I have been facing psysic attack from three succubi for last 16 years, they come in particular faces. When they are in low energy they come in my dreams but when they are strong they come in my trance state. I have tried hundreds of methods like praying to Christ, praying to saints, invoking angels, invoking deities of other religions, using herbal lore, magnetotherapy, aeromatherapy, number amulet use. All have some effect for sometime, but ultimately fail. My case is similar to the member Cornishninja. So I request cornishninja to please contact me as I am not able to contact cornishninja.

Mguptaamm,

I must echo the advice of my fellow colleage above, Miss Athena. I would advise you to seek out a reader and worker at one of the aforementioned links she's provided just above your post. Someone there, whichever the Holy Spirit leads you to, will be able to help you more. Until then, I would anoint myself with "Holy Oil" DAILY and continue the prayers and scriptures.

I hope this helps you.

I'm not sure if this is in the right thread, but I need some input and advice. About a year ago, my ex started secretly seeing this girl who had been throwing herself at him behind my back and ended up contracting and intentionally exposing me to genital herpes. Thankfully, I did not catch it, and when I ended things with him he immediately made his relationship with her public. I don't know if she used magic to pull him away from me or not; personally, I don't care. A good man cannot be "stolen" by anyone or anything in my opinion. So over the last few months I've done a Cut and Clear for myself, a reversing back onto him, protection for myself, and have currently been burning a healing spell for myself. On the whole, I am feeling so much better. However, when I go to sleep, I keep having nightmares with this other girl in them. I wake up in a bad mood and have a hard time shaking the feeling as I get up and start my day.
What can I do to make these dreams stop? Has any of the work that I've done so far caused these dreams or could someone possibly be using magic against me?

Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you, St. Martha, for all that you have done for me!

Hello Scorpionwitch,

You're in the right thread for help so please read through the posts here for spell advice.

I doubt that any of the work you've done has caused this, but it's possible someone has thrown for you. The only way to know is to get a reading from a member of AIRR who can divine on this and give you further advice to help rid yourself of these dreams. You can find readers here:
www.readersandrootworkers.org/

I hope this helps. Good luck.

I helped a family member purchase a home last year. My cousin was supposed to pay me $8,000 from the sell, never did.

I've recently done some candle work, pray to St Expedite, a honey jar and an ammonia jar to get him to pay me (my cousin is very well off and has the money).

Well, last night I had a very vivid dream about my cousin, however it was a romantic dream

My dream was about us sneaking around and having an affair and being in love! I have no sort of feeling for my cousin in that manner. Not sure if it's just a sign that my work is being done or something else. I'm very specific that I want my money that I worked hard for during my candle and jar work.

Please keep.

starronda,

I would get a reading from an AIRR member to determine what the dream means. Otherwise I think random sexually charged dreams sometimes happen and the person in that role may be a person you been thinking about a lot ( cousin) but not generally sexually.

Hello everyone!

I am new to conjure/rootwork and have been doing my best to learn as much as I can. Currently focused on prayer, ancestors, offering, cleansing, and protection. Yesterday I physically cleaned my living space because it was cluttered and I could feel the energy drain. My altar also needed to be cleaned. I was able to get this done despite a headache that I had when I woke up.

The headache continued throughout the day as I tried being productive. No matter what I took, ate, or did it remained behind my right eye. When I tried to spiritually cleanse myself I felt sick and slept for hours.

I later forced myself out of the house and felt better but when I returned, it came back.

Getting to the dream

So the dream has 2 parts.

I woke up around 3 am this morning due to the headache. I drank some coffee with lemon and honey [it was awful but worked]. Went back to sleep around 4 or 5. In the first part of the dream my s.o was trying to seduce me in bed like he normally does. But like I normally do, I remained turned on my side not really in the mood. He tried touching me in a certain way that I was receptive to at first but it became painful and I wanted him to stop. But he would not stop even though I said "you're hurting me" and tried pushing his hand away. Then it became so painful that he realized I was in actual pain and stopped. I immediately woke up angry with him because the dream was so vivid I was in pain and thought it was an actual current proceeding. I quickly realized however, he was lying far across the bed from me and the pain stopped.

