Hi, I apologize in advance if this is a silly question.

I am getting ready to perform a cleansing bath in the next few days to get rid of some negativity that’s been thrown my way.

I was wondering, since this is the first cleansing bath I’ve ever done, can you use regular soap (your everyday soaps and shampoos) with your cleansing bath or is there a certain spiritual or magical soap that needs to be used?

Not a silly question at all!

Personally, I would take a mundane bath first (regular soap and shampoo) then follow it up with your spiritual bath. That's what I do.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to do some sort of spell/rootwork to assist my mother in her life right now.

Currently, she works about 50-55 hours a week as a nurse. After working a 10 hour day, she often comes home and has tons of paperwork to do from her day. Currently, her father is also dying of cancer so with what little time she has left she spends taking care of and visiting him. She also juggles this with driving my sisters to and from their friends house and club activities, taking care of her dog, cooking, and cleaning her house. On top of this, she has spine, neck, back, and feet issues (as many health professionals ironically have due to years of heavy and emergent lifting). She also has a very unsupportive long term boyfriend who doesn’t help her with much such as chores.

Due to the above, I feel she is very depressed and on the verge of a psychotic break down. She has severe ADD, and I haven’t felt she has really been able to “hear me” in a conversation with her in years, and I’m fearing for her health.

What type of rootwork spell do you recommend for the above to help her?

Also, what difference is there between a 7-11 and Blessing kit spell? How do they differ?

I don’t necessarily think she is “crossed”, but she is definitely stretched thin in life with all of her tasks and ready to break down, and having a hard time taking care of herself. I really wish she had the desire to take care of herself better and prioritize her own well being more. I would like to send her some sort of blessing and or healing to help her feel restored and at peace with all of her circumstances and clear away her stress and burdens.

It is a very noble thing to want to help your mother, she seems to be a very strong woman.

To help your mother I suggest:

-Helping where you can, taking care of your grandfather, taking siblings to after-school things, making dinner, if you live at home.
-You can make a doll or pillow and stuff it with Lavender, Life Everlasting, Chamomile, Rosemary, and Angelica. Pray over it ask it to heal your mother, ease her suffering. Then give it to her it does not have to be very large. You can take premade dolls, or pillows and remove the stuffing and fill them with herbs.

- Clarity products are very good for making you see the truth, what matters, you can use Clarity on a candle, you can add it to an unscented candle and give it to her, or you can add it to her shampoo or body wash. This may help with ADHD as well.

- Archangel Raphael watches over healers, you can use those products or even do a novena.

- Dr. Jose Gregorio Hernandez was a doctor in Venezuela, he is very good at healing, helping people find the healer they need, and helping medical personnel.

Being she is a very conservative baptist christian, she has a lot of fearful devil superstitions, and I know that giving her a doll baby would definitely trigger that.

Could I just keep it on home healing altar to have it continually remotely bless her?

I will definitely look into burning some candles to Raphael with blessing and clarity oil, and all of those herbs with her name on it. Maybe some van van too.

Yes, you can make a home altar, you can incorporate those herbs as well. You can have novena, prayer cards for Raphael, or little angel statues. There is no one way to do things, just what feels right to you.

Wassailing the Fruit Trees is an old English custom in which a traditional blessing is given to the family;s fruit trees during the Christmas season. To sing and sang and drink to the someone's health is called wassailing, and to to drink to the health of the trees is called "wassailing the fruit trees" or, if only Apple trees are to be blessed, as "wassailing the apple trees." There is no one day on which the ritual is practiced, but common dates are Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Twelfth Night or Epiphany Eve (January 5th, the day before Epiphany), or Old Twelfth Night (January 17).

Start by preparing wassail punch and then invite family members, farm workers, and neighbors to carry the wassail out to the orchard,. Everyone fills a cup, drinks, and sings to the trees

Here's to thee, old apple tree,
Whence to bud and whence to blow,
And whence to bear us apples enow:
Barn-fulls, bag-fulls, sack-fulls,
Lap-fulls, hat-fulls, cap-fulls:
Hurrah, hurrah, hurrah!

("To bud and to blow" refers to the apples budding and blossoming, and then the petals dropping and blowing away as the apples form."

Another wassail song for apples is this:

Stand fast, root, bear well, top;
God send us a yowling crop,
Every twig, apple big;
Every bow, apples enow;
Hats full, caps full, bushel bushel sacks full,
And my pockets full too!
Hooray!

And here is a wassail song for other fruit species:

Wassail the trees, that they may bear
You many a plum and many a pear:
For more or less of fruit they bring
As you do give them wassailing.
