Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Can i dominate my own fears to lead to success using Saint Martha the Dominator? Im trying to start my own business, a cleaning maid service business. The only thing that is holding me back is the fear of success, rejection, succeeding. I really need some strength to over come all of this.
Also, i know that she helps single moms with limited finances. She also helps out with anything to do with cleaning and keeping a home. so i thought she would be perfect to work with her.
Should i be working with her and only her? or should i incorporate another saint ('s) that can help me with getting clients, and the BIG thing controlling my fear?
the last question is what prayer of hers should i be using?
(P.S. I'm using the dark Saint Martha) dark skin

I would say, "NO." You are just thinking about the word "dominate" and trying to work it into an idea about removing or overcoming or moving beyond or triumphing over your fears.
What you're asking is SEMANTIC. That is, it has to do with WORDS.
A similar (but different) semantic query of this type would be, "Can i use Separation Oil to separate myself from my fears?"
Questions like these are all about word-play and not at all about concepts, structural meaning, or deep understanding.
Let's NOT look at this in terms of words. Let's look at it in terms of EMOTIONS.
You have a fearful emotion.
It may take the form of ANXIETY. You could use Tranquility Oil to soothe that anxiety.
It may take the form of feeling CURSED. You could use Jinx Killer Oil or Uncrossing Oil to remove the curse.
It may take the form of feeling UNPROTECTED. You could use Protection Oil to provide protection.
It may take the form of feeling AFRAID. You could use Crucible of Courage Oil to overcome fear and inculcate courage.
It may come out of LOW SELF ESTEEM. You could use Blessing Oil and Crown of Success Oil to increase self-esteem.
All in all, the usual prescription for a fearful emotion is to blend something calming and/or protective with something that evokes courageousness. Generally speaking Crucible of Courage Oil would be at least half of any such blend.
Good luck!

want to ask how you set lights to help people during the mourning process, to heal them, and to get rid of negative energies.
What are some different ways of doing this? I've read up on it but now I'm just trying to get an idea of how different people go about doing it.

Hi Maitthew,
Having the Missionary Independent Spiritual Church (MISC) set a light on behalf of the mourner can work well, particularly if you aren't used to setting lights yourself. The Healing Miracle light is a good choice: http://www.missionary-independent.org/c ... racle.html.
If you want to set the light yourself, there's a lot of useful information about doing that in the following forum thread: candles-trim,-carve,-load,-petition,-pr ... t9108.html
In addition, on a mundane level, a grief support group can also be a welcome place for those in crisis. If they are open to such a service, just the gift of giving them the coordinates is great one.
Blessings and best of luck.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Hello everyone,
I've come to realize that I have a psychic connection to someone who has strong loving feelings for me. I have known him a long time and I have never been romantically involved with him. I began to realize his feelings after he put a love spell on me.
With the help of a professional I got rid of the love spell but after lots of consultation I realize I'm still picking up his feelings for me. On my own and with professional help I've tried baths, candles and prayer-this works a little but I soon begin to feel his feelings again. I sometime dream about him. I regularly bathe with Fiery Wall of Protection and Archangel Michael.
I don't hate him and I wish him no harm I just want my thought life to return to normal. I'm in a good relationship with someone else and I need to clear this other guy out of my mind.
I will eventually hire a spiritual coach but until then whatever help you can offer would be a great gift to me. Blessings.

It's possible he's started more work on you. I'd guess that he has some personal concern of yours - a personal object, your hair, your picture, your handwriting - and might be working from that. You need to get a divination from a rootworker to find out the mechanism of the work and if he's currently doing work.
An uncrossing bath or a 13-day herbal bath might be a good supplement to your other work until you get to the bottom of this. http://www.herb-magic.com/13herb-bath-one.html

Also read up on how to prevent the night time visits in your dreams. This is similar to hag riding whih you'll find here:

this will give you some tips to ward off some of the psychic hits you are getting at night.

