Clarity is a great suggestion. I need him to see me for who I am and not just what he wants me to be. Some of my limitations can be overcome, but some can't. At least not right away.

I have been working with boss fix honey jar on my manager for a whole year now which soften him toward me and not really mess with me so far. My manager(male) and I moved to a newly open location last month in June. There are issues that going on right now that I would like your advice on:
1. the company hired new staff(male). It turned out that he and my manager are gambling buddies outside of work. The manager put this new staff better schedule in which the staff has majority of earlier shifts leaving by 3pm for the month of June and for July as well. I have to close and work weekend back to back. On top of that the manager manipulate the workflow where this staff will be at the station where he will get to work uninterrupted by customers so he gets the most productive points even when the staff came in at a later time and I came in earlier. I would get stuck at the same workstation for 6 hours where I constantly get interrupted to resolve issues that came up through out the day.
I have noted that this staff will come in like 25 to 30 minutes earlier each time he schedule for a later shift on purpose to get overtime and the manager allow it. The manager justified it by saying there was a need or he would say that he asked him to come in early to cover it up. (Background information- the company I work for measure productivity and the employees get raise and bonus based on productivity. Early shift get the most productivity points without dealing with any of the end of day problems.)
- I want to be the manager's favorite so he can give me early shift schedules with only 1 weekend per month. I would like to work at a higher productivity workstation so I can get the higher raise and bonus for my work.
- I want this new coworker to stay away from my chance of success. I want this person to stop be buddy buddy with my manager and influence him toward his favour.

2. One of the female staff is jealous of my compradery with the other female coworkers. She criticized the way I speak and corrected me in front of my other coworkers. She made slight comments about me behind my back with them. She is rude to people and thinks she knows it all type of person. How do I get rid of her?

Hello Lucky Mojo family,
I need some guidance, I'm making a sugar jar to sweeten my bosses to me over another person. Long story short I want her position. I want them to favor me so I can get the better hours and full time position. Normally I would continue doing my job the best I could and just hope for the best. But my co worker is a real piece of work, she's sloppy, rude, and very condescending to me. It was a matter of shady affairs that landed her this job in the first place. So if she has to be hot footed out so that I can be a shoe in so be it. I just want to lay the sweetening groundwork before such measures are taken.
What would everyone suggest I add herb wise to my jar. I have business cards of all my managers involved I can get personal items too. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I hope to start this up by next week

Good Evening Everyone,

It has been a long while since I have posted on this page. I am seek your help in advice and or direction regarding an intense need to do a working on a situation that doesn't really involve me but it is from a place a love for my Boyfriend.

My Boyfriend is an interior designer and he is dealing with a nightmare of a client who is notorious for paying people that he hires to do work in the restaurant. Since my BF has been working with this client, things have been stressful. I am intuition is through the roof and everytime the client lies I KNOW IT. Today he just called off part of the project and and he owes my BF hourly fees and he owes another independent contractor over $10K and my BF is so pissed off but is playing really nice and not saying much of anything because he doesn't want to get blown off by the client and not pay anything, so in a way he feels helpless and I am encouraging him to stand up for himself because of the delays with this client it has rippled into our home and finances to the point where we are living off of money that people owe us in order to get by..that is not the type of life we intend and I INTEND on doing something about it. I am SOOOOOO tired of these shady restaurant owners taking advantage of people that they seem to think is beneath them.

My question is this, at this present time the money isn't available for me to buy anything online to fix this, what can I use in my kitchen to FIX this situation once and for all. I was intending on doing a freezer spell on him to bind him for taking advantage of people, but what I can do to MAKE him pay what he owes to my bf and my bF's independent contractor? and actually for karmic retribution make him PAY everyone that he owes and ran out on! Please advise.

Hello,
I was seeking advice on which products to use to influence my supervisor to be more supportive. Little background info:
We recently lost a lot of employees and are overloaded with work. I got placed in a position that I feel I'm terrible at and have no desire whatsoever to manage. My old position was broken up, so to speak, and divided among all of us. The others do not want my old responsibilities and I do not want the new ones placed on me. I would prefer to have my old duties back as it was working fine that way. My boss doesn't listen when we approach him with our concerns. He just says its fine, you'll get used to it, etc etc. I was thinking Boss Fix would be an option, but I also want to make sure things lean my way. Thanks!

