Hello Sireanita,

I would not work a vinegar jar for that purpose. All you may succeed in doing is stirring up arguments over the property, rather than preventing its actual sale.

To keep it from being bought, I would put it in a freezer spell. Freeze out any interest from qualified buyers, which is how I would state the petition. You can read all about how to construct a freezer spell here:

When using a Sour Jar or break up spell why do the couples DOB matter? Also if you are trying to divorce them but don’t know if they took their husbands last name can you use their full name that they had before they got married? That’s on their birth certificate?

You do not need to use the birthdate of the people, but it does add an extra element to the work to make it specific to the person, if you have a photo of them tear it apart and use that in the work with the names on it. Yes use their pre-married name. Dress a candle with Break Up Oil and dress the candle with it.

Hi Folks

I have some interesting experiences when it comes to my Vinegar Jar that I built back then in 2019 and still in play even now. Basically I ordered four thieves vinegar and had a few washes that were convincing and satisfying because I used to get some news that so and so has fallen ill and it was within a space of a few days. So I took this concept and built my own vinegar jar in more or less the same way but I used my own urine inside there and added garlic, red chillies & black pepper and went ahead and charged it so that it can be in a jar to put away and then when I went to sleep at night I dreamed of so many private planes or jets taking off and then crashing into explosions all in one night and it felt like I was in trouble then I decided to have a chat with my Root Worker Friends in South Africa and he asked me if I was in any of those planes that crashed in the dream and I wasn't then he felt that it was a strong vinegar jar that I put together because a plane crash is permanent damage or probably the end and if I was aiming the vinegar jar towards enemies then it means that there were plenty of them in the dream and they are all symbolized by many plane crashes that had them inside and rarely does one escape a Plane Crash. So I went ahead and charged the vinegar jar for stuff like get out of jail, reversal work, winning court cases, helping out with divorce cases & hammering dark witches that are up at night to cause harm and the feedback that I get from fellow Root Worker Friends is that it works just fine but it could have been pushed with harder herbs. So the things that I want to push my vinegar harder with is Vandal Root, Devil's Dunk & Dark Arts Powder and will they aid my vinegar further?

As for the jar, I would not add my own personal items (urine) into the jar with all those negative and harmful items. Urine is used to dominate individuals, but not used in a vinegar jar, you basically are crossing yourself up with this item in the work. A jar with Devils Dung, Dark Arts and Vandal Root would be a very sour and nasty working!

Hello all, kind of new to doing my own work but I’ve heard you get high potency with your own intentions. I would like to try a sour jar on my current boyfriend. We are together but he keeps seeming to have infidelity issues. I am leaving him when our lease is up, indeed. But before I go, I just want to make sure nobody else wants him. Would a sour jar work? What are some ingredients I can put in it to make sure that he gets no attention from other females? Can I also do a honey jar on him to make him sweet to me etc?

You can do a sour jar to ruin his prospects with other women, what you are doing in cursing his love life that his relationships are all sour and do not flourish. Adding a personal items, even his semen would greatly help, in that it could ruin his sex life. Yes you can do a honey jar to be sweet to you at the same time, but you are leaving him, do you still want him to be sweet after the break up, or that he regrets it?

I would take a personal concern of his, his semen if you can get it, add it to the jar, I like to use Destruction to ruin his love life, and Crossing to cross up his love life and ruin it, both come in an oil and sachet powder. Herbs I would add are Poppy seed to cause confusion, Red Pepper to cause anger and pain, Asafoetida to curse his love life, sharp objects to cause him pain and unhappiness, lemon to sour, vinegar to sour. Burn black candles on top of the jar, or a black male figure candle where you dress the doll with the oils and powders, as well as stick pins in the penis and other body parts.

Hi there!

Can you do a vinegar jar to sour someone's relationship if you don't know whether or not they're together?

They always break up and get back together, and from my understanding they have broken up again, but maybe they've already got back together.

1. Can I do a jar to make sure they don't get back together...sour their friendship/any relationship they may have?

2. Or would it be best to work a jar on him to ruin his love life?

3. I am about to do a freezer spell on her but would like something else to go alongside the work.

1. Yes, you can work a vinegar jar to sour a relationship. Vinegar is often part of a break-up jar.

I had previously done a vinegar jar on a couple that worked at the time, and quite fast but now no longer seems to be affective.

