For the master mojo I made, I carried the John the Conqueror root around with me a bit to kind of show it what I was up against at work. I did this for about a week, feeding it a couple drops of whiskey on some days and praying over it. I think this helped bring the mojo around faster when I actually put it together. The mojo I bought took around 7 days of near constant contact with me to awaken. Things happened really quickly after that. With the Success mojo, I got recognition for a project I was working on the following week. I think it is going to very person to person.

Oh wow! That is amazing how just having the John the Conqueror root with you at work was able to amplify the energy of the mojo. I would've never imagined that. But I guess it's true that when it comes to Hoodoo, everything is energy!

I agree that results with mojo hands will vary. So many variables to consider.

Ok, quick question. This is still related to what was previously being discussed with my inquiries in this thread.

First let me explain the scenario......

About a week ago I purchased some supplies from a different company (this was before I really explored the products that Lucky Mojo offered, mind you) for a personal spell that I plan to use to help aid in my confidence, talents, power, etc. I bought a Self Confidence spell candle and some Power mojo oil to anoint it.

I have not yet performed the ritual as I am currently waiting on some spiritual cleansing supplies to arrive. I want to do a cleansing first.

Ok, so as you can probably see if you go back a page or so in this thread, I recently inquired about the different Mojo hands offered at Lucky Mojo that would be relevant to what I want to accomplish, and the offered suggestions pointed to the ‘Crown of Success’ mojo hand. I was considering maybe purchasing one next week.

At the time when I purchased the spell candle and mojo oil previously mentioned, I didn't think anything of a Mojo hand. That was a consideration that came later.

So with all things being considered in this, my question is do you think that if I use the Self Confidence spell candle anointed with the Power Mojo oil in conjunction with the Crown of Success mojo hand it would be too potent of a spell? I understand that has a lot to do with what’s in the petition itself, but I don’t want the energies from these sources to become too strong to the point that it’s overwhelming for me and possibly yield some unwanted results.

So should I just use one or the other (either the candle spell or the mojo hand) instead of trying to work with both?

I hope this makes sense, if not, please ask me to clarify.

So the 3 candles in triangle form for my daughter and her coaches is still going and my daughter has started and played every single game. The candles are vigil candles and I burn them at least 20 minutes a day but longer if I can. So I have been burning since Sept 20th and they should be done sometime next week. My only problem is that the purple and yellow candle are burning at the dame rate, but the white one is much slower. Should I just light the white one until it catches up with the other 2 or should I let them all burn out and then keep lighting the white one until it is done? Also I know usually we burn the petition at the end of the candle and then bury the remains but these are glass enclosed candles. I know I recycle them but what about the petitions? I was thinking of folding them up, anointing them again and - and putting them in my left shoe until the petition comes to fruition. How does that sound?

The only issue I have is there are 5 pictures/petitions. One for all 3 of the coaches (purple candle) and then one each of my daughter playing soccer for the yellow and white candle. That is alot of petitions for my shoe. I was thinking of condensing them into 2 packets-
1. piling the coaches pictures on top of each other(since they all have the same petition, wrapping in brown paper/oils and then

For the white candle you can either let it burn a little longer each time, or keep it burning till its done. You can burn the petitions in the flame at the end, or you can burn them with another candle and sprinkle them to the east. If you plan to keep doing the same work, you can use them on the next candles.

Yes, it is just a lot of papers in your shoe lol. Also how are you working them in the shoe, such as the daughter? TO put pressure on her or on them to do what you want with her?
Also if you plan to keep burning candles it makes sense to use them again.

Both options are fine. You can wrap them up and wear them in the shoes and use it to put pressure on the coaches.

Ok Just to clarify, the triangle of candles is still going but hopefully done this week.

