Cut out the logo of the police department and the logo of the country district attorney's office. Surround the police department logo with a ring of writing, explaining what you want them to do:
"follow [name] catch [name] arrest [name] book [name]"
Surround the district attorney office's logo with words describing what you want them and the courts to do:
"charge [name] try [name] sentence [name] jail name] refuse parole to [name]"
Place the logo papers back to back and put a physical token of the guilty party between the papers, hemming him in between them. Seal the two logos together with packing tape and trim the tape, leaving enough around the edges to keep them sealed together, as if laminated. (In the old days, folks would crochet an edge around them, or whip-stitch them together.)"
