AIRR Tech Team Report 1/16/2024 Celtic Goddess Epona!

Image

The AIRR Tech Team rode forth today bearing a new web page on the goddess Epona, the Celtic and Gaulish Patroness of Horses and Donkeys, who was a beautiful girl born from the mating of a man and a mare. Reverend James wrote the page, Catherine Yronwode edited the text, and Papa Newt galloped by to cheer on the rodeo. Reverend James and John Wilcox created the illustration and Nagasiva Yronwode provided the graphic announcement. Check out our equinous page on Epona!

The Epona page is here:

We shall now move to social media, to share the Epona page at the AIRR page on Facebook, here:

I love those little donkeys! You know, a lot of Neo-Pagans want to view the Celtic-Gaulish goddess Epona through the lens of a wildly sexualized horse-riding warrioress -- and that is fully legitimate -- but i really enjoy the fact that we are also speaking up for the traditional image of the stable-guardian Epona, with a lapful of feed for her donkeys!
