It's not going to make a difference. The petition calls one spirit. More candles does not equal more "power".

I would strongly advise you to seek a consultation with a professional rootworker if you are considering the Intranquil Spirit. It is a spell that's only appropriate in a very small number of cases, and it should only be worked by an experienced practitioner. A professional can let you know if it's indicated in your case, and if so they can work it for you. If it's not, and it's likely not, then they can help steer you to another conjure which is better suited to you.

Hi, I am working an ongoing reconciliation case and am trying to think of all the angles so I've turned my thoughts now to his friends and family. I am in particularly good standing with both and know that both were sorry to see our relationship end. So I was wondering, is there a way to encourage good gossip? Actually encourage people to actively talk to a target in the manner that you choose? For example, his friend just emailed me to see how I was. The friend will most likely keep the email to himself but I would love now for that friend to go back to him and say something along the lines of, "that Mary. great girl. what were you thinking." That kind of thing. Can I somehow cause that conversation to happen? So effectively, the opposite of Stop Gossip. but on a wide scope.

I have no personal concerns of the friends or family. Only pictures.

yeah I see what you mean, on the return to me oil page says to click on a link for more product/spell info, but then it doesnt really have specific info toward that individual oil...but I think you can still use it in any general love spell that goes with the same intent of the oil...

Hi, thanks for the suggestions and links.

I'm going to get that honey jar going but I wonder - since I am no longer part of their every day lives and time has passed since we split, there is really no reason for my name to come up (he won't bring me up, of that I am certain). Will this actually actively get them thinking about me and actively talking about me? I once did a honey jar on his sister and I got her wanting to be my best friend but I don't think it necessarily got her talking to me about me. I need to be able to spark those conversations as well. Is there a way?

I think that if she was all BFF with you, it stands to reason she'd go to him at some point and say, "George, I can't believe you aren't back together with Baby Bio!" or something to that effect. Are you still in contact with her? If you are, that may be the angle to work as a foot in the door...Then you can slowly insinuate your way in with the rest of them.

Atremis is correct. When you are on people's mind they will talk about you. For reconciliation work for a client, I sweetened up her ex's mother and my client reported that her ex told her that for some reason his mom couldn't stop talking about my client. Worked out well.

Funny you should mention that because Artemis suggested to me that I include Deer's Tongue in my honey jar. I thought it was an excellent suggestion. I would love to hear the reaction to it and whether it is, as you said, effective in getting others to talk about you.

You can most certainly use deer's tongue in a sweet jar or doll to get someone to speak about you in a positive manner. You can mix this with some tobacco or even some mercury oil to help with the communication.

Hope you're all happy and healthy. I'm hoping I can get some clarity and advice from some of you amazing rootworkers and frequent forum contributers.

I have been working on my ex for the past 2 months or so. We were together for over a year, and while it wasn't perfect, we were still in love. About 3 months ago after a really rough few weeks, my ex broke up with me. He's not a bad guy at all, but the way he broke it off was horrible. It's been 3 months and we haven't seen or spoken to one another. I've reached out to him only twice and gotten nothing back....I've given him his space and tried to get some clarity about the whole situation. The truth is, I miss him and I want to be with him. I've done a few spells, mainly reconciliation and call me spells. I anoint myself almost everyday with reconciliation oil and follow me boy. I had a reconciliation candle burning for 1 week straight. Here's my problem.....I see signs of him everywhere! His name is not that common and yet somehow I am seeing it almost everywhere i turn. I get messages from his friends, my friends bump into him. Almost every night I have dreams of him. BUT still no contact from him. I got a reading a couple of weeks ago, and while it was a great one, it didn't tell me very much about my ex and what I should do about him.

I guess I just wanted to see what some of you thought of the signs? I have friends who think that I will see/talk to him very soon....but part of me thinks that maybe I should just let it go and focus on myself. I don't want to give up on him and really I just want to open up the lines of communication between us rather than have him back in my life immediately....I thought about doing a honey jar spell but I think there is too much pain and hurt between us for that to work properly.

