Hadn't been on in a long time, by the time I got back my old account got deleted so here I am again - I'm Brry, I worked at a magick shop in my town for many years until it closed down. I was the tarot reader/astrologer there and also cast spells for my clients. Got a lot of repeat business. It was really convenient because the owners would let me take whatever I needed as far as herbs, oils, candles, and I never had to pay for any of my own supplies. The only condition was that I had to be available to do free readings/spells for the owners whenever they needed.
I discovered hoodoo and was attracted to the straight-forward lets get down to business style. So I ordered some of the products and found that they were adorable! I turned right around and ordered some more. I want to be able to offer them to my clients when I do work for them. Might end up stocking my whole altar with them, we'll have to see how all this goes...
The only other thing I want to add is I do a lot of astral projection. Happens automatically I don't really have to think about it. So this is quite a big bonus for me because I know and can physically feel, when a spell didn't work, got blocked, etc. Sometimes I get more information than at other times, like who blocked it, how and why.
Might get more into that later, because I think I've learned some interesting things about how magick 'works' from experiences I've had. I continue to learn as I go. That's why I'm here.
