LittleWitch2020,

1. Lucky mojo makes this jack ball for you and you send in hair to have it made. They are gifted to make it work
2. It is always a good idea to cleanse before starting a new working, even to cleanse then take an oil such as nature oil ( used with this hand), power oil, crown of success..etc to dress the body.
3. Fromt he lucky mojo site: These are all articles that men and women reputedly use to strengthen their nature, to gain victory over enemies, to effectively rule and dominate friends and foes alike, and to protect themselves from harm, and to gain money and love. There are no herbs in this hand, only the roots, minerals, hair, and name wound up inside the jack ball, which comes with a hanging string and is supplied with a red flannel carrying bag fixed with a Crown charm and a vial of Nature Oil. Directions for using the jack ball are included.
4. Will it help with manifesting your work, it sure can help. The site specifies the roots and oil that will be used along with the purpose of the jack ball. Look on the link and read about those items. It will help you understand the use.

Hello everyone, I hope that you all are doing well in these times. I just wanted to reach out and gather some insight and clarity on a jack ball that I had made for me recently from Lucky Mojo. I'm really excited about the jackball! The prime questions I have though are:

• Do I wear it immediately once it's received? I have a big head so my loop from the string is too small. Can I attach more waxed string and make it similar to a chain or necklace so that its length can fit around my head?
• I read in the book The Art of Making Mojo's that it must not be shown to others, how does that work if the person that created it for you has seen it?
• How would you create it for someone else without killing it due to the jackball obviously being seen as its being created?
• According to the attached notes received with my Master Mojo Jackball, I was supposed to have written "7 strongest wishes" I was not aware of this aspect until I received the document stating how to operate the item. Will this affect the focus of the jackball?

I know there is more to this I just want to execute in the right way! I appreciate in advance all the insight and clarity on this!

Hello SonicBoomin,

You could lengthen the string so it fits over your head.

It is inevitable that it would have been seen by the one who created it for you, but this does not count when we say it should not be seen by others. Once it is received and worn by you, keep it hidden from the sight of others. That is what matters.

You can use your 7 strongest wishes after receiving your jackball to focus your energy on your desired goals. You should be fine.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Thanks Miss Athena,

Great day to you! I’ve recently revamped the jackball and I wanted to reinforce some of the components to it. That has turn out to be a success. It appears to be a double decker size jackball now with a bit more seasoning added for effect. Is there anything I should know on how to properly go about using it? Jomo’s seem to be relatively straight forward. The Jackball in itself seems to be a whole other component with varied aspects, divination, luck, dominance energy etc.

I’ve been wanting to test it on a few things in life. If possible any insight on this related to these regards, I would greatly appreciate it.

Best,
SB

Hello SonicBoomin,

If it had already been a success for you, why change it or ask how else to use it? I would continue in the fashion you have been working in and feel confident in my continued success.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Well, mainly the reasoning is because I found out more insights on how to handle it as well as how to accurately design my own from source with the materials. Its also something that has been pinging me a lot lately in my thoughts and so I wanted to take action on the clues that show up in my mind regarding it. My overall goal in life is self-actualization, so I match that totally by applying to all areas of my life that I am consciously applying mental bandwidth to.

This whole thing for me is a learning experience and also an opportunity to do well in this range. I got all the tools, the right knowledge, and highly adept friends that know this around me and have been practicing a lot longer. I'd be a fool not to try to improve on my skill and sharpen my tool use knowledge.

I went back in the audio logs back in 8/17/2014 and found a lot of gems out of the content related specifically for this

https://www.blogtalkradio.com/luckymojo ... rmat-81714

Discovered a lot here that was never mentioned in other places I read.

Hi Everyone

I saw a post from Miss Cat showing a Jackball and immediately I am really fascinated by this because what I've read and what I've seen is different to the things that I've imagined.

From what I've read, it's almost like an amulet and a talisman put in one that does an all round accomplishment in all areas of living and just imagine how nice it would really be like to have an increased nature, ruling over your friends & foes, beating rivals, competition & challenges, protection from harm, get more money & more love and so fourth.

Do you have to carry this around with you or can you put it in one place and allow it to do its magic?

