Snow Wite, I am sorry you are having trouble with your foreign order, but please understand that you are using a fake name here and i have no idea what your real name is, so even if i wanted to help you, by looking up your customer account and international order in the database, i could not, because i don't have your name or your customer account number.
I can look up your internet service provider based on the posts you make here. You are posting through an isp in Dubai, UAE -- but that is just a service provider and you may not be located there, for all i know.
You need to contact the shop.
The office manager is Angela, and her assistant who handles order entry is Della.
The shipping manager is Eileen.
I got Eileen on the phone just now (i am not in the shop myself) and i wasted her time by asking her to look up shipments to Dubai, and she says she has shipped no packages to Dubai in 2011 -- but that's just your internet service provider's location, not necessarily where you live.
Do you understand now why posting here is a waste of your time and ours?
