Although many adults who were diagnosed as children with autism spectrum, Asperger's, delayed speech, or developmental delays are comfortable with their diagnosis as adults, it is still the case that when they were young, family members, especially mothers, found it valuable to seek help for remediation of these conditions. Getting good therapeutic assistance and intervention at a young age is imperative, and there are spells and prayers that are also of aid.

For starters, I would like to recommend Deer's Tongue Herb, a plant that is reputed to give eloquence of speech.

Next, for Catholics such as myself, Saint Joseph of Cupertino and the Franciscan Brother Juniper (a companion of Saint Francis of Assisi) are thought to have been on the spectrum, and they may be petitioned for understanding on the path to adulthood.

Spiritual supplies that have been used for these conditions include Clarity, King Solomon Wisdom, and Blessing.

My 3 year old child just got a diagnosis of a mild form of autism, mainly and specifically on late speech and language development. I feel quite broken inside atm, just cried my eyeballs out because who would want that for your child right...You just want them to be healthy, grow up well and be as happy as they can be...And yes, we're in the process of getting professional help.

But I need help on this level too...Anything and everything! Please help me, what can I do for my child?

Suggestions on spells, herbs, honey jars, mojos for my child are highly appreciated please...

Moonlightdream,

That is difficult news to handle, and my heart is with you. I am glad to hear that you are seeking therapeutic intervention. It really does make a difference.

Please see my list of advised herbs, formulas, and Catholic saints above. In addition, I recommend posting prayers at the Crystal Silence League online prayer network:

Thank you Rev Ernest, luckily I have all the items you mentioned. My mind is standing still right now, I don't really know where to start and how to phrase a petition. Also, she's too young to understand and wear a mojo, can I make something and put it under her bed/mattress?

Hello Moonlightdream.
Being a parent myself my heart goes out to you. Rev Earnest has given you excellent advice. Miss. Cat wrote an excellent book called Paper in my shoe. This book explains in detail how to write a petition. Here’s the link.

Moonlightdream,

I am sorry to hear about your child. I am a teacher by trade and work with many students with disabilities. I have a student with autism right now who is very high functioning, in the honors program and very smart. I found myself constantly telling other teachers he was autistic as a protective measure and I realized the student does not have a problem, I do, I was subconciously judging or predisposing him because of my "understanding" of the condition not the reality of who this child is and what he can actually do. That was a big eye opener for me to step back and appreciate.

As for work, you certainly can make a mojo and stick it under a bed, between the box spring or pin it behind the headboard. You can make baths with the herbs mentioned by Rev Earnest, order bath crystals of blessing, King Solomon and Clarity mix them together and bath your child in it weekly. Add the oil to a body wash or shampoo, even a tiny drop in a body lotion. You can pray Psalms 96 for blessing a family bring peace and joy, and 97 (red with 96) for healing and blessing oil. Also its very classic to recite Psalms 23 followed by a petition.

A petition is simply the prayer request that you want answered. Cat has a great book, as listed by Thomas K that goes into petitions and many ways to write them, fold them and use them. Your petition would be related to the desire of the work and the herbs and items used in the work.

Example of a petition: With the grace of God may (Name of child) be blessed with great doctors and teachers, may he/she have perfect health and develop mentally and emotionally and learn to speak properly using new words and completing sentences, May Gods blessing be with her always and forever amen.
Another example: May (child's name), develop properly as a child, speak completely and clearly amen.
Another example: May (child's name), Strive and thrive in her learning, comprehension, speech, use of language and development Amen.
Just some quick ideas that I can think of off the top. I hope this helps!

Hi Moonlightdream!

I just wanted to add to what the moderators have said, because I know what these types of struggles are like from your daughter's perspective. First off, I'm a nuclear physicist and I'm currently working on my third degree in nuclear engineering, so I can work on the more applied side of nuclear physics. I put this out there because there are 24 people in my graduating class this year and about half of them have been diagnosed with autism. There's something about autism that allows the brain to figure out some of the most obscure things, that an average brain can't find. It's hard to explain and I'm not a doctor, but they definitely pull the class forward a lot of the time, by figuring things out that no one else could, and by seeing things from a different angle. As long as they have support and the proper medical care, my personal opinion is that these guys are more successful with autism than without it. There are obviously some struggles that they have to deal with that others don't, but those things are also seeming to get better with time, as people understand autism more and especially since they're surrounded by others with autism.

