this was my first & im happy with it but if anyone has suggestions im all ears!

I started out just as i do in prepairing a honey jar. made my petition photo, & personal concerns.
I used LM sachet powders & herbs and folded up the petition as usual.( i use small baby food jars.)
so i added sugar to the bottom, sprinkled same sachet powders on top of sugar then placed in my petition packet & added more sugar and a little sachet powder again. closed it up, prayed & burned candle on it. It was for work situation so i took it with me to work so i could shake it while im there!

again... im open to suggestions!

I like sugar jars for when the case can stand a little bit of "shaking up" - as in a little aggression or injection of frenetic energy won't cause any trouble.

If things are a bit unstable or there's already an overabundance of chaotic energy, and things need to be soothed, then I prefer honey all the way.

after much thiught i had to revisit the post b/c this is for a situation at work and things dont need to be shaken up they need to be calmed down!

would it be best for me to remove my petition and make it into a honey jar instd or is that an absolute no no? This is to make my superviser favor me and be kind to me & getting personal concerns from his office was not easy! so i cherish whts in this bottle!

Please advise! THX

I did read the thread on how twin flames are a positive sign. I'm not sure if mine constitutes as a twin flame. When the birthday candle was burned down to a stub a piece of wick broke off and stuck to the side making two flames. Kind of like a lopsided heart. I watched for a while and as I thought it was finally dying out I got the instinct to pray and as I did the flame jumped back to life even with no wax left. After a long while it finally went out. Is that considered a twin flame?

You should not be putting either oils or powders into a sweet jar, because neither of them are edible, in general you place herbs and roots into sweet jars and dress candles to burn on the jar with oil.

I have read somewhere that people use the honey from honey jar, but i have no intention on using the sugar for edible purposes! so does this still hold true that i should not have used powder in my sugar jar?

And i still dont have an answer. should i redo and make a honey jar and if i do can i reuse the personal concerns that are in the sugar jar???

Let me say that I'm not asking for names of other suppliers, I realize this is a Lucky Mojo forum and I want to use these products. However, I was reading sweetening honey jar spell listed on this site and I liked the idea of melting and attaching a candle to the top of a honey jar, then adding each new candle to the remaining wax. It seems much more connected and I wonder if it more traditional to do it this way...

The kits appear to have a candle holder, so that instead of attaching the candles one would simply place a holder on top of the jar. Maybe this doesn't matter this much but I just felt more connected with the "burning/attaching" idea. So I was planning on purchasing the necessary oils, candles, etc. from Lucky Mojo but finding a generic syrup bottle and/or Mason-type jar that I could use this way. Has anyone used their own jars this way? Where did you find them (don't mean other occult suppliers, just generic, non-occult makers of jars or syrup). I tried looking on Amazon for Mason jars, but none of them were squat and short enough.

Also, I was thinking I could just use the general outline of the sweetening spell but use Reconciliation oil, thus it would have the same or similar effect as whatever the instructions are that are included with the Reconciliation Honey Jar Kit?

The candle holder that comes with the Lucky Mojo Honey Jar kits is not solid, it allows for wax to "flow through" and attach to the lid jar. I myself have used a few of the Honey Jar kits and wind up with a nice waxy amount after a few burns that adheres the candle holder to the jar.

There are no rules like that, so you did nothing "wrong". I have used the same with good results.
If it has not worked you should turn to divination and see what the problem is.
Yes, you can reuse personal concerns from the sugar jar.

Hi all, i did a sugar jar spell on my husband.

i did a name paper crossing my name over his and encircle it with pay, love me, obey me.

i added some nail clipping and hair of his, i added calamus root, licorice root, essence of bend over powder, follow me boy powder, pay me powder, i dominate my man powder, love me oil, follow me boy oil.

i shake it everyday calling his name and praying over it.

the day i started the suagr jar, he got mad at me, for something that happend in the past and haven't spoke to me in 3 days.

is there anything i can do, should i continue the work, i haven't stop yet. can anyone explain this to me as to why they think this happend.

Well, what you made is not a traditional sugar jar, and i believe that this is the root of its failure.

A sugar jar is to sweeten someone.

You commanded that he OBEY and you used Essence of Bend-Over and I Dominate My Man oils and Calamus root, spiritual supplies which are to dominate, humble, and weaken an opponent in a social situation.

Either you want sweetness and love or you want the man to come under your autocratic command.

You can't select a spell that is the equivalent of wrapping your dear one in a warm, cuddly fleece blanket and kissing him -- and then complain that doing to failed to produce welts and bruises all over his body and make him beg for mercy.

If you want to dominate him, choose another type of work.

A lot of people don't respond well to domination and put up a resistance. If you want your husband to be more generous, try working with Cleo May and some type of love product.

I would work one, than the other. For intance if it's primarily your concern to get him to love you and be very generous with his money, then use Love Me products mixed with Cleo May as suggested.

I'd work to get him really sweet and favorable to you first, and seeing if that gets you what you need, before moving onto tightening any nooses.