What do you guys think? Any help would be appreciate.

You should get another reading, and ask if these are indeeds signs of your work. These signs are pretty typical, and probably are signs of your work. However, we cannot tell you that on the forum for sure if it is connected to your work. So you should consider getting another reading by another rootworker.

Umm...and too much pain and hurt between you and him for the honey jar to work? Well thats what a honey jar is for (one of its purposes). If you feel you are not adequate or too close to the situation, then you should hire a rootworker to do your work for you. And you should get a reading to see if you are going to get movement, and if you should continue this work.

I just wanted to add that,since you say that part of you thinks you should let it go, it would be a good idea to ask your reader if it is worth it to bring this person back. It would also be a good idea to do some healing work on yourself. Healing yourself from everything that has hurt you in this relationship goes a long way to help reconciliation, since it helps you focus on what you trully want and can also help prevent the heated arguments ex lovers often get into after the lines of communication with the other person open again,which is a very common reason why reconciliation work fails after a initially good start.

Thank you, ladies! I think maybe I should get another reading because I have major mixed emotions about everything. I'm really confused and I need more clarity before walking away forever or continuing my work.

I've been anointing myself everyday with reconciliation oil as well. I'm thinking maybe if I put one or two drops of my menstruation blood in the bottle, it might make it a lot more powerful?

Adding menstrual blood does help enhance the work just as if you would add another herb. Each ingredient adds an energy to the work. BUT that doesn't mean its going to be more powerful per se, and cause it to work more effectively.

Hey everyone

I wanted to come and ask opinions on an approach, if that's alright. It's relationship issues.

I have a boyfriend who things were near perfect with. Then some issues arose (the fault of both of us, these things usually are) and we've been working through them. But, he has become clinically depressed along the way, as some things changed in his life, so he feels lost.

That's impacting on us, as he has no libido (fair enough) and has very recently begun to talk of how he is no longer in love with me... but the kicker is that at the very same time, he will say that he loves me with all his heart, more than a friend, and he wants to be with me more than anything. Obviously this is hard to swallow, and I don't know which to believe. He does say a lot of contradictory things, that can change even sometimes within the same conversation. Although there is a positive thing he does say, and this he doesn't change his mind about, he says we're closer than ever before (from all the talking).

He's not the type of person to deliberately play games, so I'm not concerned about that. I am however concerned that depression is mixing everything up for him, as he doesn't seem to actually know what he feels (about a lot of things, not just me).

I want to work on it. But really don't know the best approach. Any suggestions? I don't want to let him go if his vision is simply clouded by an illness.

(I have asked that he see his doctor for antidepressants and to this he has agreed, so hopefully that and some counselling will at least put his mind back to 'normal' again.)

Yes you should ask specific questions such as (let your reader know the signs) Are these signs connected to my work? What do these signs indicate for the work? What rootwork or spell work steps need to be done in order to get him to communicate with me? What is the chances of us reconciling, and should I continue the reconciliation work?

I mean I could go on, but those are questions I feel like need to be answered. You (and anyone) should take the time to really think about what you want out of each and every reading. I personally, take the time to think about really what do you I want from this reading, and what questions should I ask. This helps me go back to the drawing board and more effective rather than having lingering questions at the end. So make sure you really take the time to plan your reading questions as this is time you are paying for, and you want to get the most out of it.

When a person is depressed especially clinically, they need help. Period. They are emotionally unstable, and obviously cannot think clearly. I understand that you are concerned about your relationship, HOWEVER, that needs to be pushed to the side at this point.

Antidepressants really should only be a temporary solution considering he has had some things change in his life, but its unknown if this is a chemical imbalance, or some other kind of health issue. I would make sure that he go and get some counseling FIRST and a physical at the doctors.

And in the mean time you can give him some crucible of courage, and work with saint dymphna to help with his depression.

