My landlord is giving me a hard time about my dogs. There are many dogs in the same building but she has an issue for some reason with my dogs alone. 1 dog barks, the other one doesn't. I don't want her to make the barking become and issue for eviction which I fear she will. I'm not having any success controlling the barking... So what products can I use to make her leave me alone?

I'm renting a room from a bad Russian man. He is unkind to my cats, he hates cats & threatens them. He tries to get sex from me. He is mean. He is into yoga & all day plays mantras loud on his laptop even when he's not home, he says he has to clear the negativity.

I put hotfoot powder in his socks & shoes, I said a spell I found online but usually I write my own spells & my magic usually works quickly.

The tarot says he's difficult to remove but I will get everything I want.

Now he brought another young girl here for sex to live in the apt but she was on drugs & is an alcoholic. They fight, police came 3 times & removed her from the condo.

I was hopping he would get evicted too, he almost did but he's still here.

I want to use a jalapeño bottle with some of the pepper vinegar juice, put his worn sweaty sock with hotfoot powder in the bottle, write a petition paper on grocery bag paper, throw in cayenne & black salt, even his hair strand, then go to the ocean Friday midnight when it crosses over into Saturday & say my spell then throw backwards over my left shoulder then thank the Godess & God then walk away.

Welcome to our Forum.

It is very difficult to hot foot the person you are renting or subletting from. While this man is not your landlord in the sense that he owns the property, you are his sub-tenant; he has seniority of residence. He is tightly bound to the place -- more tightly than you are. You may be able to Hot Foot him (although, frankly, your plan to "thank the Goddess & God" sounds weak and ineffective -- you ought to be cursing the fuck out of him in the name of a righteous and angry God! -- but actually, your post indicates that you and your cats are in some danger and i would wish most of all for you to manifest a better place to leave and to get away as soon as possible.

Our landlord just gave us verbal notice of eviction. Our rent was increased 36% so I asked for some repairs to bring the apartment up to code. He claimed that it was up to code, so I asked for the paperwork and less than 48 hours later he told my sister he is kicking us out.

I have reached out to an attorney and the local tenants union, but I would like to know what I can do with the LM products I have. I have Fiery Wall of Protection and Court Case oil. I already nailed down the four corners of the property with railroad spikes a while back.

I don't want to live somewhere I'm not wanted, but this is not legal or just. It's retaliation for asserting my rights as a paying tenant. My sister and I have lived here for six years.

We still don't have anything in writing regarding the eviction.

I'd pour just a little bit more of the Fiery wall oil on those spikes just to refresh them.

Yu and your sister ought to be wearing the oils on yourselves also.

Also, a moving candle spell: If you have a picture (and or name) of him and a candle to represent him, perform a spell where he comes toward the 2 of you but there's oil on your picture and your sister's pictures and candles. Have a line of red pepper flakes and he can't cross that line

As he tried to approach you, he can't. So, he has to go backwards (and so, you move his candle backwards once it touches the red pepper flakes.

Also, pray to St Joseph to keep your home safe.

Thanks Miss Aida. We know that he needs the rental income, so I'm sure he will try to rent it out again and jack up the price even more, despite the code violations. He claims he wants the unit for family. I'll know more after I speak with my attorney today. The SF Bay Area is just out of control right now with corrupt landlords. We will vote on a tenants rights law in November, but that will be too late for this situation.

I'm apprehensive about the candle spell since we aren't allowed to burn candles here and I don't want to give him a legitimate reason to kick us out if he finds any evidence (unlikely but possible). I do have his signature, but no photo. What can I do with the signature that doesn't require a candle? At this point, I don't know if it makes sense to try to sweeten him up. I have Influence oil and I'm not sure if Boss Fix works on landlords.

At the very least, I can order a St. Joseph candle from MISC. Mostly, we just need the law and God's favor on our side.