I'm sorry you're having to deal with this situation, it sounds very stressful. I think doing some Boss Fix work on your supervisor would be great. Maybe do a honey jar for the two of you, and write a petition saying something like, "May So & So grant me my request to get my old duties back and come under my rule." Burn purple candles on top dressed with Boss Fix oil. And if you can, dab a tiny amount of Boss Fix oil on something they will touch, like a doorknob or phone:

Sister Jean has good advice for your own situation at work, but your boss may feel that he's backed into a corner by the economy, by his superiors, or by "the realities" of the field. By all means build that "Do as I say, you'll love it" honey jar! But also, spread some King Solomon Wisdom and Crown of Success around so that the company can make better decisions and continue to thrive. The simplest way is to track it in on your shoes so everyone steps in it and tracks it everywhere.

You might put your boss's name in your shoe, also.

I would take a little bit of that and pee all over. Just like dogs do. The dog who urinates the most or the highest is asserting its dominance over that last dogs who have urinated on the trees, fire hydrants, or whatever.

Go outside in your backyard, dig a little hole, put a little piece of that paper in the hole, urinate all over it, then cover it.

Hello. I am new here.

I need help protecting me from a crazy, vindictive coworker. For months she has screamed at me and no matter how hard I try, even I apologize for things that need no apology, to diffuse. She calls me at night and on weekends. Criticizes one minute and then phoney praise. Inconsistent and erratic behavior. She is easily offended. I have worked with many people and have never had anything like this nor have i had complaints. I cannot take her passive aggressive approach. We used to be friends and she recommended me for hire but has turned on me and does not treat others this bad.

I cannot go to HR as our exec is an old friend of hers.

I am worried she will set me up to fail or besmirch my name.

She has expressed her unhappiness and has been looking for other jobs out of the company. I do not want to do harm but rather protect myself and my job and get her to leave the company for other employment. I do not want to harm her or her having a steady paycheck just want her to leave me alone and find work elsewhere.

I telecommute so i have no personal effects, nor do I have access to running streams, and she lives hours away.

Any suggestions?

I have this situation in which I report to two bosses- 1 female boss locally who is the general manager and another male boss who is the head of my function. So I got this vibe the female boss does not like the male boss and she does not seem to want to communicate with him directly and it has caused some misunderstanding and has put me in a spot. The male boss is fine with me but I feel the female boss is gradually being less friendly towards me and i can feel some tension working with her. I do not want to be caught up with the politics. So what I can do to make her remain nice towards me and not become biased against me?

Hello all!
I'm not entirely sure this is the correct thread for my question, but after searching the forum I feel like it's the best fit for my situation. It's not really a "boss" problem, but the people involved are definitely supervisors of a sort and I fell the best approach is to treat them as if they're a boss.
Here's the problem: I've been working regularly on my guy to bring him closer and get a commitment, cohabitation, etc. The work has been very successful and we're very happy together. However, he is in the process of joining a motorcycle club for reasons that I do understand, and it takes several months for him to prospect the club and prove himself before he can become a full member, which I also understand. The difficult part is that this prospecting period is extremely demanding and time consuming. I'm talking every Wed-Sun from late afternoon until 3am, with my guy out just riding, following the members, attending events, sitting outside bars to guard the bikes... it's endless. He's hardly ever home anymore and our time together as a couple is basically nonexistent right now. I'm careful not to argue with him and undo all the amazing results from my work thus far, but things are definitely a little strained between us right now. He can't refuse the members or he's out of the club, and this is something that is very important to him so I don't want to jeopardize it for him. And he's missing me just as much as I'm missing him during all his time away; he texts constantly and occasionally he'll tell them he has to work in the evening just so he can be home with me. I should add that this is not a selfish decision on his part, he did talk to me about it fully beforehand and I gave him the go ahead to begin prospecting. However, neither of us knew exactly how incredibly demanding it would be and we have 6 more months to go until he's a full member.
My question is this: Is there anything that I can do to somehow relieve the time demands of the members? I've met them, they're nice people, and I've even spent time with their wives who are also very nice. I can't freeze them out or hotfoot them or anything like that, because as I said, this is important to my guy and once he's a full member we'll actually gain a wonderful lifelong family in these men and their wives. I've burned crown of success candles for my guy, hoping that maybe they'll give him a weekend off for "good behavior" lol, but to no avail. Any suggestions on what I can do to lessen the amount of time they require per week, or maybe even shorten the nights so that he's actually home before I'm asleep? I have tons of LM oils and herbs, and I'm always willing to purchase something if I don't have it, so any suggestions at all would be appreciated. I've thought of a honey jar for the club but all I would have is pictures, no real personal effects.
Anyhow, I appreciate any suggestions at all to make the next 6 months a little easier on us. Thank you!

