Hi everyone,
My situation is that my husband moved across the country for a job opportunity and I was meant to move to him in 6 months. Unfortunately our communication and other issues we had been struggling with just became worse with the distance and he now wants to divorce. I know there isn't anyone else, he is not the type to be dishonest about something like that. I still love him dearly and want to stay together, but not being in the same state to discuss these things or see each other makes it more difficult. What would be suggested in this situation? He is very stubborn and rarely changes his mind after it's made up, but I am committed to him and don't feel like a divorce is the answer. I'm devastated and hope he changes his mind.

I'm sorry to hear about this difficult time. I would recommend trying to go to where he is for a few days and discuss the relationship in person. I know this isn't always possible but nothing tops a face to face conversation. If that doesn't work then Facetime or Skype are the next best thing. I would try to avoid text or emails as written communication can be misunderstood and taken out of context.

As far as the work, I would read through the pages on this thread to get some ideas. You could work a red or white skull candle loaded with his personal concerns, love herbs, and Stay With Me oil. I would also place some Deer's Tongue in the skull's mouth to increase communication with you. I would also start a honey jar for him to be sweet to you. Not sure if this is the right area. So I have a strange question.

In January will have been 4 years for my daughter and her boyfriend, they have been living together for a year and half. The other night, out of the blue she says she is thinking about leaving him. The boyfriend was damaged from being abused to begin with, both physically and emotionally, so he can come across as being cold to other people.

Lately he had started turning into his narcissistic father, he started telling my daughter what she can and can't do, acting like she is his property. She said he wasnt mean, just being a jerk, nothing physical, when it happened in the past she told him to stop acting like his dad, he was mortified he was, he didn't realize it. I guess he was doing it again and now she has had enough.

She had a huge talk with him the other night and he was devastated that once again this happened, he told her he wants to do whatever she needs.to fix this, but he is convinced she doesn't love him anymore.

My daughter is not sure she is in love anymore as she put it, it was like sharing the bed with a roommate.

They are meant to be together, I had a reading done a while ago, it wasnt going to be an easy path. I had Four Altars light a candle that was suggested by Deacon Millett.

As of now they are taking it one day at a time.

Is there anything else that you would suggest?

I would like to know if there is spell work that can be done against someone to feel empathy and guilt for hurting you. I don't mean hurting the target the same way they hurt you, I want them to feel bad about the damage they did and try to make up for it.

Hello;

A very wierd stressful situation. I have been with my husband for 16 years. We have two children and were as close as can be.

He works all accross the country. In January, a female coworker of his began making advances on him, which he warned me on. Find out March they are having an affair and he wants to divorce me immediately. He’s been acting crazy, giving her ridiculous amounts of money, cut me, our children, and his parents out of his life.

Through crazy research, divination, and finding out about her I found out she is a Santeria practitioner and has been doing multiple control/domination spells, feeding him her period blood, hexing him and I with separation, divorce and banish work.

I have fought it and fought it until she gave up and left him. While she does not want to be with him anymore and has a new lover, she is still demanding my husband divorce me and leave our family and if he does she will return to him.

She is protected like a fortress.

I am desperately grasping at a way to get him out of it. It’s like he is soulless and emotionless- devoid of reason or thinking.

Good work on fending off her intentions with your husband. That's a huge success and not easily done! I would turn your focus on your husband to keep him faithful and strengthen your marriage. This would include work in the mundane as well like marriage counselling to fix any underlying issues. If he refuses to go, I would still try to go yourself to show how important this is to you.

Miss Cat,

If I may ask, what would you recommend for a married couple, each wanting their own variants in their individual hands, but both wanting the sex portion geared toward their marital bed, and more specifically geared toward healing/closeness through physical love after years of extreme outside stressors on their marriage? The marriage is stronger than ever after pushing through the fire as they say and thus the bedroom is more heated than before, so what seeds would be oriented to continuing that current momentum that hard won deeper spiritual closeness brings to the physical side of a relationship?

I apologize for a belated reply; busy days around here. You are always super helpful, thank you!

I’ve never used Adam & Eve products and will definitely seek that out. Maybe on a pink candle/sugar jar with some appropriate additions to back up the work of the hands? I read back through this thread when my post was moved to it and saw the ideas about sugar jars for a couple (without cutting and pasting, page 1 of thread about halfway down for reference of other forum users). Fantastic ideas there!