So I went back to sleep. The dream repeated itself only this time it was the shroud of a man's shadow. Everything went almost exactly the same way it did the first time. Only this time when I said "you're hurting me" the man hissed at me. I turned to look at him only to find that my entire body had been wrapped by a snake like I had been chained. I was unable to move. I was woken up by my S.o sweetly at this point.

Right when he pulled me into a cuddle and kissed me I heard a drop of water from the bathroom and a hiss. I immediately jumped out of bed because I thought there must have been a real snake in the room. I did not find one.

My headache returned.

I am of two minds about part 2 of the dream. I pretty much feel like I may know what part one of the dream is about. My s.o are in a complicated status at the moment.

But in part two, I was not afraid of the snake I was afraid that I had been bound. All I could think was did someone just bind me? If so, who and why? I couldn't think of anyone who might feel the need or have the time to do so nor do I know anyone who practices, so it must mean something else.

In the time that I have written this out [twice. Plus it seems as if something keeps going wrong that I lose this page] my headache has started to waver. I'm not sure if everything I have provided is important or not but I felt like it was time to ask someone instead of trying to figure it out.

Thank you for any advice you can give!

Hello bleumoon27.

I hope you are in good spirits! I recommend you get checkout out by a doctor. We do not provide medical advice or interpretations on the forum. Please make sure you are in the care of a licensed medical professional.

To support that medical attention, you might want to get a clear amethyst crystal and wear it. Then do a protection spell. Here is the link http://www.luckymojo.com/protectionspells.html. Here is the link to Lucky Mojo’s Protective Products http://www.luckymojo.com/products-protection.html.

Good luck!

Miss Nikki

Thank you for the response. I did get that checked out after I posted. [Should have reposted but I got distracted] it turns out the headache was caused by my sinuses.

One mystery solved! :)

Thanks again!

Hello bleumoon27,

I'm glad you had your headache checked out by a medical professional.

We do not provide dream interpretation on the forum. That is a paid service offered by professional rootworkers, whom you can contact for help in determining what message your dream may have entailed. You can find qualified practitioners here who can interpret that for a fee:
www.readersandrootworkers.org/

I hope this helps. Good luck.

If this is the wrong section please tell me, but I didn't know where else it may fit. I haven't slept in a few days actually except for last night I literally got just a few minutes of sleep and then I woke up and immediately thought of the "prayer of Jabez" Does anybody have any idea what that can mean? Thanks in advance on this one.

Hi, hoodooTom,

Well, as you probably know the Prayer of Jabez is found in the Bible and has, of late, become popular as a prayer for abundance, prosperity, and property ownership. It goes, "And Jabez called on the God of Israel saying, 'Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain.' So God granted him what he requested." (1 Chronicles 4:10).

The unusual thing about the prayer is that it asks for an enlargement of territory, and it asks for God's help to keep the supplicant from doing evil or causing pain. It is a thoughtful and kindly prayer, asking for blessings but not displaying personal greed.

I would say that to wake from such a dream, or with such a prayer in one's thoughts, would indicate a frame of mind admirably turned toward taking on more responsibilities, with God's help.

But you do need sleep, you know. Drinking Hops-Water tea, or sleeping on a small extra pillow of dried hops flowers are old recommendations.

Last Wednesday, New Years Day at night, I dreamt with Saint Raymond, must state I have never worked with him before and never had a connection with him although I usually work with saints.
I read in this forum that he's related to pregnant women and also provides help during delivery.

As I was curious about his figure and story, I went to the Saint Raymond thread and discovered that he also protects those who suffer from slander, gossiping and falsely acused and even many people in here have worked with him to shut people down.

I have been the whole Christimas holidays planning to do a protection ritual against enemies, indeed I started a reverse mirror box for protection as I'm planning to perform mirror boxes to reverse the nasty things many people have done to me. The day after this dream I could proceed with the spell and have a wonderful feeling about it.

Have discovered that LM has many interesting Saint Raymond supplies in its catalogue and now I'm interested to try them. I still remember when Saint Rita came to me through a dream and I felt she was calling me, I start to work with her and she worked wonders.

