Spells for Legally Breaking or Modifying a Lease
So, in terms of getting out of a lease agreement without incurring too much financial turmoil, how would one go about that? Definitely a honey jar...but are there any other thoughts that comes to anyone's mind?

A honey jar, and Essence of Bendover, are both excellent options.
On the more mundane level, most landlords are far more likely to be willing to arrange for a sublet, or in some cases, even terminate a lease agreement early, if you provide them with someone who is responsible, financially stable, and wants to rent the space you are vacating. In the absence of a solid tenant to take your place (and pay the rent), most landlords are likely to hold you financially responsible for the remainder of the lease.
So consider some Attraction work (and perhaps some flyers around town) to draw a suitable stable, prosperous replacement tenant.

I'm trying to get out of my apartment but apparently I can't legally cut my lease until July 1. I want to either convince them to put my apartment back on the market (so, should someone ELSE decide to lease my apartment, I be cut early) or reconsider letting me cut earlier. Any ideas?

If you include to hot herbs in your jar, and work it 3 times a day you can get things moving with it. Honey jars don't HAVE to be slow work.

What Devi Spring said - honey jars are not slow, but they have a reputation for being slow because they are long-term work; you can work them for years if necessary, which is why they're popular for court cases.

I like a honey jar for modifying a lease, permitting a sublet, or getting other favours, such as late payment, an extra parking space, free storage space, replacement of damaged items, and so forth, but when i comes to actually breaking a lease. I would use something along the lines of Five Finger Grass to get favours granted or Separation to break away from the person to whom the lease has attached you.

I truly need help!!! I just signed a new lease & I have section 8, it's my son & me. The community is no good & im on the verge of losing my son to this place. They pay all my rent & the lease starts on the 1st of january2013. Can the contract be broken? can we be moved to a much better place because I am discouraged. I also need t stay home more & rid the negative friends & influnces. I need him on his own path without the piggybacking him or taking control of him. I am his mother but respect other women(mothers). I need to be better & so does he. His job is simple, hes homeschooled this is his last year & needs to get a job for himself. Needless to say, he agrees then a few days he comes with some new idea that includes him not finishing HS, moving out & having a roommate. Hes done this 6 different times with 6 different boys. He's always the only one in school or has a path, again that path changes to helps "friends:x." I know the move far from this area is best for us both. Please help because I really want to move& rid ourselves from this environement, thank you for taking the time to read.

Now, as for breaking the lease, this is not easy. I would use a combination of Separation Oil, Master Oil, and Do As I Say Oil on a double action white and black candle. Butt the light and burn it upside down, asking for the situation to be reversed and for you to have the power to convince them to let you move. My landlady won't break the lease she already told me that. She states that she wants to keep me happy, so im confused. I will still order the black/white candle to change my luck our ways. I do have a boyfriend (8yrs) he wants to just get a house so can I do for that. I'm not totally stuck I just have o be smart about my next move. Also, while I am here what can I do to at least feel better about this issue. I also looked up the other stuff my son & thank you for that. My neighbor is selling his house to a friend and I would prefer that he sell it to me. I have approached him directly but he says that he and his friend are "close to a contract." I need to intervene but I am unclear about the best course of action:
1. a break up spell? i'm trying to break up their deal, not their relationship so the normal love-focused stuff doesn't seem quite on point.
2. commanding spell? am i commanding the neighbor to reconsider? or is it better to try to create discord between the seller and the potential buyer?
3. move away spell? i want the potential buyer to go away but he doesn't currently live there.
all thoughts appreciated.

So, I would Hot foot the friend and goofer dust the property so that he doesn't want to come back. (but I like to take DIRECT action). Just make sure that you state your intentions when laying it down.

So I recently found my "unicorn" house. I big 37.5k ABOVE asking price and was beat by 5k... So I submitted a back-up offer on the house. This means if the current deal falls through then I will get the house! And I really, really want this house.

Do I perform a spell to have the current deal fail or do I perform a spell to get the house? My current plan is to burn a couple candles (green and yellow?) with the sales brochure, write my wishes on a piece of paper and burn them during the chant. But what chant should I use? Hello everyone and thank you for your time in reading this. I had signed a lease in the state of Pa. I could not afford the lease and told the landlords do to my potential roommates bailing on me. This was before I could even move in. They made a deal with me to pay 2 months and maybe they could find someone else. Unfortunately I could not come up with the 2nd month. It is 1200 and that is 3 weeks pay. I told them it was only a possibility that I could make the second. I never even received the keys. Or entered the property. I need them to go away and send and negativity back to them since they are cause me stress and anxiety. The husband is also a lawyer.