All excellent recommendations, definitely get a reading on this one. One method that comes to mind is to cleanse yourself with Cast Off Evil (http://www.luckymojo.com/castoffevil.html) to remove his influence; the spellkit includes addition conjure for protection to prevent this person's attacks. Personally, I love the power of Salt, sprinkle the four corners of your room where you sleep and ask the salt to protect you.

Do an uncrossing and make sure you protect yourself at night.
The first is best done using Uncrossing Baths, the second by placing a glass of water with some camphor on the nightstand and saying prayers of protection during sleep.
Best of luck to you!

Sometimes people need to understand what "no" means. You should get his picture, his trace and add a little Dark Arts powder to it. Place it on the treshold to your house. Then take an old shoe and spank him hard will telling him in appropriate terms that he should back off. Then leave him under that shoe in some dark place for a few months.
Wrapping Poke Root in a sock or towel and spanking him with that is another way to send back unwanted emotions.
Good Luck!

I feel like Archangel Michael (AM) could help you with breaking the connection. Do you have any type of oil for Uncrossing, Cast Off Evil, Cut and Clear, AM, etc.? What I was thinking is that you might be able to do use an egg to absorb the essence of the connection, dress it with oils, pray over the egg, and then smash it at the crossroads while declaring that the connection is broken - and asking AM's assistance at each stage of this endeavor.
I'm not entirely sure about my suggestion here, but if I were in your situation, I would likely be thinking along those lines.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
I am not quite sure where to post this, nor even if I have a specific question, more just wondering about how the hoodoo tradition might address large scale, political or historical suffering, not just death as regards individuals dying in accidents or personally-motivated murders, etc. (I haven't read through every post on here regarding the dead, but many seem to address individual spirits; also I have not exhaustively read through all of the historical pages here about hoodoo, but I have read through a lot of it—I very much want to have a solid context for this work. I try to avoid information in a vacuum.)
Some context for my wondering: the past few years I worked on a project about the Rwandan genocide, which required working in Rwanda. While there I visited all of the genocide sites around the country. Walking into the first site was like being hit in the solar plexus with a heavy board of grief & hurt. A physical sensation of being hit, or having walked straight into a wall of massive pain. Just terrible. I sat for awhile with some of the skulls in one of the crypts we also visited and asked for forgiveness. Then there were the rooms and rooms of bodies that are laid out in an elementary school... Anyway. I fell into a pretty deep & sustained depression while working on this project, made worse by studying war and conflict studies in my political science courses; I had tons of terrible nightmares that were particularly historical/political feeling in nature (for example, israel/palestine violence, attacks on farmers in indonesia-- one of the most frightening nightmares I've ever had, african-american suffering in the US, genocide-themed dreams, latin american political prisoners being executed by firing squad, etc.).
The intensity of the grief I felt while thinking about genocide, wars, and other awful events would shock me, though it all felt right to grieve it in many ways. I would feel utterly powerless to control it; on a number of occasions it didn't even feel like "my" grief, or that it was my feelings attaching to...something else. It's taken me years, and being baptised a Christian, to shake off a lot of the darkness I gathered around me while working on this project, and only in the last year finding my way back into some kind of daily existence where I don't feel physically & paralyzingly aware of how much awfulness is experienced in the world on a regular basis. I don't want to *not* be aware of these things, mind you, but I don't want the feeling of danger & violence lodged in my bones.
Any thoughts on addressing the suffering that happens because of political power abuses, political violence, history, etc.? Is there any difference in the tenor of the energy it leaves behind; does scale matter? Is this even a meaningful question? I have worked on this stuff in therapy, at church, and have good resources I can turn to. It feels right to involve hoodoo, however, & I'm planning some cleansing/healing work with LM products, yet I also want to know what I can do spiritually to make the positive energy I work with not be all about my own well-being/healing, but also that of others who experienced the real suffering. I am thinking working with many of the Saints is a good plan, so many of them associated with helping the powerless and abused. Also I will get a reading done at some point to see if something from my experience in Rwanda has been lingering with me in a way I can render more manageable (with some help). Thoughts/advice very, very appreciated! Also if this is not an appropriate question for these boards, I apologize; also for the length of the post, sigh.

