Re: Lucky Mojo 4 oz. Rootworker's Special Oils: Suggested Blends Questions and Answers
There is very little communication between my significant other and I, and in the rare events in which he does communicate with me, he does so very poorly. I have looked under the thread regarding encouraging communication and saw several which suggested a yellow candle, mercury oil and deer’s tongue. I think clarity oil would definitely be in line, because he is often very vague or uses abbreviations or foreign terms in which I’m not entirely familiar with. I had also seen a suggestion about crucible of courage oil if your mate is afraid to speak up. I don’t believe the issue is fear, I believe some of it is lack of effort on his part and perhaps assuming that I already knew or that I do understand what he’s saying. (Which is why I think Clarity is appropriate.) I would really like to strongly enhance and encourage communication, but I don’t want to use a very forceful approach or a very aggressive commanding oil. Would compelling be appropriate along with Mercury and Clarity?

Hello crazycatlady,
If you don't want to introduce coercive energy to your blend, I would add Influence oil in place of Compelling. Influence gives him a nice nudge so that the idea may feel as if it came from him in the first place, while Compelling is used to make someone give you something you are owed or force their compliance in some way..
Mercury Oil
Clarity Oil
Influence Oil
I hope this helps. Good luck.

crazycatlady,
I do like your oil blend suggestion, since this is a partner I would also consider adding one of the following to the blend as well, Peaceful Home or Tranquility oil to bring a sense of peace, when mixed with Mercury oil and Clarity would bring a calmness and gentleness to the relationship and communication.
You can learn more about oil blends on this lucky Mojo page: https://www.luckymojo.com/oilblends.html

Tranquility: https://www.luckymojo.com/products-tranquility.html
Mercury Oil: https://www.luckymojo.com/oil-mercury.html
In addition to these oils, you may be interested in creating a honey jar on you and the boyfriend, adding herbs such as Deers Tongue herb to foster communication.

Hello,
I was looking to order two blends: one for protection and the other one for when I go to the casino.
Protection:
Fwp
Stop gossip
Protection
Rue
Casino/gambling:
Money drawing
Pay me
Fast luck
Lucky hand root
For the gambling blend im not sure if the fast luck should be replaced for another gambling oil like three jacks and a king or lady luck perhaps? Thank you

freda222,
The oil blends look good, you could swap protection out since you have Fiery Wall of Protection, and add Run Devil Run oil.
The gambling oil, It would depend to me on the type of gambling you do, for example if you do cards then I would add Thee Jacks and a King, Wealthy Way is another good one to mix or even Attraction.

Can anyone think of a problem with having the 4 archangels of the Elements in a blend. I see the Elemtal angels as Uriel, Michael, Raphael, Gabriel in case other traditions use other angels.
I noticed you have all planet and all zodiacal sign oils.
It would be quick and easy for me if I had it. And if there were no problems with mixing them. Would the smells go together.

The Archangels Uriel, Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel, known as the Archangels of the four directions or Archangels of the four elements work well together, and their oils blend together perfectly.

Re: Lucky Mojo 4 oz. Rootworker's Special Oils: Suggested Blends Questions and Answers
Hello !
I purchased the Lucky Mojo 4oz. Special oil bottle. The oils that are in the bottle are: In bottle was steady work, crown of success, victory, lucky hand oils.
I was wondering If I can used the Lucky Mojo 4oz. Special oil bottle to dress a Saint Joseph candle ?
I am using this candle to get a job, since I graduated from college this year.
Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, loststar67 --
Yes, that sounds very good, as Saint Joseph the Worker is a patron of all those who seek employment.
Good luck to you!

Re: Lucky Mojo 4 oz. Rootworker's Special Oils: Suggested Blends Questions and Answers
On the page about oil blends Cat has a recipe for "Take Your Bad Luck Self Away From Me", which consist of Jinx, Confusion, Restless and Hot Foot oils. My question is would Banishing work just as good in place of Hot Foot? My personal reason for wanting to substitute is if you're wanting the person to touch the oil, the Hot Foot my raise an alarm because of the strong smell and also Hot Foot is said to affect someone through the "feet". Can someone give some advice. Should I substitute for those reasons?
Re: Lucky Mojo 4 oz. Rootworker's Special Oils: Suggested Blends Questions and Answers
DeborahHarris,
Hot Foot, and in particular Foot-track magic is a practice in African diasporic magic, the idea is contact magic, or contagious magic, items that come into contact with a person has an effect on them. Does this mean it is only effective if it is on the feet? No. The feet in Hot Foot work is important in that feet are the primary use of travel, it symbolically represents movement, more so then any other body part. That being said, is the work less effective if you get it on their clothing, their hands?
Depending on the oil blend the smell may be strong or not, of course always be careful with using oil on items as it is easy to notice, such as on paper. Banishing can be used in place of it. The list above is a curse where Banishing may be used to send people away without a curse.

Re: Lucky Mojo 4 oz. Rootworker's Special Oils: Suggested Blends Questions and Answers
I am interested in creating a blend of three oils for willpower and self-mastery, especially as it relates to my occult studies, but not limited to that area. I have no interest in controlling others, only myself. I am female and my natal Sun is exalted in Aries, for reference.
I am considering the following oils:
Power
Master Key
Sun Oil or maybe High John the Conqueror
I would appreciate advice on which of those to use for the third oil, and/or suggestions of other oils which might be more appropriate that I haven’t considered.
Thank you!

I like your selection. and favour Sun oil over John the Conqueror Oil as it relates to the self.
I might also suggest --
Power
Master Key
Aries Oil -- as that is you sign of the zodiac
Good luck!
