Spells to Fix Problems With Boss, Manager, Co-Worker

What products should someone use to keep another out of town on a temporary basis? This is not a coworker of mine, and these assignments would be for weeks at a time, but of course the person would go back home in between.

He doesn't want to go out of town, so he pushes all out of town assignments off to other coworkers. How would I make sure this person gets all of the out of town assignments from his boss?

This in a sense is like temporary hot footing / banishing.

What i would recommend is Boss Fix so that the boss gives him the out of town assignments, and Compelling on a skull candle so that so he must take the assignments.

Thanks miss cat! That's a good combo. There are no personal concerns from the boss but only of the person. This person is my roommate.

She's been here for 1 month and only til the end of June. She keeps blowing out my tea lights. I told her not to and its spiritual work but she obviously has some sort of fire phobia and won't stop.

I figure if her boss gives her all of the out of town work, she can travel and stay the hell out of my business. She's so close to getting "IT". I don't want to go there but she's pushing it with my candles.

Have no idea of who boss is. Only know the Gov. agency worked for and there are over 10 thousand employees in agency. I've searched and searched. Its difficult if not impossible when it comes to finding out who someone's boss is within this type of organization.

Is there another work I can do to exclude the boss or influence the boss without picture?
Or make it so the roommate wants more out of town assignments although he is very adimate about not wanting to travel. Once the boss passes the work out, the employee has no choice in the matter.

Hello,

I need to end a relationship with a client.

Last year i got to know this couple, he's a chiropractor and his girlfriend has major health issues. He suggested that we barter services. At that point I thought it was a good idea, as i had some back issues.

so i started seeing his girlfriend and he reciprocated with about 8 sessions or so. Now it has come to the point, where i don't want to treat his girlfriend anymore and i have not been in to get treated as i no longer need his services. In addition, i don't like this woman's energy, there is something about her that wigs me out. Last night we were at a party and right away this chiropractor started infringing on my good time to discuss his girlfriends medical issues, which he does at all these parties that i see him at - that was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I don't want to hurt this woman in ANY way. I want her to stop calling me for appointments and i don't want to see her any longer, nor do i wish to receive her long winded emails etc. It would be nice if i could just come out and tell them i no longer wish to see her, but i can't seem to bring myself to do that.

So on the way home i was thinking of a freezer spell to freeze her out of my life.....which is what brings me to this forum to ask the great minds for advice and suggestions. As stated before, i just want her to stop bothering, and i no longer want her in my office or her emailing me about all her medical issues. I want to end this relationship with them especially her.

I was thinking the freezer spell too. I would freezer both of them out as if you freeze her out, he may still call you to set up appts, etc.

Another suggestion would be separation products. You would be ending the relationship on amicable terms, and that would be that.

If you wanted you could use influence, do as i say, commanding, controlling, or essence of bend over. Perhaps you may want to start with do as I say. and work your way up if they do not stop in these products.

As usual, thanks for your brilliant advice. I had a few more thoughts if i could pick your grey matter some more.

Would i make separate name papers for each of them?
What would be the most effective command in this situation? "go away, stop calling me, be gone? any better suggestions? and i have all those oils you listed, i know oil and water don't mix but i was going to 5 spot the name paper with do as i say anyway. Do you suggest adding any hot pepper and poppy seeds to this brew as well?

Also, being that we attend 1-2 pot luck parties per month, i am bound to bump into them and i am not about to stop going to these parties just to avoid them....so i thought of maybe getting rid of them from these parties, after all i have been attending these parties way before them. I was thinking of using hot foot sachet banish them from these houses where the parties are held. I appreciate any advice.

I just want to say that Essence of Bend Over has an element of humiliation in it. If you can't bring yourself to confront this irritating client, is it that you're too tender-hearted to humiliate her? If so, Bend Over is not the optimal choice.

Again, this may be too harsh. Hot Foot has hot stuff in it and generates a lot of drama. Separation may be a better choice.

That was a great explanation of those formulas....thanks for the warning on the Hot Foot, i prefer drama free whenever possible.
I will just stick with the freezer spell for now....and yes unfortunately i am too tender- hearted, i need to get thicker skin.

