Hi everyone,

I've been on a probationary period since I started my new job last October. Things were going well, then I experienced several traumatic events which impacted upon my work. I was pulled up by my boss for attitude towards colleagues and my probation was extended for three months. I was assigned a work buddy to work with me and he reports just how well I've done and in a small space of time.

Cue a week ago, and my Dad drops two huge bombshells, one being he may have prostate cancer. I went into work the next day and another day and two colleagues complained about me further (I may add that some of the comments they have made are slanderous). My manager as a result has failed my probationary period and it has gone to a probationary panel, which will be in a couple of weeks.

I now don't know what to do. I'm presenting a written case at the panel and my colleague who has been buddying me will hopefully come and back me up when my manager presents the evidence (one of the comments was taken completely out of context when I swore at a colleague as a joke when we were having office banter).

What products can I use to convince the Human Resources and managers to give me one more chance and extend my probation? And allow them to see that it has been completely out of character for me to behave in such a way due to my personal circumstances being out of control (a traumatic event happening every month including a bereavement, my car being broken into, my partner wanting to end his life etc).

Hello all! I work for a company that deals with various of personal care homes (pch), where I would go see clients in my program there. There is one particular pch that I have clients at and the owner doesn't like me. She has told my boss, who's she is friends with, that she doesn't like me and doesn't want me to come back. I never bothered the lady but she always calls hr on me trying to get me in trouble, which they are fully aware of but brushes off, and she even accused me of stealing money even after the money was traced back to her agency. I looked into the cards and was informed she didn't like me because of my youth and looks. I put her in the river in July but it seems to not be working. I'm really really sick of this lady and want to know how I can quickly get rid of her. I don't to hurt her or take from the world but I really want her gone.

I did have one more question. I saw that the red and black reversal candle is for money jinx and that the fully black with red tip is for enemies. But if I'm burning the one for enemies upside then I'll have a black candle and nowhere for my name. Can I use a black candle in that case or the other red and black one? I totally misspoken when I talking about the what the colors meant. Sorry about that!

But yes I've read the link by Miss Cat and I guess that's why I started worrying because I remember when she spoke about making a new butt and, with the red tip, it would just leave me with a black candle and I didn't want to put my name on that part and end up somehow jinxing myself. I feel like this one would be the best for me to do because the lady would be totally suspicious if I gave her a card for Christmas

But I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't be sending something to myself seeing our names would be on the same color of that makes sense. Sorry for making you repeat yourself!

I am not Miss Cat but I think she was talking about the two tone candle top red black bottom. You cut the top off the red to make it flat if using a regular holder to hold it, then flip it over and carve the black into a tip. this symbolically and physically reverses the candle and the work. Then the black part will burn first and finally the red, which is the good part. You can also carve a black tip and stick a nail in the middle and burn it on its side on a piece of wood. It will burn messy but both ends will burn inward to the center. The all black with red, the black will melt off revealing the red. I think you are using the black candle with red in the inside.

Looking for help in my situation. I do a full job cleaning position and it has really good benefits and pays ok. It allows me to live comfortably in my new house. My boss is very petty and targets me because I am the easiest I suppose. Meaning I don't speak up for myself. It is because I feel that if I speak up and talk back I will be punished for that too.There are a lot of things that he allows, and is one of those people that if he is miserable he will try to make everyone miserable just along with him. Recently something happened because everyone feels that he was cracked down on rather hard and in turn hes cracking down on us. Right now I am going through a medical recovery and might need to sit for a moment or two to relive the pain that a recent surgery has brought on. During that time my boss caught me sitting down. This isn't the first time I was caught sitting down either, as I am either all done with my work, or taking a break later then usual, but I feel he was doing it purposely, knowing of my condition as he has gone a couple months of not checking up on me to suddenly being a lot more present?

I have no other job that has payed me this well or given me benefits and payed time off before, and I feel that if my boss was removed from the work place entirely, or simply left me alone to work (the area I am in hasn't given many complaints in terms of my cleaning) I feel I would have a better time there. Protection from his influence or something to just leave me alone would be best.

