Hello LM family,

Iam planning of doing a skull candle spell. It concerns my husband, I want to make him think of hIs mother in an angry way and to have a huge fight with her. Preferably, to cause a big fight between them
I have already done See the shit for him from the book Destroying Relationships and moving candles.

One thought is to use a white skull for my husband, to make him angry towards her
So, I am going to use confusion oil, inflammatory confusion oil, inflammatory confusion incense. Petition and personal concerns are in plan too.
The other thought is to have a black skull for her and a white one for my husband
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Another question...What can I use to the mouth of the skull to make them speak bad to one another?

Also, I will baptize and talk to the skull some days prior to the spell...
First I load and anoit the candle, then I baptize it or the opposite?

Hi Crystalangel,

You would use dog shit in the mouth to speak shit toward one another. If you use Inflammatory Confusion on him, good chance he will become angry and confused at everyone. I would think if you put the two in a shoe box lined with foil it would reflect back, and help with the smell. You can also add pieces of broken glass, for your words cut deep. If you use Inflammatory Confusion I would use it on the mother candle.

So you propose a black -white spell with dog shit and broken glass to their mouth.

What about the oils and herbs?
It is ok for the mother with inflammatory confusion...
It is ok for my husband's skull to use only confusion oil? Or may be oils such as commanding compelling? And herbs like licorice calamus etc?

About the shoe box...I figure out that I will use it through the days of preparation only...is that right?

Last question: what us the difference between pins and needles?

Hello crystalangel!

Not knowing the back-story to the situation and the reasons for the working, I wanted to offer some suggestions. I'm a big fan of keeping things simple - there's less that can go wrong - and try to take a 'less is more' stance as often as possible depending on the complexity of the situation.

If the intention is to simply cause a separation between them, a moving candle spell could be just as effective. Setting your lights (figurals, votives, skulls, whatever) back to back and moving them away from each other gradually over the course of seven days would do the trick. It'd also eliminate any stress you'd have to deal with from your husband being angry/upset/depressed/etc. and having to work through that as well.

Another thought...why work on your husband at all? You could just target the mother with the black skull candle, inflammatory confusion oil, and all the other things you'd want. The resulting "monster" created from this, no one would want to be around, and nature could take it's course and force the rift 'organically.' She'll be so ill-tempered and off-kilter she'd bring about her own removal from the situation.

If you don't already have a copy of it, you should definitely pick up Miss Cat's book Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic. Flip to the back and there are herb lists compiled for all the conditions you'll ever need to worry about!

And, to the best of my current knowledge, there's no traditional/magical difference between pins and needles. Pins are easier to use due to the fact that they have that little ball on the end so you can get a good grip on it and really push it in.

I guess you do not sew. There actually are major functional differences between pins and needles, and they lead to functional, metaphysical, and symbolic differences in their use in conjure spells. They are not interchangeable.

I wrote a long explanation of that here, but it became too broad and far-ranging to be buried in this thread on skull candles, so i took it off this post and i have actually expanded it even MORE, to also include the use of safety pins, hat pins, map pins, fish hooks, mixed needles and pins, scissors, knives, broken glass, broken mirrors, and more (!) in traditional conjure spells. I have Catherine's book "Hoodoo Herb and Root magic" as well as other LM books.

As far as the back story of the situation...to make long short just to give an idea ...his mother lives 500km far away,,, always demanding from us to go there although she knows we hardly afford the trip, she is full of criticism of mostly everything, hostile, she came to our house once and for specific reason and not to visit us ...she wants us to feel guilty, she even wants to control what to do with our money...and lots more .
That's is why I want her out if our life .

I want my husband to he mad at her that's why I thought of double skulls.

Your question to me comes across more as methodology, how and why do I do certain workings to get the desired result? You are asking should I do one or two skulls on this situation to cause this outcome. This is mostly a topic one would determine based on consultation with a reader and Root Worker. Why? Because advice and a reading are two different things. On the forum we give advice, we show you products related to the condition (need) or the product you are interested in, such as this thread on skull candles. We (Cat, Mods, Members) share with the community how to use the products or ways to work a specific condition need.