If you do not want to use essence of bend over then use one of the others that I listed. Also, banishing is another milder for of hot foot so you can use that if you feel you are tender-hearted.

you could try using Road Opener products, I like using the oil on a candle along with a petition paper. You could state something like"Open the roads for room mate to travel for work as often as possible" Maybe also some Compelling oil on the candle, as well as on anything the room mate will be touching, while you call out the prayers for her to take the out of town assignments.

I feel that we are not communicating well because what you asked in the first place -- to "temporarily hot foot" him -- is inappropriate, and now you won't do the one spell (a boss fix) that is recommended, but want another spell "to exclude the boss" -- which makes no sense, since it is the boss who decides the assignments.

I do not agree with Preppie Roots to do a Road Opener spell. His roads ARE open. His roads are NOT closed.

If you know that he has a job, and you know the name of the agency, write "boss of XXX agency" or whatever it is. Do not try to complicate this. Do not try to work some other inappropriate spell.

You just need the boss to assign him out of town. Hence a BOSS FIX spell is the right spell.

Why are you burning tealights in the office at all? Use your sneaky tricks: dressing papers with powder, doorknobs and refrigerator handles with oil, tracking oils around the workplace, wearing a mojo bag in your bra, etc.

As I see it, the element of surprise is too good a weapon to throw away. I never let a target know he is being worked on -- except, of course, for clients and friends who want positive work for themselves.

I have done this-- and have recommended it to others. I had a full blown alter set. If this is wrong, I stand corrected. If it is right, and I believe it was, then set the lights (Blessing, Prosperity,Hotfoot, etc.)

My daughter is a manager at a worldwide known restaurant - don't want to mention the name. Her bosses nephew also works there but didn't pass 6 manager tests. Now the nephew is jealous of my daughter & trying to get her fired. Long story short, he lies on her, causes problems & calls his uncle "the manager" and makes up stories, etc. He says that's his uncle and he can do whatever he wants & his uncle will believe whatever he says.

How can I help her save her job & get this guy FIRED!!

Hi all.

I recently started doing janitorial work for a company (which I enjoy by the way) and my boss loves my work (and so does everybody else).

Problem is, there is obviously someone on the job trying to make my job harder out of pure hatred an jealously.

Every other day when I come in there is a footprint on the wall of someone who seems to be just jealous for some odd reason. Now I may be wrong but I am suspecting it is my supervisor because in an office of 12 people these same foot prints seem to be around his desk only and there are no tracks leading to the door where the person would have entered. It's as if he purposely puts them there to see if I've mopped around his desk ect. He's also said and done other things in the past month that I've been there that are too numerous to mention.

I have access to all the restrooms/locker rooms, breakroom, his office (desk, chair, wastebasket ect.) the main boss's (his boss) office (desk, chair, wastebasket ect) their personal bathroom, breakfast nook (coffee pot, fridge, sink).

I named these things so that someone can tell me how to work with the products that I've ordered: Boss Fix (oil and powder) Run Devil, Run (oil) and am thinking about ordering Hot Foot.

I've thought about putting a few drops of Run Devil Run oil in a spray bottle and spraying the door handles with it (and since I am a stickler for disinfecting, the employees will be none the wiser

)

Also, the next time I change the toilet paper dispenser of the bosses' bathroom I intend to sprinkle a little Boss Fix on the side of the roll.

Would the Run Devil, Run oil be okay diluted in a spray bottle or should I use it straight (just don't want anyone to be suspicious).

Oh, by the way he told me one day last week to walk around the whole building to look for trash, graffiti ect. and that I could spend at least an hour doing this. Any ideas on dressing corners of the building with powders oils ect. While doing this, should I use Run Devil Run (to run the devil off the premises) or Boss Fix?

Can anyone give me any other ideas on how to deal with this situation?

Make sure you get as much of that foot print up and into a ziplock for some foot-track work later on. Take a small dustpan, hold it under the foot print, and try to brush off as much of the footprint as possible. That is a DIRECT connection to the person making your work harder and you have access to it that will raise absolutely no red flags!

Like Joseph said, get the foot tracks. That's old, powerful work, and you can a lot with it. I would think Boss Fix work would be a good start. Work on the bosses you have access to, and use them to solve any other employee problems. If anyone is tenacious in the face of the boss work, you can focus on them, slecifically. With the access you have, it shouldn't be hard.

