Consider getting a reading to look at the three alternatives and ascertain which one is more likely to succeed. Hi, I'm new at this forum and I'd like to ask for your help .

Ok folks. I have a dilemma. I got a call for a great job offer interview. I'm scared. Since I've graduated a year and a half ago, I have averaged about two interviews a week. Very few jobs pay well in this area. I have one good paying prospective (interview) for tomorrow and one not so good paying prospective (interview) for tomorrow. I've not done much work lately at all. It just occurred to me late last week that maybe it's time. I have NO oils for steady work. I've taken a van van bath and I'm going to bathe in Chinese wash later. I have many blessing, attraction, house protection oils and just about any herb/root imaginable. I have every color candle.. the only thing I have that's close to money is prosperity oil. Any suggestions of a two part (cleansing and money/job drawing) ritual I can get in tonight so I can move on from this job I'm at? I also have road opener and wealthy way oil. House blessing and money house blessing baths...What can I do?

Take a spiritual bath early in the morning with the van van and throw to the east. Burn yellow candle with a success oil carved with I will be successful in the interview. A green candle with great paying job come is mine, dressed with wealthy way and prosperity oil. I would also set a candle (maybe a tea lights) dressed with oil to burn while you are gone at the interview. If you have any powders, I take thank you cards after the interview fill them out in the car dust them and pray and drop them at the closest post office (so they will get it the next day).

I have one more question (interview was rescheduled for tomorrow), I'm only finding one large gold glad encased candle and a six inch green.. I have crown of success, prosperity and road opener... would these be ok to put in the large gold one with road opener and success and the green with road opener and prosperity? Hello Everyone,
I am trying to figure out what I did wrong with the Job's spells I have done. I use the yellow/green candle with job oils and money herbs. But I am still not getting the luck I need to land this specific job. I do temp. contract jobs so I do keep work. I worked at this company and l left on a bad note with the supervisor I think, but I am not for sure. I'm new to LuckyMojo in terms of posting, but have been a keen reader and 'student' in the background for a good while.

I need advise and guidance please regarding work issues.

I have had a total of 3 readings over the past 3 months from AIRR hoodoo workers all of which have been positive with regards to the job Im in as a contractor which pays well, which I appreciate being a single mother. Just two days ago I was issued notice of two weeks reason being that there were too many of us with my job description so hence the need to cut down. Two of the readings prior to this notice said I was safe and didn't see any serious issues just the usual ups and downs of being at work. The third reading mentioned some lay offs but said I had nothing to be concerned about as I wouldn't be affected. I had a fourth ready done in Africa and they too said my job was secure and there was nothing to be concerned about.

I'm a little taken back by this all and not sure where things went wrong.

Hi LM family,

I have been employed at my present company for seven years, mostly happily, but over the past year it has gone downhill fast, ever since a new manager was hired. She is an awful bully, and with her prompting, the owner has been taking some VERY unethical actions which are going to result in court action against him by other people, and ultimately the business will either go under, or at least its reputation will be mud. My best efforts to improve things haven't made any difference, I can't stop it happening, and I value my reputation so I want to get out before the crash.

So I have been looking for a new job for a couple of months, lots of applications, several interviews, but still not the job offers I need. Recently I applied for a job that initially I was unsure about because it was $2,000 a year less than I was seeking. When I went to the interview though, it turned out that otherwise it was incredibly perfect, with the kind of "fit" that makes you hear angelic choirs and see shafts of light beaming down through parted clouds. The company culture is exactly what I am hoping for, the manager to whom I would report is a kind and supportive man I know from a previous company, the hours and perks were great. The interview was wonderful, we bonded and established that I would fit very well indeed in that team.

Then it took a few days longer than expected to hear back from him, and he said it had come down to myself and one other candidate, both of whom were ideal options, and he wanted both - hence the delay in considering. He said he had ended up having to go with the other candidate because she had experience in one particular thing that I did not, but that he very much wanted me too, and that he was hoping that they will expand in the next 2-3 months, so that a new position will open up, and he would then offer it to me immediately without advertising it anywhere, if I still was interested.
Which is of some comfort, BUT for one thing I may slip off his radar over time, and also I don't believe that I have 3 months before my current employer's chickens come home to roost.

So what I want to do is to keep him keen on hiring me and to instil a sense of urgency in him, so that he will actively try to create room at the company for me. I don't want anyone to lose their job, but if the department expands, or someone is promoted out of it, or chooses to leave to follow their dreams elsewhere, then those would be wonderful options too.

I've already asked the Missionary Independent Spiritual Church to set a Road Opener vigil and a Steady Work vigil for me. I also want to do some candle work of my own at home, and that is where I want some input.

I have loads of LuckyMojo oils already, but one that I don't have is Steady Work. Among those I do have, which seem appropriate: Road Opener oil; Five Finger Grass oil, John the Conqueror oil, Attraction Oil, Money oil. I also have small orange candles and a big green candle.

