Howdy from the NW

Unread post by AlfaSaint18 » Fri May 06, 2011 12:57 pm

Hi there, Michael here from Seattle. I've been a fan of Lucky Mojo's products for a few years now and decided to get active with the online community here and meet other people interested in rootwork and traditional conjure. I've been studying esotericism for about ten years now and was drawn to hoodoo out of my interest in African traditional religious Practices and a long-time fascination with folk-magic as well as the down-to-earth vibe that reminds me a lot of what it was like growing up in rural Washington state. Looking forward to meeting new folk and having good conversation.

Welcome AlfaSaint18 Take some time and read Hoodoo In Theory and Practice (http://www.luckymojo.com/hoodoo.html). Also, Lucky Mojo has an archived Esoteric discussion found here http://www.luckymojo.com/esoteric.html

Thanks, jwmcclin, for the welcome. I've been dutifully reading and rereading both - lots of great stuff.