My personal struggle isn't with autism, but with another learning disability that I wasn't diagnosed with until I was in my late 20's. I have a severe case of it but the doctors never picked up on it since I was always quiet and girls react differently to it than boys. So before there was more information about it, everyone just thought I didn't care and/or that I was dumb. On top of that, I have brain damage from a brain injury that occurred on a combat deployment a few years ago that requires me to take medicine throughout the day in order to have the use of the cognitive functions of my brain. And yet, I'm still over here plugging along lol. I had to continue what I was doing before the injury out of necessity because I don't have a spouse or parents or anyone else in my life who could support me or help me at all. So I just kept going.

But your daughter has a lot of things that I didn't and still don't have. For one, she has you. I didn't have parents, I was a ward of the state as a child and I can't stress to you how much it messed up my life to not have an advocate to speak for me and to help me figure out what tools I need to get by in my unique situation. She was also diagnosed very young and at a time when doctors are eager to learn more about autism and things are getting better every day. All in all, she has a lot of things going for her and it's unlikely that that will change. It's something that will probably just keep getting better with time. She's unique and has a different set of obstacles, but what comes with that is a different set of skills and opportunities. I don't have any root work advice to give but sometimes with mental things, both for your daughter and for the mental fatigue that this might cause you, you can move mountains by just continuing to keep going. Not fast or with power.. But just with breath in your lungs and a heartbeat lol. Sometimes it's all you can do. Maybe it's just an issue of timing, before things ease up. But either way, your daughter is very lucky to have a mother who cares so much about her. That's all that really makes a difference in the end, anyway.

JayDee,
Thank you so much for your ideas! Past week have been so blurry to me. I can't focus at all. One of my greatest fear is actually that I'm afraid she will be treated differently and judged by her condition...She is also diagnosed with high functioning autism, with quite late speech development and sometimes issues with social interactions. She is so loving, kind and sweet and I never suspected that her late speech development had something to do with autism...You just don't see and connect the dots until you read a few of the characteristics and small details and acts that she does at home and at preschool...Just the thought of her being bullied because of her condition (if that day comes) makes me so scared and actually boiling with anger. I just want to protect her from all harm there is...
It was a great idea to use bath crystals since we do have a bathtub and she loves to bathe in it...I'll be ordering it this week thank you! I will also add oils to the shampoo and bath wash like you mentioned. Thank you so much for the psalms and examples of petitions...I appreciate it tremendously...Bless you!

Dear ScorpioKate
First of all, I am so sorry that you had to face your situation and struggles all alone...It really breaks my heart to hear that...But you should be very proud of yourself because you've turned into such an intelligent and beautiful individual. Your words gave me great comfort and support. I can't even describe how much it meant for me to hear that. I feel as if I can move mountains and surpass all hardships now. For my little one, I would go through hell and back. Her amazing father would also do anything for her.
I'm sorry to hear about your personal struggle and that it took so long for you to be diagnosed and treated. That's also something I fear for my daughter because she's also very quiet and calm. And when it comes to autism, boys and girls do react differently too. Her preschool teachers never suspected anything and when the doctors talked with them, her teachers said that it was nothing abnormal or unusual with her. She was absolutely fine according to them...
I will definitely take a deep breath and take everything slow from now on...There are a lot of things that need to be done, a lot of things to prepare, learn and plan for her wellbeing...At least it was discovered fairly early (she's almost 4) according to the doctor...It will be easier and beneficial in many ways...
Thank you so much ScorpioKate. I will be able to sleep better tonight...I hope all is well with you. May all your dreams come true and may you always be protected wherever you go. Bless you!

Moonlightdream ,

I think it would be good for you also to bath in clarity bath to help you see clearly through this situation and King Solomon bath to make wise decisions and the right decisions for your daughter. Wearing the oils as well and using them on a white figure candle for you and your husband to burn to be followed by the Holy Spirit to do whats best for your daughter.