This is my goal

1. the petition with the coaches is for her to be starting varsity for the rest of this season and next season and to make her the co-captain for the 2019 season. I have a petition for just the head coach now and it is working great but I want to do all 3 because we don't know if any coaches are staying/leaving until the banquet on Nov 8th

2. The petition for my daughter is for her to stop overthinking, play like she plays on travel and for her to be dominant in her position. I used "I can you can't", crown of success, victory and mastery oil. She was starting in the position like I petitioned the coaches but she wasn't playing her best.

This week they are practicing and next week will start the playoffs where you play until you lose a game and then the season is over. I want her to play in these games as a starter. Then the banquet is on Nov. 8th and we will find out the captains for next year.

I was planning on putting the petitions in my shoe on Monday Oct 22 and tapping daily until the banquet on Nov 8th when we will find out if she get the captain or not. Initially I was going to do the 3 candles (smaller) next week and the petition in my shoe leading up to the banquet but the waning moon is from Oct 26th-NOv 5th and that only leaves me 3 days including the banquet for the petition in the shoe.

I figure it will only be 3 weeks and then I can burn the petitions. She is playing indoor with the same team but it is not a big deal everything plays and it is just to keep touches. The 2019 season does not start until the end of next summer so I will do a petition for starting then if needs.

Right now it is mostly for her to be captain since the season is almost over but she does need to prove herself for the next 2 weeks to get it in the games.

During the wane moon, you can burn candles to eliminate the other rivals for the captain position on the team.

Some people work with moons for work, others do not. Being your work leaves you little room to work with the moon, I would do it anyways and work with the hours of a clock and planetary hours if you can.

Ok I will finish out this round of candles and light the candle again next week since Monday is still the waxing moon. I will burn them for the week and then I will put the petitions in my shoe starting on the 29th which gives us 11 days up to and including the banquet. I never paid attention to moon timing with the petition in my shoes just need based so I think this may be the best option plus since I am using influence, crown of success on the coaches and victory, I can you can't, master and crown of success on my daughter, it can go either way with waxing or waning and the week of goes rom waning to waxing so we should be all good!

I am studying law units this semester and also doing mediation through my job.
I feel unclear in my mind and dont feel worthy or good enough when I am working with clients. I have lost confidence and question myself all the time about whether I'm good enough because the other students seem more competent and have gone on to secure very good jobs.

I was thinking of doing a skull candle on myself with my personal concerns in the bottom.

I have a mixture of master, road opener, crown of success, clarity and king solomon products.

The plan is to write a petition, my name 7 times and cross it with [brilliant (job role)]. I will be inscribing the candle with qualities I wish to strengthen such as clarity, wisdom, perception, communication etc.

Does it sound about right?

To strengthen the work I am looking to support it with a purple john the conqueror candle.

Hi Pegasus,

That sounds like a very good plan.

The only suggestion I have is to take Road Opener out of your mix of oils (the rest are a perfect blend) and work that separately first, to clear your path. Burn that on a candle set on top of your photo/petition. From there, work your skull candle.

I am not sure how to word my road opener petition but I will write; open the roads for me to become an effective, confident and brilliant XX so I can bring excellent results to my clients.

Psalm 23 is a multi/all-purpose psalm, and another that would deal with both mastery and wisdom doesn't immediately come to my mind, but I encourage you to read through the psalms and see if any particular verse or chapter jumps out at you for your specific situation.

I have been struggling with managing things at the moment and have lost courage to face problems. I seem to panic and avoid facing challenges and cant seem to think clearly.

I have a purple candle but can also use a skull.

I also have master oil, crucible of courage, king solomon, crown of success, john the conqueror and clarity oil. I have some of the powders too. Is that too many oils to mix to use on a candle?

Hi Pegasus,

That is a lot of oil to use on one candle. Personally, I limit my spells to four oils at the most. Pick your greatest challenges (is it lack of focus, lack of clarity, lack of confidence, etc.?) and focus your combination accordingly. You can always do separate spells for any other qualities you wish to master.