I want to use the orange candles with Road Opener oil, to pray for a vacancy to be created there through positive changes, and also to set the green candle with one or more of the other oils to request my perfect job. I'm picturing using the orange candles to light a "road" from my side of the altar space down to my goal - the green candle at the end. I intend to burn these progressively over the course of 9 days, not all in one go.

Specific questions I am stuck on:
- would it be appropriate to light the road gradually (ie start the ones closest to me the first night, then add the next ones the night after) or would that be needlessly slowing down my work? The other way to go seems to be to light them progressively to show the road being opened, but all on the same night.
- Would I light my green candle - my goal - only after lighting all of the road openers? or should that have the heat on it right from the start of each session?
- Any thoughts on which of the oils I have would be most suitable, is much appreciated.
- I do not have a photo of the manager who I want to hire me, there is no photo of him anywhere online, but he did hand me his business card. I intend to put his card underneath the green candle (with a saucer to protect it) but I also really like the idea of sweetening him even further by carrying his card around wrapped in foil with sugar inside. Should I do both with it? Or maybe just write him a name paper for the foil with sugar?

Sorry for the long post. I have tried to hash it all out myself, but got stuck with brain-weasels on those last bits.

Every root worker does things differently. Every proposal you made sounds good.

I personally would light the fist orange candle and also the Big green candle. Then, progressively light the others.

John The Conqueror would be the best suited since you want to conquer an prevail for the position.

Personally, I would put that business card and your information in a honey jar. But, all of your ideas work.

If you go with the honey jar, make sure to light candles on it!

I like the idea of starting with one road opener, then the job candle, then lighting the rest of the road. That gives a lovely visual in my mind.

I would like to make a "trail" leading along that opening road to my goal, of maybe cinnamon and sugar possibly with a dab of Fast Luck oil. I just have to figure out how to thwart the ants that live around here, I'm sure they'd love me to leave sugar out.

Hello Miss Aida; Sorry for such short notice, but it was very short notice for me as well. I applied Wednesday morning they called me Wednesday afternoon. I appreciate you responding regardless of the timing. Just to update after the phone interview they scheduled me for a face to face on 04/10/2015 @ 9:00 am. The night before I dressed my resume with crown of success and look me over sachet powder. I put 3 drops of look me over oil on my palms and lit a candle and said my prayers. Out come I was offered the position and as of 04/10/2015 I am employed. Not the position I applied for, but I have no problem proving I am capable of a better position.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to posting besides a thank you to St. Expedite a couple of months ago. I've read through several posts and am trying to pinpoint the best step to take related to timing.

I've read where either Wednesday or Sunday is the best time to begin a candle or spell if you are seeking a job. Unfortunately, I was supposed to have gotten my candles on Friday, but just received them today so I missed the Sunday opportunity.

I could start this Wednesday, but then I also know we get into the "waning" moon question and I am not sure if this day is suitable for the professions in question (teaching college for myself and my husband is a musician). Also, I would not be able to start them this upcoming Sunday because I will be moving later that week and do not want to put them out.

So, to summarize my questions... would Wednesday still work? If not and I wait until the 24th, because the candles are already dressed with herbs, oils, etc. will they still be effective by waiting a couple of weeks?

This is a situation where you may need to take a multi-pronged approach. You will want to work with some Crown of Success products (http://www.luckymojo.com/crownofsuccess.html) to help you get the job you are trying to get. Retrograde usually only effects communication, electronics and the such. If you are doing Success work for a job, you should be ok. You can always add some Road Opening oil to your spell.

Hi all,

I need help with creating a spell for getting jobs using only Van Van oil and Van Van bath crystals. Or even a spell that does not need much in the way of supplies.

I called into the radio show a month or so ago and spoke to the hosts and this is what they came up with:

Get gravelroot (to be mixed with salt)

Get Steady work oil

Get Crucible of courage oil

Get Money stay with me oil

Redo resume and put salt and gravel root on it after printing

Get Steady work candle that has been dressed: 23rd psalm write own handwriting; place under candle with stuff from companies applied to (business cards, etc.)

Get steady work bath crystals to wash clothes in

Before interview if you find out name of interviewer, if it's a man, use king of clubs, if it's a woman, use queen of clubs and write their name top of card, date of interview on bottom card, face down in shoe and write your name on it.

The problem is I cannot buy the supplies above because we just don't have the money to spare. If only one can get a job ASAP, we need to make it my husband as he has better chances and better income if he gets a job. I know the above is all solid advice (especially Crucible of Courage, as our self-esteem and spirits are down), but right now I have to work with what I've got, which is Van Van oil and Van Van bath crystals that I actually won in a Facebook Friday.