I have already begun new work here including a lemon break up work that I think I may turn into a new vinegar jar but my questions here are

1. Should I leave the old jar where it is, or dig it up and dispose of it?
2. The old jar was buried in a garden bed, of a park, on a crossroad, directly across from one parties house. She goes there fairly often. Is this a good place to bury the new one as well? I can bury it at the base of a tree in the same park if that seems better.
3. Any ideas on how I can make this one last longer?

2. Sure you can place it there, or under their doorstep if you can without getting caught!

3. Shake the jar daily for 7 days as you call down the curse to sour their relationship, burn a black candle on top of the jar dressed with Break Up oil and dusted with Break Up sachet powder. Then set the jar as you planned. Each Tuesday burn a black candle dressed with the same items to cause them to fight and each Saturday to cause their relationship to be dead. This is a method to back up the work.

No I cant get it into her yard! I have gone a few times during my last lot of working to try and lay tricks near her car (which is not in the yard but parked on the footpath) and each time she'd be sitting out there on her porch. I ended up throwing on the street in front of her house. I figured she will at least drive over it, and there's a reasonable chance she would walk on it as she crossed the road to the park.

I did all that you recommend the last time, they split, she got a new man and all. Just didn't last.
The lemon is currently rotting, I have a vigil candle lit for this, she's in the freezer (redone that one too), Did my own bigger break up candle (used everything from that in the lemon), and will work the new jar for the week once I make that up. Also working on love work for the both of them away from each other, Him to me, her to wherever so long as it isn't him.

It is very hard to sprinkle these days with cameras, doorbells that record, one must be careful! Have you tried the moving candle spell and incorporate your break up jar by him and her, and a honey jar by you where you move him to, you can move her to a new guy with a sweet loving herbs as well, stick a lodestone in the base of her candle, stick a matching lodestone in the base of new women candle and sprinkle magnetic sand between them to draw her to the new unknown lover.

Working both sides of the case -- honey and vinegar -- is pretty common. If you don't have Deacon Millett's book, it may be a help to you.

Deploying the work is the idea that it is still an active working, disposal is I am done with it. The traditional method of deploying a vinegar jar is under the stoop, somewhere the person will walk over it, in a graveyard, crossroad or even thrown into running water to send the person away. In the woods does not symbolize death to the relationship, if you did dispose of it this way I would do so only if she crosses that path, and it would affect her.

Cemetery can be used for death work, it can also be used for spells when you want to end it (death) like the relationships is killed or dead. IT does not always mean physical death. There are many many spells using cemetery's and not killing a person. When I do break up work I often bury in a grave or toss in a running river that goes out of town.

The deployment method of placing it where the person walks is a form of foot track magic, that the item influences them though the feet by contact. I do not think a highway over pass would have the same effect. A river is fine if the goal is to send her away, say something along the lines of " as this river flows away from me so does ( name of women) flow out of town and away from me, or the lovers name, amen.

I would like to say, i made a vinegar jar about 3 months ago and it has worked for me. It broke them up and they fought, it got so bad that she moved out, which is something is visualized during the spell. All i have to say is, BELIEVE IN YOUR SPELL, it takes time. When you shake your jar, shake it with your all and believe in it. Curse at it. if you are angry, take it out on the jar by shaking it. Just believe things will work out in your favor.

Hi everyone!

I'm so grateful for this site, it's such an amazing resource. One of my teachers is AIRR certified actually and such an inspiration to me. I cannot wait to become a highly skilled conjure woman myself eventually.

I've created a vinegar jar to sour the friendship amongst six people I was friends with years ago who are still friends with one another.

I put red pepper flakes in their pictures (after baptizing them), folded them, placed in the jar. Then I squeezed in lemon juice, put half a lemon right on top of their pictures, nails, more pepper flakes, tabasco, sriracha, and vinegar— I used what I had access to. I petitioned a deity and some ancestors and burnt a black candle on top that says "FIGHT." The goal is to cause intense strife amongst them all till they finally break apart.

*wicked witch laugh*

I was thinking I'd work the jar for seven days. Also, we have an astrological transit that is excellent for such a working— Mars (God of War) has moved in Libra, which means quarrels and fight are impeding right now!

My question is, what is the ideal method of deployment? I remember the address of one of my targets, but I fear camera doorbells would catch me breaking it in front of her home. I was thinking I could simply smash it in a four-way crossroads just a few feet down from her house? Would it matter that it's the home of only one of the targets? I feel that it's unsafe for wildlife to throw in a river (unless you guys think otherwise!). Any other criticisms are very much welcomed.