I consider this as a sign about my spell work, so thanks Saint Raymond!! I have a new friend up above!!.
Thank you Saint Jude, glorious Apostle, miracle performer, because you took me back to Jesus.

I have been having what my doctor calls hypnopompic hallucinations (aka sleep hallucinations). I see faces and figures in my room at night when I'm half asleep. My doctor thinks it's totally normal and isn't concerned and my therapist thinks it's a manifestation of my fears. However, I think it's spiritual. It's happening 2 or 3 times a night and is very unnerving. There was a time that a figure of a man lunged towards me and another time he was lying between me and my boyfriend. The reason I think the medical explanation is suspect is that it started about a year ago (I'm 42) and I haven't had this issue since I was a kid. I think if it was medical I would probably experience it continuously throughout my life. I plan to ask my reader about it tomorrow, but I was just wondering if you all have additional insight or similar experiences you can share.
Thank you Saint Expedite, St. Joseph, and St. Jude

Hi littlewing,

I've had experience with seeing things at night as a child, and my ex-husband used to experience hypnogogic hallucinations very regularly. I do think that people have them all the time, but I ALSO happen to think there is a spiritual element that doctors are not aware of. I believe in that in-between state we can get a peek into the realms of the unseen, but just because they're usually unseen doesn't mean they're not real.

I'll be very interested to see what your reader has to say, but something that helped me a lot in the last few years when I was feeling night terrors and things was to cleanse my house and then put up protection for myself and my family.

Here is a thread about cleansing the home:

spells-for-blessing-and-cleansing-the-h ... 8-600.html

Some folks also swear by putting a bowl of water under the bed, or even a square of Camphor in the bowl of water, to keep spirits from bothering you at night:

http://www.herbmagic.com/camphor-resin-incense.html

I hope this helps!

Hi littlewing,

I wanted to chime in because I used to suffer from a similar condition - sleep paralysis - where the brain wakes up before the body does and leaves you unable to move or cry out for help during these terrifying hallucinations. It showed up several times throughout my life at different ages, going away and coming back a few times.

There is definitely a medical/scientific explanation for these conditions, but your doctor has told you it's normal/not a problem. Good on you for seeking medical attention - you've done the right thing and ruled out health risks. But the bottom one is, if it's distressing you, it IS a problem. If you and your therapist decide to have a few sessions where you explore the imagery in the hallucinations and how it relates to your fears, I think that would be really helpful.

I agree with FiachnaCybele that there is most likely a spiritual component and I can give a testimonial to the advice you were given about placing Camphor in a bowl of water. It really does work. Ever since I tried that, my condition quickly went away and the scary hallucinations have not returned. Read the link and see if it sounds like something you'd want to try! It certainly can't do any harm.

I hope your reading reveals more!

I agree with heidiroseholton 100% about going to the doctor, and Sleep Paralysis being a real, verifiable condition. That's what my ex suffered from, and it was, no pun intended, a nightmare for him.

Good luck, and keep us updated!

Thanks FiachnaCybele! I posted about the man that lunged at me back when it happened in November of 2018. I noted that the sightings started around the same time that my boyfriend moved in. Some theorized that something was possibly attached to him or the energy of our fighting (we fight a lot).

I'm worried about the camphor in water under the bed because I have a cat. I suppose I could just put the bowl on the night stand.

Thanks heidiroseholton! I think exploring the imagery with my therapist would be a good idea. It has been very distressing. I'm glad you found a solution.

Hi littlewing,

If you have a cat, then you can try just the bowl of water under the bed by itself, or dot a little Protection Oil onto your third eye before you go to sleep (as well as lightly dress the four corners of your bed):

https://www.luckymojo.com/oil-protection.html

You might also try sleeping with a whole Angelica Root in your pillow case, as it's a very strong protector of women, and a protector against evil, in general:

https://www.luckymojo.com/angelica.html

Best of luck, hon!

Hi all. I did the camphor square in water on my nightstand, Angelica in my pillowcase, and protection oil on my forehead. I also burned Tibetan Ghost Purging Incense. The first night I saw objects doing strange things but no human apparitions. The nights since have been free of any disturbances. Thanks for the suggestions!