But as we don't know the entirely of your background, you may wish to start with a reading and consultation with an AIRR worker to give you the best plan of action for your circumstances and goals.

So its my second day of the honey jar & things aren't going so well it kinda got worse shed some tears but I'm trying to be patient & pray. Does a honey jar start to show some results in a couple of days? Or does it take a whole 3 months for something to start happening. I did so many prayers & rituals for me & my ex to start tlking again & evrything was great till I accidently pissed him off but it wasn't anything to big & now he says he doesn't wanna ever talk to me but he said the same thing 3 months. I don't think by me bringing him around my transgender best friend was a big deal for him to cuss me out. Guys are weird

I made a honey jar with a candle spell for my man reconciliating and be sweet with me, but the metal lid( I guess was not the right jar) burn and a little the paper inside the jar. I like to know what I do now? Should I dispose this honey jar and how? or I should re-use the honey and the paper inside and start a new Jar ? Also I will like other suggestions for bring he back to me, he broke my heart, and I know he loves me,he is my soul mate, I made our astrological map, and I never love some one like him and he told me he never had a woman like me. He never told me why he was breakng up with me, but he is a slave from his 2 sons who they are both adults too, one 40 the other 43, they manipulating him to the extreme also my lover after divorce he didn't had a woman for several years and dedicated his life taking care of his 2 sons. I suggest you make a whole new honeyjar adding return to me/ reconciliation products to make him return into a relationship with you. In your case It seemes that his dedication to his sons is troubling you and that you think he maybe is choosing either you or them?
It is never easy to have a relationship with children involved from previous relationships ( no matter if they are 2 years old or 45, they are still your children ) You may be intrested in making an aditional Love Me honeyjar between yourself and his sons to promote a good relationship? I think it would be a good move since it involves the fact that his sons is an unavoidable part of the "package"

Hi , i hope someone will help me with this . i have been working a honey jar for my ex and i burn a pink candle on it everyday . i also look at the melted wax to see if i see anything well today i saw 2 figures that look like they are haveing sex . really its clear as day . and also a penis also clear as day . and a butterfly . now i read some were that if the candle melts off the top of the jar wax that the jar is hungry not sure what that means but that also happened with todays candle anyone please help me figure this out . i am takeing it as a good sign . i hope i am right ... thank you ...

That sounds like a very promising sign that the jar will produce good results.
If a jar is hungry it means you should feed it with more candles. There are other ways to interpret that, but since you choose the hungry jar varitey, it means you should continue the work.

I have read on the forums that it is best to burn candles when the target is asleep however, I have also read that some people consider the day to begin at dawn and not midnight - I am totally confused as to when the day actually begins - don't want to burn the candle on the wrong day - can someone help me please.

Wednesday, I made a honey jar of things I had here at the house. I have a few spell kits that I will be using but Im waiting until new moon to begin those. One being a reconciliation kit.....I used a super small jelly jar (cinnamon apple... he loves apple butter so I thought it would work), wrote my petition, had a picture of his and dressed the 4 corners with reconciliation oil. Prayed over it while dressing a candle I had here with the oil as well and let it burn on top. Well, it burned cleanly despite being as big as the jar with some wax but the flame was bright and steady. Can I tell you that he called me Friday and stopped by my house?! Not only did he call for some advice but he thanked me for something I had done a week ago. Now I originally was just going to Mon, Wed and Fri but would you suggest burning everyday? I think the 3x would work better because it allows it to work and doesn't rush things...

Well, you can shake a honey jar, but the honey doesn't "shake" so well. The honey jars really are meant to gently sweeten, while gently warming and shedding light through the candles. You could also go with a sugar jar instead and work it by shaking it if you cannot burn ANY candles on top.

If you are able to get away with it, you could use very small candles - like birthday candles - that will burn out in about 5 minutes and just sit there with it through the entire burn. However, if you cannot get away with even that, then go with the shaking jar.

So what is the difference between a Sugar Jar and a Honey Jar? I was planning on following the Honey Jar guidelines on LM, but the Sugar Jar sounds like a good idea. On the Honey Jar page it says to burn candles every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but with a Sugar Jar do I shake it and pray on these days instead or can I shake whenever I want to? Thank you very much!

A sugar jar uses loose sugar, where a honey jar uses honey. Otherwise they're fairly similar, though you'll find lots of different variations on sugar jars.

You can light candles on a honey jar as often as you want as well. I usually light candles daily until I get the movement I want and then drop down to the M-W-F for maintenance.

But, yes, you would shake your jar daily. I try to shake 3 times a day, but at the very least once a day.

I have 2 honey jars for the same person (different intentions) and while one burns clean, the other started leaving wax a few days ago and since then it just gets bigger..
I was wondering, the wax doesn't seem to stick to the lid, I mean, I can easily take it away (it didn't stick at all!!), does that mean anything? I read the candle divination page so I know we don't want wax left but I find it odd it didn't stick..

Also, since it keeps leaving wax I wonder if there's anything to be done to make it stop? Should I light candles more often?