Future fears for your daughter is a fear we all have. I can say as a teacher I have never seen the Autistic kids in my building teased, but each school is different. I actually have found that the kids read mean things on the internet that people say and jokes they make. That is actually the issue im currently working with for one of my autistic students who tells me people make mean jokes or post things on the internet. a mojo to protect her would be a great item to put in a backpack to keep her safe, Angelic root is a great herb for that.

ScorpioKate, thank you for sharing your experience in school with Autistic students in the program I actually shared that with my student as an example and not to read or listen to things that are negative about him or to him. He seemed to respond very well to the message.

Hi Everyone!!!!

Ok so here’s the issue, I have a cousin who is a great mom to a autistic boy. Her son is a great kid and I see that he’s smart but he’s not compliant enough to show what he knows and now she says he’s having trouble in school due to his behaviors. I babysit for them from time to time and from what I see he’s not disrespectful but very playful to the point that he doesn’t listen. He non verbal but I’ve heard him talk a few times so I see that he can and he’s also a stubborn child meaning if he doesn’t want to do something he will not even if it’s for his own good.

I’ve spoke to her and she’s knows I practice hoodoo and she’s willing to let me help but she was clear about a few things. She still wants him to be able to be playful because he’s a kids but she wants him to follow directions, listen and show his teachers and her how smart he really is. His behaviors are putting him in danger because he gets so excited he doesn’t pay attention to his surroundings. He doesn’t listen or follow directions, and I think he maybe a bit shy but I’m not to sure.

When I practice hoodoo it’s usually for love work so I don’t really know all of the options to help my family but I was thinking crown of success spell for school mixed with king solomon (as far as a mojo goes I would get the mom to do that because I know no one else can touch or see it, but question how does that work for the mom? Can she touch and feed it? Would that kill it? )

A white skull candle with deers tongue for his speech but I’m not sure on what to use for him to listen more and focus.

Any other suggestions?

Please note, she has him in a lot of therapy’s already so at this point I think she just needs a spiritual boost for things.

Hello Lovelygirl00,

I think that's great that you're willing to help out your family like this, and I think you're on the right track with the Crown of Success and King Solomon's Wisdom products. If you go to the following pages, you'll find spells that implement those products:

http://www.luckymojo.com/crownofsuccess.html
http://www.luckymojo.com/kingsolomonwisdom.html

A couple more additions that I would recommend making are Clarity and Tranquility products. The Clarity products will help clear his mind and help him focus, and the Tranquility will help calm the anxiety that can often come with autism (I'm autistic myself and it has helped me).

http://www.luckymojo.com/clarity.html
http://www.luckymojo.com/products-tranquility.html

I also think a skull candle with deer's tongue is a great idea, and I think that would be fine to make a mojo that the mother feeds.

Good luck!
Thank you saints and spirits!

Sister Jean, if I make the mojo for my child, is it ok if both she and I sees and touches it? I need to see it and touch it to feed it (my child is only 3)...Thanks for mentioning tranquility, I will order it for my child. Had any other products help you other than tranquility? Thanks

Moonlightdream,

Some mojos have been known to be touched and even shared with a daughter, such as a nation sack. Also that you are working this for a child, I would see this as similar to working a blessing mojo for a new born, in which case yes it would be ok for you to work it, pray it and put it on the child. To me its really your mojo that you are putting on her to assist her. When she is of age and able to understand then include her in the process and importance of hiding it. Also the mojo can be placed under her bed, in a box spring, or pinned behind a head board.

Hello everyone. I hope I'm posting in the right place. My son has speech delay. I found early this year because of tongue tied. By a educational evaluator. He had the surgery done in may. He has done better with therpay and since the surgery. He's 4 yrs old. I just apply him to a lottery for a very good private school. His named got pull. But even though I recieved the application. Doesnt mean he gets in. He has alot of work still to be done from now till next yr Sep. I'm basically asking for something to help him achieve his goal and also make sure his application gets pull for this school. I have look into public schools in my area. And besides wanting him to have the best education. I am fearful of what these public school reviews says. Espically since I have a biracial child which I want to look at every1 the same and vice versa. Any advice you can welcome is always helpful. I pray to st. Jude who has help me in the past with my son. I pray to his saints that are his from birth. I come from a family that is born into Santeria. And I just wanna know is ther anything more I can do. Thank you

redheart,

St. Jude is great for difficult and impossible things. School lottos can be very hard, as hard as playing the real lotto. A honey jar to sweeten the admission to your son to accept him and a crown of success for him to be successful in being accepted to the school. You can also dust the application over with look me over sachet powder to get noticed.