And I had totally blipped on the Hoodoo at a Glance page. I’ve been trying to read through all of Miss Cat’s Hoodoo Theory and Practice pages and so much info I guess I just hadn’t even thought about the at a glance page since the link for it in introductions. I use the quick reference in the back of HHRM pretty frequently, so I’ll make myself a note there about at a glance so I don’t forget again!

You could use it on a pink or white candle. Another idea came to me. I would work ancestors from both his family and yours. Offering cold fresh water and a small white candle lit in their honor on Sundays is a great way to start. Working this way could lead to a deeper understanding. They can also give you insights to regarding your partner if things aren't going the way they should.

I'm glad you found it helpful. It can get confusing because many herbs can be used for multiple conditions. I'm not sure if all herbs are listed there but it covers a great deal of them. I usually click on the herb and read the description because it gives spells for small mojos/packets and what other herbs to blend them with.

Synchronicity! I just had some insight from an ancestor yesterday that aligns similarly with what you're recommending. It isn't at all a matter of things not going as they should so much as maybe an attempt to recoup "lost time" stolen by outside stressors. Not that time can be gotten back, but available time can be made of the utmost quality and that's nearly as good.

That's what prompted my original question as to which direction to go with choosing which seeds to include.

As far as your suggestion, one of the past problems/stressors included particular person/persons and asking for ancestral help keeping back that sort of person wouldn't have jumped to mind right off, but the minute I read your post very particular names came to mind who would be exceedingly helpful and I'd bet willing, so I'll certainly ask. Lined up with the other protective work in place, what a great suggestion to prevent any more interference with the quality time being built. I love that you always suggest things that just wouldn't have jumped immediately to mind! And agreed, trying to remember every use with herbs on the fly seems like a fool's errand. I totally do the same with the descriptions and admit there may be a few of the same descriptions saved off packets ordered from LM stuck in appropriate spots in my books.

In midst of what’s going on, meeting my man became a hardship due to this shelter in place situation, hence, our relationship seems to be needing a lift. Have you considered working with a doll baby? This will help you influence him even though you are a part. Other than that it sounds like you already tried a lot of what I would suggest. A reading could help steer you in the right direction. It could also identify any underlying issues.

I do already have a doll baby, a nation sack, skull candle spell, think of me box... lol. all thanks to LM and they were all working in different times. Sometimes due to this stressful situation people are pulling away, not because they want to, but because they have lost income, their home, or other things have been happening. I’m not saying that’s what’s going on with you, but I have clients that expressed this to me. One man I did a love jar for, his wife would not touch him for three years. This is my very first post to this forum and I have recently started reading this forum. I am in a bit of a confusion of where should I exactly start regarding my issue and hence this post. I would appreciate your help. I met my fiancé in December last year and he soon proposed to me in February. But ever since we have had a very bad relationship, and he broke up with me. However I have to weigh in here. You knew this man for only two months before becoming engaged to him, and within six months of that he has become controlling, disrespectful and hurtful towards you. Do you believe he will reverse that behavior once you're married?

Hello, everyone!

I am not sure where to post this question of mine... seemed appropriate here, not sure about it now!

So, I am finally moving out from my parental home into a smaller apartment ... I exchange apartments with grandma, actually.
Not everything is new, but went on painting it all, to refresh energies.
I need help about something to sew inside the mattress... I need to keep away any competition of mine in the heart and mind of my man (he is not staying with me now, but we had a rocky 6 years road, with him looking at other opportunities as well, as he felt inferior and unworthy of being loved by me, although he knows he is my only one and I know he is my twin flame).
I have an opening in the lining of my new mattress and I need to know:
What can I put inside there to keep my man from straying away, for feeling safe and happy to be by my side, to accept the stability of a life with me? To keep away any 3rd energy that wants to take him away from me?
I think of placing things both in my mattress and under the bed...

I am thinking about sprinkling Periwinkle inside it too. Is that ok?

What should I do with the Magnolia leaves? Should I write our names (or his name) on them? And thinking... should I anoint them with Love, Come to me or Marriage oils?

A certain number of leaves is required? Or a certain Day of the week, Moon phase?