My young daughter is a dancer and has achieved champion level, but has struggled with very tight legs and low flexibility- this holds her back from doing really well at this level. Some of the dancers she competes with are very bendy, can kick and jump really high. She’s getting discouraged. She qualified for Nationals this year and really wants to make it to the final round ( there are three rounds and if a dancer is selected after the first 2, they get to dance the third round), regardless of final placing. She’s not able to do some of the more difficult jumps and moves that the other kids can. Is there something I can do to : 1) help her achieve success and progress in class and rehearsal and 2) help her get that amazing recall for the third round at Nationals in a couple of months?
I’m very new to this, so perhaps a recommendation for a caster or rootworker who specializes in this type of thing who can help me?

1) I’ve put the Crown of Success Kit in my cart, along with Look Me Over, and Victory oils. Is this sufficient do you think?

2) I struggle with using I Can You Can’t as I feel it’s negative to hold another child back in order for my child to do better. Is it inviting negative energies to use that?

3) Would it be beneficial for a rootworker to do something along with me for greater strength?

4) If the competition is on July 5- how many times and when should I be working this?

I'll answer your questions in the order you asked them...

1. Yes, that sounds like a great combination.

2. You can leave it out if you feel ethically conflicted with holding other children back. The choice is a personal one.

3. It may be helpful to have someone back up your work with vigil candles. You could easily have candles set at MISC to support your efforts. It would be a good choice. Read here on how to have them set lights for you:

I had posted in another thread about my problem with saving & spending my money responsibly. I would like to try and gain the willpower & determination in order to defeat this bad habit. It was suggested to me to check out this thread & from what I've read, I was thinking of trying the following:

Hello, can I get recommendation on working with saints for academic success? I'm not sure whether to post this in this category or saints category.

I'm considering to work with St. Expedite but I'm a bit confused about the proper way to do it. If for example, my intention is to stop procrastinating and attend all class on time, it is an ongoing work, how do I gauge whether St. Expedite has delivered the result and pay him? Or is it better to ask for the long term goals such as getting A's for all class? But it would take like a year to see the result and St. Expedite is famous for quick work and expect quick payment. Also, is it okay not to keep permanent altar for him? Like I can only put his picture, candle and water on a kitchen table when praying to him and take it off when I'm finished? I live in a dorm.

Secondly, is it okay to mix the spell with working with St. Expedite? I already have the crown of success oil and did some candle spells and petition paper but still haven't got satisfactory result.

You can read through the spells in this topic for ideas that can help you. You could petition St Expedite for help in accomplishing results from any of these spells. You would know he is helping you when you find yourself achieving your goals quickly. You don't need a permanent altar to him or any other saint you work with, however I do recommend researching the saints to determine how they like to be approached and what kind of offering would be appropriate as a thank you gift to them.

Hello,
My daugther is trying to get recruited to play soccer in college. I wanted to have a candle burned for her son that the coaches she invited to watch her will recruit her.

There is at least one possibly coming to watch her big game on Thursday and I didn't know which candle to light, victory, king Solomon, crown of sucess etc.

I was hoping to order it today so it can be burning on thurs night during the game.

For acceptance at her colleges of choice, go with Crown of Success. You want to see her reach her goal.

For all other situations in which she is competing with other players, such as for a particular position on the team, you can go with Victory as someone else has to lose in order for her to win.

I have to be honest, I haven't come across any spells that would help with your goal specifically. If you would like to explore your occult power and psychic gifts, you could use a blend of Master Key and King Solomon Wisdom oil. There are also mojo bags that could help, Psychic Vision for enhancing your abilities. King Solomon Wisdom mojo could be used as you learn about your spiritual gifts and all the different ways to work.

Besides that, I think the concept of knowing yourself is kind of new to hoodoo. You may have to explore on your own a bit and use the different condition spells to aid your development.

This is a very interesting thread!

I just need a spell of some sort for school so that I am not dismissed after the quarter/semester is over and have to do an appeal all over again. I did an appeal to get back in and was successful, however part of the agreement was for a 100% completion rate of all courses.