My reading revealed that my boyfriend's ex-wife is still working on me which is causing the disturbances. It makes sense since the sightings began a bit after she found out about us. She suggested a mirror box buried in a cemetery since I already have her in a freezer spell. I don't know how I'm going to get a personal concern, but I believe she might have some things in his storage unit. I suspect only clothes that have been washed so not useful for this purpose. I told my boyfriend what the reader suggested and he feels conflicted about it because he thinks we are cursing her. I have a lot of apprehension about graveyard work because I feel like I'm desecrating the grave of a stranger.

I also plan to talk to my psychiatrist about the hallucinations again. He suspects my medications might be partly to blame so I will ask him which ones and work with him to possibly taper off of them.
Thank you Saint Expedite, St. Joseph, and St. Jude

Hi littlewing,

Thanks so much for the update! So glad to hear things are better, and that you're also seeing your doc to get some relief.

As for the personal concern, if you can't get one, can you get a photo of her from facebook and print it out? I'd do that if you can and write her name and birthday on the back of it, then use that as your personal concern in your spell.

Best of luck!

Hello everyone new to the forum although been a customer of lucky mojo for a while and recently had a amazing reading done with miss cat who is phenomenal and went beyond what I was expecting. Props to her I'm grateful. So I had a dream of visiting somewhere in a building which seemed to be some sort of store and I encountered a woman in a back office who said her name was cat which might of been my mind still tuned to miss cats reading regardless she said to me use or read psalms 5. So I was curious about what others opinions about what pslams 5 means or what a person would use that for. I did read a few things here and other places about interpretation of it just wanted to hear other opinions. Some background info I'm getting out of a long term relationship in which my ex was trying to use a unknown craft possibly hoodoo to cause harm to my head and home with a coin and recently left a coconut in front my house with some items and blood inside, this has all been worked out with the help of miss cats reading and items from the shop so no longer a issue.not sure if this dream has anything to do with my exes work or it was for my business or for me in general but thought I would ask what you guys think about psalms 5 being given to me in a dream.

Hello -- I posted through a different platform my interest in learning more about Dream-walking and hag-riding; not necessarily astral projection for edification purposes, but if astral projection was a component, to use it in the degree of, as I said, dream walking and wanting to talk and send projections and messages to someone who needs to hear from me but in some cases may not be willing to listen (not because of anything I did* per se, but from a revelatory perspective) [I won't go into detail].

Through that medium, a mutual friend of a heavy-hitter here, who's registered here, as am I (but he doesn't know that I'm here, yet -- not that it's relevant), he mentioned that there was possibly an entire thread on the subject here, and they named miss cat in their answer.

I'm not asking for magickal coaching, just a point and nudge in the right direction about where I can learn techniques for dream walking and hag riding (when needed) and just the general discussions of which, like the other subjects here, would be of learning use through dialogues and the experiences of others.

I was told that lucid dreaming is a starting place. I can't find any Lucky Mojo pages on dream walking and being guided on how to do it -- and I can't think of a book published by the shop that would go in-depth on this. In learning of this as well, in close proximity of this idea, where can I learn to send a spirit on my behalf to a person if through my own abilities I can't get through to the person.

All with good intent, I wish and pray you all well, and hope to hear from some of you :)
I will utter dark sayings of old: Which we have heard and known and our fathers have told us.

Hi

I'm not sure if you've seen this yet, but Miss cat's other website, Southern Spirits, has a section with excellent first-hand accounts of people being hag-ridden, and discussing hag-riding in general:

http://www.southernspirits.org/grimes-hag-riding.html

As for books, the occult section of your local bookshop should have some books on Astral Travel as well as Dream Work. You're correct that Lucky Mojo doesn't currently sell any books on the subject, but I hope that Southern Spirits site is a help!

Re: Dream Work and Dream Interpretations Questions and Answers

Unread post by Madame Jupitero » Sat Mar 28, 2020 7:52 pm

Hey all,

I earlier posted and then deleted a too long version of this question. I decided to rewrite it and do my best to keep it simple-- there is a huuuuugeee backstory, but I don't think I need to get into it here.

Soooo....

