Spells to Punish Animal Abusers Legally and Magically

I know of someone who is a habitual animal abuser from another country. I know you all said personal concerns are needed. I do have their picture and a picture(s) of the animals they are abusing. Would it be effective and okay if I burned a Reversal Vigil on them, putting their picture and the appropriate wording on the black part of the candle and the animals pic on the red part ect. Plus burn a St. Frances of Assisi candle on behalf of the animals? Thanks in advance.

I would place the person who is abusing the animals under a Destruction candle dressed with destruction and Cursing or even DUME oil. Pray over the candle daily to cause this person to be destroyed for his wicket ways.

Vigil or Offertory (candles)? Oh, and speaking of candles, how long does the energy from a candle burn stay in affect after the candle has burnt out? Some say it's only effective "while" the candle is burning, others say the energy from a vigil being burned last 30 days...(shrugs). You know, JayDee it's SO funny you mentioned D.U.M.E because on my way to work I thought about that candle but thought to myself, "Good Lord, that's kinda harsh!". Then said, "Oh well, I'll check the forum when I get to work to see what's suggested. And low and behold... it's one of the first things you mentioned. So while burning these candles in my house, is there anything else you suggest besides cleansing and wearing FWP oil daily? I have FWP incense and a FWP mojo that is hung on the wall inside my front entrance (to protect my home).

The candle energy goes out as you direct it and the spell is done when the candle is done burning. Its effect will vary as do all outcomes of spells. It is much more complicated to base the timing based on the candle when other factors contribute. Many people burn candles in runs, as one burns out they use the flame to light the next one to keep the work going. You also read the candle for signs as how the work is going.

Once you do the burn of candles, you want to take a spiritual bath with Hyssop and recite Psalms 51 then dress in Fiery Wall of Protection oil daily.

Please help. My ex husband murdered my dog by legal means (provided false aggression documents to our vet) to kill my dog as a way to get back at me after divorcing me. I legally have no action because I allowed him to keep my dog (legally property) “go tussle or the kids”… “losing Miles would kill them”, he said. One month after I signed papers, Miles was killed. So much for the kids right? He was a two year old German shepherd/boxer mix and he was put down on his birthday. He was a gentle boy who howled at ambulances and the moon and slept with me every night. I need a either one hell of a favor or some instructions on how to seek revenge and justice for my sweet boy. Tell me how. This animal abuser has done it before (to a dog who ate his carpet) and I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. I blame myself daily and am ready to take matters into my own hands and into the metaphysical powers that be. I am ready and dedicated. No matter the cost. Please help. For Miles.
