The AIRR Tech Team dedicated a new web page to the members of the AISC Board of Bishops, the amazing group of volunteers who oversee the operations of the Association of Independent Readers and Rootworkers and its various committees and projects! Today we particularly commemorate and appreciate the service provided by Papa Gee to the Board of Bishops and the efforts and expertise both he and his husband, Reverend Roy, brought to the entire organization over the past ten years. This occasion is bittersweet, because last week Papa Gee resigned from the Board of Bishops and both he and Reverend Roy departed from AIRR to take their work in new directions. We express our heart-felt thanks for their contributions and brilliance and promise to carry on in their steadfast professional footsteps. Catherine Yronwode wrote the new AISC Board of Bishops page; Papa Newt edited it and provided the graphics, biographical credits, and site-wide linking; and Nagasiva Yronwode created this week's graphic announcement.
