Given the seriousness of the allegations, you're probably going to work on this from a few angles at once including:

Working a vinegar jar with poppy seeds and black mustard seeds on the accusing party to get them confused and befuddled.
Working a sweet jar on the judge and jury to get them to render a non-guilty verdict. If the party has some measure of reproach, add sumac as has been suggested numerous times by Miss Cat to get a lighter sentence.
Working a beef tongue spell the day of the trial so witnesses and attorneys against your friend are unable to perform well in the court house having their words stopped up (and more).
Having your friend chew Little John in the court house to improve his odds and better his speech in defense.

Hello Everyone
I would like some advice on a court case that I have on December 11th. I have been going to court for months now and have been asked to just take disorderly conduct and done. Obviously I am not going to take disorderly conduct when I am innocent. If I wasn't I would have been convicted by now. I was wrongly arrested and I would like a spell to have the case dismissed. I plan on suing the man who is responsible for me being arrested. I would like to wait until the case is dismissed before I do that. So if anyone could please let me know what works to have a case dismissed as well as a spell to bring the person who had me wrongfully arrested some kind of bad luck. Nothing to kill him but something to bring him to his knees where he is reminded of what he did to me. Not sure if anything like that exists but I am asking to see......Thank you.

I am wondering what would be the best way to use the money stay with me products to keep from getting tickets? It's not just with my car, its on my specifically because I was driving someone else's car and got a parking ticket. should I just dress a candle ?

Law Keep Away is more suited to this purpose. Money Stay With Me is to hang on to your money. Since you already got a ticket, Court Case is what you need to possibly get it reduced or removed.

my boyfriend was working on a motorcycle he was building, and had a couple of beers while tinkering. of course he got pulled over when taking it around the block for a test drive, and was arrested for DUI, license taken away. lots of fines, lawyers, just so much trouble.

the worst part is, he drives for a living. so now he can't go to work. in california, they automatically take your license even before your trial. he can ask for a DMV hearing, and has, but they have not responded within his 30 days.

what can i do to get a speedy hearing, and influence the decision of the DMV employees so that his suspension gets thrown out and he can go back to work? not sure "law keep away" is applicable here since the law already came!

thank you, mary bee, for that suggestion. i have never worked a honey jar for someone else, is it the same way, i just cross with his name instead of mine on the paper and burn the candle for him on top mondays, wednesdays and fridays?

i am wondering if a st. expedite candle burned at the same time would also help to speed up the scheduling of the hearing?

please note in no way do i condone drinking and driving. believe me, he got some finger wagging and an earful. i just want him back at work! plus driving him everywhere for a year is not something i am looking forward to.

Hello:

I'd work the honey jar every day in a row until I saw some movement in his case, then switch to Monday/Wed/Friday. Order extra candles from the shop.

St. Expedite is a great saint to petition for a faster court date. You may also want to light a Just Judge candle because Christ is, well, a just judge and He can help you get a fair trial.

Hi everyone, So I know this sounds horrible and it is... my sister stole something from JC penny the day before christmas
to give as a gift to her boyfriend (stupid... I know) s

he got caught and was sent home with a citation but the Cops gave her a court date and they said that it would show up on her record as a misdemenor, she gave them all her info except her ss# and is super scared and she is about to start working for a really big company and is in the process of getting hired. She is scared this arrest will show up on her record,

1) I want to really help her but dont exactly know what to do.. I paid her citation already but i really need some help getting the charge to not go to her record or something i am sure they dont need her social to pull up her name but i was hoping theere is something i can do to avoid this from going to court or anything.

2) i dont know if i am being realistic but please if u guys can help suggest anything to stop this from going into her record, She made a huge mistake and i know that but i want to help her

I also want to do some work on her to help never steal again!

Please help me out here.

I feel reluctant to see you working on getting the charged dropped unless you also get her into a state of mental rehabilitation -- because otherwise you are just assisting a criminal who will rip us all off, over nd over again.In other words, if she doesn't show remorse, doesn't accept responsibility for her actions, doesn't want to make reparations, and doesn;t have a positive plan to live a more godly life, helping her get out of this jam is just enabling her crimes.

