I would work Stop Gossip work to get them to stop talking badly about your relationship. You can use the names you know and a phrase such as "and all others who speak against us" on your petition paper.

If your ex has friends that are giving him bad advice and maybe even flirting with him on the side then I would hot foot them out of his life. If these are co-workers of his you can go to his work place, lay down hot foot powder and state your petition. If you have no access and do not know who they are work with a general petition like "any and all friends who give John Smith bad advice and are unsupportive of our relationship." Without names and personal concerns the work will not be as effective but it is still worth a shot.

I agree with the above recommendations of Miss Bri, and Devi Spring. I would like to add that you could do a freezer spell as well to freeze them away from your boyfriend, and to keep their mouths shut. I would do this after you do the above.

In addition, you might want to do some love uncrossing work to remove the negative energy swirlling around your relationship in general and from the crap these women have caused.

would like to thank this forum for all the advice and info. i have seen a lot of positive changes in my life since i joined up. thanks everyone.
.
its a new moon and i want to keep moving with my workings, i have worked a honey jar on my hubby to get him to communicate and work on his problems, as a result hes getting clean and we have talked a lot about our future. He has a new focus though now, hes insists that starting his own business will solve all our problems and make him a millionaire. He was a warehouseman for many years but seems to think hes a business man now. from listening to him it sounds like hes either gotten into some pyramid scheme, or is being hounded about money from someone. he has passed over several good jobs on the excuse that he can make more being his own boss. but he has NO income at this moment. that comment i know is a hold over from his negative friends. i was thinking of doing a vinegar jar to loosen any holds their ideas may have, but i wanted to be clear on how to do it , do i put all the names on separate slips of paper in the vinegar, including his(?) and do i add stop gossip or another oils?

i would also like to add or restart a new honey jar, possibly one for him to heal out of this fixation on money and one for him to come home permanently (which he seems to want, but his money ideas seems to be blocking this) so we can work out things. as it stands with him living another 50 miles out in the boonies, hes running up bills that we have no hope of paying.

in the current jar i put a necklace he gave me, should i transfer it to the new jar or should i simply start all over? should i work the two together and not open up the other one. should i empty the jar its in, wash it out and start over or get a new jar for the new work.

thanks everone

No to sound mean, but I think that your husband lacks common sense, and lack of making good decisions. I would do some some king solomon wisdom work along with some clarity to give him a clear mind, and make some better decisions. If you want, I would do some cast off evil on these friends that might have a hold on him...you might want to get a reading to see if they are actually the problem.

Have you gotten a reading at all on this? It seems like there are a lot of things that you are not sure of, and things that are blocking him from him coming back to you.

If you want to do a new jar, then you can put the necklace he gave you in there. Or you can put it in the old jar. If you are going to keep the old jar, then why make a new one thats for the SAME things. I mean personally I feel like there are a lot of things that need to be reevaluated here, and you need to get a reading and consultation on what you need to do next.

not its not mean, some days hes running windows xp on a commador64. hes never had a good head for money, hes a klutz, he always made the joke that he was born breech and will always do things bass ackwards, but up until the point he took his "friends" advice, doing substances etc, we had few money or personal troubles and were both working. i was hoping with seeing such positive movements since i started this jar, of pushing a bit harder.

the last reading i had done this summer before i joined this forum with a wiccan out here said to find new options to help him and be supportive, that things would change as he sees the outcome of his choices and since he moved out hes lost his part time job, his car died, lost his drivers license for a month (that klutz thing) he cant get work where he is, he re-injured his leg and owes a lot of people money. right now hes begging for handouts from friends for his business idea, that as i said sounds rather bogus.

i have looked for other income options, other esoteric options, and its begun to turn things positively. i cant say that things here are so much better here then with him, right now i cant even afford minutes for my phone until i do my next client errand run. i haven't scheduled a reading with a luckymojo reader as i have little disposable income. but i just got my order with money drawing oil in so i was hoping to change that too. thanks i will read the wisdom and clarity info. thank you! :ugeek:

I read through this post and noticed that it was mentioned that someone can undo a vinegar jar spell in one of two ways. However, what if you no longer have the vinegar jar. For instance, how do you undo a vinegar jar that was buried in the graveyard and a spirit was asked to sour the person's life?
To take it a step further, you don't know exactly where by the person's grave the jar was buried and you can't wash the person because they don't know what was done to sour their life? Could you go back to graveyard, pay the spirit, and ask for release?

To break things like a vinegar spell you want to unbury and burn it, throw some Jinx Killer on it, or work with Uncrossing products on yourself to cleanse yourself.

