Hello,

Let me first say I am grateful for this forum. I have gotten great advice in the past and that is why I am back with another question.

Here goes. My eldest sister has four children. Long story short, she has cut me out of her life after her children gave my children lice. The past couple of years I have not been around to see just how much her living situation has deteriorated. It has gotten so bad that her husband, my nieces and nephews' father, has literally lost his mind and maybe a danger to his children and wife when he gets out of the mental facility he is in. My sister wants him to stay away but cannot get a restraining order and cannot convince him to stay away.

On top of that, the house is literally falling apart. There are places where you can see the outside through the wall and roof. There is fire damage and extensive water damage. There are mice, other pests, lots of cats, and two dogs involved. The cats and inside dog pee and poop all over the house and no one cleans it up, the toilets don't work, the front door won't open, and the children sleep and live in a general state of filth.

I have gotten to the point where I do not care so much what happens to my sister and her husband. I simply want to get my nieces and nephew out of there. I want to bring them into my home where they can start to thrive and heal.

Here is what I would like advice on:

1. How do I protect them in the mean time. I have sent fixed money to them in the mail with healing and protection oil on it. I have petitioned my ancestors for protection and have worked with angelica root to protect them. I have their hair in a packet with the root and a few other herbs.

I believe this new situation involving their father having mental episodes is my chance to get them out of there.

2. I need to get them out of there and into my home.

3. I need a car that can accommodate 8 people and probably a house that can accommodate a teenage girl, a boy, and the rest of us comfortably. This is a long term goal but I foresee this being a long term arrangement.

4. My older sister was a practicing Wiccan at one point, so I need to hide my work and involvement so that she doesn't counter it. I also need to protect my family so that, if she throws anything at me, it doesn't stick.

Thank you for your help. I really want to help the 4 get out of that horrible environment so they can be happy healthy children.

I am very sorry to hear the situation the children are living in at this time. I would strongly suggest that you call child protective services and have them check the house out and remove the children, then take the children when they do. Using court case products will help you with the legal system and getting them and keeping them.
1. Angelic root around the hair is a great start for protection along with a St. Michael card dressed with fiery wall of protection oil. Get dirt from a police station add it to the mojo. Id keep the mojo on top of a photo of the children.

2. I would contact services, and you can also try a skull candle to influence the mom to let them move in with you (the kids).

3. Money drawing or attraction to draw this car and house.

4. Place bay leaves around the work area to hide the work you are doing, she wont see you. Fiery wall of protection is the best for keeping off evil, along with cleansing the house regularly with chinese floor wash.

Hello everyone,
*If this is in the wrong category please direct me to the right thread. But I felt this seemed a good place to put it.*
My dearest friend is trying to gain guardianship of her nieces who are in an abusive, drug, and alcohol home. They desperately want to be with her and her mother refuses to let her have guardianship of these poor girls. She has filed the paperwork to have the girls but we need some help to let my friend have the upper hand and gain the girls. She’s not in it for the money or anything like that. She owns her own shop and her husband has a wonderful paying job. She genuinely wants these girls to grow up in a good home where they are loved and taken care of. What can we do magick wise to help her get these girls away from their current situation? We are asking the help because we have no idea where to begin. We have tried other things but they seem to not be helping as much as we thought. I’m reaching out to you lovely individuals for the help and guidance to show us the right direction we need to go.

Hello again, I have posted previously in another threat about my situation. I'm fighting to keep my step daughter with us and protected. Long story summed up (kinda summed) we found out a couple of months ago my step daughter was being severely neglected and abused by her mother. Her mother was being investigated by child services in CA and quickly and suddenly dropped her with us here in IL (@2am after driving straight thru for 2 days without feeding her or her other sisters with her) we quickly fought for custody and won. (Unfortunately the timing was horrible and my own teenage daughter was going thru things and said my husband gave her drugs so he was being investigated as well so the grandmother got gardianship) *side note my husband was cleared of everything because my daughter later admitted it was not him but not in time for court
I did a lemon freezer spell and vinegar jar on the mother which in retrospect I may be regretting. To be honest I was so angry at her and how cruel she'd been to all her daughter's (5 total different dads, middle who is 8 is my step daughter) she hasn't tried to call her daughter, hasn't answered Madi calls, nothing. Has denyed openly everything and things leaving the children alone was completely fine because legally the oldest 11 is old enough to care for them all. She also feels it's fine to only give them water and be gone 20+ hrs (not at work) almost daily as well as drive them around completely high because weed is legal in CA. She feels she's the greatest mom and Madi is just brainwashed. It's breaking my heart. Her mother is incredibly cruel and an extreme narcissist.
She's planning to come back asap to fight for Madi asap she's livid we actually have her. I'm so scared and completely sick to my stomach. I want what my step daughter wants and what's in her best interest to stay here. To keep her mother away and surround her with love. When her mother can be the mother she deserves I'm all for it. But right now my step daughter is just a paycheck to her and her maid. I can't let her go back and the judge barely awarded custody. I know it's so hard to take a child from her mother but please if you have any suggestions I'm open.

