The order is not important. Doing the work in a regular manner is more important.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hi. This is my first post ever, so please excuse any and all. : ) Up until now, I was reading around the forum, trying to find info I need in old posts.
I just received my shipment from LM, and two of the glass-encased candles have broken off at the top during shipping, like the whole circle around the top, and a bit of chunks on one side of one candle, basically the top inch on the one candle, two and a half on the other, is glass free. I hope that is not an omen! How do I proceed to burn?Sure I could place a disposable plastic bowl underneath each to catch the wax, but wouldn't that ruin candle divination, the fact that some of the glass is gone?
Any advice, or thoughts appreciated. Thank you.

Sweeetheart / MOprincess --
Just take a picture of the broken candle with your cell phone and send it to the shop by email
order@luckymojo.com (put VIGIL CANDLES BROKEN IN SHIPPING in the subject line)
then telephone them. Ask for Leslie, Alicia, Eileen, or Robin. The number is
707-887-1521 (between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific time)
-- and when you get them on the phone, tell them you sent the photo by email and ask for a replacement!
We ship out thousands of candles per month and sometimes they do break -- rarely! -- and we ALWAYS replace them for free!

Thank you, Catherine. That is very sweet, and generous. What should I do with the broken two I got, light them, chuck them?

I followed your instructions to the letter
, called and talked to Alicia, she was very nice, she checked the emailed photos, told me to toss the candles, for fear of exploding glass, since it's been distressed by breaking. She was filling out the invoice before we even hung up. She said my candles will ship today.
Yay!
Thank you SO MUCH, Catherine!

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Most of the candles I burn are salvaged broken candles. I NEVER light them in the original glass. I melt them in a solar oven or a slow conventional oven, or sometimes in a pan of simmering water on top of the stove. I salvage the wick and hot-glue it into a cleaned, recycle-ready candle glass, and then pour in the melted wax. Sometimes I throw away the broken glass, but usually I wrap it in newspaper (so no one cuts their hands on it) and recycle it.MOprincess wrote:What should I do with the broken two I got, light them, chuck them?
It's not quite as big a project as it sounds

Wow, thank you Miss Michaele, great advice, that sounds awesome what you do.
I'm just a total klutz when it comes to pots and stoves.
Throw in a non-food ingredient, and I'm lost, lol.
Such a waste though, those candles, I wish I could do what you suggested, sigh. Oh, well. Honestly, I haven't had the heart to throw them out yet.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Help! Not sure what to do. In the middle of a 7 day moving candle spell and my figural candle is flawed on production!
It was burning fine and then all of the sudden went out. Upon examination, I found out the candle wick pulled right out and only went as deep at the chest of the candle! Flawed on production no doubt!
My question, what do I do? I'm on day three of seven, can a buy and dress and new candle in the same way, catch it up to the others while praying and then continue the work? Or do I have to start the whole thing over again? I was getting some really interesting signs and observations from the burn ( so interesting ive been writing them down for future reference) and I'd hate to just abandon ship :/
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
I'm sorry that happnened, Jules 6186,
You mention that you "pulled the wick out." Obviously, if you did that while the candle-wax was warm and soft, you ruined your own candle.
However, if the wick was short, and if you purchased this candle from Lucky Mojo, please send a photo of the defective candle by email to order@luckymojo.com -- and title the email "Defective Candle -- Need Replacement." A replacement will be sent at once.
Miss cat has explained previously that due to the way the wicks are held and strung in the moulds of hand-made Lucky Mojo candles, it would be near-impossible for a wick to "run out" in the middle of a candle.
If you bought the candle from a different company, contact that company for a replacement.
Good luck.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Thanks, Aida.
I am now repeating a post from above:
The non-figural candles we sell -- 4", 6", 9", 12", glass-encased, tea lights, etc. -- are made in factories by people operating large machines at high speeds, and sometimes there are candles without wicks. We see maybe 15 or so wickless candles per year, of all all kinds, from 4" and 6" on up to the big glass encased vigils. Wickless candles are replaced at no charge, of course.
Our figural candles are made in two-part moulds in which the wicks are strung through the mould, top-to-bottom, and the mould is then held together with clips. The moulds are set upside-down in stands and the wax is poured in from the bottom. Hwen it hardens, the moulds are removed and stored for re-use and the candles are hand-trimmed. That is, the mould-seams are trimmed or burnished smooth, the protruding wick at the bottom is cut flush with the wax, and the protruding wicj at the top is trimmed to a standrad length. There is virtually no way that such a candle can be made with a short wick or no wick, as each piece is set up, poured, trimmed, and examined by a professional candle maker, not by a machine.
If you receive a wickless non-figural candle or a broken candle of any kind, just take a picture of the defective or broken candle with your cell phone and send it to the shop by email
order@luckymojo.com (put DEFECTIVE CANDLE or BROKEN CANDLE in the subject line)
then telephone them. Ask for Leslie, Alicia, Eileen, or Robin. The number is