I do a great deal of dreamwork and tend to have very vivid, complex, often lucid dreams. It is a place where I seek answers and where I have tended to find a lot of insight.

A long time ago when I was a student, I had a relationship with a mentor that got a little rocky. Not to go into detail, but she was both brilliant and troubling, very influential, but had some weird and unfortunate boundary issues. I ended up switching advisors and turning my back on the whole thing because it was just too much. She was important to me though, and there is probably a conversation we really should have had but never did. Closure would have been nice, but I was entirely focused on academics at that time, was hip deep in my thesis, and just didn't have the bandwidth.

Fast forward.....

I found out that she died fairly recently of metastatic cancer-- way too young. When i heard about this, I lit a candle for her and I genuinely grieved. She may have been a mixed bag as a mentor, but she was a person of many gifts, and her passing was extremely sad for many who knew here.

Recently in my dreams I have received some repeated indications that she may have some sort of message for me and/or that she may want me to do some rootwork for her to help her find peace. It might be nothing at all, but I would like to follow up on this and see if there is anything there. I know quite a bit about working with dreams, but I am wondering if what I really need is to consult with a medium (something I know very little about).

What would be the best way to proceed with this matter? If she has a message, I would like to hear it. If she needs anything from me, I would like to offer it. If there is any spell work that would help in this process, I'm all ears.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Madame Jupitero,

You could get a reading from a member of AIRR: www.readersandrootworkers.org. There are rootworkers that specialize and both dreams and mediumship with the dead so I would find one that does both.

I would try to find out the meaning of the dreams first before doing a ritual. Maybe she has something to tell you or maybe she just wants to say good bye. Could be both. With a reading, you'll know for sure.

Akani1976,

You have certainly found the right thread. There are 6 pages of spell work here, I would recommend starting on page one and reading it through. You will find ways to put up protections and how to fend off the spirit. Based off of history and the many accounts just listed here, this form of attack isn't uncommon. However, people have been very successful in ridding themselves of this spirit for good.

Arm yourself with knowledge and have confidence in your work.

I had old evil energy that called himself Satan or the Devil but really wasn't from my childhood came up during the reading, his spirit did.

I've been using herb bath recipes and Florida water and salt and water for about a month month and a half to cleanse the home of negativity and bring positivity into the home. So, floor washes, spraying n the carpet and around the house and using it on myself. Works great, along with a little more items in my learning to be psychic the home feels fresh and free.

I also put salt in all four corners of the rooms and at the entranceways. I've burnt sage incense lavender and frankensence and Myrrh, The house feels free and light when I do it, everything gets squirrely when i don't. Feels spiritually charged if i combine all that but...

My questions:

I'm not hoodoo. I'm new at learning psychic work the right way rather than winging it on my own.

1) One morning a few weeks ago, in a psychic vision, I had a man come forward telling me its not something but its the intensity that matters among other things. I took him to be my guide, but he hasn't repeated it.

2) The same day, not shortly after, an African American woman appeared to me and spoke directly to me, then I zoomed away from her. I don't know what she said -- if she's one of my guides or she was warning me to stay out of hoodoo as it's a lot of ancestral work. And I don't have that.

3) What are your thoughts on the appearances? The woman seemed to be warning me. Usually when these kind of mornings happen I'm listening to others conversations no one talks directly to me, they don't see me.

4) Is it ok to do floor washes and cleanse the home with Florida water and do bathes, as long as I stay out of the rest of it?

snappy,

I suggest a reading from a professional to find out what the signs mean. We do not offer this service on the forum but I would contact a member of AIRR. http://readersandrootworkers.org/

Hoodoo does draw on some ancestral work but it isn't absolutely necessary. I didn't start working with my ancestors straight off the bat, it took some time. I would keep up with the cleansing work if it helps you. You could put out an offering to the guides and helpful spirits in the form of a bowl filled with fresh water. Ask them to help and be peaceful or they are free to leave.

Hope this helps.

Hello, snappy,

I moved your post here (from the thread on alcohol-based washes and waters) because you are actually asking about negative spirits, not about Florida Water or sage smudging.

