Spells to Fix Problems With Boss, Manager, Co-Worker

Backstory: I worked so hard along with the 1-1 guidance from Cat and JayDee (thank you!) to get an internal job offer. Signed the deal and have kept my current boss in the loop up until she started getting very nosy. When I told her I got the offer she didn’t congratulate me and is now ignoring me. Everyone in my team wants to leave and she is scrambling to figure out what to do. Not my problem. I guess I’m not the one who had the courage to break the status quo and she is afraid everyone else is now going to try to leave. My new boss wants me to onboard in two weeks and so do I!

Problem: My immature current boss is reluctant to let me onboard my new job until 30 days which is nuts. There is no good reasons. I want to onboard in two weeks. What can I do?

I have LM oils: influence, command, Crown of success, fiery protection, 5 finger, wealthy way, I can you can’t, compelling, crucible of courage, court case.

I am placing another order for boss fix etc. but I need a solution fast bc I don’t think I can hold on for 30 days, i worry they will sabotage me or my new boss will lose interest.

Congrats on the new job!

Being that the boss is not allowing and is dragging her feet, I would use Commanding oil on a skull to influence her to let you go in two weeks, be specific on the date that you will be free. Since you are moving to a new part of the same company, I would do Crown of Success and Influence on you and the new boss to get the new boss to advocate to get you sooner.

Hi all, I'm having issues with two co-workers who are not only speaking ill of me, but also they are taking credit for my work, one of them is pretty high in the organization (but not my direct line of management, my boss is at her level as well), and the second works for her and is completely incompetent. I don't need to bore you with the details; trust me, they are not good people, and they are constantly hurting others, not just me.

Anyways, I was planning on doing a candle working to get rid of them, but my dilemma is that I have heard that for magic to work, it is important to have a good link. However, I work from home, and I have never had direct exposure to either of them, only via Zoom, which I can imagine is a common problem for people trying to do magic nowadays. I don't know their address. Everything we do is digital, so I don't even have a signature. I thought I might use an email that came from them as a link, and I can take a screenshot of them during the meeting as a photo (although a photo is a weak link)...

Any suggestions for a good link are greatly appreciated, or a good spell to get rid of them. Thank you

There are many theories of magic and why and how it works. A photo is not always considered a weak link, some spells specifically call for a photo. Yes a direct connection to a person is very helpful, but often in Hoodoo we work with what we have. I would not tackle the situation with the mindset that the concern you have is weak and the work will be weak, as you already set it for failure. Think about how you can work with the items you have for success.

You can do two moving candles to send them away, pin the faces to the candles and move them further and further from a photo of your work company logo.

You can take a figural candle and dress it with Hot Foot oil, Hot Foot powder and travel away from your home to a deserted crossroad and burn the figure. You can also burn it at home, mix the left over wax with Hot Foot powder and a burned photo of the person, then mail it to a dead address.

Yes -- make a mixture of poppy seeds, slippery elm bark, and salt, grind fine, add graveyard dirt and ashes, grind fine again, sift it, and sprinkle it or blow the powder at the workplace with a prayer for their silence.

I have a person who I befriended at work who starting to become very bothersome and talkative now.

They have my birthdate and is always yelling out my placements every time we talk and it’s quite embarrassing. I just want them to forget my birthday and not talk to me as much like they did before. They are obsessed with astrology like I am but they offer advice and telling me they’re helping me when I never take information from them and I never asked for any.

They are very obsessive and claiming we have synastry when I just wanted a cordial hi and bye work relationship.

Should I use a cut and clear to get them to back off and calm down? Cut and clear was the only thing I could think of.

The problem of the intrusive co-worker can be frustrating, because it is unwise and unkind to shut them down completely, but it is in your best interests to return the interation to a slower tempo with less obsession or focus on you. I get it. Been there, done that.

I personally do not use a Cut and Clear spell or even a Cut and Clear vigil light for a situation like this. Instead, i would put them in a freezer spell. See...

It may not always be enough, sometimes we have to add more such as a a mojo bag or an amulet or talisman. If you felt it was not enough, I suggest being more intentional and praying, adding that specific person into the prayer, "Lord protect me from the evil, negativity, bully behavior of (name)".

I have an issue. My company is splitting into two companies. Due to this there will be two locations. I was assigned the location that is 2 hours away instead of the location that is in my county. My primary boss, who I get along well with, was assigned the location in my county. I am pushing her to have HR post a position so that she can hire me asap to avoid me having to do this long commute. I am desperately trying to get in with the company location close to me.

What do you recommend I do to ensure I get a job at the company location close to me?

I am already doing a plethora of candles.

For a triple strength mojo, Fast Luck or Crown of Success?

Also, anything additional (crystals, burning bay leaves, Saint candles, etc) would be appreciated.

If the company is splitting in two and there will be two logos, get a copy of each logo. Place each logo on its appropriate county (on a paper map) Place your candle dressed with Steady Work Fast Luky and Crown of Success on where you have been assigned, and as it burns, move it along the highways to the logo and place where you wish to be.

For a mojo, i would use Crown of Success and add a little Steady Work oil to the oil.

Saint Joseph the Worker is your patron saint for this work.

The stone or crystal would be something i would select by astrological relevance to you and to the kind of field you work in.