Am I supposed to spread them all over into the mattress? There is a winter layer that allows me access to all of it...

Yes! Periwinkle and Magnolia leaves pair great together. I would write your names and use Marriage oil to anoint them. Save Come To Me products for other works to bring him closer. If you have Stay With Me, that would be more in line with the marriage and fidelity intent. One leaf is all you need. If you want to sandwich the periwinkle leaves with 2 magnolia leaves, that would work too. Sewing them together would be helpful.

I tiny drop of honey may be okay. I live in a place with lots of ants so I'm wary of sweets. I think it should be fine though. I would twine together hairs from each of you if you can. Or combined sexual fluids if you can get them. Place it in the packet. I wouldn't complicate it too much, keep it strong and simple.

Detach some... You crack me up! No bald spots now!
Magnolias are weird, I don't like working with them when they are brown and crispy. Too green and it might get nasty if placed in a spot with no air circulation. I'd say find a balance. Dry them for 2-3 days so some of the moisture gone but they haven't turned color yet.

I have been with my bf for almost two years. He’s amazing to me but when his kids are not around ( both teens) . And then they and their mother try to influence him with hostility towards me.
We were planning moving into our new house, but the second they found out - problems have started.. they tell him to not have kids with me. His ex wife from many years ago dictates him how he should house the teens(18 yo, 17 yo) all promises that “ it’s not going to be an issue” are now broken. He just told me basically he doesn’t think it’s going to work out... I’m heart broken and can’t believe it.. I tried “ influence” kit...I’m still hopeful it would help
It’s a very complex situation where the teens dictate him how to live his life,manipulate him and he lives with guild of divorce .. pls help him stay with me and not care about their pressure? I feel extremely sad , because I love him so much.. and now I’m crushed .. sorry for this long post

My man and i have been together for 11 years. We had ups and downs. Things were better but 2 months ago he told me he was leaving. He says loves me but is not in love with me, and that he is ashamed of the ways he behaved in our relationship and that he has to leave so he can stop thinking about it (I don't remind him. I have forgiven him.) I want him to stay and fix our relationship. I still love him and he tells me every day that he loves me.

I have told him that I respect his feelings but that I hope he changes his mind. He ACTS like he is still in love with me and wants to stay, but he insists that he is leaving because he wants to put his feelings first and be happy. We are still living together, but there is no sex or kissing. There is no conflict between us except that he wants to leave. We do not fight about that.

Right after he said he leaving, he changed his mind and decided to try. we did a honey jar. I made the packet with concerns, and we ate the honey together and said "as this honey tastes sweet, so I find you sweet." He helped me light the first candle and many afterward. Things were great for a week. then he changed his mind again.

A local practitioner told me I should not have involved my man in the spell, as that gives him power to destroy it. I asked if i should make a new one and he said no, but to make this one clearly mine somehow and take it over. So I did that. However, lately I have been thinking that I should make a new packet to add to the jar, one with stronger wording and no participation from him. Should I do that? Or, do you think I should start over with a new jar? The jar is on my living room altar, surrounded by photos of us together. But I now have room in my own room to move it in there, and have been thinking about that. Should I move it into "my space"? Or leave it in public space?

I haven't done the kits yet but I intend to do at least the Stay With Me this week. Do you think I should do the reconciliation one also? (It's hard for me to get up before sunrise without him noticing and thinking something is up.)

A local guy also gave me a mojo bag recipe that I am going to make tomorrow.

Since the two of you made the honey jar together, I would have kept working it. That work has power. I have never heard of it allowing the other person the power to destroy it. It don't sound like that belief is hoodoo. A honey jar isn't like a mojo where if it is seen or touched by another, it would lose power. I'm glad you ate the honey together. If you still have the jar, I would keep working it. Light a candle on it Mon, Wed, and Fri. It can be a small candle, white or pink. If you can, add some cinnamon or ginger to it in order to heat it up. I would leave it in a space where the two of you see it and remember the sweetness shared. It doesn't need to be on a altar, it could be on a kitchen counter or in a spice cabinet so you can use it in your cooking.

If you already have the Stay With Me kit, I would go ahead and use it. If you wish to use Reconciliation products as well, you don't have to use a kit in order to do some work. You could use the oils on the candles for you honey jar. Sprinkle bath salts in the laundry (especially the sheets if you share a bed.) This work is not just about whole rituals, it is about the everyday contact work too. Please read this thread for more ideas!