Would a vinegar jar still be effective enough without a picture of a couple that you want to break up? I don't have anything from the person I want to leave my man alone.

I've had success doing break up work without even a name (just "romantic rival"), but the more you have, the better your chances. If you have her name, you could look for her on facebook. Find a picture of her on there, print it out and use that.

Full name and date of birth is still something. I wouldn't put his personal concerns in there though unless you're matching them up with hers.

If it's his ex-girlfriend, snoop through his stuff. He might have an old picture of her somewhere. I have plenty of pictures of exes that I no longer have feelings for, but I still have the pictures because I'm not going to get rid of them.

What's this jar for? If its a vinegar jar for souring a person's relationship then try shaking it while calling down curses, or you can burn dressed candles on the jar.

A vinegar jar to end conversations between my boyfriend and his ex who lives hundreds of miles away.

So since I am trying to do a vinegar jar to break up my boyfriend and the unwanted ex, do I write on a piece of grocery bag paper her name in black ink + her birthdate, and then cross over her information with my boyfriend's name in red ink and his birth date, then write my petition around that like break up forever, never talk again, no regrets move on etc. and tear the petition in half?

Any suggestions for no personal concerns and only names and birth dates break up vinegar jar spell?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update: 11/20/10

Last night I made my vinegar jar to break up my boyfriend and the ex, burned a black altar candle on top of the jar with the intent to break them up and never to talk to each other again. After less than 5 minutes letting the candle burn, wax drip to the right side of the candle and it formed two tear drops side by side. After some more time, more tear drops from the black candle began to cover the jar. After three hours the candle was finished and the remaining wax stayed on the jar.
I curse it some more and had it shaken really hard. I then wrapped it in a black tshirt I hardly wear. I sat it in the closet. I went to sleep after that.

This morning I woke up and I remember that I had a dream about the jar and my boyfriend. In the dream, my jar was leaking and was spilling in my room. (I think it's just insecurity because I read a lot last night on what people were saying about jar's leaking.) But the important message in the dream was him making an announcement to a crowd of people that he is no longer interest in her. He was walking away with confident.

It's only been less then 12 hours since I made the jar. Woke up this morning and did some more cursing and shaking. I will update when things comes up.

I'm putting together a break up jar and I have a couple of questions:

When I write the petition paper with the people's names. Do I do one paper with both names, one crossing the other, or do I do two separate papers?

Also, if I have a personal item from only one person would I be better doing something against that person only rather than doing a break up jar? I have no way of getting any personal item from the other person.

Thank you!

Two separate pieces of paper...however there is a variation using one piece and cutting it apart. If you do not have a personal item from one target, you may want to do a name paper or get a picture from the internet (facebook etc...) if you can locate one... read more about the break-up spell here http://www.luckymojo.com/breakup.html

Also, you should take time and read thorough this post for additional details.

Thank you for your reply. I do have photos of both people that I can use. I've read over that post and I'll read it again once I'm ready to proceed with the jar, I just wasn't sure if having more personal items from one person rather than both people would be an issue.

I also plan to get a reading before I move forward with the jar, I just want to make sure I have my ducks in a row, so to speak.

Thank you again!

re: adding things afterwards to the vinegar jar

I ask this because LM products take a while to arrive here and I had to go ahead with the jar, not expecting the few items to come so soon. *When I say soon, I mean 4 weeks later* I thought I would use the LM products another time for something else once they did arrive as it would be too late to add to the jar now. But I read these posts, and it seems that it might be ok to add stuff afterwards?
Miss Cat said earlier in this thread that it is ok to add things. But Miss Bri advised someone against adding something afterwards, a few pages ago in this thread. I understand that maybe depends on circumstances etc so Please can someone clarify if there is a time limit to being able to add things after the jar has been put together. Or if I am mistaken and that you absolutely must not open the jar once you have made it?

It has been one lunar cycle since this jar was put together, would it be silly to open it now and add the few things to it, 4 weeks or so later?

As always, advice, thoughts, help much appreciated.

Thank you.

I have started a vinegar jar and will be working with it for a couple of weeks and I was wondering do I have to bathe with hyssop after every time I shake the jar or when I am finally done with it?

You could add a little hyssop tea (brew up a batch and store it in the fridge) to each shower or bath.

Great idea! Thank you! I was thinking brewing up hyssop every day is not always convenient... but I would have done it if need be!, but that is a great idea to store it and have it ready to go! Thanks Cat!

I need to work a vinegar jar to break two people up, however the only thing I have is a picture of them together for a personal concern. Can I incorporate the tearing of their halves apart as part of the work? Or would it be better to find two separate pictures of the couple?