If you had a medical procedure that requires you to sit regularly for the pain, then go to your doctor and get a letter and give it to your boss or HR. This is protected under the American With Disability Act. Not to say bosses wont punish you or try to use anything to write you up, I have experienced this too. You need to do the physical world mundane things that protect you and a doctor note is an easy one. You can sweeten the boss to you using a honey jar, or you can control the boss using boss fix. I have a current situation at work with a co-worker and I would like advice on what other’s thing I should do. I am currently a resident where I work, so I am only here for a year. Completing this residency is very important, as I need it to become licensed. I began my residency in September and this co-worker, AK, was friendly toward me and stated she felt we were “met to be friends.” I recently lost a family member and AK indicated she had lost individuals in her life, so it was nice to have someone listen. AK began to text me and video message me daily. Since my loss, I sometimes don’t want to talk to anyone. AK would get angry when I didn’t respond and she indicated “maybe I will stop texting you all the time and let you text me first.”

In the beginning of December, we had a department meeting and another co-worker basically indicated I wasn’t doing my job. Although it is unlike me, I stood up for myself and stated that I was TRYING to do my job, however, I needed other individual’s in the department to play their part and since they were not doing so, I could not do the specific task that was in question. After that meeting, AK stopped speaking to me. For two weeks, she did not look at me or speak to me. The individual that I share an office with noticed the difference, as did others in the office. The individual that I share an office with then told me AK asked her, “Is there something wrong with Kayla, she has been acting different?” and proceeded to tell her that she was not upset with me at all.

I was then sick and left work. AK video messaged me and asked if I was ok. I replied and said I was nauseous and dizzy. She messaged me back stating I need to eat better. I didn’t respond. The next day in work, she came to my office and said, “What, don’t you talk to people now?” I didn’t know what she meant and she said I never responded to her message. After that she would come into our office and say hi, but mostly speak to the individual I share my office with. I had bought everyone Christmas gifts, including her, so before the holiday, I gave them to everyone. She hugged me and said thank you. She was off for two weeks for the holiday and did not say one word to me.

My main issue is that AK is very aggressive, self-centered, obnoxious, and has no filter. She “gets along” with everyone in the office, especially my bosses, and says whatever is on her mind. She is also childish and petty. She will lie to test you and often tells people she is “angry with them and needs to talk to them in private.” The work I do in the office is presented in court, and AK is the one who presents it. It may be an “accident,” but AK forgets to present my reports to the court, even though she does not do the same for others.

The situation with AK has made my work environment very uncomfortable. I feel she has the ability to turn others in the work place against me. Hi,

I have a problem with a co-worker who seems to have an issue with me for no real reason. The very first time I met her she began laying into me, asking me what I was doing there and what my qualifications were. It really shocked me since everyone else I work with is so lovely. Since, this co-worker has apologised and usually says hi to me but that's it. She won't stop and chat and I still feel there is something going on with her. I'm quite a paranoid and anxious person anyway so this isn't helping at all. My job means a lot to me and I don't want her messing this up.

Right now I'm sick and have been for a while so trying to muster up the energy to do some work on her has been tricky. I know it needs to be done but I don't want to do a poor job of it. If a job is worth doing, it's worth doing well, so I was thinking of having the MISC light a couple of candles for me to begin with. I was thinking Law Keep Away? Does that seem like a good option to keep her out of my business? Or Influence to influence her to think that I'm good at what I do and to leave me alone? Unless you work in the law enforcement field, even then I would say its a bit of stretch, I wouldn't use Law Keep Away products. These are use for keeping the law away, not pesky co-workers.

If you plan to start sweet work on this person, then I wouldn't use Fiery Wall of Protection either, as it is like an electric fence. Definitely not a "sweet" option. Influence isn't a bad idea if you indeed plan to make peace.

If however you want to work to get rid of her without causing harm, you might try something like Banishing or Cast Off Evil.

I think you should take the time to decide whether or not you want to try to get rid of this person or whether you want to try to smooth things over before moving forward so as not to do work that is conflicting. Perhaps a reading to figure out exactly what her issues with you are.

We have a new boss that is looking at our department to make cuts. I noticed he is physically attracted to me but remains professional. Hi Pegasus,

I would personally be more careful about playing into any latent attraction he may have for you. If he is a professional, he may become concerned about his feelings for you (as many companies have rules against office romances) and choose to let you go because of it, vs. evaluate you on your work performance. You don't want to make him choose between his job and his attraction to you.

But that's just me.

I would stick to the Steady Work, Road Opener type of combination.

You know, rude co-workers and stuff.

