introduction

Unread post by jojomojo » Tue Nov 27, 2012 6:08 pm

Hi, all--

I'm new to the forum and to hoodoo. I found Lucky Mojo through some general herbalism studies. So glad I did--I especially love learning the magical aspects of these plants. For years I had wanted to find a way of using herbs this way, with the traditions I was raised in (Protestant Christian). The oils smell wonderful, and I've had some success so far with a few of them.

I've also had a few readings by Miss Elvyra and recommend her heartily. Looking forward to learning more and possibly taking the course.

Thanks to all for the warm welcome! You're right, Joseph--Miss Elvyra is a keeper. :)

This forum, the website, and Miss Cat's book are an amazing introduction to hoodoo. I can only imagine what the course will bring.

And thanks to everyone who works on this forum and contributes. It's really a great resource and has such a wonderful tone to it.