Yomicity you have been given some really good advice here, but also I think it would be advantageous for you to get a reading from an AIRR worker connected with luckymojo, also sometimes it takes time for your work to manifest its all a matter of when the universe wants to grant you your wishes sometimes so patience is important when you are performing spells. Also sometimes you have to take a break and alow yourself to forget about your work in order to see movement. Im not a professional at all but its just what I have learnt during the time that I have been practicing and sometimes you just need a bit of encouragement to restore your faith, I wish you the best of luck.

Hi everyone!

So I did get a reading last night and it was very informative. Without getting too much into the details, it looks like I need to forget about this man for a while. It looks like the cards told me what I think I knew all along in my heart - there is still a strong connection between us but he is in too much of a funk and in his own world that I need to focus on myself for a while and almost think of him as dead. He will come back, and realize the errors of his ways, but for now I'm going to cease work on him.

I am however going to do some healing work for myself - hopefully I can rid myself of this man and move on.

Hello everyone, i want to know if here is a reconcilation spell i can use.

I want to get my ex boyfriend back. We have a child together and he is married to someone else.

We haven't seen each other in 2 yrs, or more. We never seem to see eye to eye since we broke up. We were good for 5 yrs, in the 6th yr he meet her, and they were friends, during that time i got pregnant, and since then we went down hill.

My daughter hardly sees or hear from him. which isn't normal. Even his family is a bit concern, I am not quiet sure but i believe that his wife or her mother had work done on him.

I been reading some of the post and spells and i notice that some if not all of them needs a form of DNA to make the spell work, i don't have or won't be able to get that, at least not at first, i am hoping sooner or later due to a spell i will be able to get it.

I read on here somewhere someone was willing to use a hamper, and use LM products on both the guy and the girl. I was thinking somewhere along those lines but it might seem weird, so i taught of a simple letter to him. so my questions are :

1) can i find out if his wife had work done one him, or maybe her mother.
2) Is there a spell i can use that won't require his hair, nail, or semen.
3) is dressing just a letter and sending it to him strong enough, and what will be best to do that with.

I know most of you will recommend a reading but i am not quiet sure if i can afford one right now.

a reading would be the best way to go.
If you get a reading from one of the readers from AIRR, the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers, you may only pay as little as $30 for 30 minutes. Some charge $10 for 10 minutes:

That would be the easiest way to know if someone has done a spell on him.

I don't think you necessarily need his hair/semen ect, but those will make the spell 'stronger' if you do one.

for #3, you would probably want to do a reconciliation spell, because i think you get some sort of powder to put on the paper.

Pink Kisses is right. You don't "need" personal concerns, however the strength of the spell is going to be significantly reduced without them. You can perform a spell with a name paper. It's just at the bottom of the "power" list. the list is posted somewhere, you can do a search for it.

As for the reading, there are a few readers who will do a simple yes or no or short ten minute reading for ten dollars. The best question for you to ask would be something like "is this guy worth working on".

If you start the spellwork on your own without the reading now, you can always get one later and see how your work is going...or if it's going at all. Good luck.

Whoa there, who said you don't need personal concerns? You certainly do, but don't think of personal concerns as DNA links. We work on spiritual links. Things that are intimately tied to people and their spirit work as a link for us to work upon. These include but are not limited to bodily fluids, hair, nail clippings, old clothes that haven't been washed, handwriting samples, pictures, and their names.

There are some workers who are fine working with pictures and create solid links. Miss cat talks about how she does this via doll babies. Momma Starr loves pictures and sees them as capturing someone's spirit. The point is that we prefer more intimate concerns than photos because they are strongly tied to that person and can be a solid link.

Yes--I agree with Conjureman Ali here. Personal concerns provide a magical link to you and your target. If all you have is a picture and you are determined to do the work then do the work--a picture is better than nothing, but for the most efficacious magic having some kind of personal link to the target is necessary.

Apparently I was on the same page as the original poster in thinkng a personal concern is something with the person's DNA, like a hair or a bodily fluid. I mean I know you can use a name paper or a photograph but I didn't really think of those as something "personal" of the person. Kinda like those meatless products they make, it looks like meat, they even call it meat but....it's not even close. Even in the case of a photograph, I would have considered a photo that the person gave you or that they touched as more personal (or intimate I guess) than say a photo printed from Myspace or Facebook. So I have already consciously lowered the efficacy of my work simply by looking at the personal concerns I use in the wrong manner. I am glad people more knowledgable are always here to correct the faulty wiring in my thought processes.