Also can I work a separate vinegar jar to sour her life while working the relationship one? I was not going to go this route until a random google search turned up some very sketchy things about her, so I want her far away in every way from the male of the couple going in the relationship vinegar jar.

It is fine to use a picture of them together and tear it apart, placed back to back, as part of your spell.

Momma Starr advises taking that torn picture and placing them not only back-to-back but also head-to-foot, in otherwords upside down from one another. That way you also block any communication efforts they may make towards one another.

i did a vinegar jar recently. i dont have any pictures, but i did have something she's touched, wrote a petition with both names and how i wanted them to argue and hate each other. added hot pepper, black pepper and nails. I've been shaking it vigorously petitioning that they fight and hate each other. am i missing anything? also, my petition inside of it seemed to fall apart with all the shaking, is that normal or did i do something wrong?

Vinegar is corrosive, so the paper is going to degrade. That's what happens.

i followed all the instructions for the vinegar bottle shaking jar with added stop gossip and hotfoot, i used a heavy soy sauce bottle with the names of the rotten trouble makers. every time i felt or heard something that reminded me of them i went in my garage and shook the blasted thing. Sunday my hubby finally was able to get a ride back for the first time in about 3 weeks, as he came in the front door the bottle exploded in the garage. its sitting in a garbage bag under the tool bench right now.

should i take this a positive or negative? should i start a new one? since he got here we have been doing a lot of positive family discussions and planning but i was doing peaceful home work inside the house at the same time.

and what is the proper way to dispose of it? i was thinking the river to take it away before it freezes. they have the house up for sale and it dropped another 5 thousand in price but no takers.

I would dispose of it in the river, and clean the heck out of the whole area it exploded in with Chinese Wash.

Get a reading to see if you should make another one, or if this one finished the work or not.

You may wish to petition St. Joseph to get the house sold faster.

search this site through google. The google search function is more powerful than the one on this site.

I promise you that you will find hits leading you right back to the threads on here. and search "break up" and "confusion" and "hot foot" also.

Or, just page through this part of the forum. There is tons of info on it.

these will get you started. I just googled them:

Hello,

I have a few questions regarding a vinegar jar, as I've had MUCH success with these in the past, but not this one. A girl who is supposed too be "just a friend" is putting all sorts of things in my "now ex's" head and has gotten him to change ALL holiday plans with me including a planned trip!

1.) Last night when I knew they were together I sat the jar on the heater (maybe not a good idea 'cause some of the contents came out & got on my comforter). I did this to "heat things up" in a bad way between them. Is that what it would have done or would it have a reverse affect and heat things up in a good way instead?

2.) I'm not sure of the other person's real name, only what my "now ex" told me and I'm not sure it's true. If I put that name in and it's wrong what will happen. The only thing I know for sure is her license plate # which is not much help. Sigh :-(

3.) Can I put some of the liquid of the jar at the front & back path of his house so he'll step over it, as she doesn't come there often? Or wIll that cause more tension between me & him? If so can I still work with the remaining contents of the jar?

4.) Does the jar HAVE to be in the dark to work? Will wrapping it in foil accomplish that?

Any other things I can do besides a honey jar to turn things around fairly quickly (I know!) to recover the holiday trip we planned?

Sorry for all the questions.

Thanks in advance! :-)

Hi Everyone!

I am so glad I found this website. You guys are awesome!!!!

My late great aunt Victoria was a tarot card reader as well as a channeler and a root worker.I have inherited some of her gifts.

As a child I used to see everything my aunt did to help people in different situations. My mom was my aunts sidekick, she would help my aunt with anything she needed.I have continued the tradition helping some of my close friends when they need help although Im not a pro ,I am still learning.

I have some questions since I am fairly new to this...

I would like to know how much of the ingredients ( ie..peppers, sulphur, lemon juice, separation oil, , a rusty razor, poppy seeds, red peppers that includes liquids as well does one have to put in the spell jar? Itsp, 1/2 tsp,Tble spoon?

I have Sage Smudge Stick and Hyssop. How much of the Hyssop do I need to make? When do I need to do a protection bath and how often? I would think that I would do it once before I start the Bottle Spell.....and then again once the spell is completed how ever long it takes.

The guy I like is in the Air Force, he would like the Air Force to assign him back to the city I am in because we would like to start a relationship and him being in anther state is difficult to maintain a relationship. Is there a spell so that the Air Force will assign him back to the city I live in?

Also does the Break Up Bottle Spell work for Divorce as well?