If you can't burn candles in your place, definitely have MISC burn a vigil candle on your behalf at the church. Or you could hire a reputable rootworker to do a candle spell similar to what Miss Aida suggested.

One simple thing you could do is to tear out a square of grocery bag paper and write the landlord's name on it in a column seven times. Then turn the paper to the right 90 degrees and write your name over his seven times, crossing his name. Then wear that name paper in your right shoe, and stomp your foot whenever you think about him or his actions. This will help you rule over him.

Advise needed on how to handle a land lord who wasn't honest ton begin with, we are looking to break our lease when we are ready. We are having some financial setbacks that hopefully will be resolved soon. However we are trying to have them work with us and work like the upper hand.

We got our eviction notice. Now I need to focus my efforts on influencing the City of Oakland inspector. If he declares our unit illegal, we will get relocation assistance. He told me yesterday that he is "leaning" in that direction, so I think there is hope. I started a honey jar on him and added influence oil. I also added some Court Case oil since it's a legal matter. If they determine that the unit is legal but not up to code, we have less protection. Either way, my landlord is pretty screwed so I can't count on him for a reference unless he is scared of us dragging things out and taking him to court and just wants to make sure we get another place.

I could tell the inspector was sympathetic when I told him my landlord threatened eviction once I started making inquiries about the unit's habitability. I'm lucky to have an attorney as well. It's pretty much certain that my landlord will get what's coming to him, but I'm more concerned about securing a roof over my head right now.

What else can I do?

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been evicted

I hope you have a place to stay at least temporarily while you get back on your feet. I think you're doing some great work by doing a honey jar for the inspector. It's great to get him on your side. In addition to the work you're already doing, I'd recommend to order a Blockbuster vigil candle from the MISC and have them burn it at the church, to blow aside any obstacles placed by your landlord that may hold you back when you start looking for a new place and as you work out this legal issue. I'd also advise you to start petitioning St. Joseph to help you find a new place to live:

Thanks sisterjean. Finding a new place will be a challenge cause me and my sister both have bad credit. Getting relocation assistance is key so we can offer prospective landlords a large deposit. That's why we are at the mercy of the inspector now. Should I do a skull candle on him?

Thanks Miss Aida. I'm not trying to fleece him, I just want justice. His life is about to take a turn because I filed my official complaint with the city yesterday. My attorney helped me with my statement. She's been a Godsend. Also, when I dropped off the petition, I spoke with a city employee who gave me a lead on an amazing apartment that is reasonably priced. It almost sounds too good to be true, but I will try to stay positive. Trying to exercise more gratitude in my life. I've been doing a lot of Road Opener work in addition to the Influence work on the inspector. I REALLY need him on our side. Our fate is in his hands.

It would be amazing! My attorney advised me to ask our landlord nicely if we could use him as a reference. I emailed him two nights ago and... crickets. I've lived here for six years so it will look very suspicious if I leave him off the list. Under these circumstances, I may have to drag things out until we reach some kind of settlement that includes a positive reference. A settlement could take a long time so I'm at a loss for what to do next to ensure I don't become homeless.

I will pray to St. Peter as well to open the doors.

Hello all,
My question today is how would you suggest I handle a landlord unwilling to permit us installing a window air conditioner in our apartment? BTW, our landlord is also our neighboring family. We are connected to his home and do not pay for our electricity,gas, or water because of it. Which is all a blessing to us and we are grateful everyday to live here. Knowing these things we keep our usuage down as much as we can, even purchased a energy efficient AC unit larger in size to minimize output and bill increase. We need his permission though and his cooperation. As there are only two places this unit can fit. The least we ask is that he unseal our living room windows for a breeze at night. Its been a scorcher and we have a little dog that lives inside.
We were once very favored by this landlord but as his stress increased at home and work I feel like he is reserved to say the least. We don't want to move as of yet but we would like to get through this summer months comfortably. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The housing inspector finished his report. "No violations" after walking through the apartment with the owner and his lawyer. His preliminary report said "violations verified". Very suspect.

