Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.

If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.

Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.

Good Morning,
I got this candle from lucky mojo and I would like to burn it but I am not sure how I would word my petition.

My boyfriend’s mother had a stroke during a wedding she attended and now my boyfriend is scarred and refusing to have a wedding in fear that his mother will have another stroke. It has been years and she is healed but he refuses her to attended any functions in fear of getting that phone call again.
How can I best word my petition to give him courage plus are there any other candles I could add to this candle to help the situation?

Thank you for your time

Hi Missy T,

Here are some suggested petitions

Psalms 14 "Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.”
Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.”

May he have the power, courage, and love to overcome all obstacles, all doubts, and all fears.

You can also just write have courage, 9 times.

Best of luck,
Mr. Christopher

Hello,

Yes if you have a fear of driving. If you just want the knowledge you would use King Solomons's Wisdom https://www.luckymojo.com/candle-king-s ... isdom.html.
The petition for courage would be:
Psalm 56:3-4 "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid."
Another one would be, "Dear God Almighty give me the courage to see this thru, the knowledge to pass this, and your divine protection."

Best of luck,
Mr. Christopher