This will help you to see the whole picture, not just your view. Also, the clarity salts can be use in the washing machine. You may want to put some bath salts in with your daughter’s clothes. Thank you so much Miss Nikki. I didnt even think of clarity... Which seems like such a duh type thing as soon as you said it. I will order immedately.
I've been doing protection for my home and family but got lax once we got custody focusing on honey jars and peaceful home instead to help make the transition easier and her to know how loved she truly is. (Her mother is extremely manipulative and kept her away for years telling us we werent welcome to visit and she didn't want contact while telling her daughter that it was I (her dad's wife) that hated her and wouldn't let the daughter visit.

I was trying to avoid cut in clear because I was hoping she'd realize the harm and make changes but now it's just getting more stressful and harmful with her hot and cold behaviour.

I do have one question.. I'm nervous working with saints because I'm so new and don't want to offend. But is it possible to do to much?

I need help for keeping my sons dad on the same page as me.

My son has had 12 supervised visits with him and spent 4-5 hours with him for only 4 days before we came up state for the past 4 months but wont be going back til maybe another two months. My son has never spent the night with him or actually been alone with him since he's been born! Hes now 2.

So I'm freaking out about when we go back because the judge granted him one over night stay every other weekend and its killing me knowing his dad still lives with his step dad and brother. He doesn't have a room for my son either.

I've had a traumatic childhood and I never let my kids spend the night anywhere because I'm so paranoid for something to happen to them. And him being in a house full of guys freaks me out honestly. Especially since they've never had him longer than 5 hours.

I don't care for him to have my son during the day because I know he's always with his mom (his grandma). I just dont him spending the night

I really want it overturned. But I feel like I wouldn't be able to fight it since the judge already granted me the supervised visitations and now when we get back the modified one over night stay every other weekend. If I can protect my son for his overnight stays that'll help so much. He can't talk much yet so if they hurt him in any way how would he tell me.
It took me more than 10 years to tell my mom what happened to me as a child because I was so afraid of what she'll think, but my depression and anxiety has gotten so out of hand. I'm a stay at home so I always overthink things. My sisters also went through traumatic stuff but worse than mine just a couple years back with our step dad.
So maybe some advice on that would be helpful...I just don't want my kids to ever go through what I went through or what my sisters went through since our situations were different but still traumatic.

I should also mention my sons dads family messes with black magic. His real dad (my sons grandpa) is well known in down south Texas for helping people but also praying to La Muerte or something. And I know his mom (my sons grandma) messes with some stuff. If they have done stuff to us how would I know? Or what kind of candle or spell can use to protect my family and my sisters/mom?
I know little things about candles because my mom prays to Saint Michael for us but we always have people doing bad things to us. And I'm tired of it. Some days I can feel where I'm not myself anymore, I just want to be happy again. Thanks. And many blessings.

Hi! I am not sure if I am putting this in the right place. I share joint custody with a narcissist. I fear the effects his manipulation, brainwashing, cruelty, etc is having or will have on our son. I would like his time spent with him to be lessened or non existentent(sp). Currently it is every weekend and majority of the summer. A lot of times my son doesn’t want to go over there but he tells himself that he might as well suck it up bc there is nothing we can do about it.

We went to court about 2 years ago and came to an agreement with the lawyers instead of actually going before a judge. Some terms I agreed to, I wish I hadn’t and I don’t feel that my lawyer really explained things to me or really fought for me and my son.