My advice to you is either
1. Go to an AIRR member and get a reading

When you plan work, think about the desire, what do you want to accomplish, then look at the products and see, which products best can meet this desire, which product lines support this work, then do that work. You may also want to think about different types of work, for example, you may use a skull to influence them, a break up jar to destroy a relationship, add sachet powders to a card you send her to cause trouble, etc.

In my opinion and experience, breaking up families is harder due to the natural order and relationship of people. Is it impossible of course not, but it does (my experience) take more time and effort, even more work. This is a type of work you will want to keep working regularly to keep the work going to get the goal done.

Some tips:
1. Get a reading and spell advice.
2. What is your goal? Write it out, then rewrite it until you can fit it in 1-2 sentences. This is now your petition.
3. List the work that can be done for this situation and aligned to the work based on the petition.
4. Plan the work and think about multiple perspectives, such as, a break up 7 day candle from MISC while you also do a break up jar, then a card sent to her dressed with Break up sachet powder, an influence jar on the husband to get him to favor your position.
5. After the work, reassess and see if more needs to be done, this is common with a reading and watching for signs, movement and manifestation of the work.

Hello Everyone
Im going to do 2 skull candles each night for the 7 nights to make them fight and put thoughts of distrust into both there heads. Im using black walnut, lemon verbena, poppy along with inflammatory confusion powder and break up powder put into holes i drilled into the skulls in the proper lobes with petitions in each one to fight and not trust eachother. To break up with eachother. To have second thoughts about dating eachother. Then personal concerns of them both in the bottom of the skulls along with a nice chunk of onxy in each one to and each will also sit upon a picture anointed with break up and confusion oil. I will speak through influence incense each night for seven nights. My question is this. I want to do a skull candle spell at the same time for seven days on my exes partner to make him gain weight. I will put petitions in the skull about being hungry. I will drill a hole in the mouth and pack it with MSG powder and sit the skull after i go to bed infront of my laptop while a video plays in loop of cakes being made, and donuts getting glazed, and syrup being poured on icecream, bunch of short videos I put together to make a 2 hour video that will loop till I wake up while the skull sits in front of it watching it. Should I use the same skull im going to be talking to prior to this each night then put it in front of my laptop when i go to sleep or should I have a separate skull for this. So 2 skulls for my exs partner. I just feel the having the skull with breakup and confusion stuff to talk to along with my exes skull dressed the same way would be2 much to also make it have petitions for eating and hunger and msg in its mouth. Might be to confusing to work. Should I have 2 separate skulls baptized for each spell since it is 2 different spells with 2 different goals. Thank you. --AJoshua--

I edited your post a bit, because a large part of it was not related to the topic of Skull candles. It was a description of all the work you are doing to break the lovers up. Please try and keep the post in specific threads related to that thread.

Some thoughts:
1. Black Walnut is used as a form of Cut and Clear, not often added to a break up spell.
2. I am not sure why you are adding a chuck of Onyx to the work.
3. Adding more does not always mean best or best outcome. Do not confuse the idea of more as better. It should make sense what you are adding and why, it should be traditional, it should be known to produce that outcome.
4. I would focus on one goal and one spell at a time and not split your energy. If you want to cause fighting focus on that.
5. Never mentioned if you are burning these are using them as an effigy.
6. You certainly can make a person fat by doing what you stated. I have a different spell I use to make a person fat it involves a figural candle and lard. You can ask that question about "how to make someone fat or ugly" in the other threads.

7. I do like however, how you are thinking of other angles of the work to influence them. Conjurman talks about this in his prior Hoodoo Heritage Festival, Conjuring by 3, I think it would be a great resource for you.

Maybe I am going overboard. With all the other spells I mean. I just wanted to attack from all different directions.

I know its not traditional hoodoo but I was including the onyx cause its good for banishing and separation. No, i wasn't going to burn the skulls, just use them as effigies after bedtime for about 20 mins then put a skull in front of my computer with the chunk food video I made to induce late night munchies. MSG in the mouth and maybe some pot in the skull along with petitions. Also as an effigy not burning. I don't usually burn my skulls actually.