Lucky Mojo has a World Peace candle you can light while you pray for an end to violence in the world. In light of recent events, maybe more of us should be working toward this goal.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
It's been 4 months that I've been working on reconcialiation with the ex. Lots of signs and movement with each spell, but none have manifested to the desired end result. I've been in regular contact with Ms Elvyra and I order everything she tells me to through LM and follow her suggestions and advice. During my last reading, she told me to let go, but not to give up. She said for me to switch to only doing my honey jar on Fridays because there was just too much work being done on the target and the energy was not getting the space it needed to go out and move. She said it was like if you had a messenger and you say, hey, can you deliver this message for me and as soon as they are about to take off, you say, but wait, here's something else I want to say and when they start to leave again, you stop them again with yet more messages, never letting them go and thereby delaying them from doing the job. It made perfect sense to me. She said she did not recommend a cut and clear at this point because the outlook was positive and that just letting go and letting God/Spirit was probably all it would take to get things moving in the right direction to get the results we're looking for. However, I don't know if I quite understand the difference between letting go and giving up. I think part of me feels as though if I'm not "working" the situation, I will lose my inspiration and I will eventually give up. Where's the middle road and how do I get there? Is there an in between to Cut and Clear? Any suggestions as to oils/baths/candle work that can help me stay focused but not hold on so tight to this thing that I suffocate my chances?
Thank you, Spirit, for your continuous guidance, love and support.

I think you said it “Let go and Let God”. Ultimately what it comes down to is having faith in the work that you’ve already done. The fact that you know that the outlook is positive should help you to relax some. Believe you’ll get the outcome you want, and continue living. Go about your daily life instead of obsessing over the work/s you’ve done. I believe in the power of the universe, that like begets like. If you send out vibes of desperation you’ll continually feel consumed by your situation. Maybe some meditation by the light of white candle might help to calm you, pray that the power of the Holy Spirit will surround you removing all feelings of anxiousness and replace it patience and positivity. See yourself enjoying the outcome of your work. There was a time when I felt consumed by a situation I was in, and I used Master oil on a purple candle to help me control my thoughts and actions. I was able to let go, and the work that I did manifested just as I wanted. Hope I helped a little.

You've gotten really good advice from Dr. Johannes. An ex worked a skull candle on me and every day that he did I would awake feeling like you do. I'd wake up and reach for my phone because he tried getting me to call him and return to him. I did some uncrossing, followed advice of others on the LM forum including ConjureMan Ali, and I broke free from my ex's spell. I sleep with camphor and water nearby, and it works wonders for me...

Letting go is not the same as giving up. Giving up is ok im done im moving on, you cleanse cut and clear, litterly giving up. Letting go is accepting it as it is, accepting what happens as the results and moving foward with your life. I can give two personal experiences I have a person I dated and loved we went back and forth wanted to reconcile but we not on the same page, I let go, not gave up, because the feelings between us are their but im not waiting or holding on im moving on with life and if those feelings are acted on then great. Another person cheated on me and I gave up, threw their things away erased their number and avoided them for a while to get over them. also in hoodoo its best to set it and forget it to let it work. Ask around you will see a lot of ppl have experienced with love work, once they stop obsessing or over thinking etc and move on, the target comes home.

one thing I've been wondering....is how to deal with professional readers saying something will manifest, even giving a time they believe it will happen by, doing your rootwork to guide it in happening, believing yourself that it will happen, but having to see and interact with the target almost every day of the week? Kind of hard to "let go" when you have to keep doing rootwork and see that person so much while waiting for results. Makes "letting go" very difficult....grrrr If my situation was one where I could have done one or two spells and "let it go" it would have been easier. Mine requires hard constant work so letting go and forgetting it, I'm not sure how to do that....