Remember, folks, candles are tools of use. After you fix and dress them, they are elements of your magical works, but when you first receive them, it is in your best interests to examine them just as you would examine a pair of shoes or a book that you ordered via the internet. Don't wait until you are in the middle of a 21 day run of candles to realize that one of your tea lights was wickless or that your figural candle is broken.
Look over your packages of goods as soon as you open the box and report any faulty or damaged merchandise to us at once. Send a cell-phone picture! Get a replacement candle. WE REPLACE FAULTY AND BROKEN CANDLES FOR FREE.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Thank you for the reply! when I say I "pulled the wick out" I meant it was a half inch piece of wick floating in a pool of wax at about chest level for the candle. It had floated out when it had reached it's limit of burning as a wick. I then examined the rest of the candle once cooled and could not find another wick deeper in. I did not buy this candle from lucky mojo (yes, lesson learned) but from a local and reputable business as I believe in supporting locally too. They do sell LM products but I don't know if they order their candles from there or not. I do not know where they get there candles from but intend to find out.
I am NOT looking for a replacement from LM which is why I didn't post here. I'm actually looking for advice on what to do with the work now? I'm not sure what happened to the replies I had gotten before but I wish I could re-read them. I believe one advised doing a reading and I wanted to reply to it as I did....are the replies still there??
Again, I apologize about any confusion but I was not looking for a replacement but for working advice. Thanks!

Hi Jules6186,
you can re-melt the wax and pour a new candle if you're so inclined. If not, start the work again with a new candle and dispose of the remains of this one.
Blessings.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Just a question - I just received my order and my bottle of Uncrossing oil had a very thick/opaque substance in the bottom. I am not asking for any proprietary information, just wanted to make sure that's right because I'm used to most of the anointing oils being clear, and this is the first time I've ordered Uncrossing. The order arrived wonderfully pulled and packed by Apollo Dark, I'm so pleased that he was there at the time to do so! Thank you again for your wonderful products. I'm also askinig here and not under the appropriate Oils subforum because I didn't want to concern others or worry about the possibility of proprietary information getting out. Thanks.
Edit: I can certainly send along a photo if necessary. Thanks again!

Hi Mary, yes that is exactly how the oil should look. There are specific herbs and curios that are in the bottle of oil and from your description it sounds spot on. As the oil settles I bet this substance will settle a bit too.
Best of luck!

Hi Lucky Mojo! Im a bit worried :/ I just opened my order i made a while ago, it was for a few incences and oils....and i got some ones extra that i didnt order! i recieved: 1) look me over (i took that as a sign to up my confidence and make more effort because ive been feeling low about how i look - boyfriends remarks being mean mostly), 2) fast luck (that was a lovely surprise because ive been thinking how much i want some luck products but couldnt afford), 3) i can you cant (maybe i should be more go-getting when i apply for jobs) and.... 4)d.u.m.e (this one gave me the sh*** and scared me because i cannot think of anyone i want to hurt in such a drastic way....unless there is someone who wants to hurt me and thisis a sign??
am i looking to much into these possible meanings? ive read some posts on lm forum and it seems the overiding belief is sometimes something happens because its meant to be??
please could someone explain! most of the oils i have been buying from LM have been for love and for self-improvement (love me, king solomon etc...)
thankyou!

katstar, I wouldn't put too much worry into this if I were you. My biggest concern is if you received everything that you DID order? It sounds like human error is at play here and I would love to help get to the bottom of it. If possible, please give the shop a call 707-887-1521 so we can help work this out.
And on another note, cleansing is never the wrong thing to do.