Hmm, well I think a honey jar would be a great place to start, even if you do only have pictures, to keep things sweet for everyone all around, but I'd especially focus on the club president or whoever is in charge of telling the prospects what to do:

I love the idea of the matched lodestone mojo bags. I do have a pair named for them on my altar but they're large and even if they weren't, I can't bring myself to separate them. But now I have an excuse to order a smaller pair and he can carry it in his vest along with the safe travel mojo I made for him. Thankfully he never questions anything I do; he's so used to me burning candles or sprinkling powder all over his stuff and dabbing him with oils and stealing his underwear and socks and hair... he'll willingly carry another little bag, no problem.

For the honey jar, I'll include pictures of the club members plus their names and such, and I'll be sure to write my petition with a focus on the president and the road manager; they're the ones mostly in charge.

I've only done a love jar, nothing like this, so any suggestions on the herbs to include and what oils and candle colors to burn on the jar?

Hello everyone! I will try to be short. I started a business with a friend of mine a couple of months back. We are still setting up and are scheduled to launch in October. Because of my past life issues (I was molested at the age of 6), I always accommodated people. So, when she asked for the business to be in her name I agreed despite the fact that our ownership is 50/50. During a discussion a couple of days ago I realized that I was being marginalized and that her ego was really inflated and could not differentiate between her name as a brand versus her own self. I clearly saw that this was going to be a major problem and that I wasn't OK with it. So, I requested that the name should be neutral (remember we haven't launched yet). At the beginning she said that if this was a condition for our collaboration, then she would consider it. But, she reminded me that this would break her son's heart (he does have major influence on her). I explained that this was not a professional argument. Sure enough, when she returned home she told me that she was not OK at all with the idea. She is "sleeping" on it and we will meet Monday to make a final decision.

That said, I really do believe in our venture and we always worked well together in the past (not as business partners though). So, I am praying that our partnership remains as is except for the business name.

I thought about going for a honey jar and put both her and her son in it. But, the honey jar works slow. And do I really want the son in it?

I've been wearing 2 name papers ( 1 for her and the other for her son) in my left shoe /sock.

Any input /suggestions would be great!

I think the name papers in the shoe is great. It's a classic, old school way to work. As for the honey jar idea, you could always do a sugar jar instead, because they tend to work a bit faster. Same idea, just use sugar instead. It's up to you whether you add the son to the jar; how much influence does he have over this venture?

Another thing you could do is do a skull candle spell on this business partner to get in her head about the name thing and get her to see your way of thinking. Use a white skull candle dressed with Influence oil and sprinkled with calamus root chips:

I live in one of the countries which LM doesn't ship to. I usually stock up through a friend who brings them with her when she visits. So, I guess I will stick with the sugar jar, name papers and prayers. As for the son, he just has a lot of influence on his mother's decisions. So, I guess it won't hurt to add him.

Instead, I used a tealight candle dressed with Influence Oil and sprinkled with Calamus Root chips. I had it burn on top of the sugar jar. Let's get to the point. I have a female boss, she is a Virgo, and the perfection seeking nature of Virgo is driving me and a lot of my coworkers nuts, there are times when I love her as a boss very much, she is funny at times, and does things with precision, I like this aspect of her for the fact that I hate sloppy people. But when she wanted something to be done, she WANTED it to be done, even though it might be a stupid and unreasonable decision, she doesn't care for that, she will argue with you, drive you almost to the point of insanity, until she saw her decision had been made into a reality, she doesn't give a shit about what you think about her decision.

