Our weekly AIRR Tech Team Meeting was a lot of fun because we were able to open a brand new section of the Readers and Rootworkers site to the public. As you all know, AIRR is definitely centered on the practices of hoodoo, that is, African-American folk magic. However, as professional readers and rootworkers, we encounter clients from a wide variety of religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds so, in an effort to make the AIRR site welcoming to people of all faiths, we have for many years created pages that describe the world's varied spiritual traditions and the deities venerated within them. Today we reached a new level in our cultural outreach project by unveiling a super-duper hub-page-in-progress -- the key to all the world's Sacred Texts. In attendance today were Lady Muse, Miss Michaele, Papa Newt, nagasiva yronwode, and catherine Yronwode. While Miss Michaele worked on her vast "Soul" project and Papa Newt checked in on his upgrades to the avatar photos of every AIRR member, catherine, nagasiva, and Lady Muse wrote, illustrated, and provided page-links to our brand-new Sacred Texts hub-page, the central area from which you can find the scriptural backgrounds for the world's many religions. This page is "in-progress" but it is ready to check out. As new Sacred Texts are added, we will announce them to the public and they will link back to this page. Thanks to all for your enthusiastic support of our weekly contributions to metaphysical and folkloric knowledge.