What do you think of the MSG in the mouth of the skull? That's my idea. At least I never heard it before. Ive heard using pot for munchies. I think I will use both and put it in front of my computer while i sleep so he will get up in the middle of the night and stuff his face. That's the worst time to pig out cause you go back to bed and it settles instead of burns off.

Do you think its all to much, what with the other spells and all?

I liked my line up. I was proud of my whole plan of action. My Mom said its a mess and just all to much.

Well since this is about skull candles, do you think I should use 2 different ones for the fighting spellwork and the weight gain spell work?

And I think I will take Conjure Mans skull candle class. I like listening to him talk on the radio programs with Mrs Cat. He has creative spells and his voice is mysterious and cool sounding.

Using it as an effigy you would pray and speak over it, I would not have many skulls going at once, I would focus on one goal at a time. Attacking from different ways is strategic and smart, often we consult divination to determine what and how to do the work, what will be the outcome. Then we do the work, many people skip the divination part of work, despite its importance, it indicates the work and possible outcome.

Using MSG which is known to make people eat more and be addicted to more is an interesting method, you can also use Attraction powder to draw them to food, add sugar to make them crave sweets. You can take the skull and dip it in lard or fat each time you cook fat and curse the person. When I do this work, I stick it in a freezer to make the fat freeze to them. I like to use cooking oil or the fat off of food, to make it stick.

When individuals ask about spells and methods, I like to ask what is the goal, whats the outcome, and does this support that? The second question I ask is, did we give it time to manifest, did we do a reading, did we we see movement or manifestation? Let the work manifest. If you want to keep the pressure going, set votive candles on them such as Break Up, and Hot Foot to break them apart. The candles will also give divination.

Your mom is suggesting that you focus the work and not be scattered.

For this work, I would use a skull to influence as its know for that work, I would use a male figural candle baptized in his name and add personal concern or photo, then each week, dip it, or dress it in lard or other fats and put in the freezer to freeze the fat on them.

I just took Conjuremans Skull Candle Class. Its really good. People in here that like using skull candles should really get it. I have a question tho about skull candles. When I use them its always been Black skulls because the work has been negative. But what if I want to influence someone mind but not curse them. Would it be better to use purple or blue?

You can use the type of color based on the type of work, such as red for love, pink for romance, white for blessings, or uncrossing, it can also be used for any work. You may want to work with a purple skull to influence a person's thoughts.

Good Morning Lucky Mojoers!

I have heard of imbuing a piece of jewelry with your intentions by burning a candle on top of an overturned saucer that has been inscribed with your intentions and anointed with appropriate Lucky Mojo oils. (Apologies for that long sentence)

My question is, could this be done using a skull candle? My idea is that you would name a skull candle for your target after carving their name and your commands/intentions on to it. Then, after anointing it with Lucky Mojo oils, burn it on top of an overturned saucer placed over the jewelry, while talking to it through cigar smoke. My idea/hope is to continue to affect their mind with all of my hypnotic suggestions and lines of thought I used while talking to the skull candle. Could this be done?

I am unclear from what you wrote on whose jewelry you are going to be working with.

1) ENCHANTING JEWELRY TO GIVE AS A GIFT: If the jewelry is intended to be given as a gift to the person after you make your petitions and prayers, and burn the anointed candle on it, then, yes, that is a good way of working. In this type of work other candles may also be used, depending on what one desires. For instance, burning a penis candle over a sex toy would also have a certain kind of effect on the recipient.

