Hello from New Mexico

Greetings!

I thought I should probably post a short hello here. My name is Monika (Moni or Mon for short) and I live in southern New Mexico, about an hour from El Paso, TX. I've been slowly approaching Hoodoo through the Lucky Mojo site. Most of my "working" has been intuitive type work when I was younger, Wiccan-style work as a teen, and then a little bit of Haitian Vodou wanga as instructed by my Mami. As far as religion goes, I've been Kemetic for almost 10 years. I've been involved with Vodou since 2006.

I'm interested in Hoodoo as a parctice I can use for myself and others. I'm hoping to take Miss cat's course sometime in the near future, if I can manage to balance it with my other school and my working life :) I have a couple friends who have been through the course and they reccomended it highly.

Miss Cat's course is quite wonderful and it will help your intuitive work as well. If you don't already have Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic - it's a must for pretty much any one who works with roots and herbs.