I personally would not smash it, 1. for wildlife to not get hurt, 2. It is a container spell breaking it would release it. I would bury them in a cemetery to represent the death of the friendships, or running water to send them away. There are spells such as a break-up jar where it is buried under the porch, as the couple walks over it they will fight. But if you have multiple people I would do a different method.

Yes, I have six targets, which is why foot-track doesn’t seem ideal. Now, the one house that I do know, I’m aware that the rest of the targets routinely visit, which means they’d walk through that path eventually. However, one is moving out-of-state, and I can’t risk cameras.

I will consider cemetery or river deployment, although “cross-roads” has been calling out to me. Do you typically work your break-up jars for seven days, I saw a myriad of different work times in this thread after reading through.

I am not JayDee, but i also work such spells, so perhaps i can assist.

A crossroads deployment will send your work out into the world. So will burial in an ant's nest or termite's nest.

There is no "typical" length of time to work a break up jar. It is not like a Catholic Novena that is worked for nine days, if that is what you were thinking. People do set times for themselves, but not everyone sets the same time.

I, for instance, might work such a Vinegar jar container for 14 days, during the waning of the Moon. In the case of wanting to break apart a group of six people, such as you have described, i might add something new to the Vinegar jar every night --

1, 2, 3, 4, 4, and 6. Six named curse papers (one for each person)
7. Red Pepper
8. Black Pepper
9. Nine Nails
10. Nine Needles
11. Nine Pins
12. Nine drops of Break Up Oil
13. A handwritten portion of scripture, such as Psalms 68: 1-2 ("Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him. As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.")
14. Dog shit.

Swamp gal again!

I started seeing movement yesterday through signs and omens, so it’s going well. I had a really incredible one immediately after I finished working the jar yesterday that blew me away and left me speechless.

I had an interesting question— what can I do to disguise my working so none of my targets will ever know they’ve been worked? They’re nowhere near as spiritually developed as I am, however I do know some may go to readers, and I don’t want her to reveal anything.

I verbally petitioned the deity I’m working with to conceal it from them already. She is a dark goddess of a wrathful nature.

Some workers put Bay Leaves down to hide their work from those they are working against. You can also make a doll baby, or take figure candles , carve out the eyes, put poppy in the head to blind them and confuse them from ever knowing.

Just a tip—

I really liked Miss Cat’s idea of adding something to the jar everyday, but be aware, I’ve been working my jar by shaking it (in addition to burning candles on top), and when I went to open tonight to add some breakup oil, it hissed and leaked due to built up gas. I just wanted to add a warning, as the shaking for several days will cause that! I sealed it back up and decided to burn candles anointed with the oil instead.

I’m almost finished with it. I noticed crackling and weird shapes with the candles today.

Also, I tried to use gloves but they got dirty so I took them off. I’m cleansing my tools and hands with Florida water after, and then taking a cleansing bath. Is this ok? I mostly am using Florida water as I have to sleep right after till I shower the next day. I noticed no one really asked about the aspect of cleansing during work. Appreciate the help.

I need to teach someone a good lesson on how to act and that when they act a certain way there are negative consequences. I do not want the consequences to be long lasting. Just long enough to bite, and make him realize so he can get it together... as long as he keeps it up, then consequences do to. Once he starts acting right and treating people better, then I want to be able to undo the sour spell. So nothing long lasting. Thoughts on something MAKING SOMETHING TEMPORARY???

Yes Vinegar jars can leak as the shaking builds up gasses inside of the jar. Gloves work as a protective cleaning measure. You can clean the hands with Florida water, holy water, ammonia water mix, and of course a spiritual bath after the work to remove any negativity.

It is up to you how long the work goes. You can save it or bury it, or, hen you are done, you can dismantle the jar and its over.

Hi guys,

My ritual is complete. I’m deploying my working in a cemetery. I read the LM page and posts on the forum on graveyard work but need some clarification please.

My teacher (who is AIRR certified) told me leave 3 dimes to the guardian of the cemetery on the way in and 3 more as I leave and to ask that no one follow me. Can these be any dimes I have? I don’t have any ‘65 ones which would primarily be silver.

Now, if I’m drawn to a grave and decide to specifically petition its spirit to hold down my working, I was planning on offering cigarettes and leaving it next to the grave. I brought a pendulum with me too.

Am I missing anything? Just want to be respectful and safe.