His father is very controlling and unrelenting and cruel when it comes to getting his way. He once showed up at an event and snatched the child out of my arms bc he didn’t want him at the event if he couldn’t come to. My son had been wanting to go to that event forever and his dad knew that and I had already paid for it. It was a perfectly safe event but he convinced our son that bad things would happen to him there and he was better off at home with him.

I would like for him to not have control in our lives anymore. He makes way more money than me and doesn’t pay child support, which I don’t want, I just prefer him out of our lives. I am working on making more of my own money. But anyhoo, at present I can’t afford a lawyer to go to court, but he can. And things like emotional abuse are hard to prove in court and my son is too scared to speak up for himself against his father, but not against anybody else and he doesn’t want to get his dad in trouble even though he doesn’t like the things his dad says to him sometimes or how he treats him. Any advice on what to do to get him out of our lives and for it to not have detrimental effects on my son? I fear the effects of him being in our lives is more detrimental though. I have tried a hotfoot powder candle spell before and the very next day is when he showed up and snatched the child. Sigh. Help us, please! Thank you!

Today I had the police visit mr on a call from my ex wife. My son texted her I threw hot coffee on him. What really happened was I tapped him on the body without looking and he spilled room temperature coffee at best on him and me. The police came. Took my statement and my sons. Now may be an investigation into all this. My ex even tried to get protection of abuse against me for the kids. Shes been evil to me. I have kidney failure and have cared for the kids by myself while she took off with her bf a couple thousand miles away. What can be done? I dkng want yo lose my kids. I'll allow her to visit the kids because they are hers. I love my kids so much. Everyone who knows knows I'd never hurt my kids. My ex wifes 20 year old Daughter will come against her kn court and spill the truth if it gets bad.

Please any help. I dony know anything about this. Can someone cast for me?

Hopefully your son will tell the truth or maybe the investigators will realize that he is exaggerating. If you have cared for them all this time, they will take that into consideration. Please hire a lawyer to work on your behalf, that should be the first step. Collect names and business cards of all police, investigators and lawyers you are talking to. You will need them for any spell work. Make copies of court documents. In a situation where, no, it isn't dire; however my daughter is split between my home and her father's. Her father's environment is such that she has experienced emotional & verbal abuse, and multiple times has come crying to me about how unwelcome and uncomfortable she feels while she is there; she's 10 years old and dreads spending time there and I feel guilty as a mother not doing anything at this point. There are too many details for one post- but essentially I am wanting to know: what can I do to obtain full custody of my daughter without going the legal route? That has never felt comfortable to me because I wouldn't have faith in a judge to correctly discern such a huge decision off of her testimony alone. She's a very sensitive child, has anxiety, and doesn't feel safe speaking to authority figures apart from myself. And secondly; how can I do this in a way that is amicable and peaceful, and with the support of my spirit team/ancestors? Ultimately, I just want to protect my daughter.

I should also mention; I have a little brother who passed away tragically at the age of 24 approx. 7 months ago. I would really love to enlist his help/consult in this as he was incredibly close with my daughter but am not sure of the best way to go about it.

Any help appreciated. Not looking for a quick fix either.

Spiritual work is one half and is used to support work in the mundane world. I could say, I want to own a house but I don't want a mortgage and don't have cash to pay in full. Now, I could use spiritual work to help me get me two jobs to work and maybe some family and friends to loan me money. This would probably take years of hard work to do so but it could and has been done. Now, with your daughter's situation, do you have years to wait? Are you willing to wait until he maybe decides that he is tired of her and doesn't want her to live with him anymore? Or wait until the abuse takes a different turn? What scars will she carry if you do not fight for her? Maybe it's not that dire but it's hard to tell with kids.

I'm not judging, courts are scary. They are time consuming and bring out the worst in people opposing you. However, if you know there is abuse going on in the home, I urge you to do everything in your power to report it and get her out. Even if it is name calling or other put downs. It should be taken seriously with kids. There are child advocates in almost every court system that help children find their voice in court and if they cannot speak, they themselves inform the judge what would be in the best interest for the child. Go to the police, document the situation. As for the spiritual side, I ask that you do work to find your strength and courage to fight for her. I am sure your brother would help you as well.

Thank you. I do understand where you’re coming from. Completely. The reason why I’m hesitant is because I was in a similar situation as a child- actually much worse, and nothing was able to be done for me. It’s almost like with no proof- no one could help and it was an awful situation. I have 0 faith in the justice system. Also because in the past when I have reported things about her father- no one could do anything. It’s like I’ve fallen on deaf ears.