Then what I've seen is that it's like a ball of wool with a string and you can use it for dowsing, so with me, I would love to use it to dowse the winning soccer teams.

My idea is that before placing a bet, maybe this time round there'll be a full swing that shows you everything without being half hearted or in between things and benefit from betting and maybe when there's a draw then it doesn't have to move at all and I can even place a bet in each half.

Lovemoore --

Going back to my old jack, shown here:

Image

1) Yes it is an amulet. In fact, a copy of this photo, in black and white, will be seen in the new book i have co-written with Papa Gee, "How to Use Amulets, Charms, and Talismans in the Hoodoo and Rootwork Tradition."

2) After wearing it for a while, you can put it aside if you feed it with whiskey once a week, but most people wear it every day and touch it with whiskey daily.

3) A jackball can be made of wool, silk, or cotton. I make mine of cotton because wool is scratchy against my skin.

4) Yes, you can use it for dowsing, and you would apply the same techniques that you use with a pendulum. However if you make a jack on another person -- a loved one -- you can keep it with you and use it to dowse the state of their health and safety while they are away from you.

Good luck.

I hope you like it and find it of value. It is one of the most traditional items we make, and unusual in this era of cookie-cutter products, because each one is individually made for the person who orders it, with love and care.

Good luck to you!

Master B,

If metal is in it then yes. It is nothing to be concerned about with the Jack Ball, though I would work to not have people touch it.

Hi, Master B --

In my book, "The Art of Making Mojos," and elsewhere i describe how to work a jack to draw something to you (in your case, either lucky numbers or a win -- or both), and how to cast something away (for instance, a person you do not wish to see. It is done by suspending the jack from its string and causing is to make narrow elliptical rotations toward you, with force, clockwise, with forces from the fingers two swing it toward you. Likewise, if moving something away, the back of the fingers is used to flick the string in a counterclockwise ellipse.

You can also roll the jack, for instance on your thight or on a table, or squeeze it.

When all is said and done, I would to share my African experience using the Jackball. There are also other Lucky Mojo products (not this thread related) that I have used, but twigged them into a true African way and have produced wonders.

Yours in Hoodoo

Master B,

It is an interesting fact that people often choose to use the tools of hoodoo according to their own cultural preferences, whether they were born into those ways, have adopted them through mentorship, or have learned them by reading about them. Thus i have seen hoodoo practiced by Europeans, Asians, Native Americans, Latinos, and Africans.

Because much of 19th century hoodoo did derive from African methods, to which was added the use of European and Native American herbs, as well as Jewish and Christian prayer, hoodoo does ring "true" to African-centric practitioners. In your mind, hoodoo is not "a true African way" -- but it is, in fact, a "true African-American way," and can also "produce wonders." It need never be held to be less effective than the folk magic of Africa.

This is a topic that is not limited to the jack ball, of course, and i will leave it there for now.

Thank you very much for a detailed response Cat.

I hope you don't mind sharing a bit from my perspective. In my culture one cannot bring a herb/portion/talisman etc, without introducing it to the ancestral spirits that are 'attached' to the homestead concerned. There are sacrificial rituals that needs to be done. I will not go into detail with those rituals as the western world or civilized communities view them as barbaric or pure evil (whatever evil means). That is where the twigging begins.

I have in the past purchased incense from LM, and instead of using it as per LM instructions I would do sacrificial rituals and mix the LM incenses with our incense called "impepho". Perhaps LM may benefit a lot from looking into that incense/plant. I noticed that the Wiccan and Pagan communities in Africa are really paying hard attention to this incense.

Anyway to cut a long story short, I have benefited immensely from combination of LM incense with our ancestral impepho into one compound that is burned for a particular purpose, depending what LM incense was it that was used. For example, Money Drawing incense would mixed with impepho, money drawing oil (from LM), certain things I can't state here due to them being viewed as not fit for civilized world and "Loban". It becomes a very, very, serious money drawing incense. If you operating a retail business you will better bring you lunch and supper to work as you will have qeues of customers that day (based of what I experienced).

Thank you very much Catherine for your work. I noticed lately that you have lots of people 'hating' you out there. I hope my write up here does not put you into trouble and you be labelled all sorts of things due to me mentioning sacrificial rituals.

