I joined the forum a few weeks ago, but realized that I haven't introduced myself or said hello. I'm completely new to hoodoo, but have always had an interest in herbs, aromatherapy, natural medicine and healing. My Mom grew up in Maryland, and my father was from Jamaica, and I can remember little bits and pieces of talk of people working roots. I've ordered one of Cats books, as well as a mojo bag, and have been lurking reading many post, and have been thinking about taking the correspondence course, but right now I'm in school, getting a degree in Human Services and Substance Abuse Technology.