Perhaps getting the sentence reduced would be more advantageous. She might get some sort of counselling then, and come to grips with her purpose in the sworld and her role in society.

Sorry to be so tough -- but i have been stolen from and i did NOT like it!

Cast Off Evil is used to break bad habits and addictions. Burn a Cast Off Evil candle for her, or a white candle dressed with Cast Off Evil oil. If you have access to her clothing or bedding, sprinkle some Cast Off Evil powder on it.

Good day,
I am in dire need of assistance. I am going to contact an Airr reader but I want to do something in the meantime.
My mother was arrested last week. They charged her with trafficking stolen items (soaps) with intent to sell. This is completely false. My mom has a business she built from the ground up located in the lower income side of town. There are many homeless, drugaddicts, and thieves. My mother knows many of them and tries to help some with food but that's as far as she'll take it. We feel that someone she once shoo'd off the property got arrested for theft and told the police that she would sell my mom stolen goods and sell them out of her shop. The police raided my mom's home, trashed the place, took her money from the shop and her home and arrested her. Then they proceeded to force my mom's landlord to evict her. They walked up to the office and said your tenant is a thief evict her.
I feel as if they are using my mom as a scapegoat because she is a Mexican woman. They found nothing. There is nothing to find. I am afraid she will never see her money again, be homeless or go to jail.
What can I do on the spiritual level? I want my mom to have justice.

Hi , I am new to the forum but know am at the right place.

I have been living a hellish nighmare since july 1st. I have been seeked out by officers, harassed, unlawfully detained for 3hrs when I was stopped for a simple traffic violation the officers never called dispatch when they pulled me over until 3 hrs later when I was getting hauled to jail. was arrested for being under the influence in public when I never even had a u.a. blood draw breathalyzer or hair folicle test and no sobriety tests. and from there on ive had 3 different attorneys each have maliciously with intent misrepresented me.

5 days before my 1st arrest I could feel that someone was cursing me, had cast a spell hex or root, and on and off throughout all of this.

I was arrested again by same officers, procecutor and judge have knowingly issued illegal warrants, so much has gone on now that I am going to loose my home, im loosing my vehicle, ive lost my job, im beyond bankruptcy.

I have 3 autoimmune diseases and was suppose to start chemotherapy in oct 2012 but was denied any continouances. My health has been affected horribly. my daughters have suffered greatly and so have I.

All my charges: 2 felony possessions, 1 paraphnelia, 1 under the influence in public.

there is so much more than this that has happened. I have new public defender since I turned myself in on a illegal warrant.

im scared and would like some advice on how to save myself.

You could start with a 13-herb bath to remove any negative influences, whether they originate from outside or from within yourself. Court Case supplies can help with the legal matters. You can also pray to Justo Juez (Just Judge), who is Jesus on the cross, being unjustly punished.

If you are clean and sober, stand up in court and say so. Use Court Case products and Crucible of Courage products.

If you are not clean and sober, then straighten up -- join a 12-step program and don't be afraid. Use Crucible of Courage, Cast Off Evil, and Blessing products to rid yourself of negative conditions.

Hello sorry for the delay. Update on my mother..
She is facing up to 5 years in prison. They have postponed her trial due to the fact that her lawyer referred her to another attorney because my mom refused to plead guilty. She now has a lawyer who does believe my mom is innocent. We have sweetened the judge, tied the tongues of the liars and she has asked Santisima Muerte for assistance. We burn candles daily. The police are corrupt. A few weeks ago the shop was vandalized and my mother called the police. They never showed. After that she reported a woman being assaulted across the street, they also didnt show.

A family member is facing multiple charges and am planning to use the Dill seeds spell, in Miss Cat's book.

It states to use all parties in the name paper. Does it mean cops, prosecutor (Do not have a name) as well as the defendant. Or is it just the prosecution?

Since it involve multiple cases, do I make a spell for each case or can it be done in a single one?