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Please help me, my husband has suffered from depression since he was a kid, all through our 17 year marriage he's been insecure and at times has threatened suicide.
As i have stated in other posts he's just recently had an emotional affair with a girl he went to school with from 4th to 7th grade he said he's always been connected to her and in love with her but he's never told anyone because he was in an abusive household and her smile has always made him feel better...
so now 30 years later he says he felt I didn't love him and unappreciated and worthless and they found each other on facebook and started to flirt and things went from there very fast and he's in love. I say he's because she wasn't. she led him on, even down to he told me about her while we were still married (I thought) and living in the same home while on the other hand her husband lives here in Louisiana and she lives in Texas and they've been apart for a while but she didn't want her husband to know about him because she still wanted her husband.
She turned out to be one of the worst kind of people. she actually tried to kill me and set my husband up to kill our son. she wanted me and my boy out of the way.
the way she did this was my husband told her about my condition which I was hospitalized for a condition called TIA which the doctors told me upon release is that any stress can and will kill me. he also told her about my miscarried baby girl.
When we talked, she and I, she had me under the impression my husband had made up the whole relationship with her and that he was some psycho-stalker toward her. She also told me about the fact that he was never a thought to her other than a boy she knew in school ( \but she meant so much more to my husband because she was the only girl that was ever kind to him in his life) but she came back into his life and forced her way into it, became his girlfriend when he asked for friendship, and tore him all the way down.
I believe it started to sour from her end because when I had a mild heart attack behind all of this my husband wouldn't leave me in the hospital for her like hers did to her.
All the things i am typing came from her own mouth...she wanted to break up our marriage because of how hers went wrong.
While all of this was going on I stayed in prayer for both of them and didn't begin work for my husband and I until after they were over.
The problem is now my husband wants me to stand by him while he commits suicide...because he wants to love me the way he loves her and he doesn't know how.
I have had candles lit on LM alter started Tuesday they are
1 Cut and Clear Candle, Set on Our AltarCAN-MIS-CUTA
1 Stay With Me Candle, Set on Our Altar CAN-MIS-STAW
1 Follow Me Boy Candle, Set on Our AltarCAN-MIS-FOLB
1 Healing Miracle Candle, Set on Our AltarCAN-MIS-HEAL
1 Adam and Eve Candle, Set on Our Altar CAN-MIS-ADAM
1 Come To Me Candle, Set on Our Altar CAN-MIS-COME
1 Love Me Candle, Set on Our Altar CAN-MIS-LOVE
1 Reconciliation Candle, Set on Our AltarCAN-MIS-RECO
1 St. Expedite Candle, Set on Our Altar CAN-MIC-SEXP
What can I add to this to take suicide out of this man's mind?
We have a 17 year old son who really needs his dad and of course I love and need my husband which is why I not only forgave him I've been helping him through his pain. Even through all of this he's never spent one night out of the house or on the sofa;we've been in the same home and bed. It's been pretty rough but we've never completely turned our backs on each-other.
Please help....

so now 30 years later he says he felt I didn't love him and unappreciated and worthless and they found each other on facebook and started to flirt and things went from there very fast and he's in love.

Angel4decale I know we have helped out a lot with your son.
You must and have to seek treatment for your husband. Medical treatment is always recommended first. Please look into the suicide hotlines in your area.
Once he has done that, post back and there are recommendations that can be given.
Many prayers.

I will not lie, this is one of the most messed up situations I have ever read on here. I dont say that to insult, rather with the hope that my harsh words really shock you to see what you are really dealing with. You currently are caught up in the situatioh, please step back and look at it from an out side perspective. Now I get the heart wants what the heart wants but damn when does one draw the line. the husband left you for a kid he knew 20 years ago who then tried to kill you and your son and now you want to fix it why? yet you have not asked ONCE how to protect you? What is your priority? personally id let his mental self go its not my issue. But you want him so here we go with help., now remember you cant change a persons nature so if he is meant by God to be nuts he will be, secondly hoodoo does not take the place of a doctor which your husband clearly needs to see to deal with his depression, and anxious, murder thoughts. They have some great treatments available. Along with medicine and hoodoo i think you can vantage well. Now you need to get a fiery wall of protection spell kit to protect you, a st michael candle to burn and pray for protection.. id cleanse the home to uncross it using chinese floor wash. Break up jar on them to end this relationship. cut and clear on the husband when ready to let this kid go. and pray to saint dymphna for your husbands mental illness.. this is a cut and paste of the LM candle
Saint Dymphna glass novena candle, fixed
St. Dymphna is the Patron of victims of child sex abuse, incest, rape, and the mentally ill.
8" tall; green wax; fixed with oils, herbs, and prayer.
Id also really really really suggest a reading with an AIRR worker to figure out whats going on and whatelse should or could be done. Readings help us understand the situation from all aspects..... lastly please do not ignore the sound advice about seeking medical help, your husband needs it, regardless of your relationship, long term or short its what he needs to function in society.

