I've always wanted to be a police officer. When I was training for passing the test of motorciclying (one of the requirements to access the corps many years ago in my location), in the area where I practice with the motorcycle there was a big truck with the logo "Saint Michael" in front of me and I saw it everytime I went there to practice. I remember that time as a time of struggling a lot; I did the exam to access to the corps: failure.
Have discovered thanks to this forum that Michael is the holy patron of police officers (I thought it was the Guardian Angel). I have been doubting a lot if continue to reach me dreamed purpose and joining corps, have prayed to the Guardian Angel a lot, not a very firm response. Maybe I was worng and it's in fact the glorius Saint Michael the one that should be petitioned instead. Gonna try.

Hello all,
I did a Saint Michael binding work that I found on here, in which I made a paper dolly, put my husbands picture on the face, taped three hairs of his to it, annointed red thread with fiery wall of protection and bound the dolly as I tucked in its hands and feet while meditating and speaking my petition for my husband shabd to be binded from doing any form of abuse whether mentally, physically or verbally to me my mom and my children and if he did do it to be struck down by St. Michaels fiery sword. Now I did this work last Saturday and I must say that a day later I had no issue with him except he was yelling st my son when he didn't study right, he started to get jabbing stomach pains and he has been verbally abusive and he continues to be sick with pain in his stomach so much that had to bring him to the ER yesterday and it could be an ulcer, he has to follow up with a gastroenterologist. But between yesterday and today there was a huge argument between him and my mother and he is trying to make sure she suffers by not allowing my children to see her, not allowing use of his car to take her to doctors and such. She is a widow and I have no siblings, I am her only caretaker. I want to ask is it possible the protection is not working for her, I do pray the 91st Psalm everyday. Please help,

Saint Michael or, as he also known, Archangel Michael, is one of the few Catholic Saints who was never a living human being. Rather, he comes to us through the Jewish religion, in which he is the leader of the Archangels, and the defender of God's realm. For this reason, Michael is the patron saint of policemen and those in the military, and he is petitioned for protection from all forms of attack, but most importantly spiritual attack.

In my work as a Candle Deacon at Missionary Independent Spiritual Church, I am often called upon to read the smoke and wax remains in Saint Michael candles for clients, and I am happy to say that most of them burn cleanly, which signifies that Saint Michael is on the job, providing the requested protection.

I've been working with St. Michael for a little while but have recently been called to light a St. Michael vigil candle with a petition paper underneath for extra defense in battle, power, and protection from an evil person who's throwing at me. (Note: I've already done and am in the midst of doing other work to deal with them, but they are relentless and pure evil. So, I need all the help I can get) My questions are:
1) Once I have written my petition to St. Michael, do I write my own name (7 or 9 times) over the petition paper before folding, anointing, etc?
2) In addition to Fiery Wall of Protection oil, would fixing the candle with Rue Oil and/or Blessing Oil help in any way?
3) Would all three oils also be appropriate for anointing the petition paper?
4) Would adding Angelica and Agrimony to both the candle and the paper also be helpful?

1. Petition papers and name papers are different, though sometimes a petition and name paper can be the same. In your case it sounds like you are writing a petition to call on the saint with a petition. I would write the petition and sign it.

2. I would not add blessing oil because he is fighting your battle and protecting you, protection herbs are make more sense, angelic root can be added as well.

3. You can dress the papers with the oils

4. IT can be helpful. Pray over the herbs and add them, add the oils to the candle and pray your petition along with a strong prayer for protection by God to allow his angels to protect you. I often like to quote the biblical quote on putting on the full armor of the lord, and his angel army. Michael also is in charge of the army to call into battle.

In addition to your questions, remember to wear protection oil as you do this work, enemies may try to counter the work and send it back. Wearing a mojo, a cross, other protective items is also a great idea. I would cleanse as well as spiritually bath to remove anything and add protection.

Hi guys!

I burned an Archangel Michael candle and the top quarter of the candle had grey haze at the back but white soot at the front. Rest of the candle is clear and all wax gone. What does this mean?

We dont do candle readings on the forum. I can assist with resources to use and general advise on what it means. Reflect on your petition then review the data, gray or white soot means obstacles to the work and more work should be done. A clear burn thereafter indicates after continued work it would clear up and go in your favor. To learn more seek an AIRR reader to do a reading, have a candle set by the church who will send a candle report, and consider buying cats book on candle burning.