I require special accommodation in school, but the paperwork was received late, which resulted in me failing the class because of not having enough time to finish submitting work and turning in assignments. Had they honored and made retroactive my special needs accommodations I would have passed.

I want to maximize my time as I have 4-5 weeks for a turnaround. I need to start something now!

Does it the phase of the moon matter, as it is waning?

2) If I work with st expedite, leaving sweets around would draw rodents and pest in the house, so can I take his offering to the crossroads or out in nature?

These are some really good ideas! I'm thinking about making mojo bag to help me out do competitors. I was wondering if Master of the woods, Master root, John the conqueror/ queen Elizabeth root could work. Then anoint with a blend of Victory, crown of success, & I can, you can't oils. The mojo you described is a powerful hand to give one success over others, I would change I Can You Can't Oil with John the Conqueror oil to overcome obstacles and troubles you face in this work. Queen Elizabeth oil can also be used in place as you are a women doing the work.

I'm a hairstylist that works in a salon that does cuts only. I love my job but where I work at really focuses on doing a great job while also getting the customers in and out quickly and I have a hard time with the time it takes me to do work up to my standards.

I'm hoping I can get some help with something that will help me to improve my skill and speed working with my hands.

I already plan on ordering a money drawing hand to help with tips but I just want to be the best I can be at my job and I thought there might be others in a similar situation who could benefit from the advice as well.

I'm a newbie and looking for something to develop skill in this way is just beyond me.

My daughter is having a hell of a time getting playing time on her college soccer team. Sometimes she is the only one not playing. I out her and the coaches in a honey jar (used maple syrup). Also burn purple influence/commanding candle for both coaches and a triad purple(master,coc and blockbuster, ), yellow (cos, influence and fast luck and white candle with and victory, influence and cos.
I have a red evil eye and am sending it to her tomorrow as she broke the last one, what than I add to make it so she is seen by coaches positively and master of her position

I remember your situation with your daughter when she was in high school. The charm breaking means it took a hit for her and protected het, but it does indicate she has jealousy around her, I would have her cleanse, and also burn an Uncrossing candle on her.

What comes to mind for her is Mastery Root and Master of the Woods, in a mojo with other power enhancing and controlling herbs.

Thank you JayDee. Actually she has to take the bracelet off for soccer. It is a braided one that we glued as it was unraveling when she got it, and from her constantly taking it off and on for soccer it just fell apart. I will do an uncrossing candle for her. Should I use a white or a black candle and I will carve the intention and anoint it with uncrossing oil. Unfortunately my daughter does not believe in this stuff, she thinks it is voodoo and will not take part. My son got her the evil eye bracelet and she wears that and a tourmaline ring around her neck. She had 2 but she dropped the chain and one broke. That is as far as she will go with that. I need to send the bracelet out today to her at college as she is really upset she doesn't have it with her. Should I anoint it with the fiery wall of protection, healing and the uncrossing? Or should I do the candle and then anoint the bracelet with master, crucible of courage and wither blockbuster or crown of success? I also have vistory, commanding, look me over, john conqueror, fast luck and influence if one of them will be better suited. Thank you

Tribaby789,

I would use a white candle for uncrossing. Dress the charm with Fiery Wall of Protection as the piece is a protective amulet. Get a photo of your daughter, any hair and place it under a candle dressed to Uncross, you can also place a Fiery Wall of Protection candle on it as well to protect her. I would use Master and Crown of Success on a yellow candle to give her success in her sports, after you have done Uncrossing and Protection.

1.Can I do the uncrossing candle and protection candle today since it is the waning moon? I will use 2 separate white candles one with fiery wall and he other with uncrossing.
2. I will lay the bracelet with the fiery and lay it in front of the candles and recite psalm 51 and 37 then mail it to her tonight after I am done. Is this good?
3. Do I need a petition or are her picture and hair enough? Maybe protect " her name" from all negative influences on the fiery wall and uncrossing- Rid "her name" of all negativity, jinxes and double crossings?
4. Is it ok to do the fiery and protection tonight and then do he yellow candle tomorrow for sports or does it need to be done right after the other

1. You can do an Uncrossing at anytime, it does work well with a waning moon, but I would not wait a moon cycle if you feel crossed, that is work that is done immediately! Yes two different candles one to Uncross and one for Fiery Wall of Protection.

