I am spending today reading through this section of the forum so I can learn the proper protocol on flagging/deleting/etc. I appreciate the offer to moderate this forum and truly believe that this site offers excellent support and awesome products. Happy to be onboard and proud to be a graduate of the course, as well.

Hey guys.

I wanted to offer an explanation/apology for being absent from the forums for months on end. I have had multiple family issues but have recently found all my free time is back and available to me.

I am back and I am rejuvenated and ready to post and help here as much as possible. Have I missed anything major? Is it still $25 gift certificates for each month of service here on the forums?

Let me know any changes or updates or point towards where I can find them.