Thanks guys for answering my replies...I don't think you were too harsh and even if you are I'm asking for your help...I'm a very humble person and am very appreciative that you took you time to help with my problems.
I have tried to get him to get help and the suicide line told me about the coroners office but even they said they could only get involved if he was actually in the act...so my next question is, are their any products i could use that would make a person want to get help? I've already had a healing and cut and clear lit on Tuesday on him an the LM alter and I'm going to the local-catholic shop to get a st. michael candle and do a novena to get that started but she is out of our lives all together as I did a freezer spell on her and it worked so far, but to add extra protection I'm going to do all that's been suggested. I have also posted prayers on the csl that has helped tremendously, but when you said this was the most messed up situation you've heard of on here...I have to agree and tell you that you haven't heard it all...I know that it's something darker than human working here but because I've never used or seen dark magic I don't know exactly what it is or how to fight which is why I ask for advice and accept whatever you can give. Ill keep you posted after I get my reading, I've already spoken with my airr reader and we're setting up a time as he was kind of booked but he called out to me before so i thought I'd stick with him...but I want you guys to know your advice will not be wasted with me, and Thanks very much.

Now that I know that you have taken some of the most important steps, I am comfortible sharing some things with you.
The work you said you were doing is on. I also like j82's recommendations and wanted to say the same.
You could consider signing up for the Show tomorrow. I'll give you advice either way, but if you are going to sign up, lets wait until Miss Cat, Conjureman Ali and Marin Graves speak with you.
You are in my prayers.

Ms. Tammi Lee, I messed up for the radio show I thought with this link I was supposed to copy a handle or something...what I mean is I thought that each of the moderators had a reference link so I copied what I thought was yours and answered the other questions accordingly and it ended up being for another person needing help. Is there anywhere that explains information about the radio show and the number I need to call for the next one once I can get my information in correctly? Thanks very much,

angel4decale --
if you look at the URL Tammie Lee provided to you, it was given on August 11 and was for signup for the August 12th, 2012 show -- see where it says "radio-show-pre-call-id-august-12th,-2012"?
Each week the sign-up URL changes because the date changes and we keep the shows together by week.
The upcoming show -- as i write this on Monday, August 13th, 2012 -- will be held on Sunday, August 19th, 2012.
You can easily find the URL for the upcoming week by going to the section of the Forum devoted to the radio show:
lucky-mojo-hoodoo-rootwork-hour-radio-show-f30.html
The next week's show URL will always be titled with the date and will contain the date in its URL. Here is the URL for the August 19th, 2012 (next Sunday's) sign-up:
radio-show-pre-call-id-august-19th,-2012-t21144.html
When you get there you MUST read the first post in the week's thread, then follow instructions. The first post in each week's thread will tell you how to copy and paste the questionnaire into a reply window, and then will instruct you to fill in the replies to the questions.
Once your information is entered into the thread for that week, anyone can read it. If you are selected as a show guest, the radio show hosts and listeners will usually read it online, as Miss Tammie Lee reads it aloud for those who are following the show via an audio-only device.
Good luck.

Hello,
I am wondering which candles to purchase for altar service.
One is for me, would like to move on and let go...
Another is for someone; to let the truth about her partner show/let her find out a little quicker.
Thanks!