The Dill seed court case spell is on page 85 of "Hoodoo Herb and Root Magic."

To answer your questions:

1) "All parties" means everyone. Everyone includes everyone, not just selected people. If you do not have a name for a person, try to get the name. If you try and cannot get the name, then use the office or position of the person.

2) I recommend one spell for the whole shebang.

Thank you very much for your reply. Means a lot to me.

I have been under of lot of stress. Cant comprehend this nightmare.and some of the charges stem from 2012 (charges were dropped but the over-jealous prosecutor (new gal on he job) still wanted to press charges and had a warrant for his arrest. Guess she needs to prove herself as an effective prosecutor.

He has to be in court by mid June (all this happen this week-end) and all the charges are NOT within the same day. He will need to be in court within 2 or 3 days in between each charge and there are 6 of them!. He lives in a small town, drives an easy to spot vehicle and the cops are for a look out for him. Sad, but true.

Before I mess up, Can his name be added to the dill spell with all the nasty folks???

Shall proceed as Miss Cat said.

Also can I start prior to the 9 days ? First Court date is June 16th.

It is so painful that I truly need to get this one right and my apologies if sometimes my wording are not very cleared.

My best friend got caught stealing textbooks on campus and could get kicked out of school. She was arrested and is getting out of jail today. Now she could get kicked out of college and I want to help her. I think the Dean of students will decide her fate. The officer that arrested her wants to testify on her behalf so that she can finish school she is graduating in december. She is very sorry for taking the books she just could not afford them and needed them for class. What can i do to help her? she returned the books. I do beleive she should be punished but not get kicked out when she is so close to graduating.

Greetings to all,
I really need advice on a matter. In advance I'm by no means justifying drinking and driving. My brother was involved in an accident where he received a DUI. He is going through a divorce and has been feeling sorry for himself so his buddies begged him to get out tailgating. Well he decided to get behind the wheel and drive (bad bad choice). He ended up hitting a car and destroyed his car and the other car and don't have insurance. So he is facing, dui on his license, paying for the car involved and his also as well as getting back and forth to work. Bad choices bring about severe consequences. He normally don't put his self at risk like that. I will like to help him out of this rut he is in. What can I do yo assist him magically? He has just started to snap back financially from the split up from his wife and boom this happened. I do not condone what he has done. But it seems as if this bad thing happened to a good person. HELP ME PLEASE help

I'm sorry about your brother. When it rains, it pours ... right? Help him get passed this by cleansing his home ( and himself ). Chinese Wash, Van Van, & Pine-sol would be my cleansing product of choice for the house ( but that is personal preference ). Tell him to at least use Epsom Salt in his baths - a capful of Chinese Wash would help too.

You could burn a Cast Off Evil Candle for him and a Road Opener to remove bad influences and any blockages. Van Van is also good for turning bad luck into good. Those are just some ideas which popped into my head. Hope they help. Best wishes!

I successfully used Lucky Mojo oils along with candle work to help a friend who was in a similar situation. He was facing multiple felony charges, jail or rehab time, etc. from multiple arrests in a short time period and ended up getting off pretty lightly with a few misdemeanor convictions and no jail or rehab time.

I focused mainly on keeping him healthy and sober.

I used Court Case, Cast off Evil (as alcoholism is an evil that possesses people,) Cut and Clear (to cut and clear the court mess from his life), Clarity, and Blessing oils; usually 2-3 at a time in novena or 50-hour candles.

I used multiple candles; since they were not from Lucky Mojo I will not disrespect the forum by getting into details.

I did petition St. Lazarus and kept my promise at the end; I donated money to a hospice named after him and got a statue for my home as promised. I found St. Lazarus prayers online. Typically I will say the traditional prayer/novena three times and add my own prayers.

Psalms 35 and 37 were also incorporated.