Once again, thank you. I remember making a telephone call to you around 2001. It was the best decision ever. Been with you guys since then although I started actively buying your products a bit later.

Keep up the good work.

Are spirits used to give Jack Balls strength. I am wanting to buy one but I read this:

ConjurmanAli: Jackballs are considered an extension of a person's spirit. They can be used as personal talismans, pendulums, or to directly influence another person. Unlike mojo hands which are fed and kept on the body and by that virtue alone they bring luck, love, protection etc. Jackballs can be actively worked. For example swinging it while saying prayers can be a way to directly influence the person that it is connected to.
A jackball is a powerful talismanic object with an intense connection to the person it is made for.

I would need to know what spirit is being used before I would want it connected to mine. Or is it all based on my spirit and no other spirit?

psalms.magick,

As Conjurerman Ali stated, they are an extension of a persons spirit.

I have read that it is a powerful talisman made of organic objects that are known for being powerful in making a Jack Ball, they include your personal concern. They would be considered alive with its own spirit and treated with respect, fed, cared for in that manner.

Read about them at the Lucky Mojo site: https://www.luckymojo.com/mojocatmojo.html#jack
Its also a topic in Miss Cats book, The Art of Making Mojos: https://www.luckymojo.com/theartofmakingmojos.html

Do I just print out a copy of my receipt when it comes and mail it along with a signature and hair to this address:

My Jackball came in a red cloth bag. It is kind of sealed up. I could get in there and the instructions say to do so but . . .

The instructions say to write down 7 desires and then cross my name over the top of them and put it in the bag along with personal concerns and then read the Psalm and run it through incense. (I will read the instructions again before I start to be certain I follow them correctly)
The question is:

When I gain one of my 7 desires should I stop "working" the Jackball and put in new list with the original 6 desires and then add a new desire?

If I swing the Jackball away from me should I remove the list of 7 desires and put in 7 negative things I want gone, so I do not drive away my desires by swinging the list away from me?
I guess what I am asking is if the list gets changed or does one Jackball get one List. You work it until you have them, then get a new Jackball?
Can you work 2 Jackballs at once if you have things you want to attract and things you want to repel?
Another question
Do you just leave the Jackball at home on an altar or someplace clean and respectful of it, or do you carry it around like a Mojo bag.

I carry my Law Keep Away bag with me every day when driving at work. I felt better immediately when I started carrying it at work. I don't know if that is common or not but I felt better. Like I had an extra layer of protection.

Thanks

psalms.magick ,

1. You write the 7 desires on the paper and enter it into the bag, you would keep that paper in the bag and not change it out.

2. swinging the Jack Ball is a method of working it, It will swing away and back to you naturally. I would focus on the desires not the negative.

3. Generally a product is made for one purpose, such as this was created for the 7 purposes, you can continue to wear it, to maintain the work, it is also a divination tool.

4. Carry it.

5. Many people feel the energy from the mojo, they are a living being.

Master B ,

If you are suicidal, you need to seek medical assistance we cannot give medical advice on the forum, that is for a trained professional.

As for the Jack ball, if you lost it then you would have to order a new one to start over.

Hello Lucky Mojo-ers!

I've been reading about Jack Balls and I am very interested in acquiring one from Lucky Mojo. I just have a few questions that are still unclear to me. I'm hoping you can help me understand a little better before I take the plunge.

I've read that there can be many different types of Jack Balls. Are there different types to consider when chosing one through LM or is there just the one option? Also, I've read something about writing wishes and keeping them in the bag with the Jack Ball. Can you elaborate on this? What kinds of wishes are common to this type of work? How are we able to customize this kind of Mojo when purchasing it through LM? Do we offer any kind of main intent when it is created, or is it more general?

I hope my questions aren't too confusing. It sounds like a Jack Ball is the powerhouse of powerhouses and I am drawn to explore what might be possible with the help of one of them. Thanks for reading and for your replies! God bless you!

A Jack Ball is a traditional powder hand that is made of several roots, minerals, and the petitioners hair. It is made into a ball and bound with a length of string left over. The person holds the ball in their fingers and swings it back and forth as they state the petition, it can also be used as a pendulum for divination.