I’ve been reading, researching, and mildly practicing for a while now but I consider myself a definite newbie. I see that we are not to post new topics and this is the closest thread I could find but still not exact.
My lease is up for termination or renewal in June 2020. I’ve asked my landlord to renew for 6 months instead of the usual year renewal. He’s declined the offer and instead countered with 11 months or termination. 6 months was already a stretch so the counteroffer is definitely unfavorable.
I’m looking for a spell to help him reconsider and agree with my original ask of 6 months.

Before breaking your lease, you should know your rights. Most rental agreements outline some valid reasons and procedures to break your lease. So make sure your reason is valid. Rental agreement allows you to break the lease under special circumstances such as divorce or death of significant other, these reasons are valid to break the lease.
The reason which is I am going to tell you may be you’ll be unaware of it, if your landlord makes unannounced visits, or don’t give you 24 hours notice before visiting your place then you can go to small claims court. After obtaining the court’s order, you can start the lease termination process.
Another way is that you can compromise with your landlord and you have to face minimum loss. Because when you break your lease, then your landlord also has to face significant financial losses.

I couldn't find this spell anywhere on the forum, and it's the opposite of the forum subject.
A friend is selling their home and they want to keep their home the way it has been since the 1700s, but unfortunately they accepted the offer of someone who to my knowledge, will try to flip it and modify everything in that home.
Is there a spell to fail and destroy a real estate transaction? Maybe to make the buyers back out or have their loan not be approved by the bank? Thank you

You can use crossing, you can use Inflammatory confusion, skull candles, to influence their thoughts, a 7 knob candle with the prayer for it to fail and dress it with the oils mentioned, burn one knob a day. Can add the buyers and the bank into a vinegar jar to cause trouble.
The sellers may be able to pull out but that would be best to discuss with a lawyer and use court case products.

My wife and land I (plus an additional problematic roommate) all live in a rent controlled apartment in San Francisco, CA. SF is very expensive real estate market so it’s like gold to have inexpensive (relatively) rent! There are a lot of protections for us as tenants. However, my wife has lived in this apartment for 20+ years and there are now a lot of issues with the property. I can’t stress enough how much of a “slumlord” the landlord is. They don’t fix anything. They owe my wife almost $12k in overpayments of PGE. The upstairs neighbors are so abusive we were granted a three year restraining order against them by the courts. Long story short, yes it’s great having cheap rent but there are a lot of issues. In fact the unit they are renting to us is an illegal unit and technically a lawyer can make the case that they should reimburse all the money we have paid over the last 20 years.
Cut to post covid our landlords informed us that they are selling the building. The building is estimated to sell for 1.3 million on Zillow. They will no doubt be attempting an Ellis Act Eviction. We are in the process of finding a good lawyer to help us.
We would like to:
A) delay our move out for at least 6-8 months. Technically we can delay it a year from when they try to evict us because I am disabled but we could potentially be swayed to move sooner.
B) we would like a significant settlement to move out. Some people get $200,000 on the high end. We would like to be on the high end of a buyout. Houses that are empty sell for 20% more. Also, having us move out they could re-rent the property at a higher rate in the future, potentially up to 400% more than we pay. This is all valuable for negotiating.
What I have to work with:
- I captured the landlord and the realtor’s foot tracks with salt today when they came to take pictures and measurements of the place.
- I have the pictures of the landlords and realtor.
- I have the birthdates of the landlord
- I have the signature of the landlord
- I have paperwork the landlord asked us to fill out for the realtor
What kind of workings would you suggest? There will be showings so I can also potentially lay workings in the future during the showings.

Cut to post covid our landlords informed us that they are selling the building. The building is estimated to sell for 1.3 million on Zillow. They will no doubt be attempting an Ellis Act Eviction. We are in the process of finding a good lawyer to help us.
We would like to:
A) delay our move out for at least 6-8 months. Technically we can delay it a year from when they try to evict us because I am disabled but we could potentially be swayed to move sooner.
B) we would like a significant settlement to move out. Some people get $200,000 on the high end. We would like to be on the high end of a buyout. Houses that are empty sell for 20% more. Also, having us move out they could re-rent the property at a higher rate in the future, potentially up to 400% more than we pay. This is all valuable for negotiating.
What I have to work with:
- I captured the landlord and the realtor’s foot tracks with salt today when they came to take pictures and measurements of the place.
- I have the pictures of the landlords and realtor.
- I have the birthdates of the landlord
- I have the signature of the landlord
- I have paperwork the landlord asked us to fill out for the realtor
What kind of workings would you suggest? There will be showings so I can also potentially lay workings in the future during the showings.

I am very sorry to hear about the housing issue! I do hope you get a lawyer to handle and facilitate this, and also make sure you tell the lawyer what you want from it. Because this does include legal aspects I would strongly suggest using court case products to assist you with this case, dressing paperwork with the sachet powder, smoking it in the incense, burning candles with the oil.