Have you tried putting up protection for you and the baby? You could dab some Fiery Wall of Protection oil on the both of you before visits.

We have no way of knowing if your work was successfully done or if you should redo it. For that you would need a reading. I suggest working for protection and then read through these pages for more ideas. It's a fine line to walk, you may not want to Hot Foot because you need the support financially. If you curse him, he may come to lose his job and you will have no support again. There really isn't a quick fix for this with a positive outcome.

I would read through this forum a bit to get some more ideas. If you are still unsure, you could always hire a rootworker to provide advice on the next step. Finally, always document the interactions with him. Like a journal. If he is abusive, report it.

Ahh, well that makes things simpler. Not easier mind you, just a little more straight forward. There are old school works to keep certain people away. Like sprinkling salt down after they leave your house and sweeping it out the front door telling them to never come back. You could make a dolly for him and toss him in a fast river flows right out of your life and possibly moves out of town. A skull candle could be used to shut him up. Simply pack it with his personal concerns and stuff alum in the mouth. Write the petition so he never talks to you again.

It's up to you how you want to approach this. I suggest doing a bit more research on these topics. If you still have questions on how to work them, let us know.

Hi there.. I am hoping someone can help me figure out what’s best to do.
My ex and his girlfriend are terrible people. They are controlling, brain washing and abusive. We share 50/50 custody of our son and have for 5 years. I have fought for full custody. But the courts won’t listen to me. My ex is very charming and narcissistic. He gets away with this and has for so long. I have purchased calamus root, licorice root and a few others. I hope one day he’ll move out of state and leave me custody of our son. Just surrender. But I am wondering should I do a hexing? Honey jar? Control? Any ideas would be nice.
I want what’s best for my son and what they do is not good.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Please read through this thread starting from the beginning for spell ideas. There have been many posts from people in similar situations. If you have any questions afterwards, please post them here.
The roots you purchased will get you off to a great start in controlling your ex. There are several different ways to work this and they are given on this thread.

1. Start a honey jar for any on going court case work.
2. Protection for you and your son.
3. If you depend on him for child support I would hold off on cursing. At least until you are secure enough to where if something were to happen to him like jail, job loss, homelessness, it wouldn't cause financial difficulties for you.
If you are in a good place financially, then by all means.

Good evening.

I am seeking advice on an issue of severe parental alienation. My son is 14.
I have had a reading done and some advice. I will take that advice but it did not address my child so much as it addressed me.

This has been going on for 10 years and the court case for 10. It has gone across two countries. The ex won custody as he has a severe personality disorder (narcissistic), conducted a massive smear campaign, the whole 9. He took my son to Englan and has ignored every visitation order from the US courts (has arrest warrants here for contempt). The last time I saw my son was August of 2015. He loved me, his older brothers, and couldn't wait to see us again.

Now, he is completely brainwashed. He repeats the narrative that his father has fed to him that I was abusve, neglectful, alcoholic, on and on and on (none of it true). The courts are taking report from unqualified social workers woh no experience in severe parental alienation and taking everything at face value. My son saus he wants no part of my entire family. The father is trying to terminate my parental rights, make me pay child support (even though I was ordered not to) and put his partner on as my son's mother.

It is that bad. This man is THAT evil.

We have a final hearing in October in the UK. I feel as if the only hope here is to get the judge to agree to an expert. Because my son will be 15 in OCT, this is probably the last chance I can get him help.

I was suggested the blockbuster for myself and mirror box on the father.

The judge is either a narcissist himself (my reader suggested) or just plain ignorant. Honey jars are not working. I have done court case ass well. Is there anything stronger for the judge? I would love to get this judge changed! To anyone else! Any suggestions here please?

Is there anything I can do to work on my son? Honey jars are making no difference - he is still under the control of his father.