Also being the Virgo she is, she has super high expectations and she expects everyone to be exactly what she wants in her expectations, one little imperfection and she is upset.

Any suggestions to fix her so she becomes the perfect boss that actually helps the team with her Virgo traits instead of driving everyone crazy?

I suggest floral tributes and food treats. Virgos get stressed because they take things very seriously, and sometimes they forget to eat or to smell the flowers.

Yea I know every sign has strengths and weaknesses. I'm a Gemini and I know I can be short focused on things, as well as an Aquarius rising, which makes me rebellious, weird, and doesn't fit in a lot of social norm. I had come to like Taurus and Libra more than any other signs, especially the females, gotta love those Venus energy. I'm also a Star Seed from the Sirius star system according to a psychic that I consult often.

But, back to this topic.

Thank you for the suggestions. I like the floral idea but I'm not gonna do it because it would look weird in front of my coworkers. So my only options are the Boss Fix formula. I think I'm probably getting the sachet powder for handshakes, oil or incense powders for personal secret rituals/spells on the boss.

Of course I haven't thought about that because I am not that knowledgeable in magick yet despite me knowing it since 2007, so much to learn. Thank you for the suggestion, I will try it and see if my boss will at least be nicer to me.

Hi everyone,

My boyfriend has been experiencing problems at his job. He works in mental health taking care of mentally disabled people under a company that has two group home facilities. He was recently moved from one home to another and his hours were cut shorter, ruining his finances. He’s talked to his superiors about moving him back to his previous house and getting his original hours back with no success. There are employees in these houses that are WILLING and WANTING to switch facilities with him, but for some reason his superiors won’t comply with anyone’s requests. Should I make a bottle spell, or do candle work? I’m thinking we need something with a little punch to it because his finances are taking a hard hit and this needs to be sorted out ASAP or things are going to get rough for him quickly.
Any advice and recommendations are greatly appreciated and welcomed.

First I would use stop gossip on him to prevent any gossip preventing the move ( maybe the boss? ) The best product to use would be boss fix to get a boss to do as you say, can add more commanding products or compelling. A honey jar is the sweet way to start to influence him. Alternative is of course to have a candle burning ( skull candle) to influence the boss and a 7 day candle to burn on him to influence the boss. Another old trick is to write the bosses name and stick it in his right shoe, then have him tap it while talking to the boss to put pressure on him, harder the boss fights the harder you press down and more frequently. Hello everyone, I'm a long-time lurker and first time poster wanting some advice about a boss fix jar.

The situation is that my supervisor... to say that he doesn't like me would be an understatement. His worst offense towards me to date is accusing me of being an addict, because of a medical emergency I experienced that was totally unrelated to any type of substance use. Even if that specific had never happened, he often micromanages me, talks down to me, and has often expected me to stop in the middle of my own time-sensitive work to do menial tasks for him. This is not an everyday occurrence, but is often enough where even my coworkers have noticed that he treats me poorly compared to them.

My idea was to make a sweetening jar with sugar water as a base, either his photo or signature, and a few drops of boss fix oil. I don't know if I should add any other ingredients, how those ingredients would interact with each other, or even which ingredients would be the best for my goal of just making him treat me as being equal to my other co-workers. I've considered Stop Gossip oil (since he has spoken poorly of me), tranquility oil (to promote a better work environment), and licorice root powder (to give myself an advantage).

Would this be sufficient or do I need to make any alterations?

To be brief, making a sweet jar "with sugar water as a base" is a very bad idea. The sugar water will ferment, producing alcohol, and your bottle may explode or blow the lid off. Alcohol is unstable and not what you want in this situation.

So recently I left my ring at work. It came off when I was in a camera blind spot at work.

I have suspicions that my coworker wasn't being honest and took it with her. She has revealed to me that she knows how to steal money out of registers and my manager has suspicions of her doing that.