I have used the products so far the following way, but I really don't know what I'm doing, so it doesn't seem like anything is transpiring. I put some of the Van Van bath crystals in with the wash (using unscented detergent) and I put a drop the Van Van oil on unscented dryer sheets when I put the clothes in the dryer.

So if anyone has ideas of a spell I can do for getting jobs using only Van Van oil and Van Van bath crystals or another spell that does not require much in the way of supplies, please post it here. TYIA!

Hi ny_flybaby,

You're doing some good things here that should be helping. I'd suggest a few other ideas...

When you use the Van Van bath crystals in the wash, only add them to the final rinse. That way, they are still on the clothes when the wash cycle is done. You can dilute some in water and throw that into the rinse (as well as into your shampoo/conditioner bottles!).

Also, on the morning of a job interview, take a bath with the crystals (washing upwards) and air dry. Save some of the bath water to throw at a crossroads. Also, anoint yourself with the oil as you head to your interview.

Make a sugar jar and put the names of anyone you may be interviewing with into it. There are lots of ideas for sugar jars in this forum - do a search and you will likely find one that you can easily put together.

I would highly recommend that you get some Gravel Root from LM - it is only $3 per packet and you use it the way you were instructed on the radio show. I can attest to the fact that this is VERY effective in increasing your odds of success in an interview, so this would be a small but worthwhile investment for you. Also, you could have MISC light a Steady Work candle for both you and your husband. It is another reasonably priced option that could help tip the scales in your favor.

I applied for what I believe is the perfect job for me. I had a reading done by Miss Phoenix and she believed that prospects on this job looked great. The job closes today. My birthday is tomorrow. She told me to start work by burning a steady work candle and light a candle for my bday. I feel like I want to do more to solidify my place and get the offer and make sure that since this is a government job that I get a fast reply since sometimes the government can take months. Please tell me what you all think about my plan:

June 12: Do a cleansing bath; Roadopener/Reversal candle(5 day candle); Make Honey Jar with every person on the department board's name

It's fantastic that you had a positive reading! That bodes well. You may not need to wait so long to start your vigil candle run with MISC. I would get that energy out there as soon as possible. If you are called back for additional meetings or interviews, take a bath with some Van Van bath crystals, carry some gravel root in your pocket and anoint yourself with your Steady Work oil.

I wanted to say thank you. I got the job. I'm a bit worried years ago I had a false complaint filed against me for vandalism that resulted in a false arrest. The case was dismissed but it evidently showed up in my check. What would you do to remove the obstacle or seeing things in your favor? I forgot about the incident and I told them the truth when they contacted me. It's there any work you would advise for the weekend so I could have a favorable outcome on Monday?

I asked my boyfriend about interviewers name and other information, but he doesn't know who is hiring and interviewing. Can I write on my petition interviewer and my boyfriend's name put in a honey jar? I ordered steady work kit. He sent his resume last Sunday June 21st it was last day to apply. Mean time I want to do honey jar. He doesn't know who is doing interview. So how I write the petition paper. I am so worried and wants he get this position.

This is what I would write.

Let's say that Lucky Mojo is going to interview me and I don't know who is going to do it.

I would write: "The interviewers of the Lucky Mojo Company"

Or something similar.

Hello LM family!

I successfully held a top management position for several years. Suddenly, the CEO (whom I directly report to) brought her son to work as a "trainee"!!! She had asked me to treat her son like I would any other employee. But when I did, I was scolded! Slowly, the son started acting like he was the manager and nobody was able to oppose that! Not accepting to be a poppet, I resigned. I did not mention the real reason of my resignation to the owners of the company because I didn't want to back stab the CEO who was in general nice to me up to the point of the son coming on board.

As I left at a rather very difficult economic times, a couple of owners thought that this was the reason why I left (part of my income is commission based). And I learned later, that the CEO told them that.

The company has gone downhill since I left. The CEO was fired and it's rather a chaotic situation now, Almost all the staff called me to return. As for the owners, three of them made that same request. But nothing moved forward. I suspect that all the owners (there are 5) can't come to a collective decision.

I do want to go back now that the CEO and her son are no longer there. I know there is a ton of cleaning up and challenges to face on the job. But, I do love the place and it gave me a lot so I would love to give back and see it rise again. And, off course I do need the income.

What would be the recommended plan of action in this situation?

Hello im not sure what to use or what do you recommend.
I lost my job of 20 years on 02/20/15. I was let go because of my tardiess.
Since 01/2013 from when my exhusband killed him self. And on ThanksGiving Day of 2013 bf at time let me for his coworker. So i have been going through so much.
Well i was given warnings and write ups. But i was on my very last dont be late or i will be let go. So i was but what made me late that my son was sick n provided proof and the union is having a meeting with H.R Dept from the company i worked for and discuss if i could get my job back on 7/31/15. Please help me