Thank you, Guided09.
It's always nice to get some feedback and guidance. I'm doing my best to keep my mind clear by meditating more and keeping myself busy with my art. I put my trust in Spirit and I feel this calm that I haven't felt in the past 6 months, so I'm grateful for that.
So often we get so caught up in working the situation and overthinking and doubting that we can't see the forest for the trees and we truly become our worst enemy. I'm finally understanding that. So, here's to letting go and trusting that everything will work out just as it should.
Blessings to all. I love this forum. Thank you for the support and the wealth of information.

For you, I would recommend a Cut and Clear Vigil:
http://www.luckymojo.com/cutandclear.html
For your friend, you can order a Clarity or King Solomon's Wisdom candle to allow her sight and knowledge to be clear.

Good luck,

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Letting go in situations like this is realizing that continuing might jinx up your love life completely and minimize any chance of having a good relationship with anyone in the future. It means to care for your happiness and the happiness of the other person and move towards a better goal.
Giving up is to believe you did something in vain and thinking the consequences of giving up will be disasterous for your future love life and despite this continue to chase that ex. although you know it just not happening.
Letting go in a more general magical sense is to be able to remove mind and emotions from the work once it has been done. That is why we do not look back when having been at the crossroads.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
As i see it, letting go is to release. You can let the person go. You can let your attachment to the work go. You can let the work itself go. Letting go can spring from a state of apathy and unconcern or from a state of love and compassion. The only state it cannot spring from is a state of domination and control.
As i see it, giving up is surrender. Giving up is to recognize the situation is hopeless and that you will not achieve your goal. Magic is like every other aspect of life: sometimes you do your best but do not succeed. When you recognize that you have run but not won your race, that's when giving up becomes a logical option.

I posted in the letting go conjure help, but I am wondering, instead of dropping it all together, if there is a way to get him to view me a bit more seriously? Suppose if I don't want anything to do with his negative traits, he can come around only if he's willing to show me his better side?
I don't believe in love me/breaking free will. I think this a bit more ”moral”, hoping there are no concequences for doing it.
On my last string of hope.

I am merging this query with the rest of the thread because it is a continuation of your earlier thoughts.
If i understand you correctly, you are wishing to perform a Cut and Clear spell which will leave the door open if -- and only if -- he changes his own attitude. It can be done.
Please see http://luckymojo.com/cutandclear.html

That's exactly what I want.. Would it be better to do one of the spells listed (wondering how I can keep the door open in this case, since the spells kind of shut the door entirely.) Or my luck can be stretched to having an altar worker set up a candle for me?
What would you suggest would have a better effect on the outlook of my situation?
Thanks for your help!
Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
i dont know what to do with my life as things are not going the way i will like at my age, i have no friends, no job, i do a hobby but its not getting me much income, i havent been accepted into my ultrasound program so i have to apply again, i would really like to do competitive cheerleading as an adult but i dont have the finance to do it, i have not been in sucessful relationships where the guy has put in as much as i have, i would like to move out on my own, my family get on my nerves and not happy with anything that i want to do such as the cheerleading since no money is involve.
my biggest weakness is being impatient, no confidence and being negative.
i have root worker setting lights for job and just had a light set on a honey jar but because im so impatient as i havent got the photos of lights being set yet.
i had MISC set a uncrossing candle for me to remove any blocks, obstacles, crosses., hexes or jinxes and restore good luck in finding my life partner, my career and finances. Giving me a fresh, clean beginning. The report i received was:
There is a white, cloudy tint left on the inside of the glass, heaviest at the top and then clearing up about half way down. This is a sign of minor delays or obstacles. At the bottom of the glass is a small ring of unburned wax, pointing to some unsolved issue from the past that needs to be dealt with, but it looks like you have a good chance of reaching your desired outcome eventually. There are no herbs or glitter stuck to the side of the glass, which is a good sign, showing no distractions.
I've received wonderful advice on here to do honey jars, etc, but i am in not interested in practicing hoodoo as i am not comfortable with it and would like suggestions on what lights or custom lights i can get set for me so that i can finally live a happy life. i had about 4 readings already so im sure i dont need anymore an can't afford it.
thanks to all who are able to help me.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
eh more will chime in im sure but I thought id give two cents on the matter. first if you are not comfy with rootwork then why do you get readings and set candles?
do you beleive in them or have second thoughts?
there are many candles a worker can set for you, but without patience it really dont matter. Your workers, and the candles all indicate that YOU need to spend time on YOU and fixing YOU before moving foward in these goals.
Do you pray to saints? What are you willing to do? This may help us give you advice, like will you light insense or will you take a bath with LM crystals.
Will you cleanse your home? Will you carry a mojo?
All can be produced for you but some like insense or bath you activly do. I ask because all can drastically help your cause without you being a practicer if that makes sense.
Products to look into and candles are van van, road opener, uncrossing, attraction, stop gossip (shut the family up), crown of success (for the schooling and job). also use a love candle to draw a good lover.