But anyway where I work opens up at 4am. I left the store at 9:30pm. I stayed up until 4am to go back and look for my ring. It wasn't there, then I came back at 10am to look for it in the dumpster no signs of it. I was looking into there for an hour. It was obvious my ring wasn't on my finger when I went to throw the trash out. Because my manager showed me the video where it wasn't on my finger before I went to throw away the trash.

The next day the same coworker I left the store with has been acting suspicious and guilty. She insisted that my ring was on my finger. She said she saw it there. Then I told her I wanted my manager to check the cameras for the morning shift people to check if anyone there had seen my ring. Then she responded with "idk, the employees have a way of working around cameras to not be seen."

And the weird thing is that when I came back from taking the trash out and I went to the front of the store to was my hands, and she was "sweeping at the back of the store where I lost my ring. And there wasn't a need to sweep there because theres no need to and I had already did earlier. And since that day shes been talking to another coworker about my ring, and that different coworker keeps bringing up my ring to the shift lead out of no where...

I very much believe she stole my ring but she was very smart to take it where the camera couldn't see her take it not only that, but i dropped my ring in the blind spot and she was there right after we took out the trash. If she was there sweeping she would have seen the ring. I asked her about it but she told me to check the dustpan. Theres no way she couldn't see the ring when "sweeping". Everything is very fishy.

Is there a way i can tell the cops something without actually accusing her?

I want to her to return the ring because I cannot ask for it back from her or go to the police for lack of evidence.

You could always try reporting the ring as stolen to the police without having to accusing her, that you can do without magic. If you want to try spellwork though, you could always try compelling her to confess. Here is the spell:

Your coworker sounds like a criminal-in-training, and not a good person at all. If she is the one who took your ring, she is a slick thief, and brazen, too. The fact that she told you that she knows how to steal from the till is disturbing. It is also a weak point in her defenses -- you KNOW about her skill at theft and you KNOW that she enjoys the benefis of stealing from both the corporation and from friends.

I don't think there is any way that you can involve he police at this point. No evidence is available and the police, even at their best and finest, can only work on the basis of evidence.. They could take a statement and watch her if they run across her, but there are thousands of petty thefts like this going on daily, and they can't watch everyone. They're only human, after all.

Now God, on the other hand. . .

God watches everything, and when those who have been wronged appeal to God for justice, the results can be amazing. Justice can be served with power and finality, especially if the petitionr is blameless in the situation and is not making a false accusation.

So, first, as to the matter of a false accusation, which we are told not to make: I was taught to make what is called a "conditional" plea for justice. It is never a flat curse, like "Lord, kill Jane, the bitch who stole my ring!" Because God is NOT your pit bull. Instead, you approach God with your plea for justice in a conditional way,

"Lord, my ring, which meant a lot to me, is missing. I know that i dropped it, and that no one snatched it off my finger, but, Lord, it is my belief and hope that my coworkers of good faith and just minds would return it to me if they found it, out of kindness, as i myself would do for them. Yet this did not happen.

"Lord, the woman [Name[ is known to me to be a thief. She has told me of the way in which she steals from our employer. She had the opportunity to steal the ring rather than return it to me, and i believe she did so. Such a woman, Lord, who would take what is not hers, both by design and by opportunity, is not fit to live among people of good repute. She is a hazard and a menace to us all. With each successful theft, i fear that her arrogance and pride will grow stronger, and that she will steal and steal again.

"Lord, i ask you this, with a humble heart: If [Name] did steal my ring, let her be punished! She stole from the register and was not found out! She has taken my ring and was not found out! She will steal again -- but let her be found out! Let her next theft be observed! Let her be punished!

If i witness her downfall, i will not revel in her pain. Rather, i will magnify YOUR name, my Lord God of Justice, for having dealt with her so fairly.

"Amen."

Yes, that is a long prayer -- but that is how i was taught to address God, in words freely spoken from the heart. This is not a piece that you must memorize, but it is a pattern for this type of prayer.

Now, how to implement it:

Write the woman's name on a small piece of paper using a pencil. (It has to be in pencil because it will be boiled and you do not want any ink to run). Put the paper, a handful of salt, and some water in a small saucepan and set it on the stove to boil. As it heats and boils, say your prayers, according to your heart.