Hello everyone
I really need some advice on what spell i can use to help to get my children back.
Basically i was for 7years in a abusive relationship with the father of my 3 children.
I left him and went to a womens refuge with the children,i got a flat for me and the kids.my children wanted to see their father and as i know what it's like not to my father i can't say no cos that ain't fair on them and by this time i was pregnant with my 4th child they got chicken pox so i asked him to keep them for another week
When he was supposed to bring them back he wanted £60 of me which i said no i already agreed with him to give him £25 for petrol he didn't returned them which i rang the police and reported him for child abduction he then told police i neglect the children i apparently beat them and leave them home alone obviously that's all lies
Now a year later i was supposed to go and see them for Xmas the father made every excuse for me not to come he was going to his family with the kids then a friend of mine who had been to the children centre where they weight your baby and so on they told her to find me cos social service was looking for me i found out that my children are in foster care and he got caught drink driving at 1in the morning with my 5year old daughter in the car when the police arrested him he told them he has 2boys home on their own when they got in the house it was dirty no food no hot water and so on
I have to social service about the father but because i was in care and my mum abused us and because of the allegations the father made i had no chance of getting them back.
Social service do not contact me when i call them they never ring back when i finally get hold of them you get there the person who was the social worker is not any more and they don't know who is .
The father just d want to tell me but he tells me thinks about the children which makes me so much more angry soon i have to go to court again i feel that because of the lies of the father it's not only me who is heartbroken but also my children my daughter don't understand why she don't see me my 2e child is talking about suicide at the age of 11 cos he see his mum
Please is there anything i can use to get the courts in my favour and protection of the children

Dear all,

First let me thank you for the service you provide and all amazing information and resources that you offer in this place.

I am new to this art, but I have been reading a lot of books, given a lot a thought into this and been fascinated by the complexity yet simplicity of hoodoo.

I have a problem with the father of my baby and his family and I am trying to resolve it or at least make it better. The father of my baby wants 50% of the time living with my child and I oppose because he has a problem with drugs and also his mind is not very sound. I believe he wants that to make me scared and also because his family puts a lot of pressure into that, especially his mother.

I need a way to make him sign the custody agreement with visitation only and the child NOT living with him. Also, I think some work should be done in his family too (they hate me, and they influence him a lot).

Finally, I think I should protect the baby when he is with him because I do not trust his parenting skills. Is there a specific way to protect a child?

All tips and advices would be most welcome.

To make your ex shut up: Take a picture of your ex and cross out the eyes and mouth with A black marker, add alum, and chia seed to stop him from seeing what you are doing, and stop him from talking about you. Make a packet either put it in a freezer or behind in the frame of another picture.

Hi,

I need help with keeping custody of my 15 yo daughter. We have enjoyed almost 4 years of my ex not tormenting us with legal proceedings and he's back at it again. Since 2008 in legal proceedings, beginning with domestic violence injunctions against him.

He's a delinquent w 2 DUI's. He never provides any more toward her private school or extracurriculars over the exact child support amount. He just saves his money, and tries to sue me in court. He was mentally abusive to me in our relationship, and he's brainwashing our child.

The previous judge put in the order that they believed my ex would never facilitate a relationship between our daughter and me. He has bribed her with a car purchase, seeing a bad friend who got her in trouble, withholding agreeing to medical procedures from her and made her sign an Election that she wants to be with him. All he does is incessantly wax on to her how bad I am.

She has told the Guardian ad Litem the judge appointed what he told her, that she wants to move to him. The judge said she and I should start therapy. I hope the therapist and judge and even the guardian ad litem will see she should stay with me. He's trying to put her in a county high school when she's been accepted to a competitive private school.

Help - our hearing is in 40 days. I have tried many things - praying the psalms, a honey jar of her, hiring a worker, wearing a good luck Jupiter glyph, praying the rosary and to the saints, and today we still got word that the guardian thinks she should go to him. The guardian is still going to investigate more.

What can I do? Thank you!

I am very sorry about your situation. I would do my own research, look up his criminal records, print them out and provide them to the court. Also order Court Case Spell Kit to have the judge and those involved favor you. Chew Little John Chew when you speak with anyone relating to the case, this will make them listen to you and believe you. I also would do a Vinegar jar on him and the Judge and other parties to cause them to fight and not agree.

My dad's ex is a super unhealthy woman. I lived with the two of them for about 3 years and it was a very rough three years. I know, first hand, how incapable she is as a parent. She currently shares joint custody over my 9 year old half brother.

My half-brother has started self harming. My dad cannot convince his family that his ex is an unhealthy influence. My grandfather keeps giving her money to fight my father in court.

