down on me for practicing my beliefs.
- Preferrably a man who is within 5 years of my current age when we meet.

I'm going to work on making the master list I have more concise without losing it's specification. Once I do that, I'm not entirely sure how to proceed. I've read the love spells offered on this site but many seem to be directed at a specific target. I know I want to leave it open so I can find my true ideal mate. I've been looking for similar spells online so I can customize it for me but aside from the general love spells and ones that focus on a specific target, I haven't had much luck. I do believe it's important to address what you want but at the same time if your list is so long and specific the universe will probably bring it to you but like your list it will take a long time before manifestation. Just my thought:

As a Scorpio I can see how you can have a whole list of what you want, I am sure you are very clear and focused on your desire and what you want . However based on experience with my spells and the spells on this site,
It's safe to say the spell is what you make it. (Old lover or new lover) It's the intentions you are putting into the spell.

Make it a beautiful experience for yourself. Since you are researching so much it's understandable why you are overwhelmed. I don't think you are naive I don't know what your situation is, but honestly your list does seem very to the point. Not that it's a bad thing but it's definitely a lot, and quite frankly looks like THY perfect mate. I hope you get what you are looking for but why not just look for 5/7 things that ultimately matter the most? I mean really matters. What if you could only have 5/7 qualities in a man ? What would those be?

Ex: loves me for all of me, committed in all aspects , stable, lives a healthy lifestyle, mature, and sexually satisfying.

As for what you can do depends. I would first work to find someone before burning and bride and groom for marriage.

Idk what kind of herbs are in the love herb mix but I would add rose pedals, catnip, damiana, violet leaves, and queen Elizabeth root. Once you find a man of your liking maybe use the stay with me and bride and groom candle at that point but I would focus on just finding a man you have a good connection with after which you will realize whether or not he is a good fit for you.

Oh yes, I wasn't planning on using the bride and groom candles anytime soon, I just thought I'd include that I have them in here in case anyone suggested something like that.

I am trying to pair my list down and basically what you said is what it all boils down to. I'm just naturally a lengthy writer which is part of the problem, as you probably noticed from my post haha.

I know I can use those oils but I'm having a really hard time figuring out what my spell should actually look like, the way to build it. The Love Herb Mix contains Rose Petals, Red Clover, Catnip, Lavender, Damiana, Cubeb Berries, Juniper Berries, Gentian Root, and Deer's Tongue according to the Lucky Mojo catalog. I also ordered Balm of Gilead which the site does say it eases a broken heart, soothes pain from arguments and spats, jealous people but I could have sworn I read somewhere else that it eases the broken heart but also draws new love to you. I can't find that now though.

This spell that I want to create is solely for finding a man I can share a true, committed, very long-term love with a deep mental connection that has certain qualities so my needs are met. I'm very determined to follow the normal stages of growth for the relationship without rushing to marriage and kids. Like I said, finding the right guy is the goal. He's not someone I'm using to fill the "position" of husband and father to my children.

If anyone has suggestions on how I can build this spell I would love to hear them. I have most of the items needed for the work I think, it's just a matter of putting them to use in the correct way for my goal.

I'm sorry I didn't know that long posts were a problem. I was trying to give all the information to save time. A lot of the time, I see people reply with "do this or that" and then the person has to explain several times that they've already tried it or they've done the self work that was prescribed etc. Then no one answers about what else can be done now that X and Y methods have already been exhausted. People just think that person's question has been answered when in fact it hasn't. Also, I poured over this post looking for anything that would work for my situation BEFORE I posted. Just a couple posts above mine is someone recommending self-work. My post was long but I was trying to address everything in one post so I wouldn't get the same answers that were previously posted and not applicable to me. I wanted people to understand where I was coming from and that I was serious about the time, effort, energy and actual work that was going to go into such a large working.