My son has moderate- severe autism and delays. 5 yrs old and mostly nonverbal and couldn't use the potty at all or even understand what we were trying to get him to do on it.

I did a simple candle spell with healing oil, dragon's blood, doves blood and a few healing herbs and on my petition wrote that he can use the potty like other kids his age and speak with no delays and im not even joking when I tell you guys that LITERALLY THE VERY NEXT FEW DAYS he started peeing on command on the potty and starting to attempt to say more than one syllable and more than one word together which he NEVER DID before. He's now almost fully potty trained about 2 months after and started saying much more. Its started to peak and stagnate a bit with the speech it seems, but I feel that fully fixing it 100% with one simple candle is a bit too much to expect. Oh and I also did an ammonia jar where I wrote the opposite stuff so that the situation of him not speaking and such would get eaten away prior to the candle. Im going to do more work and have also put tourmaline, selenite and rose quarts all around his bedroom and at the 4 corners of his mattress as well to try and cleanse away any possible negative energy or attachments that may be causing him issues. I just want to make sure my baby has the best life he can and since I'm the only one in my family aware that this stuff is real, and he's my child, I know that this is my duty to make sure I do everything I can for him spiritually. Doctors have done all they can and he already goes to ABA therapy and speech therapy 40hrs a week. There were no drastic improvements until I began implementing magic for him.

Best of luck to all my sister autism mommies out there, much love and blessings

Wow that is amazing Covert1209 . You got this mama!!! BTW, how did you determine all this by yourself ?

I have a 11 year old who has challenges turning his classwork and homework and staying focused in class because of which he is loosing grades. All he wants his fun fun fun and is super distracted and demotivated child when it comes to schoolwork. He does not like any form of me telling him he needs to be accountable and responsible for his work. I can get him on medication for ADHD but I would not like that path for him to be dependent of medication as he seems to be really good when it comes to playing games, arts and such, so if he can focus there why cant he focus on his schoolwork?

Any candle or rootwork I can do for him myself or ask for a rootworker to help with?

happyZen,

Speaking from experience, I understand your dilemma and I would like to give you some tips for what helped me.

1. Seek out behavioral therapist. They will give him tools on how to stay in the moment and on task.

2. There are many medications that can help but if you want to give a more natural approach a try first, I would talk to an herbalist or read up on herbal teas that can help with the condition.

3. Ambient music for doing homework. It's hard to explain but music with words can be very distracting but electronic "trance" techno music would bring on an ultra focused state.

4. Crown of Success oil and King Solomon Wisdom oils blended in the palm of the hand and dabbed on the forehead in the morning. You could say "May all your works be crown with success. May knowledge and focus be with you" Or something along those lines.

I wish you the best!

Hello Belizas,

I'm sorry to hear your daughter is facing such challenges. The spell advice in this thread could help her, so please read through the posts here.

As you know, spells are no substitution for sound medical advice and care. You can petition Dr Jose Gregorio Hernandez for help in finding the right doctors who can assist your daughter directly.

I hope this helps and I wish your family the very best of luck!

Hi! Please help...My daughter with autism and speech delays is going to a new school. I'm having a meeting with the principal and her new teachers (which I've never met before and don't know the name of) along with my daughter's speech therapist soon. We will discuss about my daughter and ways to help her in school. What can I do to have them favor me/my daughter? I don't know their names which means I can't do a honey jar right? Would the left shoe trick be appropriate? How can I write the petition since I don't know their names until I meet them? I am so nervous and worried...I really hope to get some tips, thank you so much!

Hello Moonlightdream,

You don't need their names, you can identify them by their roles at the school..."Teacher at ABC School" or "Principal at ABC School" etc. Same with the speech therapist - "(daughter's name)'s new speech therapist"

You get the idea.

Put them in a honey jar with you and your daughter. You can always add their names later once you know them, to keep that energy going.

The paper in the left shoe would also be helpful for when you meet. You can simply petition that they are kind and helpful towards her and are effective in helping her development.