So now I am evicted with no recourse or hope for any kind of negotiation or settlement based on habitability issues. A last ditch effort would be to go after the landlord for retaliation for going to the city, but then if I lose I would have an eviction on my record.

After taking bad advice from my attorney and the city, I am left with nothing and my attorney is like "good luck finding a place!" Thanks.

Earlier in this thread, Conjureman Ali mentioned a Hot Foot bottle (as far as a troublesome Landlord). I had never heard of it. Anybody have any idea how to use it? I don't have any business cards of his. Only letters from him stating rent increases and so forth. So I guess that would be the "letter head". I also have access to his on site office (in case anybody has any ideas on what I could do with/to those things also).

Thanks Miss Aida. I don't think my attorney is a bad person, she just might not be that great of a lawyer. I basically have an HMO legal plan, so you get what you pay for. She found out my landlord has successfully evicted tenants twice before, so I don't want to go up against him. His attorney tried to say they are very "nice" people. Right.

Now I'm looking for a place during Mercury Retro. Yay. Any work I can do to counteract the effects of that on my work and search? Right now I have a honey jar going on the property management company that is reviewing my appeal of their initial denial. They have a ton of properties in the area.

I also continue to work with St. Jude, though the candle I burned with MISC did not have a positive report. I'm waiting for my Lady of Loreto candle report to come back.

Thank you Miss Aida. I am trying to take care of myself but the stress is really taking a toll on my health.

My attorney is trying new angles to incriminate the landlord. I'm not sure what to do. I have Court Case oil so maybe I can burn that on a candle to clarify how I should proceed. I just need to know if justice is on my side and it's worth the fight.

We are planning to look at a lot of places this weekend. Our poor credit makes it very difficult. Hopefully we can just find something and be done with it. But it would be nice to leave something behind to make things difficult for the landlord...

New development: My landlord's attorney called my attorney and he is willing to settle. So we will either get more time or $$ or some combo of both. It's not set in stone yet, but it is finally some positive news.

Now we just have to find a place to live. I thought there would be more to choose from this weekend, but Craigslist is slim pickings. Maybe owners still need time to fix places up from Sept. 1 move outs.

We were denied by a local property management co., but I appealed it. Put the manager in a honey jar, and I've checked in a few times. She said she still needs to appeal to the big boss. I need to try to find out his name and put him in the jar.

I do need a reading.

Hello Everyone!

I've gone through some unexpected serious events. My mother got the news today that she has to leave the property she and I have been renting. According to the leasing company, they have tried to contact her about renewing the lease, but she allegedly failed to reach out and respond which lead her to believe she thought as switching "month to month" but no. They wanted her to renew. I spoke to them hoping to come to an agreement or negotiation but they reluctantly decided they want us out. No renewal. Just OUT!

By MONDAY. Less than 4 days from now!

Who could we pray to so we can get approved for a house TOMORROW and moved in by Monday. We have no where else to go.

Any help is appreciated.

Update: We got our settlement money and are waiting for our deposit. All ended as good as can be expected. We are in our new place and I'm trying to get used to it, but I'm sad. We lost some amenities and are paying more. I'm trying to see it as a fresh start, but I'm having regrets. I wish I could have been more diplomatic with my former landlord, so it's a life lesson for me. Our first night here was very stressful because our cat went missing, but she is settling in now trying to get used to being indoor-only.

I was still mad about something with my landlord and my attorney advised me to "put my hackles down". I sometimes don't know when to stop fighting. So I guess I'm posting this to advise others that sometimes it's better not to fight against your landlord and accept their terms because you might find yourself in a worse situation.

What can I do to feel at peace with my new place? We did a good spiritual cleaning before putting our stuff in, but now that we're settling in I want to do a spell to help us accept our new situation. We are having a hard time with the transition. I've been having anxiety attacks. I have House Blessing oil and Healing oil.