Please review the book i wrote called "Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic" (HHRM under the entry for "Personal Concerns." That entry is MANY pages long and covers all kinds of personal concerns, from the most intimate to the least.

If you are trying to do your own spell-work and do not come from a family tradition of practitioners, you really need this book to open your eyes to the variety of conjure practices possible. Do not limit yourself to "give me a spell" or read a spell online -- learn the actual traditions. HHRM is a good introduction to the work, and will tell you more about spells using personal concerns than any of us have time to write out in a quick post here.

Hi all,

Ok, I am new to this forum. I have spend hours and hours reading and trying to see if I can get answer to my question. However seems to me that everyone are unique and therefore everyone has different subject. In light of this, I have to start my own subject in order to truely benefits the help cater for me.

My problem is: My long distance ex bf and I just broke up ( a few nights ago) and I am trying to find out what's the best way to get him back. We live about 300 miles away from each other.

I have had reading from several roothworker (as recommended) and they all have been giving me positive outcome about how things can turn out good if I do some work on him (such as honey jar spell), now my question is:

1) How come out of the 3 rootworkers that I had reading with doesn't do the job for me (even if I want to hire them), all tell me just to do a honey jar spell. Because I am new with magic, I would feel much more comfortable having someone else doing the job for me, and with me ( as a backup?)

2) After readin the forum here, I can read that other were able to have their rootworker to help them do their reconciliation work... so I am confuse....???? My situation is really not hard.. we just broke up, hes not seeing anyone, he still want to keep in contact with me ect...

3) Now since I am being left to do my work alone, can anyone advice me on what's the best approach for someone that is new to magic?

1. I cannot answer your question regarding what other readers or rootworkers will or wont do. This forum is designed for Lucky Mojo customers and clients; but I have made a recommendation (above) and linked you to AIRR (Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers).
2. Exactly, a reader can answer that question, it is idea that you do not wait too long after a breakup to seek reconciliation.
3. You can get a reading done, and the reader will respond to doing the work for you.

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually all my reading has been done by the rootworker from the AIRR SITE. I had great experience with them and I'm very happy with their reading but I was hoping for more of a help/assistance in doing the actual casting. Can you recommend someone for that ?

You have to understand that very skilled workers are very much in demand, and have to only take on as much spellwork on behalf of clients as they can responsibly handle. Reconciliation cases are pretty much The Most Requested type of work, so there is a large demand for it. Also, each worker can decide what kind of work they will do for others, and what they will not. Some only take on a very few reconciliation cases, regardless of the predicted outcome.

If you've been told to do the honey jar, then it's likely because the work that you will do on the case has a high chance of succeeding. I would get started on that work right away. If you wish to still seek out a worker that will do some work on your behalf, then try emailing or calling the AIRR workers to see if they are taking on any new reconciliation cases or not. That way you'll know who to approach for the work. But don't NOT work until then.

Time is very much of the essence in Reconciliation cases, so start implementing the work you've been prescribed as soon as possible.

I'm going to answer the third of your questions. I believe the best thing for you is to order a reconciliation honey jar, that is what you workers has suggested. It comes with herbs for reconciliation, Reconciliation oil and complete instructions for how you should do to make it and work it. Can you or anyone tell me what's the difference btw "reconcilation spell kits or the bottle spell kits. Is either one I use will /should give the same outcome? On top of that can I also have a vigil oil burn at the altar for me ?
I have heard of the intranquility spell as being hard to do (especially for beginner), so would a candle burn at the little mission church be a better option for me?
Would that give the same outcome as vs doing it one self?
I would love to start a honey jar now but I do not have most of the oil/herb needed and ordering from LM will take approx. 3-4 weeks to get all the products delivered. Any other faster option since time is important in doing reconcile spell.... =(

Thinking about driving up North to get the products myself... I live in Los Angeles... =(

This morning while I was sleep my girlfriend went through my phone and found a text from me and another woman very explicit things was being said pretty much its just cyber talk really we have never had contact it is possible me and this other woman could have contact but it just has never happened I was wondering how can I remove what I did and reconcile and move on from where we left off, if possible.?