You can anoint your daughter with Crown of Success oil when she goes off to school. Just dab a little on your hands lightly and touch her (especially the top of her head) with your dressed hands. It will help her succeed at school.

Thank you so much for replying Miss Athena!
Regarding "put them in a honey jar with you and your daughter", how do I do this? Do you mean that I should put in one single petition or separate pieces of papers with names? Thanks

Moonlightdream --

Making a sugar jar (or, as you prefer, a honey jar) can be acomplshed in many ways.

Some will keep each name on a separate sheet of paper, so they can be pulled our or added to (this is easier to do with sugar than with honey, for obvious reasons).

Some put all the names on one piece of paper.

To really understand the history of what you are doing is the best way to learn. This web page i wrote will help you, but you have to read the whole thing:

Hello everyone, I have a high function very smart just made 14 years old grandson who is having problem making friends. The few he had he told me is not his real friends and would ask him to do things so they could laugh at him cause they think he is slow. He needs help in social areas, it is not easy for him. My heart goes out to him. He will be graduating from this school soon and has been accepted to a very prestigious high school. Could anyone help me with suggestions and products to help him make and keep good friends and with his social skills? Thanks in advance.

skyblue54 ,

For a child who is high-functioning, very smart but struggling to make lasting friends, I would create a honey jar to sweeten friends and others to him. Then when you have the names of kids who are nice and kind, add them to the jar. Use cloves in the jar, which are known to enhance friendships.

Hello, skyblue54 --

Your involvement with your grandson is one of the best gifts you can give. Sometimes parents suffer burn-out or fatigue from having to pave the way for an autistic child to succeed, and the grandparents can fill in with non-demanding, non-interventionist contact.

When it comes to spiritual work for a teen with high-functioning autism, the inability to maintain friendships is a cause of much sorrow, especially if the child is highly intelligent and has specialized interests or wants limited contact with others. Jaydee's idea of a honey or sugar jar is traditional and helpful. If you cook or bake for the child, use a little of the sugar or honey in making food, thus conveying to him the good wishes of the friends whose names are in the sweet jar.

Another way to help is to give the child clothes to wear which you have blessed for friendship.

Be aware, though, that people on the autism spectrum may never make as many friends as others do, and that is okay too. Sometimes just having one or two close friends or family members with whom regular contact is maintained will be enough for an autistic person who actually prefers indirect social contact. Many authors, film-makers, song-writers, poets, scientists, and computer programmers use indirect methods to connect with others and will never be "the life of the party." The world is all the better for their contributions, however.

It is primarily as a teen that the autistic child first sees and realizes the immensity of the social distance between him or her self and the rest of society. This can be overwhelming. By adulthood the autistic person tends to feel comfortable in the world, and is grateful for a few good friendships and the opportunity to enjoy increased creativity. Getting the autistic child through the horrific teen years is the time that grandparents can help.

God bless you and your grandson.

Hi, folks!

I tutor a girl who's displaying significant concentration problems! Her mother stresses that she's not autistic, nor eligible for special learning programs (according to other people who consulted her). That being said, I strongly suspect she needs proper diagnosis and treatment. Unfortunately, the medical specialists encountered thus far seem to treat the matter superficially, whereas all of us want proper evaluation so that the girl can benefit from certain educational advantages. I'm autistic myself. Therefore, I'm keen on uplifting children who are either from the same spectrum or encounter other developmental delays that hinder their academic success. The mother desperately seeks answers to her daughter's conditions.

I plan to do a small Blessing and Road opening Candle ritual for her, accompanied by using bay for protection and basil for blessing.

I'd like to burn a triangle of three white candles anointed with Blessing oil for divine intervention, as well as an orange candle in the center for road opening to appropriate treatment with an Orthodox Icon of the Guardian Angel next to these items. Simultaneously, I'm going to write her name on a bay leaf, anoint it with Blessing and Fiery Wall of Protection oil, add basil around a name paper designed for health and acknowledgement. At the end the name paper, bay leaf and basil are going to be burned and the ashes sprinkled where she'll sit in our tutoring sessions.

Is this solid work? Do you have any other suggestion? Thank you!

BalkanDiviner --

As usual, you really do "get" it. Those are solid works of magic as you outlined them.

The only thing i would add, as an option is Clarity Oil for insights and focus.
