Deers tongue can be used to increase communication, as can other dominating herbs if the person needs to be forced into it. Tobacco is good to increase communication as well. Focus on the purpose of the herb and what the spirit of the herb is adding to the work when praying over it and using it in the work. "Deers Tongue I pray that you cause John Doe to increase with his communication with me, that he reaches out to me, talks with me, is vocal and communicative with me amen. You may also like adding mercury oil which is known to increase communication to the work.