I had a vigil done for me and petitioned for Archangel Michael to protect my financial security as a reading showed someone I don't get along with had financially cursed me so I have been really struggling financially. Asked him to protect me and to help me to always have the money to look after the important expenses in my life, my pets and my family. The other day I had to make an appointment for my pet to go to the vet as she may have suffered neurological damage. I saw an Archangel Michael card on my instagram explore page last night and it said "A message from Archangel Michael: Do not worry, I have your back" and I thought I wouldn't have the money for these big vet costs. This morning I received a windfall and its enough to cover the vet bill!

Is there ever a time that Archangel Michael does not want work with someone and/or brings them harm they ask for his help? Recent events have me wondering.

I am not fond of police. At all. They beat me and made me miscarry my baby, failed to protect me or get justice for me a rape, stalking, vandalism, computer hacking, and so on. The police turned things around on me and refused to even look at any evidence or talk to witnesses. And I don’t like them for all the hurt they inflict on others. My heart aches for them and their families.

So would Archangel Michael not want to work with me since I’m not fond of cops? I ordered three St. Michael candles from an AIRR worker on 9/10. Since then, police have forced their way in to my home on 9/17, and on 9/24 showed up to talk to me at a taste test I went to, and gave me a criminal trespass warning. I never had detention in my life or any problems until 2019....however, I had a dream of the main bully, and she had “929” for a license plate, but was actually being nice to me. In reality, I can objectively say that I never did anything bad to her, although she bullies me because my ex wants me and not her.

I tried to condense as best as I could. My apologies about the length. I’ve searched online and this thread and haven’t heard of Archangel Michael not wanting to help someone. Any advice is much appreciated, especially as his feast day approaches. Thanks everyone!

I haven't heard of an angel/saint would outright cause harm to someone because they don't like what that person believes. Plus, they would be able to see the innocence in your heart. They may not answer your prayers but, causing harm is a whole other level. If you feel like uncomfortable working with him, you could petition God directly. There are also so many spells for protection, I'm sure you will find a whole selection to aid you.

If you haven't done so already, please look into some Law Keep Away products. You could smoke your home with incense once a week on Sundays. Anoint yourself and your car with the oil. Please consider some of the spells mentioned on this page: https://www.luckymojo.com/lawkeepaway.html

As i replied to you previously in your query about Law Keep Away products, St. Michael is THE PATRON SAINT OF POLICEMEN!

You simply asked the wrong spirit for protection from the police, and had you been familiar with the long, solid tradition of Catholic police officers carrying St. Michael medals or badges to protect them on the job, you probably would not have sought to involve St. Michael in protecting you FROM the police.

And YES, Saint Michael WILL cause harm ... to anyone who might harm a police officer. Look at his image: He is stabbing the Devil over the flaming pits of Hell. He is ARMED and ON THE JOB, protecting Heaven.

Hi everyone,

Do you think I can use an Archangel Michael Vigil Candle to protect me from my father-in-law ?
And can I ask Archangel Michael to punish my father-in-law for his wickedness, his jealousy, his gossip, his racism and his bad behavior ?
He hurts me a lot indirectly as well as its children. All of this goes unpunished because it happens in private and not publicly.
His behavior is unacceptable and makes me sick ! It's time for justice to be done !

I've been working with Michael lately, and he's hugely protective, and a wonderful source if you pray to him for assistance.

You can also carry an Angelica Root in a white muslin bag, along with a picture of St. Michael, for added protection (if you are a woman, as I'm assuming). Angelica is also hugely protective, and works well with St. Michael's energy:

Yesterday was a full moon. I did my prayer to st Michael the arch angel. It was the 4th week. Everytime I prayed the candle would burn cleaned. But this time there was a little soot on the back of the candle. (On the full moon) does anyone know what this mean? So I start over or is this normal? Advice is appreciated.

I have a white candle in a glass stand. I didn’t dress the candle with any oil. Would this be an issue? Thank you

My question is how long do I let the candle burn cause of safety, can I leave one of those battery operated candle on 24/7, would that work Is there anything else I need to put by the picture while saying the novena

However, since i am here, let me reply:

In hoodoo we use actual flaming candles, not battery-operated lightbulbs. The flame is considered a form of sacred offering.

