Hi Everyone!

I have been taught that Four Thieves Vinegar is for personal protection, prevent illnesses and removes troublesome people, curses and stuff like that. That's why I use this to spray around my house to protect my home and everyone who lives inside.

As I was reading another book, I I am a little puzzle when I came across to this - "Four Thieves Vinegar - It is used for breaking up homes making a person run crazy, for driving off. It is sometimes put with a name in a bottle and the bottle thrown into moving water. It is used also to "dress" coconuts to kill and drive crazy."

I might sound silly asking this but could anyone explain this to me please?

Thank you.

Cheers,
jp

Hello jadepearl,

Here is a link to further information on Four Thieves Vinegar http://www.luckymojo.com/fourthievesvinegar.html

Four Thieves Vinegar is dual purpose, i like to think of it as a double edged sword. You can deflect an opponents incoming attack as well as cause damage with the same weapon.

Hope this helps.

I woke up feeling at real unease today, went through sight and read this section over and over, straight to my four thieves and took a shot of it. There was a huge burning I felt in my core at first, and it was gradual in leaving. I can say I felt a lot better as day progressed. Thanks to all for the info here, the dual action was needed bad.

Hello Everybody,

I have a question about a particular working within the Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic book, I came across. To Move Away Evil People: how you soak white clover flowers in a bottle of four thieves vinegar, sprinkle it around the room, reciting the 37th psalm... My question is, can I sprinkle this around the whole of the house? Or, instead-just sprinkle it around my husband and I's bedroom?

Thanks in advance for all the help,
LiLi

Hello LiLi,

Sure, I think you could sprinkle it around the whole house. I merged your post with this thread about Four Thieves Vinegar so you can learn about other ways to use it.

Take care.

P.S. I see that you're new to the forum, but you should be aware that posting new topics is against forum rules. Next time you have a question, please find the thread that best fits with what you're asking (you can use the search box at the top right of the screen), and post your question at the end of it by clicking "post reply." If somebody is using this as break up would they have to use the entire bottle? How can this be for protection when it does breaking up?

Hello Pyromancer,

No, you don't have to use the entire bottle. And it can be used for protection because it's been used since antiquity to prevent disease, but since it's vinegar, it can also break people up. I'd suggest reading this page about it for more information:

Hi all, I have Luckymojo Four Thieves Vinegar and plan to do the spell to curse an enemy on page 203 (Softcover) of HHRM. I've got everything needed and am ready to go: It's a business so I've got a copy of the papers filed with the Secretary of State (and of course the owner's name), and his pic from the internet. What I want to know is do I write "his" name on the brown in paper in Dragons Blood ink ect. or the "business name". And since I have a copy of the papers from the Secretary of State, should I wrap that within the brown paper with the pepper. Thanks to all who reply.

DeborahHarris --

Use both names, as, for instance, "Joe Doe, owner of Bad Shop" -- or curse them both separately, as, for instance, "May Joe Doe see his life turn sour in every way until his shop, the Bad Shop, is hated by all former customers and must close its doors."

And also include the business paper from the Secretary of state.

Hello, my name is Brian I am new to the forum and hail from Houston TX. I was wondering if I could get some insight from you ladies and gents about the difference between four thieves oil vs four thieves vinegar. And ways to apply them.

Thanks,
Brian

brianrichard20,

Lucky Mojo does not produce Four Thieves Oil. Four Thieves Vinegar is a historical product that has a tradition going back to the Black Plague in Europe. The Vinegar is used in spells for protection or in spells to sour people or relationships.

Oils on the other hand are used to dress candles, mojos, wear on the body, dress amulets and talismans.

Hello Brian!

If you're referring to '"Thieves' Oil" (some places do call it 'Four Thieves'), that is an essential oil blend, and there's not a correlation between that and Four Thieves Vinegar. Thieves oil was a blend made popular by the MLM (multi-level-marketing) companies and copied (profusely) by others.

I have seen a purported 'Four Thieves Vinegar Oil' to supposedly be used for magical purposes, but I find that to be confusing since, well, vinegar and oil don't mix.

Four Thieves Vinegar is an old, old recipe that developed in Italy centuries ago. It is used for health and protection, due to its ingredients, as well as to sour people's lives, because it is a vinegar.

In this radio show on culinary Magic, you will hear me mention "Four Thieves Vinegar for protection and 'move along now' vibes." Remember, folks, it is edible!