My brother has had an array of therapists, social workers, teachers, etc. who all understand that his mother is very toxic but there's nothing they can provide to make the court take my brother away. She's not a drug user or in trouble with the law. She's just very toxic.

I think my dad's sense of defeat and frustration is definitely working against whatever work I do. I think he has that "something is always wrong" habit such that he almost wouldn't know what to do with himself if he really did get free of her.

What kinds of workings would you suggest to give my dad full custody and cut her out of all of our lives? This whole process has aged him terribly and there's definitely a level of energetic and spiritual abuse on top of all the emotional abuse and weird games with the court system. I want to limit the damage she's doing to my dad and brother but the court system seems like it could take a lot of time.

I want to do a cut and clear, but is it important to get the custody case sorted out first, and how can I help my dad as well?

She sounds like Narcissist, children of narcissist grow up with ulcers, anxiety, depression. They also tend to crave attention and will create illness, use drugs, become sex workers. Narcissist are very tricky, they experts at playing the victim, gaslighting, psychological games.

You can do a fiery wall of protection around your brother.

You can do Road Opener, or Block-buster for your father.

You can also, while wearing face covering, take a photo of your stepmother, wrap it in red thread or yarn, leave the eye uncovered, so she can see herself. Put it in a mirror box, with Black Mustard Seed, Poppy Seed, and crossing incense of choice. I like Damnation, Hot Foot, DUME, Inflammatory, Do As I Say, or you mix a few together. Hi all,

I am new to this forum and looking for guidance. I have an ongoing custody case against my kid's father. We have two kids together. I have done a few court case spells/rituals as noted in the black folder and petitions from paper in my shoe. Our case has now had two continuances because of him (and one on my request), things have gone in my favor despite the continuances (my plan was temporarily granted in the interim, my requested exchange day/time was honored, he has to pay my legal fees for the continuances, and his paperwork restrictions etc. have gone in my favor.

What I am curious about is how can I go about some of the work that requires me to "drop" items in the court? Our hearings are via Zoom these days. I haven't done some of the work because of this, but I want this to be over and I'm ready to do whatever is needed to stop drawing this out, and to have my parenting plan granted.

Is it required to physically be in the courtroom for these to work? What are some options to do this type of work remotely? Can I use my home as the "courtroom"? Is it still effective if my kid's dad (& his lawyer) are remote as well?

Any guidance is appreciated, & many things to all your wisdom here.

This is a great question as more and more court cases are heard via zoom these days, how does one use tricks created in the 1800s? Here are some suggestions:

- You can go to the physical courthouse, and get a cup of dirt, ideally on the weekend after hours. If the courthouse does not have dirt, do they have planters or pine bark mulch you can use that make a little court planter.
You can then add powders, Little John the Chew etc.

-If on zoom you can set the background, you can make a background with sigils as watermarks in Canva or some other free software.

- Make an empowered jeweler to wear on camera, something with the 4th seal of Mars, or something you have prayed Psalms 110, and 105 over. Justice or Scales charms would also work. You would rub it with Court Case and
or Victory oil.

- Take a screenshot of the judge from the zoom call, print it out, burn it with Quaissa Root, and stuff that into a doll of the judge. Now you have a judge doll you can control.

- You can also burn incense during the proceedings, I dominate my man, Victory, I can you can't.

If you went through the courts you can file a petition requiring a 3rd party mediation. Mercury oil is good for communication you can put it on a skull candle and say his name between 2-3 he will hear it. You can write his name 9 times, do a 5 spot dab of Do As I Say, and put in the heel of the shoe of your dominant hand.

the situation is I have a step child, The animosity between the child's mom and my husband and I is really bad to the point that we felt like we had to stop going after custody because it was like poison. reminds me of king Solomon, we could have kept going but the cost was our sanity and peace of mind. We felt like we would have had to destroy my step sons mom, and we wonder if that was best for him...

I feel like this woman is able to just act how ever she wants, my step son has siblings who want to see him, a father who wants him,...but because her ego ( we have a text were she said that if my husband isnt with her, he will never see his son again) again the jugde said we werent having a trial to where that was necessary to talk about...