You can use the footprint in a few ways, one is if you want to drag this out, you can add it to a confusion jar so that he is mixed up and not able to get the house sold easily. Another method is adding the foot to a commanding jar, mix it with commanding herbs like licorice, calamus root, you can mix it with the sachet powder, or a way Miss Bri taught in the Black Folder (she uses it in a love spell, also referenced in the Hoodoo Honey and Sugar Spells book pg 32), to mix domination herbs in a jar with the incense powder and shake it, as you do tell him what to think and do, this would work great if you have a photo of him, tape him into the inside of the jar and when you shake it or turn it you say a command.

I think the apartment management is tampering with my mail and purposely putting off maintenance requests due to me complaining about mold.
They changed the locks to my mailbox. They over charge for water bill.
I do not trust these people. The only thing i've done is burning a reversal but i need direct work.
I cant seem to get an attorney to even talk to me about breaking the lease. I want out.
What work can i do to get out of my lease without penalty?
Im at the point of being willing to pay for root work.

So my husband and I are 4 months into a 12 month lease for an apartment we still don't feel at home in. We can hardly afford the rent, well, we pretty much can't at this point, plus we hate it here. It has not been a good experience since the day we moved in. There was an ant problem among moving in (I have a phobia of ants:/ we moved from our last apartment partially because of a bug problem) and my daughter has been seeing things here for a while now, she is scared to sleep in her room and talks about seeing monsters often. Theres a bunch of other stuff but I digress.
I've been talking about moving within the next couple of months, hopefully before the end of winter, mostly because my mother said she should be coming into some money around that time and would help me get out. But its looking like I shouldn't be counting on that.
I found an apartment my husband and I looooove it's pretty much my dream place and it's cheaper and in a part of town that's closer to everything (we spend so much money on gas living this far from places we go every day). I'm tired of passing up places I want when I'm living somewhere I don't want to, and when it's time to move nothing like this is ever available so we always settle for less quality and higher rent.
Anyway, when we signed this lease the landlord noted we haven't stayed anywhere long (we have moved around a lot in the last 3 years due to many different circumstances, from covid to finances to gun violence). So even though there's an early termination clause in the lease (forfeit deposit + pay rent until unit is re-rented), I'm afraid it will be hard to get out of the lease because the landlord was iffy on us already and I really don't want to have to keep paying the rent after moving. Like I said, finances.
We are also in a little debt to our last apartment for damage charges which we plan to pay as soon as we have the money. I add this because it will make it harder to be approved for the apartment we want. We will both have enough money to handle debt consolidation and moving somewhere else in January.
I am comfortable with doing many workings for this situation. I need to
A) keep the apartment we want on the market until we can get the money to move in January (without causing or maintaining present issues with said apartment if possible).
B) Get out of this lease without having to continue paying rent.
C) Make sure we get approved for the new apartment when the time comes.

I am going to be frank with you. The requests you have are many, and what you hope to bring to the situation is little. Waiting on your mother to help you and your husband and child financially is something that seems selfish. She may love you, but it's her money and you must learn to make your own way in the world now that you have a child of your own. She may give you a gift, but don't be begging her for rent money.
Second, you owe money to your previous landlord for damages and have not paid that off yet. Pay that first. If that landlord takes you to court, then it becomes a matter of public record and any landlord in your state who does a background check may refuse to rent to you.
Well, having gotten that off my chest, i will say that your plan may be the wrong way to go about getting your dream rental. In other words, right now, i advise you to
1) Clean up the past debt for damages to avoid a court case.
2) Pay off your credit card debt and never use credit cards again.
3) Set aside money every week for your next move when this current lease expires.
4) Stay current with your rental payments where you are to keep your credit good.
I advise you to start with a Money Stay With Me spell. The amount you set aside each week should be in PHYSICAL money, not numbers in a bank account.You will need THREE pieces of currency per week
1) To pay off your old landlord for past damages.
2) To pay off your credit card debt.
3) To save money for getting your new place.

I moved into a location for my business that is over-priced have been there 3 months & have not had ONE client from that area. A handful of my old clients are driving far to me. I have had mail misplaced & lost a lot of clients moving there. I would like to break my lease the best least expensive way & move back to my old area.
Any suggestions? I did buy Separation oil.

I found out the leasing manager at the office space that i rent gave a mailbox key to a new tenant who had leased because of me, but i never received a mailbox key. When i asked him he brushed it off last month, then i texted him about it this month & he ignored me. I want to add i pay a lot more, have been there longer, & am already not 100% happy, there so this made me even more upset.
I feel discriminated against & feels like hes playing favoritism due to race. And i HATE to bring up race but its evident. Now the energy seems weird. I would like to know what can i use to separate in peaceful ways. i don't want to be there anymore; i feel utterly disrespected & now resentful.
I also want to add that i do believe they are spiritual & perform spells as well, so what can i do discretely, possibly away from the building