I see that I need an attraction spell to draw my true love but i feel i might need something to fix me first. I performed that Clear and cut spell, at the end of the spell I asked God to take the desire to date till I was stable in my life and material world (cause I have a huge problem with getting wrapped up in love and letting my business fall to the ground) or to feel desperate running after guys to date.
About 6 months ago I came to a pentacle point of not only me being disgusted with dating but I would look down on my friends in disgust for them being "boy crazy". There's someone I've loved deeply for the past 3 years. We were strangers at first, I honestly didn't think I had a chance with someone like him. But we somehow became friends as classmates (specifically job corps). Most of our interaction was in class, things went from casual to a sort of secret love for each other, despite that I was held back by another relationship (which was ultimately toxic & ended, but well). Fast forward through working together, intimate talks, & funny memories to me asking him out in the summer after graduation. Despite my behavior at times (friending & unfriending, gushing over photos then deleting-all over anxiety from having to hide my feelings for him) he said yes to the date. But it went terribly, I could barely talk or move, prompting him to do the same, & ultimately ran home without a proper goodbye. Letting my nerves get to me left me completely torn; I wanted to reconcile, but he ultimately shut me out. It's been 2.5 years since, with less than a handful of contact. But this year he's talked to me a bit, even if months/weeks inbetween; also finally accepting a friend request online. He even moved back to the area in April, after seeking a new life & lover in Oregon failed.

I think you are overthinking a simple spell. You can soak the damiana for as long as you like, but I'd say soak it at least overnight. The bottle doesn't have to be empty after the 21 days, and you can keep doing it if you haven't gotten the results you want. Getting rid of the bottle won't break the effects of the spell.

A while back I tried various spells to get an ex back and they did yield some results. We did not get back together which I see as the best outcome for us. I've moved on and am ready for a new partner. I am 53 years old. I am in menopause. I no longer menstruate. What fluids can I use in love spells? Is it ok to use hair? I've got plenty of that. I am sorry for your situation. I would start with using Reconciliation products and Come To Me, or Return to Me products. Burn candles with the oil, take a spiritual bath, dress items he will touch with the power. I would also suggest a reading, in my experience when a person drops a bomb like this on a person, they often have had some form of affair. A reading can determine if there is external influences, and if so, then I would suggest doing Break Up to end those external influences.

I’m currently working a honey jar on my love interest, sometimes I do work a skull candle in conjunction with it but I mainly focus on the honey jar to keep him sweet along with healing prayers because of difficult times he is going through now. Before I began these workings we started talking and getting closer but then he backed away. I feel like he put me on “pause”, and I know for a fact he is attracted to me but has gotten scared. He started to confide in me about how much he’s been hurt but then stopped. He is going through a custody battle with his ex-wife, and that’s why I’m not pushing him, but I’d like to keep on his mind and at least try and develop a friendship with him, we have many similarities between us. A root worker had told me he is in fact my twin flame as it’s “written in the stars”. I’m wondering I’d there’s a different kind of working I should do because I’m told he doesn’t realize this yet, that we are a complement of souls. I worry he will never realize this but I’m told it’s all in divine timing. Would continuing my working mess this up? I tend to be impatient but just wanted to keep me in his thoughts because school is out for the summer, I won’t see him until September. I text him once in awhile and he responds right away but we do not have conversations. He is closed off still in the process of healing and being unsure about me. Working a honey jar is a great way to keep the person sweet and on their mind. A skull candle also helps influence their thoughts, perhaps try working them late at night to influence them while they sleep. Continue working should not mess anything up, you are asking spirit and putting into the universe the intention of what you want.

Just one more question, I have read about twin flames and energies, do you think the yellow candle with mercury oil would be too much as I am sending out energies to communicate when he is not ready? Im not sure of the context that the reader stated twin flames, some mean that to be a soulmate, others to state it as your twin. I would not regard that in response to the work I do, rather that you were given a green light to work on this guy. I do not think Mercury is too strong, it is a focus on communication, you can add Clarity to help him see clearer about you, or even a love oil as well. Possibly do yellow candle on Wednesday with Mercury to foster communication and do a pink candle on Monday and Friday to foster love.

I have been working a honey jar but stopped for a week. My target is my twin soul, as I am told, and the energy connection is very strong. He has many blockages because he is going through a divorce….and is in the process of healing. I have texted him 2x this past month and although he responded right away, he didn’t carry the conversation further. The first time he was happy I texted him and audio messaged me but then He is polite but distant again. It was recommended that I should just leave the connection to divine timing because I cannot force things to happen quicker if he’s not ready and he is doing the work necessary to go through his healing already. Yes, this is called mail a letter in the air, it is said to be effective. You can also place them in hollow tree. If he has numerous blocks you can do Block-buster, if you have his hair, either from head or lower places, you can all that to the candle. If he is bathing at your house, you can add Rue and Violet leaves to shampoo, or body wash to help remove old love ties.