2. Yes that is a perfect way of preparing the charm, after you recite the Psalms pray to God asking for protection to be on her as she wears this charm!

3. Her photo, flip it over and write the petition, dress it with 5 spots of oil. Add her hair, stick it under the candle. Pray over it daily. AN example could be, " By Gods grace to I pray that Jane Doe is protected from all harm, slander, gossip and evil intention, in Jesus name Amen!" Another, " By the Blood of Christ do I pray to cleanse Jane Doe of all evil, remove all curses, crossed conditions, the evil eye, may the Lord wash her so she is a white as snow, Amen".

4. It does not have to be done the same day, if you are working with Planetary Influences you can go with Thursday for her success candle.

Ok I ran out of time tonight. I will do the uncrossing, prevention candle and bracelet tomorrow at noon so I can send the bracelet out asap.
I will also do the success candle tomorrow as Tues is for Athleticism, victory, competition,strength,courage and open conflict plus her next game is Wed afternoon and I would like to have it all done before her practice tomorrow night so she can shine at her practice and hopefully get chosen for time the next day. I know she will not have the bracelet but hopefully the candles will manifest even if sightly and she will definitely have the bracelet by her last game on Saturday

So I did the uncrossing and the usual triad for my daughter including the yellow success candle( 3 total) and the influence(purple with COS, infuence and fast luck) but she didn't get any time. The last game is on Saturday. Should I just light the yellow success candle with master and COS again- not the whole triad and the 2 influence candles for the coaches maybe use white instead with influence,COS and fast luck today again since as you said it is luck and success Thurs and I also saw it was power?

Not every spell happens quickly, some take time, to influence a person for longterm effect I would be doing influence work on the person over a period of time. Also it is important to get divination relating to the work, because that will reveal the reason for the problem. There is multiple options here: is she unliked, is she less talented, does the coach have favorites, is the paid off to let certain people play, do others have scholarships that require x amount of field time etc. These are all different situations that require different work.

Yes you can do Thursday for luck and success.

Thank you for getting back to me. I had a reading is that different from a divination and it was seen that she may not be doing things exactly as coach wants them maybe a little rebellious. The last reading I just had a few weeks ago. I just asked if she would get more playing and was told not much more. I will do the candle and wait a few weeks to get another reading and see what is going on at that time.

Sorry I hope it didn't come off wrong. My reader helps me greatly and I have had a few readings on this. She has told me to do a honey jar and candles for my daughter and her coaches. I thought you mean based off the actual candle way it burned, you could tell if it was any of the above. My mistake. I did the success candle again last night and will wait a few weeks to see what happens and get another reading

I got to say this through, I know you said the uncrossing candle would not work so quickly since it was burned on Tues night but funny story, my daughter and her friend were planning to room together next semester and then all of a sudden she was rooming off campus with another girl and said maybe she could move in next year and then on a soccer overnight, this same girl was supposed to room with her and another girl "took" her the one she was supposed to move in with and my daughter said she was done with soccer because of only getting 27 min the whole season in 4 games etc etc.
Well her coach told her she would probably get in the next day since others were hurt and in her game on wed my husband said it was weird becuase with 10 min left he had her ready to go in but didn't put her in, which sad to say is is step up from not warming up and this AM my daughter told me that the same girl she originally was to room with is not moving off campus and wants to room with my daughter again. I asked what changed and she said idk it is weird, she was supposed to replace a senior soccer player that is leaving but she said something about a softball player who loves there is staying another semester. But either way she said she and the girl are back to planning on rooming together next semester and now she wants to stick with soccer for at least next semester. It could be coincidence idk. I will see who happens in the last game tomorrow
