This confident bird embodies energy and initiative. Those born in the year of the Rooster are considered to be charismatic, sociable, outgoing, and efficient, and to have the drive to achieve their goals. Lukianos wrote the page with contributions by Catherine Yronwode and Papa Newt. Nagasiva Yronwode sourced the images by Nora Achab, Zeffss, BabySofja, and Kjolak; and Catherine edited the text.