How do I go about implimenting Vinegar Jar Spell and a Honey Jar Spell at the same time so I can draw him away from her and divorce her and draw him towards me? He wants out of the marriage.

Thanks so much

So, after perusing this thread, last week I started a vinegar jar to keep a would-be suitor away from my gf. The actual creation of the jar went smoothly and I've burned several black candles on the lid of the jar, on the nights I "worked" with it.

However, yesterday I decided to give it a bit more of a boost so I dressed a black figure candle & christened it in the name of the individual i'm trying to drive away. I also added two purple candles and set all three together on my altar. I placed the vinegar jar on the altar as well, between the two purple pillar candles.

The black figure candle burned down fairly steadily; nothing particular noteworthy about the burn. One of the purple candles burned in the same fashion..strong and steady.
However, the other purple candle burned much, much more slowly. It took forever to burn out.

Towards the very end of the burn, I left the room for a while (I had been sort of hovering nearby waiting for the last candle to finish). When I got back, I found that the candle had melted down and the wax had spilled across the altar top, reaching the jar (it was only a few inches away). The heat from the wax had apparently cracked the jar (the glass had split down the side and some of the contents had spilled out onto the altar).

Now, I'm not one to automatically read into things, but I was somewhat ambiguous about whether or not this could be some sort of indication as to whether things are going to go in my favor or not. Part of me felt that seeing the jar cracked was a good sign, from a symbolic point of view.
I'm going to start another jar, but I'm wondering whether I can just take the contents of the broken jar, pray over them, and put them into a new one...

@Lightstorm...

what was your reasoning behind the purple candles? And what did you put on them if anything at all? Knowing the purpose of those candles can help us give you more help

@Jackie....

You do not need a whole lot of the ingredients. Personally, I like to use baby food jars. They are just more practical, but more ingredients does not mean MORE powerful. You can use a pinch of each ingredients, and you can use as many sharp rusty nails/razors as you want. I personally like to use 9 nails, but if I can only find 3 or two thats fine too. Same thing with razors. You are making this entirely too techinical ;) Just do what feels right, but I would use a small baby food jar. Then once you include all those ingredients fill up the jar with vinegar, and/or war water.

Yes the break up bottle spell does work for divorce as well.

If you want to work on both a honey jar for drawing him at the same time as the vinegar jar, then 1) make sure you cleanse your space/ and self when working with both especially if you are going to work with them on the same day. Make sure you cleanse yourself so that they do not effect each other with the energy.

2) If you can keep them in separate spaces, that can be separate rooms OR if you do not have that kind of space then you can divide up a table top or whatever space you are going to use. So for example, when I was first learning, I started on top of a night stand. I would divide up my space for love work and the other half for negative work. BUT i would work them on different days. So the Honey jar Monday, wednesday, Friday. THe vinegar jar Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. You dont have to do all those days, but I worked with at least Tuesday and/or Saturday. In addition, you may choose to work the vinegar jar only during the waning moon. And you may only choose to work with the honey jar during the waxing moon. It is all your preference. But I would make sure that you go back and read through the forum.

Stars,

I use purple candles occasionally in certain spells to add "power;" my experience with them has been that they seem to give an extra 'oomph' particularly when doing commanding or controlling work. In this instance, I dressed the purple candles with commanding oil.

If it was aimed at commanding a person away from your ex and the wax flowed towards the image of your ex it may mean that this person is not going away and is holding on. My recommendation would be to take a picture and get a reading, or share your notes with a reader.

Good luck.

Hello,

I have searched the board, but didn't find a direct answer to these questions, although I have seen them asked before:

1.) My viengar jar cracked & leaked all the liquid from it. What does that signify?

2.) Is it okay to transfer all the contents & start a new jar with some of the "debris"? I was actually going to use a little more vinegar to loosen up the "debris" & use most for a new jar and the remainder to put at the front & back doors of my ex's house so they can walk over it. When deploying it at the back door, is it okay to pour some underneath a deck that is walked over or do they actually have to come in contact with it when walking over it?

Thanks. :-)

You should consider getting a reading about what this means for your situation.

www.readersandrootworkers.com

It could meant that the parties involved are resisting the work, or if you are doing break up work you might have broken them up. This is the reason for the reading. Or you might have been shaking too hard.

Yes you can transfer it to a new jar, but you still need to find out the reason it cracked. Yes you can do that for them to walk over it.