Here are my comments on your four major questions:

1) A spirit guide is one who intends to guide you. Every wandering spirit is not a guide. I suggest that you consider this one a visitor or passerby unless he returns and actually offers you guidance.

2) I cannot speak to the African American woman spirit you saw except to say again that if she is a guide, she will return, and if she was a passing spirit, her "warning [you] to stay out of hoodoo as it's a lot of ancestral work" is false news. Such a warning indicates to me that she is actually a trickster or negative spirit. Sure, there is ancestor veneration in African diasporic religions, but veneration of one's ancestors is common in many cultures, and most hoodoo practitioners are Christians and worship God, not an ancestor. .By the way, you too have ancestors -- say hello to them. I think that anyone who wants to study hoodoo from a spiritual perspective should also seek to be immersed in black culture and the black community IN REAL LIFE to the fullest extent possible

3) My thoughts on these appearances are that they were passing spirits, unless they return. Guides always return. Negative spirits may claim great powers, but you don't have to believe them. As an inexperienced psychic, you did not know enough to test the spirits, so who they were and why you saw them cannot be determined by me over the internet. I suggest that you learn about testing the spirits and learn some effective means of communication. You've already had one creepy experience with a lying spirit who, you say, claimed to be Satan or the evil, but was not. Don't leave yourself open to negative spirits. I agree with Terra Rising that you should consult a serious reader and perhaps take courses in safe and sane ways to contact the spirit realm, including your own ancestors.

4) Of course it's okay to clean your house with spiritual supplies and to take baths without having contact with spirits. Very few practitioners of any religion or folkloric magical tradition have contact with spirits -- but spiritual housecleaning always does you good.

Best of luck to you.

I have a question regarding dream work.

I have read that poppy flowers are good for dream work, considered as lucky and a help for having prophetic and relaxed dreams, but, do poppy seeds work the same?. I have read that these ones are used for confusion work.
Have checked that LM carries both, seeds and flowers. I'm interesed in both but I'm not sure, I specially want to work on dream psychic magic and would like to strength pyschic visions in dreams and meditation (a mojo bag is my idea). Can poppy flowers induce to confusion as poppy seeds or they work differently?.

Thanks.

Hello Alice Kyteler,

They work differently. I would avoid using Poppy Seeds as they are intended to bring about mental confusion, and are generally used in negative magic for that same purpose.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hello Miss Athena , thanks for clarifying.

I don't know if this is the proper part of the forum to ask, if not, please, redirect me to the correct section.
Does LM carry whole poppy flowers or just the petals?.
Excuse me if this sounds silly but I'm still learning and I don't know if the whole flower is needed or petals work the same.

My idea is to make a mojo bag and put It under my pillow to strength my psychic dreams.

Thanks so much and have a nice day.

Alice Kyteler,

You may want to call the shop to confirm but it says poppy flowers meaning whole. It maybe separated but I would expect all the flower parts to be in the packet.

They are good at labeling what specific part of the plant is being sold i.e. althaea leaves vs. althaea root, rose buds vs. rose petals.

Good Luck!

Terra Rising thanks for your kind response.

I live in other continent, so I'm gonna find troubles at calling the shop due to time difference.

I have checked the herbs catalogue and LM have noticed that LM specify when it's flowers, petals or buds, so I imagine that poppy flowers mean the whole flowers and not petals.

I never thought of poppy flowers having effect in dreaming issues, well, they are from the opium family but did not know about their magical effects at all.
Very interesting.

Thanks!

Alice Kyteler,

I understand. I just had to mention that when I think of poppies, I always think of the field of them in The Wizard of OZ when they pass through and go to sleep. I can't help but to laugh! Great movie.

Wishing you the best in your dream work. Keep a journal handy at your bedside.

Hi Terra!

I was thinking about the same about poppy fields and Dorothy sleeping! Lol.

Working with poppy flowers has its results, very interesting.

Thanks!