Thanks guys. Yes, I did think of getting the footprint (and I will the next time it happens). In the meantime how do I "fix" the office/building. Should I sprinkle Run Devil Run and/or Boss Fix powders when I make my daily rounds. Also, what about spraying water laced with Run Devil, Run oil, or should I use it straight ('cause I heard it's a hot oil) on the bathroom door handles. Also, I have thought about using Boss Fix bath crystals in a solution of water and some of my urine to wipe down the desk of the boss while stating what I want him to do. Would that be a good way to use it?

Just today she was given a negative evaluation (her second), which will prevent her from working for the summer, and she really needs the money. Stop Gossip and Boss Fix supplies come to mind Sands.

She can dust her workplace with the powders or add some oil to a spray bottle full of water, shake it up, and then spritz the bathroom and lunchroom with her fixed ''air freshener''. Getting those supervisors into a Boss Fix honey jar can also be helpful as an adjunct to the contact work on the job. Finally, having MISC back things up with a light or two (or three) can help back things up and address the situation on a number of levels.

The Boss Fix oil can also be mixed with a little Florida Water or Hoyt's Cologne (or both) because since both these perfumes are alcohol-based, they will mix well with the oil Plus, Florida Water banishes negativity and Hoyt's Cologne is lucky

I'm a member of a very small (as in, normally only three of us!) loss prevention team for a chain store. For some reason, after spending time at another store in our region, the store manager has suddenly become very antagonistic towards my team. We had been working two of us overnight (myself and another, doing the majority of the work, since it's considerably easier without any customers about), and one of us during the day (the team head, doing paper work, research, etc.). However, after returning to our store from his time in the other one, he decided to split the team further, leaving me overnight by myself to do 90% (or more!) of the work on my own, which ultimately caused a team member to quit. He's become more antagonistic towards us, and we honestly do not know why or how to rectify it through mundane means.

I don't want to harm the man, but I would like him to turn back to my/our side. I was thinking of a black and white mojo bag, tied with a blue cord, with lemongrass, sea salt, dragonsblood, crab shell powder, cat's eye shell, and selenite, fixed with Boss Fix oil. The lemongrass/sea salt mix was a gift from my beloved best friend before she moved, to help and protect me, and I have her permission and blessing to use it.

My brother just spent all of his money relocating to take a new job and its a nightmare. Not only are they paying him a lot less than they said they would, but his boss is a total jerk. He is basically hazing him like an idiot frat boy and there's nothing my brother can do. The boss calls him things like shitface, dickhead, dumbass etc in front of the whole office, doesn't let him use his cell phone at work (everyone else can) and is discriminating against him in multiple ways.

getting him to leave/move is impractical and i don't want to do anything to hurt him... The best case scenario would be to change his awful words to sweet ones and make him somehow treat my brother like gold instead of crap.

Whatever this is, has to happen fast. My bro is super sensitive and this sort of work environment would not be good for anyone... thanks in advance!

You can do some Stop Gossip work on the boss; for a direct influence, get some Stop Gossip sachet powder, have your brother mix it with the local dirt to blend it in and sprinkle it around the office where his boss will walk, to get him to step in it.

A sweetening jar will also work to sweeten the boss to him. I recommend Boss Fix.

An evil co-worker who I definately want to hot foot leaves her gym shoes in the locker room during her shift everyday. I have looked at the inside of the shoe and it (the insert) is black. Now I know we are supposed to mix it with dirt (and I have). What I want to know is should I sprinkle a little on the black insert (which may stick out like a sore thumb if she pays attention) or just lift the insert and place it there? I just have this thing about the powder mix being as close to her body as possible. Would it matter magically if it were under the insert of her gym shoes as long as it is in there? Thanks.

I would have gone with ashes rather then dirt in this case, unless its sifted fine dirt can leave a gritty feel in shoes. In any case putting it under the insert should be just fine.

Okay I have decided it is time to get crackin' and soon, so here is what I have; jar, honey, 7 white candles, boss fix oil, boss fix incense powder, bayberry root--

My plan was on a specific day and time this week to; light the incense, write out my personal sigil (made from the bosses name and my intention) on a dollar bill, charge it, rub aforementioned bill with ginger and cinnamon and root, put in it honey jar (do I add honey first or after?), seal, rub candle with boss fix oil and burn on jar daily for seven days... am I missing anything? Also-- I realized, I have no idea how to use this incense lol and I don't have self lighting charcoal, any other thoughts?