I'm glad you received everything you wanted. As for the extras, consider it a bonus from the Lucky Mojo packing faerie and if there is something that you don't want, or like, feel free to give it away.

Hi,
I have emailed the shop about this. I'm deaf so phoning isn't possible.
I just want to ensure the shop doesn't miss my email regarding order 59975. I'm being attacked by several perpetrators and I know they tried their hardest to prevent me from getting the order. It was nearly returned by ParcelForce (the courier in the UK), and a kind lady working there just managed to stop it and get it delivered to me. That was after the payment problems experienced when I tried to pay for the shipping.
So I'm posting here to ensure someone is aware I emailed and that my email won't be missed. Not taking any chances here.
Also, one of the bottles of Chinese Wash has set almost solid, but the other bottle looks fine. Can I still use the one that's set?
Cheers.
Gemma

Well you should request for xchange, as its not your fault. The company will be pay for this or the responsible person will pay the loss.nemesis wrote:Hi, I just received my order today and was dismayed to see that the fast luck bottle had its cap opened and all its content spilled out during shipment. I noticed that the cap of the bottle wasnt taped and LM might wanna consider getting it made screwed on rather than cap on cos it doesnt seem to be capped on securely.
I like to know if I can request for a exchange, otherwise how do I go about doing a refund cos apparently i couldnt work on it anymore

Thanks to everyone at Lucky Mojo, especially in customer service!
I received an order today which had one product accidentally swapped for another (I ordered Road Opener bath crystals but received the incense powder) and called in to the shop about it. They put in a new invoice to get me the bath crystals, and were lovely to deal with.
Kudos on making transactions so pleasant! It makes me want to order far more things than I probably need.

Hello everyone,
I have just received an order that I placed from you yesterday in which I ordered a book.
The book that I ordered is: Psychic Pets And Spirit Animals
I do not mean to complain but as soon as you open the cover of the book it is stamped ``River Forest H.S-Library`` and at the back of this book it has a library stamp on a slip and it is even stamped of when the due date is.
I do not mean to complain but do you mean to sell used library books?
Thank You.

Hello, Lovemydogs,
Well, that is weird.
If possible, please give the shop a call 707-887-1521 so they can help work this out. Or e-mail them order@luckymojo.com
I will also bring this to Miss cat's attention.
Take care

Dang! I happen to know EXACTLY what happened there. The book is out of print but we picked up several like-new and near-mint copies for resale and among them we got this one ex-libris copy, which i put aside to sell at our annual used book sale last May. It had been destined to be a 50 cent or one dollar used book but apparently someone mistakenly put it in the regular books-for-sale stock in the barn. from whence it wended its way to the shelf and then to you.
Please accept my apologies, call the shop, and either get a refund or a replacement copy that is unmarked. You can keep the ex-libris book, of course.

I had an item missing from my order. I called, and the lovely lady who answered the phone helped me in no time. No muss, no fuss.
Maybe I'm in a parallel universe. LOL! Thanks Customer Service.

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to send a note regarding the order that I had received. It's regarding 2 Norse bone rune's.
I am going to phone over to you.
First I am going to go on your site to read and take a look at what these are suppose to look like but the description on the back of them are not what it says on the receipt.
I'll get back to you.
Love you all!

I thought I would share this and hopefully it helps someone else avoid confusion in the future.
I recently ordered a crystal sphere after looking at the CSL website and reading the LMCC forums where I learned the orders are fulfilled by LM. It was on the CSL website that I saw a free copy of The Crystal Silence League: Personal Codes is provided with the order of any crystal ball. I decided that I wanted a copy of Crystal Gazing as well and added that to my cart along with the crystal.
When my order arrived (very fast, I might add!) the crystal ball and a copy of Crystal Gazing was included, but Personal Codes was not. I called to ask why I only received one book and the woman I spoke with said that I have a choice between the two books (I didn't know this) and it was assumed the one I added to my cart was the one I wanted free so that's the only one that was shipped.
It might be good to make a note in the comments of the order that you wish to purchase the additional title if you want to receive both books.