I am in need of some assistance with a legal issue. A friend of my sons spent the night with him and got up and went to work from his house. Well in the process of her leaving, the security alarm went off and my son slept through the alarm sounding off and the phone call from the security company, until he was awaken by a knock at his door. Evidently when she left the alarm was triggered, now my son was In the bed sleep. Well the alarm company called the police to check the house out. When the police arrived it startled my son when they were knocking at the door and he forgot he had some weed on the table and tried to hide it from the police but they noticed some residue on the table and question him about it, so he told them to keep from tearing up his house for a small amount of weed. In turn they cut him some slack and gave him a citation for possession. What can I do to help him through this situation? I am not condoning what he do. It is against the law to have weed, so he knew better. I just hate for him to have this on his record being that it may affect him getting hired in the future and his present job may find out. Please help me with a solution.

My husband has been charged with several criminal charges including attempted murder. He is innocent. Others involved in this case have been found not guilty. He had his trial before Christmas and it ended in a mistrial. He is set to go to court in two weeks for a hearing to see if the DA wants to retry this case or not. I am new to the practice of root. I grew up in the lowcountry of South Carolina and was taught that root work was real, but never really taught how to do the work. I am christian and would prefer to only work with psalms, angels, and the holy trinity as these are the foundation of my beliefs. I am not opposed to working with herbs, candles and such and I have done work with St. Expedite but that is my limit when comes to the "saints". I am lost and don't know where to start. Please help me figure out what I need to use for this work. Thanks in advance for help,

Hello,

l am not sure if I can actually get help for my problem but my sister is facing a life sentence for a murder1 charge with conspiracy to commit. The case was even denied at supreme court last week- but I read that supreme courts over here almost always deny any cases they get. The worst part is that the lawyers for the case took all of my father's hard earned money for the crap work that they did.
So I just thought that I would see if there is any hope as they released the co-accused.

Hello. I have a situation with my teenage son and he is facing some serious jail time. I can't let that happen. I need to know what is the best thing to do to have his bond dropped to get him out of jail. I also want these charges to be reduced to probation or dismissed all together. His next court date is next month. Assistance anybody?? Help us asap

Hello everyone, what would be a good spell to use for an administrative hearing? I hired a lawyer and all she did was open up another can of worms and I still do not have my drivers licence. I am not a dead beat father, I pay child support every time I get paid. But the mother is being very deceitful. The hearing is on Aug 28 2014. What can I do so that I can walk out of there victorious and get a fair review?

Hello All!

I am new to the forum and a beginner in hoodoo. I have read thoroughly the threads and have already set some of the suggestions in motion for my situation.

What is going on is that I am being accused of a DUI and I wasnt even intoxicated. I had admitted I had only a few beers, but that was it and I was fine to drive, as a few hours had passed. It is assumed that this happened because a "friend" was mad at me for a confrontation I had with her (in which she was bad mouthing me) and I confronted her about it so she decided to tell the cops I was drunk (when I wasnt).

Anyway, I have so far, employed the beef tongue spell and put the names of the officers, prosecutors, etc. and anyone else in the tongue with the ingredients and put it in the freezer.

I also have Nino de Atocha candles burning daily and have a jar that has black poppy seeds, black mustard seeds and tobacco along with a petition to have the case dismissed, to cause confusion amongst those against me, etc.

I pray Psalms 35 and 37 daily as well, in addition to praying the novena to Nino de Atocha and Justo Juez and Saint Anthony.

I also have a little drawstring bag in which I have the following herbs in it: high john root, agrimony, angelica root, 5 finger grass, lemon grass, hyysop, devil shoestrings, slippery elm, black poppy seeds, black mustard seeds, cloves, anise, lodestone. I have anointed it with fiery wall of protection oil and fast luck oil. I have several other ingredients and oils, etc. left over that was used for the beef tongue spell such as alum, sulfur, cayenne pepper, red pepper, etc.

I have also hired legal counsel, etc.

This Friday, I will be appearing for the arraignment.

Is there anything else I can do to possibly get the case dismissed or to have things sway in my favor?

I know calendula flowers and celandine is great, but I havent had any luck finding it anywhere, I may have to order it online from Lucky Mojo.

I plan on buying some cascara sagrada and possibly see if I can find some low john root and Court Case oil before Friday.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