Unfortunately we no longer share a bed. About a week ago he started sleeping on the couch. I have been dressing the legs of the couch with oil, and dusted the pillow he uses with powder.

I'm also trying to be calm and not emotional but it's hard. I am in emotional torture.

I have a question: I am preparing to to the Stay With Me kit, I bought some supplies today. However: I need to be able to do it in secret. I bought a large tray and a small tray today. Can I put the lodestones on the small tray and set up the rest on the large tray? That way I could pick it all up at once and put it on a high shelf so he wouldn't see it.

A possible problem: I wouldn't be able to make a true circle with the periwinkle and magnolia flowers on the larger tray. In that case, is the best thing to pack it all up and hide it, then lay it out anew every day for burning? I could keep the lodestones and their position intact on the smaller tray in that case.

I would try to keep the lodestones and herbs in place on the tray for the spell. Trays are great or hide it in a box to hide it under a bed. I don't know the layout or what you have to work with as far as what you can/cannot do in your house. You'll have to get creative and make things work on your own for this one. Do the best you can!

You can make a poppet for him and put a blindfold over his eyes. Also, keep your work hidden in a mundane fashion, as a practical bit of advice.

Hi there! It's been a long time since I've posted. I'm looking for thoughts and advice.

My husband "cheated" on me. I put that in quotes because I'm almost sure he didn't sleep with another woman. However, several times in the past he has talked to other women online. Told them he loved them, he wished he was single, sent them nude pictures and explicit texts. I told him that, to me, this is the same as cheating and I won't tolerate it. He has told me me they meant nothing, and wants to be with me. Is he being true? I don't know... but I'm choosing to trust him and work through these issues and save our marriage and I can forgive if he doesn't do this ever again.

I'm looking for some work to do to help heal our marriage, keep him faithful, and bring happiness to our home for the long haul.

If I may add a suggestion as well. You say you put the word cheated in quotations because he “didn’t sleep” with another woman. And while I realize you said a couple sentences later that you told him what you caught him doing is the same as cheating to you, I want to give you (and anyone else who comes to this thread with a similar circumstance) the same advice I’ve given friends in the past: Cheating does not equal sexual acts. While we all define what cheating means the same way, what actually constitutes cheating is entirely different for everyone.

The fact that you put cheating in quotes and gave your explanation makes me wonder if you aren’t wavering on your own boundaries and what constitutes cheating to you. How about along with doing healing work on your relationship and yourself, look into some clarity work and feminine empowering herbs for yourself? The sort of things that would help you get your footing and to know and define your boundaries. Those are difficult to do when you’re hurting and trying to fix a marriage, and it’s easy to go too far trying to compromise and end up compromising yourself, so some spiritual aid to get your strength up and help you be firm in where you stand could be a good option.

Now he has told me that he wants to travel back to African for 3 months for business which I know he's going to see her.

Hi everyone, I would like some advice/help please and I hope I've posted in the correct place.

The story:

My husband of over 20 years is going through a midlife crisis and it caused him to want a trial separation with me for the past several months. It was an almost overnight change when he turned 50 and decided we have too much water under the bridge and must forge a new relationship together or divorce, because we keep finding ourselves in the same ruts and patterns of behavior. Obviously it's complicated but I'm trying to simplify here.

We are still in a monogamous relationship, speak every day and see each other to spend time, hang out, 'date each other' and also have sex several times a week here where I live at our home of 20 years. He is in a short-term-lease apartment nearby. But our progress is being stymied by his knee-jerk reactions of anger to any communication I try to start about our relationship, and because he is in this midlife crisis in all areas of his life, not just me, so he is very confused and I feel like we are stuck much of the time, waiting for some magic miracle to push us forward.

I have been working a sugar cinnamon jar with candles every day for a month to sweeten him to return.

I also burn a LM Peaceful Home glass candle every time husband comes over (out of sight upstairs where he doesn't see it).

Soon I will receive the following five candles from LM and I would like input on what order I should burn them in for my situation.

LM Candles I will receive soon: Healing, Road Opener, Return To Me, Reconciliation and Stay With Me.

