Copal Oro Resin Incense

Use in Magic:
Copal Oro, a New World species related to Frankincense, is burned on charcoal in Central America as an offering to the gods.

Spell Methods:
Usually burned Resin Incenses are generally burned on a bed of hot charcoal to spiritually perfume the air; some resins also find use as curios that are carried in a mojo hand or placed around the home for protection or to draw luck or love.with Frankincense, for healing, purification, romance, love.

I just tried some of this and compared it to Frankincense, because they are related.

To me, Frankincense is a bit sharper and more "high-toned" in fragrance than Copal Oro, which has a warm and "smudgy" scent.

Thanks for carrying both. After my comparison, I made my own 50/50 blend of them and I like it better than either one alone.

Copal Oro is burned on charcoal, and does blend well with Frankincense (and Myrrh.