2) ENCHANTING YOUR OWN JEWELRY: if it is your own jewelry under the saucer, and you intend to wear it yourself after you make your petitions and prayers, and burn the anointed candle on it, the link to the person of interest is weaker. However, if you alter your petition to include praying for the recipient to feel certain emotions (those carved on the skull candle, for instance) when he or she sees you wearing the jewelry, then that would be more effective, because your jewelry has been anchored to the intention and to the command, and the sight of it becomes a stimulus for a desired emotion or action. I myself have done this with a dress i hand-sewed and set between three red candles in a triangle (it was obviously too big to fit under a saucer). I prayed for a date and a sexual encounter with a specific man. I made the dress of paneled pieces of red cotton with two different pattern of yellow flowers on it, because the man was an Aries and i am a Taurus, and his Venus and Sun in Aries were conjunct my Mars and Venus in Aries. My prayer was that when he saw me in the red dress the sight of it would cause him to take me out of the friend zone and into the sex goddess zone, and it worked. I was just putting the red dress on when he came in, asked me to go out with him, and after we came back, we did have sex -- and lived together for a number of years and had children.

(By the way, i don't like calling a human being a "target" -- it sounds distant and unpleasantly military)

To piggyback off Miss Cats' comments and her research and work, she discusses this type of work in a slightly different yet still relevant book, Hoodoo Dolls, and Effigies. In that book, she talks about how a girlfriend may purposely dress a doll like a bear that the boyfriend touches and increases the connection each time he does it. Your question is similar, how do I prepare this jewelry, then continue to have the influence? The spell you outlined to use a skull is a nice way to focus this jewelry to make them communicate.

Dress the item with oil when you can and repeat by setting under a candle when you can as well to reinforce the work. The type of jewelry and its content can also play a major role in how it works. For example a ring made with stones know for communication are more supportive them a stone known for blocking or protecting.

Hello, I recently did a skull candle to sweeten a partner more to me. It was intended to be worked over the course of 7 days but finished early - in 4 days instead.

Because of how the wax melted, I am opting to do a second candle. I would be able to prepare it without missing a day in the original planned timeframe.

My question is should I work this second candle for the remaining 3 days of the originally planned timeline allowing it to burn out or should I work it for a new 7 day cycle, pinching it out as needed?

Oh soeaking of skull candles and classes. I took ConjureMan's workshop as well. I learned so much which made me happy, i also have an on going class on the conjuring by three so im super excited but anyway - - I was just stuck with some issue with putting a deer's tongue on the mouth of skull candle (was doing this for a friend on her person) - i ended up carving a bit to make the teeth open / like symbolic opening of mouth and put the deers tongue on that and closed it a bit up with some wax. not sure if thst is how i should have done it or should i have just poke a single hole and piwdered it. does anyone have thought on this? so, if want to have them want to see someone does it mean i put to put a photo in their eye area lol. or should i place a photo in front of the, while burning.... and then if u want to make them think if certain infleunces u poke hole in the head themselves?

Carving a hole and adding the Deers Tongue herb is a normal and acceptable method of working it. You can print out tiny photos and stick them in the eyes, or you put an image in front of the candle that it faces the whole time. You can also poke holes in the head while telling it to think and do things.

No, I mean like printing a tiny photo and putting it in the eyes or having it looking at the photo in a frame standing in front of it. Mouth not burned can mean the person is not speaking still, I would then adapt the work to address the specific burn issue.

Hello!

I have a question regarding skull candles.
Situation: a third party came in to destroy my 4 year relationship. It inspired my boyfriend to change his mind entirely and split us up. I have gotten a reading and know there is no work being intentionally done on him. I have placed banishing oil in her hair wash to drive her away , and a vinegar break up jar with two dolls of them to cause inflammatory confusion. Still working it.

Now I want to do a spell to show him how he is acting from a place of trauma that is clouding his judgement about us, making him defensive, mean and letting go of a really good relationship. I was thinking a white skull candle with clarity/influence oil, with him staring at himself in the mirror while I tell him all these things. He doesn’t realize he is acting from a place of trauma and I want to show him that.

My questions is if this skull spell would be counter productive given that I am also working with inflammatory confusion/break up stuff to drive THEM apart? Or is it okay since that spell is meant for them while the skull spell would be meant for him towards ME.