I recently did a freezer spell and both my husband and I have felt clearer mind after it. my husband is paying the court ordered child support. we are afraid to touch it because last time he was supposed to go to court we had a lawyer turn in paperwork, and they just kind of ignored it because he didnt show, but his lawyer told him he didnt need to because of the paperwork they turned in, regardless. what he is paying is too much, we have 4 kids and he is paying 1300 a month for 1 kid...they calculated it that he only had 2 kids. every time we go to court he gets screwed over. most of this happened during the pandemic.

This is a really sad situation for my step son, my husband cries about his son he never sees, Childs mom doesnt want husband to see his son at all because my husband didnt want to be with her, then she tried to blackmail him into renting her an apartment and only then would she let him see the child...we had this in text but the judge literally didnt pay any attention to it. its like court sanctioned child abduction, only the father in this case is being held to the law...I think for sure the mom must have did some spell work. the child is the one who is really suffereing...we outside of my husband who is a good father being treated like his only benefit it to pay child support...while she gossips to people that I am the cause and I have brainwashed my own husband into not wanting to be with her.

The goal would be to have some decent visitation. Child support lowered to a reasonable amount.

2) is there anything else we could do to help lower the payment?

I'm in a bad situation similar to Britney spears where my child is in a conservatorship with a relative who taking advantage of a bad situation remind me of Britney spears dad taking money.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. It is very complicated in that it involves a legal authority for the child to be in the care of another adult. This is going to require you to do work as well as contact a lawyer and fight it in court. I spoke with Miss Cat. And she gave me great advice on steps of how to get rid of my ex during this custody battle.

I need help with the steps exactly again as o did write it down but I want to ensure I’m doing it correctly. To shut someone up during court and for my lawyer to be brave enough to speak for me.

My sons father is a narcissist with a narcissist mother that I don’t want my son to be involved with. They are nightmares and psychopaths.

I want my son to remain with me and he’s been doing nothing but slandering my name and throwing my name at authorities and trying his best to make me look bad. He was denied relocating my child but he is pushing to have my child in Virginia for visits and I stated no. He threatened me and told me he was going to take my son, change his name, and disappear him. He even plans to move to another location. I’m afraid I may never see my son again and I just want him to continue laying child support and to go away. He’s falsely called cps on me six times, emailed my boss, somehow found out where I lived and I have been on edge ever since. They are sneaky and snakelike. I don’t want anything to do with them. They know nothing about caring for a baby and only want money. They could care less for his well-being.

Please help with the steps for the spell to get rid of him and keep custody of my baby boy.

This is for a parenting plan modification with the other party willing to lie, cheat and steal to get their way.

I have a question about a biased magistrate. I am putting together evidence of this bias, ordering court transcripts and also putting together a file of the opposing lawyer where they have lied to get a favoured outcome in court.

We have a hearing set for late December which my lawyer told me was not time for civil procedure (legal talk for time to respond and so on).

I am now pro se as the other lawyer effectively ran up my legal bill with frivolous emails to my lawyer (who admitted as such, and has admitted the magistrate is unprofessional and does not like me for no real reason).

My question is, would it be better to freeze this magistrate out with a freezer spell or do a honey jar? I have found some variance of connection between opposing lawyer and magistrate as well, which is why I am not sure that a honey spell (which i have on hand from Lucky Mojo) will be effective at all.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

I am not a lawyer and i am not trying to give you legal advice. I am simply speaking as someone who has watched the outcome of many custody, child support, alimony, and property division cases among my psychic reading clients, friends, and family.

First, i do understand that legal bills can seem unbearable during any kind of protracted negotiations or court matters, but, speaking from experience, unless both parties are in basic agreement at the outset, it is rarely advantageous to appear pro se.

Second, taking the side-trip of accumulating evidence of misconduct or disputing the qualifications, prejudices, biases, or competency of a judge, magistrate, or mediator who is sitting over one's own custody, child support, alimony, or property division case before the case is heard is unlikely to result in a favourable outcome. Generally speaking, such matters are best addressed on appeal, not during the course of the case. In some jurisdictions, it takes a group of victimized plaintiffs to move the appointing body or the bar association to investigate or remove from practice a misbehaving or biased judge, magistrate, defense attorney, prosecuting attorney, or mediator. I recommend you do not follow that path at this time, but focus instead on the actual case. If you lose, there will be time for an appeal later.

So, having recommended that you work with a lawyer, and not pro se, and that you focus on the parenting plan and not on the magistrate, i will go on to the spiritual and magical aspects of the situation.
