No, do not add the Judge. You would put the Prosecutor, DA, any negative witnesses to the jar. Why? Well the jar is to cause discord, fighting, conflict among those in the jar. If a person is not in the jar, you do not cause direct conflict. It is to create those individuals to not agree, which is a big bonus in court work.

The other jar, for the judge, is used to sweeten the judge to your boyfriend, the lawyer and your witnesses. A way to think of it is as you cause one group to fight you cause the others to get along and see the same way. It is two ways to work a court case together for success.

There are three spells here:

1) The Poppy Seeds, Black Mustard Seed, Red Pepper, and so forth are in a sour jar for the prosecutor and the district attorney and any negative witnesses.

2) The judge, any positive witnesses, the defendant's lawyer, and the jury go in the sweet jar, with Deer's Tongue Leaf, Little John Root, Tobacco, and Calendua, so they will like him. If he is guilty, add Sumac Berries so that he will have mercy of the court.

3) If you make a mojo hand for him, it should relate only to the same ingredients as in the sweet jar and to winning in court.

Hi everyone, my situation is a little weird.

I was in the county jail around in November of last year. And there were a group of girls in there who really didn't like me and I didn't like them. So in order to get me moved out the dorm, one of the girls went to the officer and said I touched her breast in the shower. The night that she reported that she allegedly claimed it happened the night before on the the day. No One never reported it no one said anything there's nothing even on the camera showing the alleged incident.

I was questioned by the jail and I told him what happened I did have a witness on my side and when they questioned her she told the detective that nothing happened. They still ended up charging me with sexual battery. Her word against mine. So now I am facing a sexual battery charge. I think what made her do it was that after she supposedly reported that they ended up moving her instead of me. And then they questioned her about it I don't know to the full extent but I think maybe she was going to get in trouble. So she pressed it.

It's really horrible. I don't know what to do about it I do have John the conquer root and I was suggested to get little john. But this is a misdemeanor charge, if I did it. I wouldn't mind pleading it out to a misdemeanor; what is a misdemeanor? However I didn't and I'm not about to be rammed up for something I didn't do. And a county that doesn't care anything about you.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Since you are innocent you have a few options to do to help you with this case. Thank you very much for responding. Can I make my own fourthievesvinegar? I have red wine vinegar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic,agrimony, and cast-off-evil oil ( that oil was purchased here in my city. However, it looks mass-produced). Run devil incense, apple cider vinegar, van van oil. I am limited. But I am working towards the goal. What simple things could you use if you didn't have what was needed? I did a freezer spell before about haters. I heard they last only a year, though.

You can always make your own products, many practitioners do, this forum however is on Lucky Mojo products and the use of them in the Hoodoo tradition, as this page is produced by the Lucky Mojo Curio Company.

We cannot speak on the effectiveness of your own homemade vinegar or oils produced by competitor product makers, why? We have no idea how or who made them and what ingredients they used. Not all condition oils are the same, some are in shops sold with synthetic oils, and food dye, others are made from another tradition and call it Hoodoo, etc. Lucky Mojo has a long-standing product line that they have been using which goes back 100's years of practice and research.

I do not hold that a freezer jar is only good for a year, I do not add rules to my work. Since this involves specific people and you know the names, possibly even get their photos, I would use that in a spell, where you write over the heads "SHUT THE FUCK UP", and make stitch marks over the mouth as if it is sewn shut, and mix Alum and Poppy in the water to cause silence and confusion, then freeze the jar after praying to shut them up and silence them.

I was recently wrongfully detained for something I didn’t do.
At this point the case hasn’t yet been filed by the city attorney and my lawyer’s first step is to convince the city attorney’s office to review the evidence the police are providing so that they see that the evidence does not match the crime they charged me with. At that point the city attorney could reject the case and it’s over without going to court.

I’ve read through the spells in this thread and on the site and I have a couple questions:

1. at this point, should I do only a honey jar and not yet the beef tongue? I don’t have anyone’s names to put in the beef tongue since the case isn’t filed so there’s no prosecutor involved yet. (I guess I could put the arresting officer in but not sure they later are even involved) I would do a honey jar for the city attorney’s office to look at the evidence and think favorably of me and reject the case. Do I put the actual city attorney’s name in even though it’s probably just someone in their office doing paperwork? Or just “City Attorney Reviewing case # _____”? Should I include my lawyer’s name too? (On a separate slip of paper?)

2. Aside from the obvious Court Case, are there any other oils that would be good to include on the brown candles I burn on the honey jar? I have Influence and Compelling oils on hand. The goal is to have the city attorney’s office look closely enough to realize that they clearly do not have a case. (It was a drug related arrest, I don’t use the drug they are claiming I was on - or any others - so I know the blood test they did will come back negative)

3. Is “City Attorney reject my case” a good inscription for the brown candles? Should I carve up or down? On one hand I want to get rid of the case (down), on the other hand I want to increase their favor to me (up)

4. if it does go to court, my lawyer will be appearing on my behalf and I won’t be attending the court dates. Is doing the face wash spell worth it since they won’t see my face? Likewise, I imagine Little John to Chew isn’t useful since I can’t get the spit anywhere physically in the court?

1. The officers who arrested you should be placed in the beef tongue with the hot and confusing herbs to silence their lying tongues.

1.A. Honey jar should include anyone you want to be sweet to you, including DA office, even if you do not know the names at this time include what you do know. Add the police officers and the attorney general to a vinegar jar to sour them.

2. Influence or Commanding are good, Crown of Success, Clarity, are all good with court work.

3. If the case is rejected and it goes to court, then you move on from that person and do work on a Court Case jar on you, your lawyer and the judge to be sweetened together. Depending on how you look at it can determine how you dress the candle. To
rid a case top to bottom, to have success and win from bottom to top.

4. You ay be on camera and at one point you may have to go to court. High John Chew is a powerful root for court case work and I would work with it in any spell involving a legal case. If you do go to court you can spit in your hands and act like you are tying your shoe to get it on the court floor.

Thanks! One other question - I still have the pants they gave me at the jail. Is there anywhere it would be helpful to incorporate a piece of those in my work? I want to get them out of my sight and throw them away so bad because it takes me back to the trauma every time I see them but want to see if they will be useful before I toss them!

I do not see any positive work with the pants, but if you wanted to use them as a method to Uncross and remove this, I would wrap them up with herbs that are used to Uncross and also keep the police and courts away, such as oregano, and Little John Chew, then add Uncrossing and Banishing incense and set the whole thing afire at a crossroad. Walk away and never look back.