Hey everyone, I've already posted in here about a girl, I've had a crush on her for a long time I also havent seen her for a long time and I only recently started dreaming about her. It's like irl so she's pretty distant, just responding to be polite ig and pretty quite. Weird thing is that a month ago or so I started reading about love works and honey jars and the day after I posted a reply on "ask her for love conjure" I think I saw her(which didn't happen in like 2 years) and later that night I saw her bf which I also didnt see in some time (1-2 months) it was really late and she had a mask on but she just felt like her and it was also really close to her bf's home so it's very possible that I was right, anyway, I stopped reading for a while about hoodoo and for the last 2 days every time I start sleeping (about 3/4 times for short periods) I dreamed of her. Is this a sign? Could it be that she's also dreaming about me? Maybe the spirits are telling me to get my ass back to work and go start reading again and also start practicing? I still didn't do any work not only on her, in general l, and I'm pretty curious about this. Any thoughts?

Laky,

As a rule, we do not give dream interpretations on the forum. This is a paid service done by a reader. You can contact a professional reader and rootworker at AIRR: http://readersandrootworkers.org/

You could try to reach out to in her in your dreams and observe the results. Dream work can be difficult but it's possible. I would look at her picture before you fall asleep and envision yourself traveling to where she is. Please read this thread for more information on dream work. If she keeps appearing in your life it could be a sign to do an Attraction spell for contact. I would give it a try and see where it leads.

Hi friends,

It is not uncommon for me to be visited in my dreams by deceased friends and family. About a year ago an ex-friend passed away; I found out because her daughter contacted me to let me know. I hadn’t spoken to her in at least ten years. In life, she was an addict and very manipulative. And it seems that hasn’t much changed. She keeps visiting me in my dreams despite me telling her, both in my dreams and out loud when I am awake, that she is not welcome and I don’t want to see her or speak with her. I’ve tried the nice approach, telling her to go visit her daughter and grandkids. Or her deceased mother. And I’ve tried the stern approach just telling her I don’t like her and I don’t want her in my life.

She tries to sneak in… for example I’ll be dreaming I’m at a family gathering and I’ll see her literally sneaking in the door. Or she will try to disguise herself as someone else. Since telling her to go away and leave me alone isn’t working, does anyone have any better ideas to more strongly discourage her from visiting? I have had some success stopping bad dreams about living people using Cut and Clear oil on myself before bed, but that’s usually after a few nights in a row of bad dreams about them, and this ex-friend doesn’t ever visit more than one night at a time.

(I can’t always tell when I’m being visited by someone versus just dreaming about them but with her it almost always seems like she is visiting. Usually if I tell someone to go away, whether it’s a dream or visitation, they will.)

RisenRaven,

I would star by cleansing the house with Chinese Wash to remove energy, then fumigate it with an incense such as Banishing incense. You would also want to protect yourself by placing a Bible under your bed at Psalms 91 with open scissors on top of it. A glass of water at your nightstand which you pour out each morning. It seems like the spirit may be trying to reach out to you and a reader can help with that.

Thank you JayDee!

I don’t want to give her any kind of way to reach out further or encourage contact, and I’m afraid consulting a reader would make her think I’m interested in contact with her. I want her to leave. Without going further into the details of my dreams, she’s trying to manipulate me like she did in life. I get the idea that she is bored and/or she likes my energy.

I don’t have any banishing incense; until I can get some, do you think a black candle with banishing oil will help? Everything else I have and can get to work on.

Hello RisenRaven,

You can work with the oil and candle in the interim. I would anoint the four corners of the bed frame with the oil as well (ends of the headboard and footboard, for example) on a regular basis as well.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Hey there. On the podcast it was advised to try adding star anise to a satchel placed under a pillow for dreamwork. I did.

However, I am wondering if there is a bit more I could possibly do? I already have intense dreams- is there another product that could help me have some sense of control or possible two way communication?

Thank you for any advice 🖤

Lopezzyfofezzy ,

Lucky Mojo makes a product line for psychic work which you could use with the petition to dream true while also giving you control during it. Telling yourself you will have control while going to sleep, calling on a spirit guide to assist you, practicing the skill as well. I would wear a mojo for this purpose when you sleep, dress your head with Psychic Vision Oil. Place the sachet powder and Star Anis in a mini pillow you make under your pillow when you sleep, with the petition you desire to have more control during, add herbs like Master Root to the pillow as well.

