Over-Thinking, OCD, Instrusive Thoughts, Negative Ideation, Brain Fog While Rootworking

I am not sure if this is exactly the right section of this forum to ask this, but I am going to post it here anyway.

There is this girl I am having a lot of work done on to attract into my life. There are some obstacles to work through that I am also attacking, so this won't materialize for awhile, though I am getting good readings on all the work I have done.

I have read and heard more then once that when one is doing or having work done on something, it is best to just put it out of your mind. (Because of the whole, watched pot never boils thing)

But I am having trouble putting her or my feelings for her out of my mind. Does anyone have any advice on how to put this out of my mind for a bit?

The right way to look at your situation is not that you are to forget your feelings for this person you are trying to draw to you, but to forget the work you're doing on her -- as in, don't obsess over it, or worry about its effect or doubt its outcome. Do your work, deploy it and forget it as a means of entrusting it entirely to Spirit with faith in your success.

No-one would expect you to forget your feelings towards your target, especially one that you are working to attract. That's not possible, so please put that idea out of your head.

I agree with Miss Athena. Do not obsess on the work that you are doing to attract your target. You will find when you are not constantly thinking about it...it works the way it should. Good luck going forward.