When the water boils away, leaving the salt crust and the paper, turn off the heat, but do nothing more to the saucepan. The next day, add water and boil it again and pray again for justice. The third day do the same.

Then scrape the salt crust and the remains of the paper from the saucepan and set them aside. Wash out the pan and put it away. Carry the remains of salt and paper to the work place and drop them on the floor in the place where you believe you dropped the ring -- where you saw her sweeping. You can also drop bits in other places, where she walks.

With each bit you drop, call her name into it, so that no one else will be affected. Say something like this:

"May [Name] and only [Name] feel the pains of remorse and the terror of panic when she steps in this, for God is watching her, and knows what she has done! May her crimes stand revealed for all to see! In Jesus' name, Amen!"

Here we are, if you are confused, we came from the competitive sport thread. The discussion had became a talk about my boss so we are here.

To continue what we were talking about, yes, I do know about the Stop Gossip, I didn't order it initially because I thought there is no gossip about me. I was wrong.

I'm actually planning to mix it up, using only a little bit of each. Gonna mix Boss Fix, Slippery Elk, Stop Gossip, Master, Power, Influence/Domination, Love me(or any light love inducing mix) and sweetener. My boss had gone too far and threatened me with severe administrative actions for disobeying her "lawful orders" (we are all in the military), which for most of time wasn't even a "lawful order" and we lower ranking people can disobey it. I am also going to have a little fun, from the outside, she may be my boss, and I will continue to act like I am following her orders, but deep down inside, I will become her master and she will do whatever I want her to do and will treat me better. I don't care if she is married and have 4 kids, she should had never abused her own rank and power like that.

Given how well the powders (potentially) influenced my PT test today, I want to test it to see how far I can use it without causing too much trouble. If this works, then the powders are definitely doing something and it definitely influenced my test, we shall see.

Magic gives you the edge, the push opens up things, its important to do the mundane acts as well. I mentioned stop gossip because I have realized haters, those in superior positions and see you as a potential threat in the future, or are not in their click will be gossiped about, negative info shared to hurt your reputation and ability to move up in work or get a raise. I see you are a women and so is she, which is also common I have seen at work, women attacking other women to keep their power. I place a pinch of slippery elm in my shoes I am wearing as I ask and pray to not be effected by the gossip. I place some of the oil on my shoes and make the sign of the cross as I pray to walk though without being touched, also put the oil on my feet.

In addition to doing the mentioned above items, you can do a moving candle spell to get her transfered, you can hot foot her out of the area. You can make a mirror box where you place her inside of it, or a doll baby in a box made of mirrors so all her negativity and evil goes back to her. I have two round mirrors I never looked in, I took two photos of me with a piece of my hair and put them together, I then placed the mirrors facing outward and glued it together I rubbed the glass with reversing oil to send anything send to me. I then wrapped it in white linen. I keep this in my work bag and wipe the mirrors regularly with oil. This is to send any evil or negativity sent to me to reflect back to them.

But yea, regardless of the genders, female bosses can also do BS stuff to ruin a male employee's career. It is might actually be worse since the female boss can give the male a false "sexual harassment" accusations and get the male employee fired. I mentioned that I am in the military but my version of military is not going onto the battlefield and dodge enemy bullets and avoid death, I sit in a chair and stare at a computer screen all day, much like a normal civilian job, with the extra military stuff such as following orders and passing fitness tests. My female boss also seem to like my female coworkers more than my male coworkers.

Here is a story of my previous past life according to a karmic astrologer and psychic I consult often. Before I was what I am right now, I was someone from Virginia (where I live now actually) who served in the Vietnam War, while I was in the military back then, someone of a higher ranking used his power to bully me and even using violence, even after my military service in that lifetime, I never forgot how that person treated me, even when I started living a more peaceful life full of loving energy. I actually did meet that person again online in this current life time, and he is also an astrologer, but it is best for us to not meet at all, even online.

it looks like the theme of me getting bullied by higher ranking people in the military still exists, but now I will fight back to whoever did me wrong and abused his or her power over me and trying to ruin my career. Opps I am sorry I must have missed the gender symbol. I apologize for the typo. In hoodoo we do not worry about the idea of imposing our will if its justified, such as your case which it is.