Hi cindy,
all of the different types of spells is used for the same purpose. Reconciliation. Different workers likes to work in different ways. Some prefer to do bottle spells, some dollbabys, some wear mojos. Often we would use a combination, and the spellkits are just that, a combination of different ways to address an issue. With the kits you do not only take a bath, or burn a candle, or wear a mojo. You do it all.

You can always burn vigil lights in conjunction with the other types of work you are doing.

You can do a honeyjar with what you have on hand while you wait for the products to arrive. Even if that will only be your namepaper with petition in honey. And back that up with a reconciliation candle burned in the Church. I wouldn't use the intranquil spirit for this work as it is used to torture an ex lover to return.

Hi Cindy,

I am assuming that when you spoke to the AIRR readers you told them that you would be more comfortable having them do the work--if you did not, then they might have been unclear about it and assumed you wanted to do the work themselves. Speaking for myself I know that I will advise clients to take on work for themselves if a.) their cards indicate that they can do it on their own successfully and/or b.) I feel that they will NOT be successful but they tell me that they have to try anyway. I am not sure who read for you or how they work, so you would really need to ask them about doing the work for you.

You can definitely have vigil candles set on the altar of MISC to back up any work that you do. A honey jar is a good spell to work with, and as others have mentioned you can do one of the pre-packaged honey jar spell kits that lucky mojo sells--that would be great. I would recommend that since the break up is so fresh, you also do a reconciliation spell kit--not a reconciliation honey jar but a reconciliation candle spell kit ALONG SIDE a honey jar.

Thanks miss bri you really are a saint and a very good teacher and advisor,Could I use all three of these such as dressing name papers, burning candles , or using the three to dress objects she might touch, and would the usage of these three increase power , the work? Like dressing a name peper with both our names and the use of my sexual fluids I wish I had something personal of hers? I'm hear to learn please teach me.

With all due respect, "the flesh" often leads us to do stupid things. This is why I recommend mixing King Solomon Wisdom products with all your love work. Frankly, I think that's a formula all conjure-working folks ought to keep in the house. I'd like to see everyone consider it as essential as the flour in their kitchens.

My husband recently abruptly moved out of our home and abandoned me and our two children. He has been under a ton of stress the last 1.5 yrs at work bc of the amount of debt he incurred, this is what I believe led him to abandon us without so much as a clue. All he keeps saying is that he never loved me in 8 yrs of marriage and never wanted a family, which is absurd bc before the financial mess he was a very good husband and father.

What spells do you recommend to get him to come back to me and his family and for us to have a happy home again? I would also like to end a friendship that he has with a man who is a very bad influence on him and introducing him to negative things and encouraging the break up so he can have someone to be his wing man.

I am not trying to judge, but I must be honest. The fact that this may be going on from JAIL...is all I would need to move on.

If it were me, I would do some king solomon wisdom, and clarity on myself to make sure that I am making the best decision to keep this man around as my lover. And if the reading does show that he is seeing other women from jail, before he went to jail or whatever...man I would run like the wind. If he is doing this from jail, who know what he was doing before he went, and especially after.

So get a reading to shed some light on things.

Thank you both for your responses. Cat I was thinking about doing a honey jar and reading up on it. I have never done one before, is it something that I would have to continue indefinitely? What would you recommend I put in there? I was able to find a couple of his hairs still in our bathroom, he has short dark and I have long blonde so it must be his.

For the Separation ritual I like the broom straws set in the crossroads one. In addition to the Separation sachet can I add the Inflammatory Confusion and Break Up sachet? Or is the break up sachet just for lovers? When I sprinkle from I should sprinkle the entire contents on top of the broom straws and then walk 21 paces backwards or should I sprinkle as I walk backwards?