So I received my order yesterday for Lucky Mojo, but I have a question.. I ordered Blackberry leaves and that’s what was on my order papers, but the package contained Bearberry leaves.. are they the same or do I need to send them back?

Hello inquiringminds128,
I'm afraid they're not the same thing. The first thing you should do is call the shop, they may just be able to send them to you. The number is 707-887-1521.
Take care.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Received my order a few days ago but 1 item was missing. I sent an email to order@luckymojo.com on Monday, Sept 10, 2018, but I have not received any reply yet. About how long does it usually take order@luckymojo.com to reply to emails regarding the re-sending of missing items? Should I send another email just in case order@luckymojo.com didn't actually receive the first email for some reason?

Hi, fire_and_ice --
Sorry about the missing item from your package. The email order@luckymojo.com is usually checked once a day, at least five days a week. If Nikki, the person who checks it, is out sick, it may skip a day now and then. On the weekend, Nicole, the weekend day manager, may also check and reply to email. (Yes, Nikki and Nicole are two different people. We just got lucky !)
Email is never ignored, but if you need quicker service, just phone us at 707-887-1521 any day, 9:00 to 5:00 Pacific Time.

Hello fire_and_ice
My name is Nicole and I am the weekend day manager here at the shop. I did receive your email and your photos of what you received in your package today. Nikki, who checks the email 5 days per week, has been out sick for a couple of days.
We are so sorry for the mix up and will be sending you the missing oil that was left out of your package.
If you have any other questions about the ordering process feel free to contact me through the shop email or phone number or here.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hello,
I ordered a Blues Boys Triple Strength mojo hand in the summer. I only just planned to make it today so I just opened the bag and took everything out - and it seems I'm missing a few items. I definitely don't have the Rabbit Foot charm, and it seems I only have one root (I believe it's the Lucky Hand one and I'm missing the John the Conqueror one), and I'm not sure I have the Lodestone! What do I do?

aniviel ,
You would want to call the shop and talk to them about the item and your questions about the missing items. They are at the shop Mon-Sun.

Thank you. I called them last night (well, night here) and sent pictures. I hope they can do something. Annoying that I had just been charged for delivery on the order I placed the other week so it's too late to add the items in that one I would think!

Hello, Anivel.
I am sorry about the missing item in your order. Leslie got your email yesterday, but you had ordered that mojo four months ago, so she wanted me to decide what to do.
You have been a good customer in the past, so i have seen to it that Leslie will send you anything that was missing, but please also be aware that this is not our standard procedure, as it is the customer's responsibility to check all received packages and products for order accuracy and intact status within two weeks of receipt..
To repeat: For guaranteed replacement or refund of damaged or missing Lucky Mojo products, we require that reports of missing, damaged, or broken items or goods be made to us by phone or email at our shop (not at this customer service forum) within 14 days of receipt, which we can track via our shipping services. After that 14-day period expires, we may replace items, but we are not obligated to do so.
Please see

Thank you.

Hi Birdie,
I'm so sorry that happened.
I would start the work as the instructions indicate, so if a New Moon is advised then I would wait until then. You could always burn candles in the meantime, or have them burned for you at MISC.

Good luck.

Re: Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items / Wrong Address / Lost Package Questions and Answers
Hello LM Family!
I received my order today, however I'm missing two 13 herb baths from my order. It looks like they confused the small 13 herb one day bath with the big package because I received two 13 herb single baths instead.
I also ordered two Reversing Incense Powders and two Reversing Sachet Powders but I received four Reversing Sachet Powders. Can I use the Reversing Sachet Powder as incense? Everything is great!
Thank you!

Thank you Miss Athena. I will wait for the New Moon. The spell will get done when it’s the right time. I’m not upset with Lucky Mojo at all. They have been so helpful. I will be placing another order very soon 🥰

It's no problem. It happens. I know that you have a very large volume of orders to prepare. I own a retail business and I completely understand. I placed another order yesterday so I can't wait to get my goodies! I will only purchase from LM from now on. The quality is outstanding. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us!

The disc with the petitions is a disc of graphics. It does not "play," if by "play" you mean to create audio or visual streaming. You should simply LOOK at it, and you can also PRINT the images.