An attraction candle was lit for me on the altar at Luckymojo for me and a guy I have a crush on. I ordered 3 candles to be lit and I believe the 2nd candle was lit this week. My candle request was for him to contact me.

I had a few readings and my reader told me the guy is trying extremely hard to figure out his connection to me. It seems to be taking a physical toll on him, I am constantly on his mind. He is attracted to me from my picture but is afraid to contact me. He is asking others if they know me and they say they don't and to contact me.

I am not sure if i personally would define what you call "a guy I have a crush on" as a "Twin-Soul or Soul-Mate" (the subject of this thread), but let's say he is your twin flame and that your psychic readers have correctly identified a problem -- that the Attraction candle is causing him anxiety or confusion because he does not know how to contact you. I have never heard of an Attraction Candle doing this, by the way -- usually they either work or they fail -- but maybe your readers know something about this that i don't.

As a reader myself, i would first want to know why he does not know how to connect with you directly. Is he someone far away, is he a celebrity, a sports star, a hermit? How do you come to have "a crush on a guy" whom you don't see socially or have social media connections to and whom you consider to be your Twin-Soul or Soul-Mate? This is a sincere question, because something here is not making sense to me.

Hello, I had never believed in "twin flames" until I met my (now ex) boyfriend and a friend introduced me to the term. We met briefly three years ago and, although neither of us really had the chance to speak that day, I was magnetically drawn towards him (although didn't realise it at the time).

Last year our paths crossed again after he reached out on social media to help me with something professionally. I bought him a drink after as a thank you and we started to discover the INSANE similarities, finishing each other's sentences as if we'd known each other all our lives. Small things like having the same favourite colour or food etc., right up to sharing a niche interest...but also unfortunately having so much shared past trauma, very specific things in our childhoods that had led us both to the same career etc. He described it as "looking at his female equivalent in the mirror". What was supposed to be a quick drink turned into talking until he almost missed his last train home!

I knew something was "different" about him to every guy I've met in the past, he would not normally be my "type" at all and yet I instantly felt like I'd "come home" if that makes sense? The only problem was he said he didn't want a relationship and was only looking for something casual. Which I was not interested in at all.

Despite this, we ended up naturally pulled into a kind of situationship. Writing longer and longer messages to each other and eventually just texting non-stop throughout the day. I retained my physical boundaries with him (wouldn't sleep with him) and he maintained he only wanted casual so we respected each other. We'd go on "dates" though, holding hands, cuddling etc. I even spent three nights with him over Christmas! We shared everything...maybe too much as the similarities could be quite triggering, especially for him.

Finally, on Valentine's Day, he asked me to be his girlfriend. I know he took it seriously, he'd tied up ends with another woman he had seen casually a couple of times and even checked himself in for therapy (which he'd previously been terrified of doing) to try to address all of his trauma. It was honestly perfect whenever we were together but he was struggling with the concept of commitment and the triggers with our "mirroring" were getting more frequent.

A few obstacles came up which I would have been happy to work through but he ended up breaking up with me last month...all the while crying and saying how much he loved me? We've tried for no contact, but we both end up talking to each other anyway. We've met up a few times (including for a four night holiday last week which had been booked before we broke up) but it always ends with one or both of us in tears or anxiety attacks. He even ended up self harming in front of me on the holiday (he managed to stop himself but not before I'd witnessed it).

And yet at its core we obviously still love each other (as he tells me frequently), we are still affectionate and cuddle and hold hands. But he says he is "not ready for a relationship and doesn't know if he'll ever be".

On our way home on the holiday, I ended up having a massive panic attack at the mention of complete no contact, deleting social media etc. and said some things he found very upsetting. However, since calming down, I have asked him about cutting contact and he cried and said "he'd have a mental breakdown and be sanctioned if he lost me".

I think for me I am terrified of staying in touch and seeing him with other casual encounter women (even though we are no longer together and I have no claim on him) because I know how much it effected me when he had the couple of dates with the other woman last year as our spiritual bond is so strong it feels like physical pain.

I no longer have any interest in any other men and haven't since that first night we sat down and properly talked last year.

There's a lot more to this but obviously this post is already far too long.

I've specifically tried NOT to interfere with spells thus far as it almost feels like I might end up messing with something beyond my understanding or previous beliefs, and I don't want to end up pushing him further away.