The first spell is to break them up, the second spell is to give him clarity of his mistake and return him to you, this is a normal sequence of work. For example, I may do a breakup jar at the same time I do work to draw someone back to me, in your case, Break Up followed by a Return To Me and Reconciliation. The idea here is that as I push them apart, I also bring the person in.

Would it be taken as a bad sign if the red skull candle I did for my target to "follow me everywhere" burned completely down everywhere except the face of the skull? Basically the brain portion burned . I saw several hearts shaping in the skull as it was burning down.

Since the candle is also an effigy, you would look at the candle and how or what burned then determine the meaning. The brain burning means the thoughts but the face intact may indicate that he is not following you yet, he is not seeing you. Keep doing the work.

Would you recommend another skull candle or something else?

The work is showing part success and still opposition. I would repeat the skull and see if the signs repeat. I would also be more intentional, as it burns talk to it commanding him what to think, blow tobacco smoke in its face, or wave an incense like Follow Me Boy and or Compelling (mix together). Do this the entire time it burns, or burn it in sections and do it. Any leftover wax is buried in the front yard.

You can add more and different work, I like honey jars for work to influence a person, most people do not resist sweet work.

Hello everyone! I have an urgent question that I'd like some help with before proceeding.

I've been working an enclosed purple skull candle (I opened the head and added things before burning) on my boyfriend to get him to return home, and this morning when I got up to burn it and talk to him, I stepped away for a brief moment and one of the pinned thoughts in the candle slipped in the wax and made a split in the candle down the side, creating a huge crack that allowed a lot of the wax to spill out onto the saucer and petition beneath it.

My initial thought was that this was a horrible sign and that I should throw the candle out and start over. It had thoughts carved into it and was dressed with his semen, hair and other things like love and healing herbs, and the burn was going really well before this, but if this sign is as catastrophic as I think it is, I don't want to keep using it.

But I was also using a LOT of blockbuster and compelling oil to break through the barriers in his mind about our relationship. So maybe the crack forming is a sign that I'm breaking through...?

Please help me ASAP, I'm really frightened and concerned about what this means! It doesn't look or feel good and there's a thick break through the thoughts I wanted him to think on the left side.

We do not conduct candle divination on the forum, that is a service that can be provided by an AIRR or a Hoodoo Psychics member.

Sounds like you are doing reconciliation work, and based on the items you added to break through a barrier. The needle in the head that slid down the candle and opened up would indicate a breakthrough in the work, and that specific needle was part of the healing process needed to return him home. If the wax flowed towards you it is a sign of him returning, if away, it is a sign of moving away from you.

Block buster is a product that breaks open and removes obstacles. You need to read the signs of the work related to the product line you are using. A candle blowing open during Block Buster or Road Opener is a far more positive sign than if done in other work. The candle, the products and the intention must he considered when reading a candle for divination.

So > sorry this might be a bit long, as no will understand why I'm doing this unless I explain ...

Now the following is true but, as I'm writing it, it seems unbelievable and I'm thinking how can this happen to us, we're peaceful, 'live-let-live' types - my brother and I have always been so. But now I'm living in fear.

So -
Im going to get some stuff from Lucky Mojo shop - A Skull Candle in favour of my brother, who was physically attacked (whilst on date with his girlfriend) by a jealous man of my brothers past. The attacker dressed up with a balaclava and a metal bat and put my brother in hospital with a brain-bleed and a lost tooth. Though my brother gave him real hell in the fight (my brother is a boxer - ex cage fighter) by brother kicked ass and luckily ended up recognising the attacker by his eyes. The guilty is shown - as the police arrested the attacker as there's evidence in finding a car tracker on my brothers car linked to the address of the attacker. He got himself out on bail, saying he is ill and has health issues. A mutual friend 'H' who is friends with the attacker, knows that this attacker has done this to others and we find out that, H is occasionally being threatened by this attacker AS WELL! (go figure

attacker must have mental problems I feel) This mutual friend 'H' is now acting like a snake, as the attacker admitted to him that he did attack my brother and 'H' is trying appease the attacker to save his own skin as opposed to going to the police and getting the attacker put back in jail. Enough is enough because - 'H' now even tried to brain wash my brother to stop him giving any testimony to the police and any future court sessions by saying, that my brother will be attacked in worse ways by this evil man again. This is being fed to us by the attacker.

