I would like to know if the book list specific ingredients for each type of bath (success, money drawing, etc.). I noticed the author list bath bombs on Facebook. Are there other types of baths that are not bath bombs.

The book is very very thorough and gives a variety of recipes and ways of doing baths, washes, cleansings and the like for various types of work. I picked this book up because of the Spiritual Bath FB page, and found that it's well worth the investment.

While this quick note doesn't even come close to doing justice to how awesome this book really is, I have to say this is a must have book for any library. It's insightful and informative. I"m pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend it

Can Almond oil be substituted with Grape Seed, Coconut, or Olive oil?

Sweet almond oil was probably used because of its condition and the sweet aspect to to draw. But a good substitute is always olive oil.

Hello,

I have a question about the Simple Bath to Take Off Crossed Conditions featured on page 42 - is this meant to be a soaking bath? I worked it as a pour-over bath mixed with about a quart of water and did not rinse off after I was done, but air-dried as instructed. Honestly, I felt good inside but physically miserable all day, as the ingredients (mostly salt) caked to my skin. In retrospect, the proportions of salts seemed very heavy for the amount of water I used, which I thought would be adequate for a pour-over bath.

I haven't worked the bath you mentioned so I can't advise one way or another. It sounds like you are correct though if the salt was noticeable all day. If you remake it, fill the tub but mix the ingredient in the quart just as you did. Do the pour over in the tub but then soak afterwards to dilute the salt. Follow the rest of the steps as instructed. That's what I would do anyway. I'm sorry to hear you were miserable all day. That is definitely not the intended outcome.

For a pour-over bath you used way too much salt. That amount is what would be added to a tub-full -- and a tub holds 30 gallons of water! At 4 quarts to the gallon, your 1 quart of liquid was 120 times too salty!!!