1. It can be any dimes.

2. You should ask the spirit what it wants, it may have hated smoke (unless you know the person and what they like), a pendulum can help determine appropriate gifts. So can listing and connecting with the spirit. If I have no idea I leave coins for payment, water and a candle, I clean the grave up and make it fresh, I pray to uplift the spirt for helping me.

Cleanse when you get home, I was taught to take a different way to get home from the way you came. Many traditions exist.

Thanks so much for helping me. Do you just intuitively for to a grave that calls to you? And what do you leave the water in? I have a bottle I may just leave.

And I don’t necessarily have to petition anyone, I can just bury it in the ground for the symbolism and the energy of ending.

There are many methods to picking a tomb, some count them, some go by intuition, others to one they know, or seek a specific one based on the work. I leave the water in a cup. Petitioning the person is out of respect to to ask them to work with you and accept your offering.

Hello,
I would like to break up my husband's "friendship" with his ex (which in reality is some emotional dependence attachment that the ex has). They have separated a long time ago and kept sort of close (because my husband visits their adult children in her house and sees her and because they stay in touch also by messaging), so I need something strong. There has been some issue between me and her, so I feel now is the right time.
I have hair from both of them, do I just drop the hairs and the papers with their names separately in the jar or should I somehow wrap the hairs in the papers? Should I also include pictures or hairs are enough?
Another question is about deployment. I could put the jar under my stairs so that my husband walks over it, but obviously she won't and in her house, it's not possible to put anything under the stairs (not to mention that I could be discovered). We are in winter now, so the soil is frozen, so it's hard to bury the jar. There's a big lake nearby, but at some point, it will freeze too. Does it matter?

What you put in a spell, why you put it in a spell and how you deploy it ALL matter! They each add their own spiritual energy to the work. Tossing a break up jar in a freezing lake means, you froze them together, not a good idea. Personally I would keep working the jar until you end the relationship, to do this burn black candles on it each Tuesday (mars) and Saturday (saturn). Shake the jar as often as you want to call down the work you are doing, break them up, end their friendship relationship, etc. I would take a photo of them together, cut it in half to symbolize the break up, wrap their hair in each one, then add the traditional items to cause discord, sour, trouble, pain. Hair is a much stronger personal concern than a photo.

When I shake the jar, do I need to visualize them disliking each other, etc. or just shaking it give the working energy?

Winter will finish in about 5 months, would you recommend keeping the jar behind the toilet and shaking it that long and then throwing it in running water or I can always dispose of it at crossroads in winter (I also always wonder, how do you dispose of it without spreading glass pieces that could hurt someone)?

You can do both, and both would help, however, I would not imagine them disliking, rather focus on the end result, they are broken up as friends, hate one another.

Not all work is disposed of, if it is longterm work, you would keep working it. If the toilet is not a safe place, hide it away and work it when your husband is not home. I would dispose when the work is done. Others may work the spell for a set period of time then deploy it, this would be a case to put at a Crossroad to send out the energy, a graveyard to symbolize the death of their friendship, running water to send away. You do have to be careful when disposing to not hurt others or wildlife, finding an abandoned crossroad is ideal.

Yes, Sireanita, you can work several vinegar jars at once. I prefer this to throwing everyone and their dog into one jar, which I personally think dilutes the work.

You can add Commanding oil if you desire. I would add Inflammatory Confusion and Break Up. To add them, 5 spot dress the photo or name paper of the people you are breaking up. To do this, take the paper and dress the four corners with a spot and the center.

When doing a spell you must direct the work to something or someone and it has to have a clear petition, a purpose for the work. You also should add a personal item, if one is not available that is when a name paper, a photo comes into use. So yes you add the names, write them on opposite sides of a heart then rip it apart.

For the vinegar jar spell, write a verbal description like "other women" or describe her appearance the best you can on the paper. Carve "rival women" on the candle and dress it with Break Up Oil. If you have more oils, then Confusion, Separation, Destruction , and Banishing are all great additives to a break up spell.

I did a vinegar jar on my coworker three months ago to sour her life because she did something so bad to me. Then she got married last moth and she now uses her husband's last name. In the vinegar jar that I made has her old last name on her picture. Should I do a new jar? Nothing is happening yet but I can wait. Thank you for your time

I merged your post with the general topic on vinegar jars, there are 67 pages filled with information no working with a vinegar jar. Her maiden name is fine for the work, she is still known as that name. In future work you can add her new name with her maiden name.

After 3 months with no sign or movement of success, I would redo the work, if nothing the second time, I would move on to a new spell.