You can also make a honey or sugar jar that is to be used for eating. You'd put everything in your petition packet pray over it daily while stirring and use a little in your lover's tea, coffee, food etc.

Honey jars take a steady approach, but they need not be "slow." Read this thread to see reports of them working rapidly. In other words, depending on the situation and how they are worked, they can have a swift effect too. AIRR worker Momma Starr talks about getting honey jars to work quickly by working them three times a day, and adding a pinch of influence herbs to your mix. However, for some people they will always have a more measured response time. You'll just have to work with honey jars and see how they will work for you, given your situation.

As I said before, if a situation really calls for calm and soothing energy, then I would go with a honey jar. If the situation can stand to be shaken up a bit, or have more "agitation" energy injected into it, then you may wish to consider a sugar jar.

But sugar jars can be made and used in many different ways. If you're not planning on making a shaking sugar jar, then your sugar jar from which your target will be fed sugar may have a sweetening effect as well. It's all in how things are employed and knowing what will work best for your specific situation.

A honey or sugar spell does not mean you need a candle. As others have told you, there are many, many, many ways to work with honey or sugar!

2. I understand the guideline of 3, (3 days for a sign, 3 weeks for movement, 3 months for result) but the first night I worked my sugar jar, my boyfriend and I had an argument, then the very next day he was sweeter already and acted like nothing even happened, not where I want him to be, but sweeter. I will continue working my jar. =)

3. Also, I shake and pray 3 times a day, but every once in a while I have the urge to shake and pray over it at other times. Should I go with this feeling? I have been...

2. An argument is not a good sign, but if him being sweet to you is your goal, then you have movement toward the goal.

3. Work your spell whenever you feel moved to do so, but avoid obsession, of course.

Keep on with your jar and see what the results are. Did your mother freak out when she saw it? Did she touch it? If not, then your spell has probably not been affected. If she had gotten angry, yelled at you or picked up the jar then I'd say "remake the jar and start again".

You have been falsely told, by someone who has read my materials but did not understand them, that when i was young i was taught by a man who said to "watch and wait for signs for three days, and if there are no signs, then look for movement for three weeks, and if there is no completion in three months, the spell has failed." Someone is trying to turn this concept of how to watch and wait and look and hope into a role-playing game thing where the outcome is PREDICTED to happen at these specified intervals. NOT SO. 3. You may pray as often as you wish, but it is customary to do so at regular intervals, not at random times. Follow your heart, though -- you are doing great so far.

Umm.. I'm using the honey jars from the kit, with the metal lid. And in the past few days (I light daily) the flame always grows quite high at the end and well, it makes the lid pop a little, and sometimes that throws bits of sparks, even quite far.
Despite keeping everything fire safe I'm quite concerned by that. The popping sound always freaks me and my dog out too lol
It's really weird as I have 2 honey jars which I've been working for a while now (one about 3 weeks, the other over a month) and they both started doing this the past few days.
I've asked here before about cleaning the lid and was told it's not a must to do it so I kept it as it is.. currently no wax residue (one of them had a lot of wax which recently got cleaned during a burn) on either of them, just bits of wicks that always catch on fire at the end, making the flame larger. The flame has been doing that for a while but only in the last few days it actually makes the lid pop a bit from the heat and throw the sparks.

so a. what can be done to make this safer? put in a metal bowl maybe? or start lighting the candles in my bathroom? or clean the lid?
b. does this actually mean anything? I wonder how come it only started happening lately and to BOTH jars.. (both same target, different intentions)

Things have been developing slowly with my jar. The first candle I used was a pink votive which left wax everywhere. There was a heart but also some tears. I kept going but this time with small birthday candles. I have had the twin flame effect a few times. And things seem to be improving.

Last night I lit a birthday candle which took so long to go out. Must have been m ore than an hour because I fell asleep waiting for it to turn off. When I woke up all ther old wax residue was gone. I was amazed because a tiny wick soaked up all that old wax and left it perfectly clean. What can this mean? I kind of saw it as cleaning up a mess since thats what the tiny wick did. Anyone else agree?

I am trying to stick to the mantra of slow and steady wins the race but after seeing such rapid results with my honey jar, I think I am over thinking! I literally lit one 2 Wednesdays ago, got a call and a visit Friday. Then I decided to keep working it everyday which gave me another visit and a phone call this past Tuesday. I've still been working it everyday but haven't had any other responses when I reach out.

This honey jar is for reconciling with a former boyfriend who is seeing someone. I have just started my Crown of Success Spell kit today, will begin a Break up kit in January and a Reconciliation Kit in Feb with some vigil lights coming this week to light in addition.

Last night as I was dozing off, I thought of doing a honey jar for the "new girl" so that she would lose interest and fall for someone else. Would this be correct? My intuition is that the two of them aren't really head over heels, it just happened with both of them just available at the same time. From speaking with the ex, he is friendlier and more appreciative. When he spoke about us once, he had mentioned he was confused and didn't know what to think. It was suggested that I do a skull candle to remove the confusion, but I don't feel that more is better. Should I just continue with my plan as is and add the additional honey jar for the new girl?