Master Key products to master spiritual practices: https://www.luckymojo.com/masterkey.html
Different purpose, but a product sold for people who wish to dream for numbers: https://www.luckymojo.com/auntsallys.html

I had a really disturbing dream last night. I thought perhaps I could share, rather than try to forget it because I have a nagging feeling that it wasn’t just brain chaos.

I dreamt of a slender woman, brown hair- naive sense. I have no idea who she is. I was not in the dream at all, just an observer. I dreamt that the woman was married to a soldier and had a child by him. The situation became abusive. I have a sense that she was uneducated, insecure and scared. She reached out to her community but the military community (and I get the sense she was on base) would not help her. Her husband had a connection to the doctor she was seeing, and he was able to manipulate that against the woman. Somehow, she was deemed an unfit mother.

I think the base was in Alaska- it would make sense to fill in that blank because she took the child and ran. I have a strong moment here of her antagonizing over socks. She hated her feet being cold. She went to a rural area.

The dream narrative cut forward to a scene where her child runs to go play in a pool of water occupied by native Alaskans. The woman panics that her child is undressing and exposing themselves to the elements. The native women have to convince her the water is warm.

It is a hot springs. She is absolutely in awe over this. It becomes her favorite thing.

Until her husband finds her. And my dream ends on a sour note. It doesn’t feel good. But it doesn’t give me any further clues as to what happened.

So anyway, I don’t trust myself. I’m trying to decide whether this is brain chaos or something else- what steps would you take? I do occasionally have these sorts of dreams.

Thank you for any help.

Lopezzyfofezzy --

I usually tell people who come here for dream interpretation to seek a competent reader, and i will give you that advice here (seek a competent reader!) -- but the truth is that this dream is super-strange to me!

You see, i have a regular reading client of my own who called me today on the Hoodoo Psychics line and -- this is really weird -- she lives in Alaska, has a child, and had a fight with her partner today that turned physical. He is not a soldier, but everything else fits, including her fear that this will be used against her legally and she might be declared an unfit mother.

But it gets even odder! She also called me to ask my help in interpreting four dreams she had had -- and the first one was a dream of a woman who was watching her, and she did not know who the woman was. The card i got on this dream, using a one-card tarot pull, was the 8 of Wands: "News is on the way and you will know who the woman is very soon." I think you are that woman in her dream who was watching her!

It's like your signals crossed somehow.

I am worried about her future, if things get rougher in the home. I also got the tarot card Justice for her, and told her to prepare herself legally regarding the child, in case her partner wanted to take things in that direction. I hope you say a prayer for her. She needs help.

The world is a very strange place.

Please excuse the late reply.

I really appreciate the response! I had to let it sit with me for a few days. I’m sure my brain colored in a few grey areas, but the dream stood out to me on a lingering emotional level. It felt like weight through the rest of the day -so I REALLY appreciate your input.

I will pray and light a candle for her.

I looked on the readers and Rootworkers website, found the dream interpretation category that listed 18 relevant readers. When I have an opportunity to contact one, I certainly will.

Thanks again.

The AIRR Tech Team rallied together to fashion a new web page on the Rakshasas, a race of powerful, warrior-magician demi-gods who are either protective or predatory upon humanity. They are said to be shape-shifters and may be cannibals, allies, or guardians. Catherine Yronwode wrote and edited the page. Reverend James provided proofreading and assisted with site-wide linking. Nagasiva yronwode helped to proofread and provided the graphic and created the graphic announcement. Check out our fierce new page on the Rakshasas!

The AIRR Tech Team flocked together to present a new web page on the ancient demon and modern goddess Lilith. A winged and bird-legged Sumerian and Mesopotamian death-bringer, a Jewish demon, and a Gnostic and Neopagan "dark goddess," she is variously associated with screech owls, forced demon-sex, the death of newborn babies, and the rights of rebellious women. Miss Michaele and Catherine Yronwode co-wrote the page; Miss Michaele provided the graphic; Catherine Yronwode edited the text; Reverend Art, Reverend James, Papa Newt, and Nagasiva Yronwode did the proofreading, and Nagasiva Yronwode created the graphic announcement. Check out our startling new page on Lilith!