So as for an update:

We were at a friends house, we applied for places left & right, but because of credit, renting a house they want triple the amount of money down which is ridiculous. So we had to move out of a 5 bdrm house, and throw our stuff in storage, FIND A APARTMENT, move what we needed into the apartment then haul everything into 1 storage for consolidation. So we definitely got a place now after all the prayer, tears, and expenses and stress. So we are alright now.
Thank You for all the support, and i'm humbled by the Saints and what they have done for us.

Please help,I've been in the same place for 18 years then 3 years ago my life has become a living hell.
This lady moved in and started harassing us I've called 311 911 been to the precinct called and went to management on numerous occasion and nothing has been done.Every time management call her she would find it funny and up the ante so I stopped calling.They promised to take her to court they did not.Then they said they can't help and we should move we tried but apartments are expensive in New York City.I was having a nervous break down as a last resort I turned up my radio and TV to drown out the sounds she her friends and family makes on purpose.The radio and TV cannot be heard from outside of my apartment but I guess she can hear it and sadly now management wants to take us to court for eviction.I'm deeply hurt I called and I went to the office in tears numerous times begging them for help,they manage about 100 properties I asked for a transfer they said no .We've been good tenants we never gave them any problem rent has always been on time for 18 years.I want the property manager E.V to be fair and have a heart.I want him to give us a transfer or transfer her I don't want them to take us to court we have no where go.Please I don't want to live on the street.I need your help urgently.Thanks in advance

Hi everyone,

Six months ago I moved into a very nice apartment in a beautiful, quiet area and my housemate has been great so far. Except that, last week, for the first time, he brought a woman over. I was actually disappointed of him.

I have had this type of situation in the past and I have not enjoyed it one single bit. I am not planning on jinxing his sex life...he can sleep with half the city if he wants, just not in the apartment that we share...it is awkward and uncomfortable...no bang-bang noises while I brush my teeth, please!

Although this is his first 'offence', I want to make sure it is the one-and-only. What can I do to make sure he doesn't bring women over again?

If I understand your post correctly, you want your roommate to remain celibate while you share an apartment. In a strictly mundane view, is this a fair and rational expectation? Did you discuss this as part of your agreement to share a home? I suspect the answer is no.

Hello everyone, can someone please help me because i don't know what to do. my daughter has a lot of health problems, she also disabled and the property she is in has been assessed as unfit for her and the children to live in, also the neighbour downstairs is making her life hell. He plays his tv loud so the whole street can hear it, dose not want the children playing in the garden( 5 and 8) if the do get a chance he shouts and makes scary sounds at night when they are in bed. For the past 10 months my daughter was promised a property that is perfect for her and my grandchildren, now today 11/07/2017 she was told that she should have not been told this and she may not get the property after all. The women who told her that the property was her's had even given us the address and even said she would be living there before the year is out so she should start packing and now she back tracking . This is such a horribly thing to do, her housing association have treated her badly for the past five year's and just as we thought they were doing the decent thing this time but its changed again
its like one second my daughter is seen then she's not. Iam so scared now because its like she lost all hope and i don't know what she going to do, this was her chance of leaving where she is now and starting a new like and maybe start to get better. Because for as long as she lives where she is she cant get better because of all the stress of the property she is now. I sacred that i will arrive at her home in the morning and she has taken her life and the children's too. Please, please, please someone help her find a way. i don't know which way to turn to get these people to listen and keep their promise.

I am so very sorry that this has happened. How horrible.

Just when I got rid of bad neighbors, worse neighbors moved in! So, I am personally once again dealing with bad neighbors AGAIN so I feel for her.

But, she is in a lot worse state than I am.

What she ought to do is to perform a blockbuster spell followed by a NINE DAY Novena to St Peter to open the roads and help her.

Usually, I would say to do a Blockbuster followed by a road opener spell. But she needs his intercession.

She need to pray for obstacles to be removed with the blockbuster