Not everyone is cut out to practice hoodoo for themselves. Many -- perhaps most -- form a relationship with a rootworker who will help when needed, sometimes over the course of years, sometimes only when there is a special need or a crisis.

I suggest that you perform the Cut and Clear Spell Kit version of the work for yourself rather than take the milder form of having vigil candles lit. There is something very powerful in the performance of the work.I have done it and found it made a remarkable change in my life. I started with the Black Walnut bath, then the Cut and Clear Spell. You need to really focus on the lists you write -- that is the key to this work.

insence and baths i dont have a problem doing. I do need to be more patient and wait for rootworkers to show me the first pic of lights being set it would take some ease off me to know that the work has begin. How long does it usually take to get that first pic of the lights being set. I will look into the incense and baths that you have suggested. thanks so much.

Hi star02
Unless rootworkers pecifically tell you that they will send you a picture of lights being set, most of them don't. I would ask and make sure that they will rather than you wait for something that isn't coming. Most of them send you reports after the candle finishes its run. If your rootworker is from AIRR - then rest assured your in good hands. All the best!
Blessings.

does the Cut & Clear kit include whats also needed for the walnut portion?
Thanks so much!
edit: nevermind, I don't think it does.

edit: I am trying to get the altar candle service for the clarity candle, however for some reason there's a shipping charge. Is something going to be shipped? Sorry for the confusion!

Yow! Thanks for telling us about the error with the Clarity candle! That was an error -- all candles set on the MISC altar have no shipping charge.
Nagasiva has just fixed it (there was a little toggle to switch it off, is all) and it should now work correctly.
Again, THANKS!

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
there is someone very dear to me that has recently fallen into some bad cycles and crowds and from comments they've made to me I feel they're thinking very negative, destructive things about themselves and they have even commented that they know they're having issues handling everything and the way they're feeling/acting is not appropriate, the comment "I don't even know if I'm me anymore" really concerned me
I want to do what I can to help them to make their way thru these bad thoughts/actions/feelings....a mental, emotional and spiritual healing...
would it be good to burn a white candle for them? what I had in mind was to carve their name into the candle, place their picture and name paper under it
I intend to dress the candle with Blessing, Healing, Protection and Cast Off Evil oils
this is just something I kind of came up with because of the desire to help them, would it still work even thou it's not based on an actual spell?
thank you for any advice!

Your petition and intent is to help your friend....I recommend that you post a prayer request at the Crystal Silence League (http://crystalsilenceleague.org/prayerrequests.html) too. Good luck with helping your friend.
The products you are considering are good for their intended purposes, also, I would recommend medical help for your friend if s/he has not considered it. Sometimes there are issues beyond us and if you read Cast off evil (http://www.luckymojo.com/castoffevil.html) website, it goes on to recommend addition help for those with issues where this type of work is needed.

So blessing, healing and protection can go into the same candle? I have a blue vigil candle I've been wanting to use, can I fix it with all three?