The incense is self-lighting; no need for charcoal. Just pinch it into a cone (or use a candle snuffer) and light it.

hello everyone,

I have a co-worker who is awful. She lies, she doesnt do ANYTHING and tries to not only put her work off on other people but later takes the credit for anything good and anything bad she has no idea about. This is starting to affect me because I am new in this company and it will be a my word against hers type of thing (though i started documenting our conversations). I dont want my job in jeopardy because of this person! Also my bosses dont seem to even notice that she doesnt do anything! I would definitely think she has them under some sort of workings because i dont see any other explanation. My own boss has started doing HER work.

I recently moved to Uruguay (She works for the Brazil Branch) so we are not together on a day to day but we do Skype and email. I had to leave my powders and herbs back in NYC because I wasnt sure how customs works. I do have the hotfoot oil which I managed to bring along. What can I do with this oil from Uruguay since she is in Brazil? I could try to get a pen she uses or something of hers also from one of my co-workers when they fly down.

Hi all,
Please could anyone most kindly, give me what in their experience is best to do ... to get this achieved...
Need to get a very nasty person removed/gone/sacked as she has non-stop-bullied and upset so many people, now I must do something for my friend whom I'm worried for, as she's off work with genuine stress, depressed and upset.
There are 3 supervisors who would be the ones to sack her the culprit - I pray they do so! I have pictures of them and the culpritt too.
As there's is so much that can be done, and I must choose something strong and powerful .... SO I humbly ask ...

Would this be best done with a vinegar jar, or hot foot spell kit, or another spell of some kind? What work is best here?

Any guidance or thoughts are appreciated and much respected. You are welcome to pm me

Sigh.. yes it's always best to put it out there and get some ideas before rushing in

Last thing... As its a 9 days practice.... I was thinking ... do hot foot spell in the mornings .... and then do boss-fix jar in the evenings ... (I'll keep jar going for a lot longer than 9 days though) ... But in one day the 2 things are done ? Then with a cleanse - clear- protect, at very start and then after each hot-foot spell session? Could that be a plan possibly? or keep separate to get best result?

You can work both spells at the same time, particularly in this case where the simultaneous action of the two is desired. Just make sure to cleanse after the hot-foot work and keep yourself protected throughout. Your idea of starting with a cleanse and protect is great.

Honestly in a situation like this with unfair work ethics and an abusive boss I would not recommend anything else than to work with Saint Martha, she specializes in situations as this and is very powerful in resolving them. Perhaps buy some SnakeSkin Or Oil and prepare an alter for her. You can make her an offering of pure black coffee on a tuesday and prepare a 9 Day prayer for her. Be warned however that she is a very powerful saint and is not to be misused because as easily as she can help is as easily as she can make things worse, especially if she doesn't see fit to help. She really isn't recommended for novices especially if you are unsure of your position. However if you do decide to work with her she is a great Saint and protector of her children !

I teach at a high school, and my class sizes are very high.
I am wondering what kind of hoodoo working I might do to limit my class sizes.
It is not that I want other teachers to have more students than I have in my class.
I just want students spread around so I don't have more students in my class than other teachers.

The counselors at my school are the ones who mostly control schedules and placement of students in classes, especially when students change classes early in the term.

Why do you want to make the size of your class to be less if in your class there are teaching more student than other?

I've done some searching and can't quite find what I'm looking for. I'm currently working on a honey jar on my boss. I know things work slowly. Now, I found out that he's going to be interviewing soon. Plus he's trying to figure out how to bend the rules and reach down on the list to get the guy he wants. I was hoping to sweeten him in time to help me as well, but it sounds like time is short.

I know this other guy was given the answer key to all of his training assignments (which I photocopied while he was on his day off.

), and has also been getting special assignments to help get him ready for the promotion.

Is it at all possible for me to bend my boss to give me extra help (or even the questions) for the interview? He said that he can't mock interview because he's on the interview panel, but I know he's been helping my competition, just don't know to what degree. I don't care about the harshness of whatever can be done. I don't care about him and I'm willing to do what it takes to promote. Thank you.

p.s. I wasn't sure if this was supposed to go in the Boss Fix thread or not, so please forgive me.

You can use Boss Fix for the boss and I Can You Can't for your competition. There is always Essence of Bendover for the boss to get him to do what you want.