The Jack Ball is a power hand it enhances your power both physically and spiritually. You can write down 7 wishes and add it to a bag and carry it. It is not more personalized than the directions on the Lucky Mojo page with hair and handwriting. Your interest is what you put into the 7 wishes and pray over it and work it.

From the Lucky Mojo website, these seem to be the areas they are mostly focused on: These are all articles that men and women reputedly use to strengthen their nature, to gain victory over enemies, to effectively rule and dominate friends and foes alike, and to protect themselves from harm, and to gain money and love.

Thanks JayDee for your wisdom and expertise. Are the 7 wishes generally a one time and done thing? Or are they generally ongoing wishes, such as love and respect, compliance, money, protection, etc? I am feeling strongly that I should get one of these. I am just struggling to understand all it can do for me. You are always so helpful in your responses. I appreciate it so much! Thanks again JayDee!

Hi, Genies_lamp --

The paper with the seven wishes is not actually part of the jack ball. It is just something that some people place into the bag they use to carry their jack ball. Therefore it is not necessary to have such a paper, it can consist of less than or more than seven wishes, and it can be removed and replaced with anther paper any time you want. It is something for the jack to ponder on, so to speak.

Miss Cat,

That makes sense. Thank you for clearing that up for me! I am really looking forward to working with one of these conjure powerhouses. I'm always honored when you chime in with your wisdom Miss Cat. I just want to take the opportunity to say thank you for Luck Mojo and for making such quality conjure products available for all of us! God bless you!

Sincerely,

Hello again!

In the items description it says it can be used to "gain victory over enemies, to effectively rule and dominate friends and foes alike". Can I actually 'work' my jackball on other people to control them? If so, can you explain a bit more how that might be done?
Or, to control people with a jackball does it have to be a jackball created with their concerns?
If I can use my jackball in this manner, would I perhaps include the other person's personal concern in the wish packet I place in the bag with the jackball? Would I perhaps work it in conjunction with a picture of the person? Am I 'commanding' them in my petitions or is it more passive? Could I actually swing the jackball while commanding the person? This really interests me. Any info you can provide me regarding this aspect of jackballs would be very much appreciated.

Or am I way off base here?

Thank you as always for the guidance!

Sincerely,

Genies_Lamp ,

A Jack ball is made with roots that are known to overcome opposition and adversity, to have mastery over people hence friends and foes alike. No it is not made with their concerns, no it is not worked over a wish packet, the contents of the jack give you dominance.

I strongly suggest setting up a reading with Miss Cat to see if the Jack is what you need and how to work it, she does this via Hoodoo Psychics or setting up a scheduled reading though AIRR.

JayDee,

Thanks. I believe I understand. Please forgive all my questions! I have been reading around about jackballs and I read an account of someone swinging their jackball around as they called commands to their lady. I don't remember where I read it, but I guess it just got me wondering. Perhaps this was a different kind of jackball. I do understand that the items that make up my jackball will give me dominance. I just got to thinking that perhaps this could be done actively with intent while swinging my jackball like the person in the account I read. I am always learning and I do appreciate your help!
I would love to talk to Miss Cat sometime. I really look up to her and would really like to meet her someday. In fact I'm very interested in taking her course. I just don't know if I'm ready yet.

I think u must be referring to the "Love Me or Die" Jackball? Made with Goofer Dust and Love Me Sachet Powder I think, The hair of the target and a high John root, amongst other things. You swing it around while saying in Rhythm " Love me or die" and the person's name. The idea is that u make them sick and then nurse them back to health so they love you. You have control of there health. If you read back on this Forum topic it's spell recipe is given somewhere.

Genies_Lamp,

In Miss Cat's book "The Art Of Making Mojos, p. 7 she explains a Jack ball has several functions: pendulum, draw people to you, or send people away. On page 90 is a section on Jack balls and how to work with one.

Here is a link to the Love me or die Jack Ball: https://www.luckymojo.com/lovespells.ht ... iejackball

The Art of Making Mojos by catherine yronwode includes information on jackballs:

I think you must be right about that AJoshua. Thankfully I do not have need of that. I do have that book JayDee. I will definitely review the section you mentioned.
Thank you both for the guidance! Bless you!