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
my ex boyfriend has major trust issues. He was kind of abandoned as a child and the one person he connected to died really young.
He and I have been on and off for about 6 mos, and I am frustrated. I want him to be able to trust people, even if it doesn't help me with our relationship in the long run. He runs when things get serious. He belittles himself constantly. he relies on his charm to get people to help him (monetarily etc) so he doesn't have to commit to being responsible in a situation.
I want him to be able to open up and see his life and make positive changes before he pushes everyone away and hurts himself. Right now we are friends with benefits but I am going to end it because it is too painful for me to support him when he isn't faithful (part of his self preservation tactic).
Ideally I would love to get back together with him because I love him, but I mostly just want to help him get well.
Is there a spell i can do to help him deal with his emotional scars?

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Hi kittydarling,
there are a number of spells that can help him on his way to health, but he will also probably need a support or therapy group to ultimately come to terms with his past and move on. Until he decides to get help and change (be it through a church, a community organization, grass-roots group or by seeing a social worker or psychologist), chances are that your spell-work won't make a serious indent into his behaviour.
That said, working in tandem with Crucible of Courage products during the waxing moon and then Cast Off Evil during the waning moon, you may be able to subtly bring around the desire for self-betterment in his life. You can burn purple, white and yellow candles on his name (for the CofC) and black candles on his negative behaviours (for the COE). You can also dust the insoles of his shoes with the powders and perhaps add some of the diluted bath crystals to his body wash or shampoo.
St-Dymphna is good for any emotional scarring, so if you're comfortable working with Saints, you may want to petition her on his behalf. She's very soft and sweet and has a wonderfully healing energy.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Yay thanks for fixing it! I tried responding back through my phone because I didn't have internet access the last couple of days but for reason my phone IP is blocked? Not sure!
Okay a couple things I need to know:
Is there a certain processing time (like altar worker wont place the candle up till three business days after purchase.) Or can the candle be requested to be set on a certain day.. I'm asking because I want the last day to be on the last day of the full moon (as its waxing.)
Also, how long do you think before it helps the recieving person? May I have to work something else for them?
Thanks for your help!

Candles are put on the altar the next day, usually. If you have a particular day in mind, you must specify that date in the message that accompanies your order. This thread is about "Letting Go Versus Giving Up" and is not the MISC altar services help desk, so, for further questions, allow me to direct you to --

2) The MISC candle services page at the church's web site:

Good luck.

Re: Spells For Mental Health Anxiety Panic Insomnia PTSD OCD ADHD Depression Bipolar Schizophrenia Dementia
Thanks, Ms. cat and Dr Johannes for your replies.
The situation has taken a turn for the bizarre. I have had zero direct contact with the ex since March 31st. I had my first reading with Ms. Elvyra April 4 and have since done different works to help with reconciliation, approaching it from different angles.
So, in the spirit of letting go, I took a break from all social networking sites. Although he hasn't spoken to me in months, he still keeps tabs on me through these sites and my personal blog. 10 days of not hearing from me, he sends me a tweet, and it wasn't exactly warm and fuzzy. (It was regarding a picture I posted 4 months ago that has since been deleted from twitter but was still on the site that I had uploaded it to originally. Basically, he did some major snooping to find that picture!!) He was trying to get a reaction out of me and my first instinct was to tell him to go fly a kite. We haven't spoken in 4 months, you see that I'm not online at all, you're concerned/curious as to why and the best you can do is send me some sly remark via twitter about some dumb picture from 4 months ago? Really?!?!, but I didn't respond right away. I'm sure he would have loved for me to have responded in a negative way so that he could blame the break up on my "fiery temper", but I refrained. I also noticed that he had unblocked me from facebook.
I tried to not to get ahead of myself and did a quick 3 card spread asking if all of this meant that things were going to be moving forward with us. I got 2 of cups, Ace of cups and Empress. Although I felt those were good cards, I still didn't want to get carried away. So, I waited and 2 days later, I responded. Very short and sweet. I said that I hoped that he had been well and that I send my love to him always. He never responded and 3 days later, I'm blocked again. I guess I need to schedule another reading because now I'm really confused...and tired and I don't know what all of that meant and what to do next, if anything. My spirit is weak. I was never very good at the game of tug of war.
