The magic square talismans of the book of Abramelin are a unique kind of talisman. While the squares themselves are fairly easy to reproduce, the method of using them from the book isn't clear.
However, in the Hoodoo/Rootwork style, you would draw the desired square out on a piece of paper. If you wanted to be extra fancy, you might use parchment paper

You can use any pen, but if you wanted to give it that extra touch, a quill pen and special ink can also be used.

You could pre cut the paper yourself to the desired size, or you could cut out the image you have drawn onto parchment. Otherwise, any piece of paper that you have on hand, and any pen can work for this purpose in a pinch.
Once you have finished preparing the sigil, you may then wish to pray over it to empower it spiritually. For this purpose, you may wish to use the Abramelin products, including the oil, bath salts, incense powder and sachet powder.

With any square you choose, you could dress a white candle of any size with abramelin oil, set it into a candle holder. In an incense holder, you could set some abramelin incense burning on a coal, or pressed into a cone. Taking some abramelin sachet powder, you could sprinkle a little bit onto the talisman, and then taking your left hand, gentlly trace a snake like pattern through the powders across the talisman, praying "May the hand of God come down and bless this magic square:. Shake any excess dust off, and move the talisman through the smoke of the incense and praying "May the breath of God Most High, enliven this talisman with the breath of life, that it may aid me". Then place the talisman under the candle holder and light the candle and pray "May the Light of God illuminate this talisman, that it may shine with holy light to aid me." Then pray the 23rd Psalm and the 91st psalm and let the candle finish burning. Once the candle is finished, you may then employ the magic square however you wish. If it is for your protection, you can carry it on you. This may influence how large you make the talisman when you draw it, as something that can fit in a wallet or purse can be the ideal size to carry it around for you.
I hope you find this information useful.
Peace and Blessings,