I knew for a fact that people at work place are gossiping about me behind my back, I feel like this person where everyone of my coworkers looks down upon and no respect at all. Also, something really shitty happened to me at work the other day. I was accused of falling asleep at work. What makes the recommended rituals "offensive"? Are they unpleasant to you (cursing, killing animals, working with feces) or do mean that they are aggressive against someone (the boss?) -- and why would she think that offensive spells in either sense of that word would be best? I really am unclear on this.

I work quite differently. I don't do a lot of rituals, but i do cast spells.

I would start with your strengths -- the current department where you feel welcome and the people are friendly. I recommend a honey jar or sugar jar for all of you in your current department to stay in harmony and for the manager of your current department to speak to the big boss and say they don't want to lose you and to affirm that you fit in the department so well. Place each person's name in the jar, taste the sweetness, and pray for harmony and happiness. You can light a small candle on the jar as long as the lid is made of metal, and dress it with Tranquility Oil.

Then, after doing that, i would start the second spell, to get the big boss to agree with your department head that you should stay where you are. Use Boss Fix Oil on a small candle and light a new one every day for your entire work week, praying for the boss to grant your wish and to drop the idea of transferring you.

Hi,catherine.
My friend's divination result is that I need to perform some not so "gentle" witchcraft, which may be coercive and aggressive, I need to get my boss to give up on her because from the divination result, she is not so good-tempered, neurotic, and stubborn person, and it may not be so easy to melt her heart, and my social environment at the workplace may not be so friendly, and everyone isgently and cautiously to risk offending the big boss for someone else, so I don't think my coworkers and leaders will go out of their way to keep me in this department.

I may have expressed myself wrongly, what I mean is that my current coworkers won't harm me by tripping me up at work or engaging in office bullying or anything like that, everyone just does their own work at hand, and for me, this kind of workplace environment is already considered very harmonious. But that doesn't mean my coworkers and leaders will risk upsetting the big boss for me to stand up for me, we're just coworkers, not friends, but thank you so much for your reply, it really helped me a lot, thank you so much.

I work in a private company, including me there are only two colleagues, the boss is a couple, I just joined half a month ago, I found that the boss and the boss's wife may not like me.

I sought help from a friend, she told me through divination, because the boss and the boss's wife like the kind of employees who can be squeezed as much as they want, put up with unreasonable terms and conditions, and are able to cater to all kinds of unreasonable demands made by them and work hard! and work hard without complaining.

If your diviner said that these people cannot be sweetened with honey, the next thing to do is select another spell method. Here are a few, and you can try more than one at the same time:

* Burning candles dressed with Boss Fix Oil
* Burning Boss Fix Incense
* Dusting paperwork with Boss Fix Sachet Powders
* Bathing yourself in Boss Fix Bath Crystals
* Laundering your clothes with Boss Fix Bath Crystals in the rinse water
* Spraying the work space with Boss Fix Bath Crystals in water plus Peace Water
* Carrying a Boss Fix mojo hand
* Wearing an amulet or jewelry dressed with Boss Fix Oil
* Wearing Boss Fix Oil mixed with your own perfume on your body
* Obtaining and preparing a Boss Fix Bottle Spell for use on your altar.

In many of these you would also employ a petition paper (for example, under a candle) or prepare something to wear or carry (for example, a mojo).

Ask your diviner to read on which would be most effective for you and proceed accordingly.

Hi all,

Hoping that you can guide me on how to fix this current situation. I've been at my new job for about 3 months. The lady that had the position before me had been with the company for 37 years and she was eager to retire. Training with her was okay but spotty because she was on vacation for the first two weeks and remote for most of the rest of that month and a half. I tried to learn as much from her as I could and for the most part doing well and learning along the way.

Anyway, part of my job is to process invoices for our department. Once I submit, the invoice goes to the Accounts Payable department. There is one lady in that department who is constantly calling me out on any little mistake, which is fine/ I can own up to any errors and realize that I am still a newbie, but what really bothers me is that she sends emails with her boss and several other people copied on the email.

I am still on probation (this job requires 6 months) and really don't want to have issues with her. Would freezing her out be the best option?

I would start with a honey or sugar jar for her, the boss, and all the others in the email chain. Get her to sweeten up.

Give that a week or two and if she doesn't respond by being nicer, then i would freeze her out. But i would start with sweetening first.
