Hello from NC

Unread post by Michael B » Mon Feb 14, 2011 5:51 am

Hello everyone...

I'm Michael - in Balsam Grove, North Carolina...

I found my way here by way of honorable mentions on the Occult Corpus forums. I was looking around for more information on candle magick and trying to find the talismanic seals of Solomon (which I've already ordered) when I found them in the online store. For that matter, I've also done some business with Christopher Warnock - one of Cat's former students (#10 I believe).

Thanks for this treasure trove of information !

Michael

Welcome to the forum Michael B. Here is the link to How To Practice Hoodoo Candle Magic It includes the history of candle burning in the hoodoo rootwork tradition, colour symbolism in candle magic, various descriptions and example of candles, etc. etc.

Glad you found the Solomon Seals, did you consider the Solomon Seal Root in oil It is ideal when working with Talismans. Although you can dress your Talisman with an oil that is appropriate to its intention, for example, to draw money Money Drawing Oil, to draw Love, Love Me Oil, and to find or keep a job, Steady Work Oil.

With that recommendation, you should read about How to use Conjure Oils, Hoodoo Oils, Ritual Oils, Dressing Oils, and Anointing Oils

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone :-)...

Yes, I can honestly say that I'm having a great time reading here. Not only am I getting ideas to augment my current "reality alterin'" studies, but I'm finding things I'd never even imagined: honey jars, for just one example. The possibilities and combinations of ideas occuring to me are, well, almost endless. I think I'm going to be busy for good long while....

:-)