The size of candle is rarely as important as newcomers think it is. A tea light or even a birthday candle will be fine -- or, if you prefer, a 4" or 6" candle.

However, you have posted in the VIGIL CANDLE thread, and thus we can speak here to the topic of glass-encased vigil lights. These can burn for 5 to 7 days or more, and it is your responsibility to keep them in a fire-safe place the entire time. One way to do this is to place the candle-glass in a deep cast-iron pot. Do not add water, but if you like, you may add a layer of fine, clean sand beneath the glass to absorb excess het or wax, if the glass should shatter. Another way that is used is to stand the candle glass in a fireplace, if you have one, to allow the heat to go up the chimney. Another alternative that some people use is to place the candle in the bath tub -- but to do this safely, you must have NO SHOWER CURTAINS of any kind that might blow toward the light and catch afire.

Vigil candles burn best when left to burn continuously. snuffing and relighting them repeatedly leads to messy, sooty burns.

If you cannot safely burn a candle at your home, you can pay for one to be lit, tended, and interpreted for you at a church. For example, we set lights for clients at our own Missionary Independent Spiritual Church. Find us online at http://candleministry.com

Just to clarify is it mandatory to have the candle burn all the time or can I do it during prayer time and leave it until I go to bed, i am scared to leave a burning candle as one of our neighbors did it and the whole house caught on fire which gives me alot of anxiety

A Week ago I dreamt of Saint Michael. Many days ago, I felt a strong calling from him, and for a reason, I looked out if the window and saw two police cars and four officers. It's very common to me when I pray to Saint Michael and suddenly a police car or police officers just appear within seconds.

So I dreamt of Saint Michael and in the dream he conducted me to a church, he took me to a space inside the church where there was a statue of him, and told me "touch it, you will receive news soon". At the exact moment, I woke up and received exactly not so very good news, I failed an exam, It has been so unfair as I worked so hard top pass It!, but I did not feel bad at all, I felt quite and in peace. The whole situation has driven me to discover that I need to change direction of my life and learn about dettachment.

The dream was so beautiful! I've felt Saint Michael protection so strong these past crazy days.

Our prepared 8" glass-encased vigil lights come with a dressing of oils and herbs and will burn for 5 - 7 days, depending on ambient temperature and other factors.

If you wish to set a traditional Novena of nine days, you will either have to start and stop the candle (which can result in a smoky glass), or purchase two candles to run continually over the 9-day period.

Always practice fire safety when setting vigil lights. If you must keep them lit when you are away or asleep, be sure that no pets or children can get into the room with them, that they are not near curtains or flammable cloth or paper, and that you have a smoke alarm in your house. Placing lit vigils in the bathtub is quite common, but you must not have a shower curtain if you use this method. Setting them into a fireplace is ideal, as there is a ready-made chimney for them.

I have a statue of St. Michael and taped the folded threaded photo of the enemy over the devil, I did a fixed St. Michael candle, and placed a glass of water in front of it. The candle has completed. How should I dispose of the candle + the water? Also, should I leave the image taped over the devil on the statue or dispose of it as well? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

As for the work, you recycle the glass, dispose of any wax at a crossroad. Water can be disposed outside at a tree, at your front steps, at a crossroad. The item of the enemy can also be disposed at a crossroad. Can burn it to ash then mix it with dirt and toss it into the crossroads.

I have a question: If I want to repeat this spell successfully to target several rivals this time, can I use a piece of paper with several names written across with "struck down for your evil" or does it have to include a photo(s)?

Hello PrayPrepareProsper,

I am not Jaydee, but in my experience, you can use a name paper in place of a photo if that is all you have. It is a weaker link to your target but better than nothing.

Personally, I prefer to separate targets into their own spells, to ensure focus and for divination purposes - if I want to read the results, I want to know which target those results are for. If I have more than one person in the spell, I wouldn't know if they are all being affected the same way.

Working with a Saint or a Spirit, it is always recommended that you start by building a relationship with that spirit. Take a photo, a statue, a Votive Saint Michael Candle, which comes and dressed and prepared for you from Lucky Mojo. Put out a glass of water and talk to the spirit for a week. Talk about yourself, your needs, ask the spirit for a sign that you will understand. Then watch for a sign from them.

After a week set up an alter for the spirit. I would set a red cloth, red flowers, votive candle to the saint and a glass of water.
Pray your need along with his prayer.