After reading the available info on each product, I was thinking Healing and/or Road Opener to begin (what order? together?), to help heal and open both of us and our communication, followed by Return To Me and Reconciliation BURNED AT THE SAME TIME since they commonly work together, and lastly the Stay With Me, maybe burned at a later time after he (hopefully) has moved back home?

I also have a Protection glass candle that I haven't burned yet, thinking it also should wait until he is back home and the 'whole family' is together again.

All of these are LM products, of course.

I would appreciate any advice and insight, opinions, etc. about the best way to utilize my candles and the order to burn them in. I also have ordered some corresponding oils and sachet powders to dress candles and sprinkle in the home to go along with the candles.

I am sorry about your issue with your husband. The sugar jar is a great start, since he does come over, take a little out and use it to cook for him to sweeten to you, this is a traditional working. You can also feed him your period blood, I would suggest also adding catnip to make him wild about you when you do this. If you are post-period then use vaginal fluids.

As for candles there are many different methods, some burn them in a run on purpose, some burn them in an order of purpose, example: Return to me, reconciliation, stay with me would be burned together as it tells the story of the work.

I would do road opener with healing to open the roads and heal the past hurts, then the other 3 together. Protection can be burned with the petition to protect your family from outside influences and issues.

Lucky Mojo oils and powders are wonderful to add to the work, dress items he will touch, burn candles with it, dust items with it he will touch. Lucky Mojo baths are also wonderful for this, you can take a bath with him, or bath yourself and add some to his drink, to his food, wash your bedding with it ( add to the rinse cycle).

In addition to these things I strongly suggest a nation sack and tie his nature since you are having sex and can.

Thank you, JayDee, for your help! I can't feed him from the sugar cinnamon jar because it contains personal concerns (his hair and fingernails), a written petition and some other herbs to enhance the result I want (yes, catnip is one of them!) like coffee to speed things along, cinnamon and cardamom for passion, etc. But I've been working this sugar jar every single day, 7 days a week, for two months now, faithfully, and hopefully it is working.

I have been using some oils on myself as well for months (Stay with Me and several other attraction oils), and on items husband will touch (As You Please oil) and I will continue to do that because while we are still living separated, we are making good headway most of the time to building a new relationship. I think it's his midlife crisis and general confusion about what's happening to him that is keeping him from moving back home just yet. That is why I am now moving into the idea of the Road Opener and Healing candles, to try to move through any conflicts of that nature. And that leads me to another question: When burning the candles, should I burn them straight through with a petition for each, even when multiples are burning simultaneously, and just move their location to an out-of-sight room when my husband comes over, or should I only burn them (out of sight) when my husband is here with me, which would really take a long time to burn through them? I'm no expert, far from it, but I'm going with the idea that if I put my intent, petition, time, power, etc. into the candle spells, then the magic will work on my husband (and me) regardless of whether he is physically here in the house or not. He knows nothing about any of this magic that I am doing and would have a negative reaction if he found out - he would say I am trying to use magic to 'control him'. I couldn't even burn the candles with no labels in front of him, because my husband would see a glass candle burning and ask me about it, not to mention it being dressed and having a petition tucked underneath it, and/or coins, crystals or other spell objects around it!

Lastly, I'm unable to do a nation sack or anything that I have to keep on my person, because my husband would ask about it when he is here several times a week and we're physically touching; there's no way I could disguise it in the T-shirt and lounge pants that I wear 99% of the time! I have done some other spells like tying a knot in his dirty undies and burying them in the back yard to tie him to our home and me. I've actually probably done too many spells because I was maniacal about it at first, and I think some of them may have worked and some didn't. There was a third party love interest (online only, in another state) involved at the beginning and I did a freezer spell on her and a 'Bitch Be Gone' spell and neither of them worked; they didn't even fight. I also did an ammonia jar reversal spell over three months ago and it is still sitting upside down in my dark garage but the situation hasn't reversed itself. I'm trying to be patient and realize that the universe may have a different time frame for our reunion that takes longer than the time frame ~I~ want, which is RIGHT NOW!

So at this point I'm just working my sugar jars, oils and candles, and I want to do the Lucky Mojo candles properly so any and all advice on that is greatly appreciated! I do read all the information on the product pages and have spent many, many hours on the forums and website - there is just so much information contained here that it's impossible to find and learn it all!