Now, is this not - enough is enough, they're both evil, something needs to be done as my brother could have died with the brain-bleed.

So I'm gona do a skull candle cursing and targeting the attacker - to yes - carry out his threats upon H, they both need to fight like cat and dog, so H has no choice but to report what he knows. And bring destruction to the attacker as he obviously thinks he can keep getting away with harming/attacking people because of his petty jealousies.

My plan - Stuff to be bought from Lucky Mojo shopping

Skull Candle (the attacker)
Petition + picture of the attacker, for him, to attack and fight H - either beneath or stuffed in its mouth with a mixture made of Deer's Tongue herb (to make him speak & verbally attack H) Poppy Seeds + Hot Pepper seeds (to confuse his mind) and Essence of Bend-Over Incense Powders (for him to bend to my will), cemented together with lard and Essence of Bend Over Oil.
Purple candles every night on top of the skull

Doused the whole thing in -
Inflammatory Confusion Oil
Poppy seeds
Hot pepper
Cigar smoke - and speaking through it to the Skull

A couple of weeks later doing a 2nd Skull Candle for the 'H' side by side the attackers skull candle
Similar working - so that H is forced to go the Police. Create a tongue covered in Epsom Salts, which is a laxative, to give him "a running at the mouth," so to speak and go to the Police. Also cover the fireproof tray in laxative like Epsom Salts. Burn purple candles daily to the top of the skull, and dress it and the entire skull with Essence of Bend-Over oil.

Any Guidance and Suggestions received with gratitude and most welcome!?
a) What else or alternatives can I use that makes the attacker REALLY angry with H so he will attack (its in his nature so Im making sure)
b) Is the Waxing Moon best or Moon in Aries?
c) Could I / can I / shall I - beyond 7 days carry on until I get results?
d) Thinking to do it at midnight each night - shall leave the purple candles to burn out each night on the skull and then next night do it all over again
e) Even though I thought to do a separate skull candle for H - would it be powerful to put a name paper or picture of H, under the attackers skull candle so as to focus the attacker towards H?
f) Anything else - advice or products - that would really BLOW UP this situation, in order to get the attacker jailed stopping him for harming us or anyone else.

Starmagicfirl -- You have a great plan there, and it seems you are fully justiied in your work, so God Bless.

Here are my comments in reply to your questions:

a) What else? Dog shit, preferably from a Pit Bull dog.
b) Moon in Aries.
c) Start with the Moon in Aries and work with this at least 7 days, and longer if you feel it is moving the situation.
d) Good idea, but be sure you have a really safe way to burn candles overnight. Old-timers use a galvanized wash tub.
e) Have a photo of H, mutilated, upside down, stood up in a frame in front of the attacker's skull, so he can see it.
f) When you are done, take the whole lot outdoors and set it on fire while reciting one of the cursing Psalms.

Dog shit for the attacker, to urge him to attack -- not for H, the victim. Put it inside if you wish, calling for the spirit of anger and ferociousness and doged persistence to lead him on against H until he rips H to shreds. .

I want to do a white skull candle to get a man to have clarity and pursue me further, give me more of a chance, and move forward with getting to know me even more without pausing or guilt.

Instead of using oils, can I use only my semen as well as my tears to dress the skull candle? I already carved the person, birthday, and intentions. Just wondering if I can opt to only dress it in semen and tears.

You may indeed dress a skull candle with genital fluids in place of herbs or oils if the intention is to evoke a sexual response.

Can I mix the semen with both my semen and my own own tears, especially if the target is an emotional person by nature, and empathetic? I want to draw closer to them in every way, sexually of course, but not just sexually.

In my own opinion tears are often shed in sorrow and I would not use them in love work. I also think you are underestimating the power of semen as a physical connection to the person to create an intimate love. Focus on using products that increase love not just passion or sex, as an example Chuparrosa.
