No, it was not the anger.
Many people are angry and rightfully so with work environments that are a nightmare, gossip,etc. Yes, there are products for those conditions.
The concern I was referring to was, " ...they did not ask me about the issue first". (they are not required to because the child is more important) As a Teacher, you should know this, even if you did nothing wrong.
The full story was not there in the post.
There is a responsibility for the child to report anything. The child and the care of the child are the most important.

I agree with that fully.

And yes, like you wrote, there is an element of this story I didn't share. The youth of concern is my step-son. I take my step-son to school (he attends where I teach). The colleague saw me get out of the car with him early in the morning and wasn't aware that I was his step-dad. The colleague wondered if something was awry with this and talked to the principal. My logical mind says that this colleague was doing the right thing, to be careful and put the child first.

But my feelings were hurt and angry that I would be seen in this way, as someone would do something harmful to someone else. It made me feel bad. But, as you say, the child is the main concern, and everything by the end of the day was cleared up. My partner (my step-son's mother) talked to the principal right away and made sure everyone knew what the situation was.

I understand. A Honey jar would be helpful. I would also recommend stop gossip products. Work with Boss Fix for the principle. Or not take it seriously. A few days ago on my laptop on and left two pages about spiritual topics, that was left on my computer. I always told him to ask me if I'm finished with the computer before he goes on it but he didn't and because he is so strict on this kind of thing I was wondering is there anything I can do to make him forget about what he saw. Stick to Confusion oil as opposed to inflammatory of confusion because inflammatory may cause some fighting.

I would actually use a purple candle with some Confusion oil, and perhaps some Controlling oil to make him confused about what he saw. You would be controlling his mind to not be able to make sense of what he saw, and just plain forget.

Black mustard seeds are for keeping away the law by making them confused. BUT they are used in confusion work for general people as well. Another option or addition are poppy seeds.

Yes you should carve his name in the candle. As for the petition, I would say something like "May (target's name) be confused about the spiritual work he has seen on my computer. Please confused him to not be able to make sense of it in his mind, and may it leave his mind that has seen it. Allow him to not speak of what he has seen."

Something to that effect.

I use purple because its for controlling. You want to control them to forget and be confused about what they seen. Yes you can roll it in the oil but that could get a bit messy, but you could roll it in the poppy seeds.

Simply having the confusion bottle around is not going to have bad energy.

You want to work a honey jar to sweeten your customers up to you.

You can freeze out any customer who talks bad about you: get a plastic freezer bag, and write on a slip of paper "All customers who talk bad about my business (write the business name". Fold the paper away from you and put it in the bag. Add some Alum to shut their mouths. Fill the bag with some water and seal it, and throw it in the freezer.

Someone sent me an email looking for help. She writes:

"I am looking for the strongest spell you can have.

"My best friend fell out with me in 2009 after her boyfriend at the time raped me when I was unconscious at a party. When I found out what happened the next morning I confided in another friend and she advised me not to tell my best friend as it would deeply hurt her. Stupidly I followed her advice even though I could hardly look at my best friend as I was racked with guilt and kept blaming myself for what had happened. My 'friend' I confided in told my best friend what happened, but twisted every word and made out I was well aware if the situation and had done it on purpose.

"After a year my best friend met up with me and we cleared the air, I explained what had actually happened but she became best friends with the 'friend' I confided in and she never believed me.

"We've been in each others company a few times and we've been nice to each other but I know her to well and I know behind her fake smile and niceness she hates me and is very hurt.

First, when people ask for the "strongest spell," that usually mmeans they are unfamiliar with this work. I would tell her that her dedication to the work is very important and that a simple spell done with great conviction may succeed where a complex spell done without belief will fail.

Next, she needs two spells:

1) Break Up for her ex-best friend and the other friend who came between them. Since she is unfamiliar with this work, i would recommend the Break Up Spell Kit, which you can read about here:

I used to work with a woman that did nothing all day but spread gossip. I was close to my boss and believed that I was doing a good job as I was always being praised by him. last week I ended up in the emergency room with a panic attack and high blood pressure. When I returned to work the next day my boss wrote me up for two disciplinary actions that were untrue. When I refused to sign the warnings he said I had to resign which I did. I know that my co-worker had something to do with this action because they day before I had my panic attack I was on the phone with a client and told that person that I was stressed out due to the voluminous amount of work. This co-worker over heard my conversation and according to another co-worker the day that I was sick the gossiper told my boss what she over heard. I know that I can't do anything to get my job back but is there something I can do to this gossiper to send her back all of the trouble she has caused me? I want my revenge its the only therapy that will help me get over this. Thank you.

In terms of your business, have you done Road Opening/Van Van to clear obstacles and open the road to success for your business, followed by drawing work to bring in customers/sales etc? ...and protection....I may be asking something you have previous posted. I think your questions are depending on if you have some of your co-workers personal concerns or not. If you got that you should use a seperate namepaper for each of them. (But it is maybe a practical question as well. Will they all fit in the bottle?

)

If you don't have any personal traces and don't know for sure which one of your coworkers is sticking out his/her tounge the most influencing others to gossip, it is maybe better to be more general to put them all in and write "co-workers" and company name and cross it with your own.

If you want to shut her up, get a black skull candle and carve out the mouth. Stuff the open hole with Alum and Red Pepper, then use some black string to tie the herbs into the mouth, like a gag. Carve this woman's name on the candle and pray that her mouth will be shut and if she speaks about you, her words will burn.

If you want to work with a fixed candle, I'd use Run Devil Run to run off the "devils" in your business. Then use a candle like Wealthy Way or Crown of Success to build up your own successful business.

Your question, "Is it a good idea?" is not something we can answer for you. We also cannot answer the question you asked about what is the "best way."

We are dealing in traditional folk magic and there are many similar spells, each favoured by one person or one family or one culture over another. You are asking a question similar to, "What is the best recipe for cake?' These is no "best way" to make cake, only personal favourites.

jwmcclin wasn't asking you if you were on the board of directors, she was asking you who was making the purchasing proposition: a single person or a committee/board.

For the I Can You Can't, you can use purple candles. Wether you work waxing or waning will depend on how you word your petition. If you write ''Merger fails'' then work waning. If you write ''My command succeeds'' then work waxing.

However, based on the last paragraph where you state the two goals you have, perhaps you can consider the following possibility:

How do I fight against envy?
I used to be pretty good friends with someone--or so I thought. We worked on a project, and I found out a lot of things about him that I dislike.
He is very insecure and immature about how to handle things (via text instead of calling, really now?). He thought I was trying to take over, when in reality I just wanted to make sure things ran smoothly...and they didn't, because he "had everything taken care of" at the end and didn't follow through fully. The event has actually been shrinking in support throughout the years thanks to this type of behavior.
At events unrelated to the project we worked on, unrelated to his field, and unrelated to anything he does, he eyed me with sheer envy as I was talking to leaders in an industry I am interested in. This dude hates my guts. I don't want his negative energy affecting my current and future success in any manner.

What products do you recommend?
