Today the AIRR Tech Team met to provide a series of revisions, updates, and upgrades to our online AIRR Application Form, which prospective members use when applying to join the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers. In attendance were Mama Vergi, Lady Muse, Ms. Robin, nagasiva yronwode, and catherine yronwode; we also read and referred to a document submitted by Miss Athena regarding best practices for application interviews. Led by nagasiva, the team discussed and implemented a number of changes and clarifications to the Application Form, as well as adding sample photographs for the convenient reference of those applying to join. Most AIRR documents are public, and we invite everyone to check out the AIRR Application form -- and if you are a qualifying reader or rootworker, we invite you to apply to join our Association!