I'm waiting for my Breakup spell kit to arrive but I'm planning in my head what I'm going to do. I see you're supposed to either place the jar in the path of one or both of the people in the couple. However, it just wouldn't be prudent to be seen near either person's home right now. I would like to bury it in a graveyard, but this being winter in the Chicago area I'd have to wait until June before I could do that. This isn't a problem but I'd be cleansing myself every couple of hours if I kept this in my house for too long. I was wondering though...about the running water disposal method.
Here's what I'm thinking....the Chicago river has been engineered by men to flow contrary to it's natural ways. If I dispose of the jar in the Chicago river, with a prayer, could I use this to my advantage? The reading I got was that these two are pretty strongly attracted to each other, but I can try doing some breakup work. If I say a prayer that these two act contrary to their instincts as this river is being moved against it's natural flow...could something like that give my work a bit of extra oomph?

I'm also in Chicago and have used the river the last few years with great success. I never gave much thought about it's running contrary to its nature, but that's an interesting point. I don't know that it really matters, I just ask it to carry whatever negativity/issue I'm working on away from me.

Hello everyone! A few months ago, I did a vinegar jar on a man I know. We have known each other almost our entire lives and about a year ago he contacted me via the internet. He had recently went through his second divorce and was once again single. As we talked he admitted that he had always been attracted to me but with a slight age difference, he had been reluctant to act on his desires. We chatted for about 6 weeks. During this time, things between us quickly escalated from the getting the know you again stage to the let's talk about moving in together stage. I got text messages from him from the time I woke up in the morning until I went to bed. All the attention was nice! Then suddenly, he stops chatting, calling, and texting. This was about a week before Valentine's Day. A couple of days after Vday, there is a tagged photo of him with his new girlfriend on FB. They dated for a couple of months and when it ended, he is hot and heavy after me again. This cycle has happened three times this year, and I will admit to have moved him from the potential boyfriend catagory to the it would be fun to scratch that itch catagory. The vinegar jar was first done to break him up with the woman he was dating in Sept and a new one to sour his romance with anyone but me. Vengful? Yes, but I am a scorpio!! Now he seems to be sour on me as well. Any advise?

If you did not put your concerns in the jar it will not affect you, in addition if you are cleansing and protecting yourself, it will not affect you.

How soon after the Vinegar Jar comes to fruition should I throw it in the river? How soon should I get rid of it? I am currently doing several Vinegar Jar spells. I will be leaving the country for four weeks. If they work during the time I am gone, can I wait until I get back to toss them?
Thank you!

SexyScorpio, a reading on this man would clarify his issues, but as a person who was also handed this same line from an old friend, repeatedly, all i can say is RUN, do not walk away from this parasitic vampire. He is using you as a safety net while he works his way through a list of any random female who falls for his charm. The vinegar jar you made out of "vengefulness" is entirely understandable. Now finish the job by hot-hotting his lying ass.

Senora63, How long to keep a vinegar jar and when to ritually dispose of it is entirely at your discretion and is your decision to make. There is no one way to handle this. You could literally keep the jar in your garage for decades, if you wanted to -- or release it in to a river or bury it at any time you deemed appropriate.

Miss Aida has written two excellent books on cursing and breaking up relationships, and there are vinegar spells in both books. If you buy both of Miss Aida's books together, you will get a discount on the price. Each book contains more than 100 useful spells:

I previously posted a request for help with a vinegar jar/freezer jar spell. I've been reading on the Lucky Mojo site and I became aware that I need to purify and cleanse myself so that no danger from the spell comes back to me. I am very new at this and did not know I was supposed to do this part, thank goodness I read about it!

I've never done any root work before and this freezer jar is my first one. I have the basic supplies from the Hoodoo course list. Can anyone suggest a simple, but effective cleansing ritual that I can do before and after?

Thank you,
Ophelia

After a vinegar jar spell, you can boil up some water and steep hyssop her in it. Then add that tea to a bath. Pour that water over yourself while praying the 51st psalm ("Cleanse me with hyssop.."). Pray that any linger energy from the vinegar jar be removed from you, and absolve you of any wrongdoings. Let yourself air dry afterwards. You could also anoint yourself with 7-11 Holy Oil afterwards.

You could also use Uncrossing bath crystals or 13-Herb bath for the same effect.

Thank you both for your replies. I think I need to place another order, as I do not have the uncrossing supplies. Need to get some white and black candles too. :)

With respect to the uncrossing materials, is incense burning okay, or must I do the bath crystals or or uncrossing oils? I prefer the incense if that's possible.

I personally like baths, which you can get the hyssop or bath crystals since that is very basic. You can use incense to cleanse the space, and yourself, but I just like baths. I guess its the bath aspect because i feel like the negativity is being washed away.

I agree, the sensation of washing away anything harmful would be satisfying. :)
